现代性在质料层面的进步促使人们产生人类必然由不成熟走向成熟,实现自由个性的解放信念。这一解放信念的现实推展采用了现代工业的"制作"模式,人的解放是按照"解放设计蓝图"运转的、毫无变化的、自然而然的过程。... 现代性在质料层面的进步促使人们产生人类必然由不成熟走向成熟,实现自由个性的解放信念。这一解放信念的现实推展采用了现代工业的"制作"模式,人的解放是按照"解放设计蓝图"运转的、毫无变化的、自然而然的过程。通过理论审视,会发现解放的"制作"模式蕴含着形而上学的思维方式,导致其具有操控历史的独断性、抹杀差异的同一性和将社会历史"定律化"的弊端,是不可能将人类引向真正解放的。马克思以实践理性来拒斥形而上学的思路,为现代性视域下人的解放问题提供了一种可能的思维模式:"实践"模式。人的解放的"实践"模式因能正确理解和把握人与人类世界,且提供了一种尊重差异、开放交流的平台而使解放成为可能。对这一模式的把握需要我们在实践中正确处理人与自然、社会和自身的关系,善于化解各种矛盾,最终实现人的本质力量。 展开更多

The development and evaluation of a nurse anaesthesia model for practice in South Africa

Objective This article aimed to present a developed model for nurse anaesthesia practice in South Africa and then to evaluate the model by national and international anaesthetist experts.Methods For the model development,a theory-generative research design was used as guided by Chinn&Kramer.The study included four steps to develop and evaluate the model:step one,concept analysis;step two,placing the concepts into relationships;step three,description and critical reflection of the model;step four,evaluation of the model.For evaluation of the model,data were collected using individual,in-depth interviews.Four South African medical specialist anaesthesiologists and four international nurse anaesthetists were interviewed.Transcribed interviews were analyzed using Tesch’s eight steps of thematic data analysis.Results The model was described in four phases:relationship phase,working phase,termination phase,and independent phase.The model shows a development process of a student nurse anaesthetist by a nurse anaesthetist facilitator to the mastery of the scope of practice of a nurse anaesthetist.Two themes(six categories)emerged through thematic analysis:the model and guidelines for implementation were found to be appropriate(model and guidelines for implementation are important because of the need for nurse anaesthetist,the model is applicable because it is described as comprehensive,the relationship phase was found to be important and the interdependence between disciplines is imperative,the affirmation that mastery has to be attained by nurse anaesthetists due to the complexity of services rendered),anticipated limitations to the South African nurse anaesthetist(the need to identify complex patients and limitations on the setting and refer to higher level of care,limitations due to red tape).Conclusions This model provides fertile soil to inform and outline the education(curriculum)and practice(scope of practice)and research for nurse anaesthesia practice in South Africa. 展开更多

Social practice is an indispensable component of talents cultivation in universities and a necessary approach to lead students' rapid self=development. As one of the applications of Social practice of talents cultivation, practical education in universities refers to a fresh new university education mode: the coordinated development of teaching, managing and serving in universities. Foreign language majors are laden with heavy responsibility ofintemational communications and how to develop and promote the practical education for those students seems much more important and necessary. The paper tries to probe into the practical education mode of foreign language majors in universities and the conclusions are as follows: (1) This mode depends largely the combination of practical education and education of socialist core value system, course studying, career planning, employment and entrepreneurship, serving the society, and financial aid. (2) This mode is able to provide an effective exemplification for the cultivation of the high-qualified and well-educated foreign language talents. (3) This mode is expected to reach the object of talent cultivation in higher education: to cultivate students who are able to contribute to the development of the country in different areas. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To establish the guidelines on common cold treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in terms of pattern identification. METHODS: The guidelines were formulated by using the basic patterns of common c... OBJECTIVE: To establish the guidelines on common cold treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in terms of pattern identification. METHODS: The guidelines were formulated by using the basic patterns of common cold in ChinaPharmacopeia integrated with findings from systematic literature review and the experts' consensus on the issue in question. RESULTS: Common cold was divided into four patterns in the guidelines. The medications were recommended respectively: Ganmaoqingre granule for wind-cold exterior syndrome,Yinqiaojiedu granule for wind-heat exterior syndrome, Huoxiangzhengqi Wan for summer-heat dampness exterior syndrome and Shensu Wan for wind-cold exterior syndrome accompanied with Qi deficiency. CONCLUSION: The guidelines were primarily derived from the practice experience of TCM and the experts' consensus. The process was not strictly evidence-based because of lacking enough clinical studies. Further refinement of the guidelines should be needed as more studies are available. 展开更多
