The surface of grinding 10Ni3MnCuAl steel is processed by the shot peening with different intensities. After shot peening, the metallographic structure of 10Ni3MnCuAl steel and the micro-structure on the surface layer are analyzed. The micro-hardness in the shot peening affected layer and the residual pressure stress are surveyed. The changes of surface quality, such as micro-hardness, metallographic structure and residual stress caused by shot peening are investigated. The result shows that shot peening can significantly improve surface quality and fatigue life of 10Ni3MnCuAl steel. The over peening effect is produced when the shot peening intensity is high, and it leads to the decrease of the fatigue life. When the optimal arc high value of shot peening is 0. 40 mm in experiments, the best surface quality is obtained and the depth of the residual stress in the precipitation-hardening layer reaches 450μm. 展开更多

The system is investigated in chip selection, signal transmission, signal processing, signal storage, post-production PCB design, etc. The appropriate measures and solutions which affect the integrity and accuracy of the signal in each process are proposed. In order to eliminate the covert channels, the polyinstantiation and the cover story are used in the new data model. The read and write rules have been redefined for improving the agility and usability of the system based on the MLS model. The differential equations of motion of the systems are established. The definition of the Lie symmetrical transformations of the systems is given, which only depends upon the infinitesimal transformations of groups for the generalized coordinates. The conserved quantity is directly constructed in terms of the Lie symmetry of the systems. The condition under which the Lie symmetry can lead to the conserved quantity and the form of the conserved quantity are obtained. The purpose of this work relates to study on the characteristics of ultra thin gate oxide (2 5nm thickness) and the effect of metal Al,Zr,and Ta contamination on GOI.The controlled metallic contamination experiments are carried out by depositing a few ppm contaminated metal and low pH solutions on the wafers.The maximum metal surface concentration is controlled at about 10 12 cm -2 level in order to simulate metal contamination during ultra clean processing.A ramped current stress for intrinsic charge to breakdown measurements with gate injection mode is used to examine the characteristics of these ultra thin gate oxides and the effect of metal contamination on GOI.It is the first time to investigate the influence of metal Zr and Ta contamination on 2 5nm ultra thin gate oxide.It is demonstrated that there is little effect of Al contamination on GOI,while Zr contamination is the most detrimental to GOI,and early breakdown has happened to wafers contaminated by Ta. 展开更多

In-service hydrocarbons must be transported at high temperature and high pressure to ease the flow and prevent the solidification of the wax fraction. The pipeline containing hot oil will expand longitudinally due to the rise in temperature. If such expansion is resisted, for example by frictional effects over a kilometer or so of pipeline, compressive axial stress will be built up in the pipe-wall. The compressive forces are often so large that they induce vertical buckling of buffed pipelines, which can jeopardize the structural integrity of the pipeline. A typical initial imperfection named continuous support mode of submarine pipeline was studied. Based on this type of initial imperfection, the analytical solution of vertical thermal buckling was introduced and an elastic-plasticity finite element analysis (FEA) was developed. Both the analytical and the finite element methodology were applied to analyze a practice in Bohai Gulf, China. The analyzing results show that upheaval buckling is most likely to build up from the initial imperfection of the pipeline and the buckling temperature depends on the amplitude of initial imperfection. With the same amplitude of initial imperfection, the triggering temperature difference of upheaval buckling increases with covered depth of the pipeline, the soil strength and the friction between the pipeline and subsoil. 展开更多

Preserving their integrity by elimination of damaged germ cells may be crucial to avoid the transmission of genetic alterations to progeny. Using 7-irradiation, we investigated by immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry and real-time PCR components of the death machinery in neonatal gonocytes. Their death was correlated with caspase 3 activation but not with AIF translocation into the nu- cleus. The in vivo contribution of both the extrinsic and the intrinsic pathways was then investigated. We focused on the roles of TRAIL/Death Receptor 5 (DR5) and PUMA. Our results were validated using knockout mice. Whereas DR5 expression was upregulated at the cell surface after radiation, caspase 8 was not activated. However, we detected caspase 9 cleavage associated with cytochrome c release. In mice deficient for PUMA, radiation-induced gonocyte apoptosis was reduced, whereas invalidation of TRAIL had no effect. Overall, our results show that genotoxic stressinduced apoptosis of gonocytes is caspase-dependent and involves almost exclusively the intrinsic pathway. Furthermore, PUMA plays a critical role in the maintenance of genomic integrity of spermatogonial stem cell precursors. 展开更多

And gypsolyte caprock integrity is mainly affected by fracturing. Composition, damage behavior and mechanical strength of Paleocene Artashi Formation gypsolyte rock that seals significant petroleum in the Kashi Sag of Tarim Basin had been revealed via X-ray diffraction and triaxial compression test. The results indicate the Artashi Formation can be lithologically divided into the lower and upper lithologic members. The lower member comprises gypsum as the dominant mineral, and the cohesion and friction coefficient are 8 MPa and 0.315, respectively. Similarly, the upper lithologic member consists mainly of anhydrite at the cohesion and coefficient of internal friction values of 18 MPa and 0.296. Given that the failure criterion and brittle-ductile transition factors during burial, the sealing integrity of Artashi Formation can be quantized for seven different stages. The reservoirs at the bottom of Artashi Formation caprock buried from 2285 m to 3301 m are expected to be the most favorable exploration target in the Kashi Sag. 展开更多

Wuhan Tianxingzhou Changjiang (WTC) Bridge and Nanjing Dashengguan Changjiang (NDC) Bridge are two super high-speed railway 3-trusses composite bridges. This is the first time of using three trusses in such large bridges in the world. These two types of railway floor systems of the two bridges have never been used in China before. The problem how to conform the deformations and stress levels of the railway floor system of WTC Bridge was studied. After finite element analysis and comparison,the plan of arranging one expansion stringer every two panels in railway floor system were proposed and good effect was obtained. Because of the application of three trusses,the allocation of the loads acted on the deck in three trusses is different and varies in different places of NDC Bridge. This problem was studied by model experiment and 3D finite element analysis. The results of 3D FEM analysis coincide with the model test results. The allocation rule of the loads acting on the deck in three trusses was presented. Because of the application of monolithic decks,the stiffness and structural integrity of NDC Bridge are high. 展开更多

Authenticated skip list is an important data structure used in cloud data integrity verification. How to get the membership proof of the element in authenticated skip list efficiently is an important part of authentication. Kaouthar Blibech and Alban Gabillon proposed a head proof and a tail proof algorithms for the membership proof of elements in the authenticated skip list. However, the proposed algorithms are uncorrelated each other and need plateau function. We propose a new algorithm for computing the membership proof for elements in the authenticated skip list by using two stacks, one is for storing traversal chain of leaf node, the other is for storing authentication path for the leaf. The proposed algorithm is simple and effective without needing plateau function. It can also be applicable for other similar binary hash trees. 展开更多
