The construction of professional ideological and political education, course ideological and political education, and ideological and political education courses form a “integrated” new system, which is an important step that cannot be missed in professional education. At present, there are still some problems in the construction of the Food Quality and Safety major, such as the lack of sound top-level design, single ideological and political education scenarios, and the lack of a systematic evaluation system for talent ideological and political education. Taking the construction of the course ideological and political education system in the Food Quality and Safety major at Nanning College as an example, this paper explores the construction of a "double-chain three-line" food quality and safety professional course ideological and political education system, providing useful reference for more professional construction of course ideological and political education integration.展开更多
