目的探讨小柴胡三仁汤化裁治疗直肠癌术后湿热蕴结型便秘的疗效及对胃动素(motilin,MTL)、血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)、P物质(substance P,SP)的影响。方法将2017年4月—2019年5月该院收治的湿热蕴结型便秘患者共... 目的探讨小柴胡三仁汤化裁治疗直肠癌术后湿热蕴结型便秘的疗效及对胃动素(motilin,MTL)、血管活性肠肽(vasoactive intestinal peptide,VIP)、P物质(substance P,SP)的影响。方法将2017年4月—2019年5月该院收治的湿热蕴结型便秘患者共计79例,按照随机数字表法分组,对照组39例采用莫沙必利15 mg/d治疗;观察组40例采用小柴胡三仁汤化裁治疗,每日1剂,持续治疗4周。记录血清MTL、SP、VIP、便秘症状严重度评分(constipation symptom severity score,SS)、便秘患者生活质量量表(quality of life scale for patients with constipation,PAC-QOL)及中医证候积分,比较两组间的临床疗效。结果与治疗前比,两组治疗后血清MTL、VIP水平降低,血清SP升高;与对照组比,观察组治疗后血清MTL、VIP水平较低,血清SP较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,两组治疗后SS评分、PAC-QOL评分降低;与对照组比,观察组治疗后SS评分、PAC-QOL评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比,两组治疗后大便艰涩、腹胀腹痛、面红身热、口干口臭等中医证候积分降低;与对照组比,观察组治疗后大便艰涩、腹胀腹痛、面红身热、口干口臭等中医证候积分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组有效率79.49%低于观察组95.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小柴胡三仁汤化裁治疗直肠癌术后湿热蕴结型便秘的疗效显著,可改善MTL、SP、VIP及中医证候,提高生活质量,值得推广。 展开更多

A mathematical energy coupling model was developed to analyze the light transmission in the keyhole and energy distribution on the keyhole wall.The main characteristics of the model include:1) a prototype of the keyhole and the inverse Bremsstrahlung absorption coefficient in the keyhole plasma are obtained from the experiments;2) instead of using a parallel incident beam,a focused laser beam with real Gaussian intensity distribution is implemented;3) both Fresnel absorption and inverse Bremsstrahlung absorption during multiple reflections are considered.The calculation results show that the distribution of absorbed laser intensity by the keyhole wall is not uniform.The maximum laser energy is absorbed by the bottom of the keyhole,although no rays irradiate directly onto the bottom.According to analysis of beam focusing characteristics,the location of the focal plane plays a more important role in the laser energy absorption by the front wall than by the rear wall. 展开更多

[Method] Thirty healthy weanling piglets (Duroc x Landrace x Yorkshire) were randomly divided into five groups and fed with basal diet, basal diet + 1 g/kg innovative montmorillonite, basal diet + 3 g/kg innovative montmorillonite, basal diet + 5 g/kg innovative montmorillonite and basal diet + 3 g/kg Bacillus subtilis microecologic agent, respectively. After four weeks, blood samples were collected via precaval vein, to detect the content of TFF3, NO and SOD in serum by ELISA kits. [Result] Compared with blank control group, the content of TFF3, NO and SOD in high-dose innovative montmorillonite group was extremely significantly increased, extremely significantly reduced and significantly in- creased, respectively; the content of TFF3 and NO in middle-dose innovative mont- morillonite group was significantly increased and significantly reduced, respectively. [Conclusion] Innovative montmorillonite may exert beneficial therapeutic actions on diarrhea by increasing TFF3 and SOD levels and decreasing NO level. 展开更多

Aim To establish a reversed phase liquid chromatographic method forsimultaneous determination of three main medicinal constituents, baicalin, berberine and rhein, inSanhuang tablets. Methods The separation was performed on a Kromasil C_(18) column with TEA-adjusted0.02 mol·L^(-1) H_3PO_4 (pH 6.78)-acetonitrile-methanol (40 : 9 : 7) as mobile phase at aflow-rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1), with detection at 254 ran. Considering interaction between acidic andalkaline compounds, three standard markers were added respectively and the volume of samplesolution was doubled in recovery experiments. Results Three regression equations revealed excellentlinear relationship between the peak areas and concentrations and the correlation coefficients allsurpassed 0.999 8. The average recovery was 96.1% (RSD = 2.1%) baicalin, 98.5% (RSD = 2.4%) forberberine, and 101.5% (RSD =1.3%) for rhein. Conclusion The method developed can be used to controlthe quality of Sanhuang tablets comprehensively. 展开更多

The 2D data processing adopted by the high-density resistivity method regards the geological structures as two degrees, which makes the results of the 2D data inversion only an approximate interpretation;the accuracy and effect can not meet the precise requirement of the inversion. Two typical models of the geological bodies were designed, and forward calculation was carried out using finite element method. The forward-modeled profiles were obtained. 1% Gaussian random error was added in the forward models and then 2D and 3D inversions using a high-density resistivity method were undertaken to realistically simulate field data and analyze the sensitivity of the 2D and 3D inversion algorithms to noise. Contrast between the 2D and 3D inversion results of least squares inversion shows that two inversion results of high-density resistivity method all can basically reflect the spatial position of an anomalous body. However, the 3D inversion can more effectively eliminate the influence of interference from Gaussian random error and better reflect the distribution of resistivity in the anomalous bodies. Overall, the 3D inversion was better than 2D inversion in terms of embodying anomalous body positions, morphology and resistivity properties. 展开更多

Objective:Triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC)is highly metastatic,and there is an urgent unmet need to develop novel therapeutic strategies leading to the new drug discoveries against metastasis.The transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)is known to promote the invasive and migratory potential of breast cancer cells through induction of epithelial–mesenchymal transition(EMT)via the ERK/NF-κB/Snail signaling pathway,leading to breast cancer metastasis.Targeting this pathway to revert the EMT would be an attractive,novel therapeutic strategy to halt breast cancer metastasis.Methods:Effects of enterolactone(EL)on the cell cycle and apoptosis were investigated using flow cytometry and a cleaved caspase-3 enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),respectively.Effects of TGF-βinduction and EL treatment on the functional malignancy of MDA-MB-231 breast cancer cells were investigated using migration and chemo-invasion assays.The effects of EL on EMT markers and the ERK/NF-κB/Snail signaling pathway after TGF-βinduction were studied using confocal microscopy,quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR),Western blot,and flow cytometry.Results:Herein,we report that EL exhibits a significant antimetastatic effect on MDA-MB-231 cells by almost reverting the TGF-β-induced EMT in vitro.EL downregulates the mesenchymal markers N-cadherin and vimentin,and upregulates the epithelial markers E-cadherin and occludin.It represses actin stress fiber formation via inhibition of mitogen-activated protein kinase p-38(MAPK-p38)and cluster of differentiation 44(CD44).EL also suppresses ERK-1/2,NF-κB,and Snail at the m RNA and protein levels.Conclusions:Briefly,EL was found to inhibit TGF-β-induced EMT by blocking the ERK/NF-κB/Snail signaling pathway,which is a promising target for breast cancer metastasis therapy. 展开更多

Image fusion is performed between one band of multi-spectral image and two bands of hyperspectral image to produce fused image with the same spatial resolution as source multi-spectral image and the same spectral resolution as source hyperspeetral image. According to the characteristics and 3-Dimensional (3-D) feature analysis of multi-spectral and hyperspectral image data volume, the new fusion approach using 3-D wavelet based method is proposed. This approach is composed of four major procedures: Spatial and spectral resampling, 3-D wavelet transform, wavelet coefficient integration and 3-D inverse wavelet transform. Especially, a novel method, Ratio Image Based Spectral Resampling (RIBSR)method, is proposed to accomplish data resampling in spectral domain by utilizing the property of ratio image. And a new fusion rule, Average and Substitution (A&S) rule, is employed as the fusion rule to accomplish wavelet coefficient integration. Experimental results illustrate that the fusion approach using 3-D wavelet transform can utilize both spatial and spectral characteristics of source images more adequately and produce fused image with higher quality and fewer artifacts than fusion approach using 2-D wavelet transform. It is also revealed that RIBSR method is capable of interpolating the missing data more effectively and correctly, and A&S rule can integrate coefficients of source images in 3-D wavelet domain to preserve both spatial and spectral features of source images more properly. 展开更多

The pinion bracket-assembly(PBA) is a major part of three gorges project(TGP) ship lift drive system. The static strength,fatigue strength and stress distribution of hinge pin of PBA were analyzed by ANSYS, and the structure of PBA was optimized. The results show that after the optimization, the maximum comprehensive stress is 259.59 MPa, the maximum fatigue cumulative damage of weld joints is 0.94 and the maximum vertical deformation of hinge pin is 0.14 mm. The elastic deformation, hydropneumatic spring cylinder(HSC) load response and the vibration characteristics of PBA were studied by the bearing test when PBA bore the load caused by different water level errors. The results indicate that when the water level of ship chamber ranges from 3.4 m to 3.6 m,the vertical elastic deformation of the pinion shaft is between-8.58 and 10.50 mm. When upward outage-load(1580 k N) is imposed by the test-rack, the vertical elastic deformation of the pinion shaft is 13.42 and 14.07 mm and HSC load response is 795.80-800.80 k N. In the process of imposing load on the pinion by the test-rack, the maximum vibration amplitude and acceleration of PBA internal components are 0.37° and 2.67 rad/s2, respectively; the maximum impact on the pin caused by vibration is 19.89 k N; the pinion shaft vertical displacement and HSC load response do not fluctuate. There is a great difference between the frequency of meshing force of the pinion and the rack(1.06 Hz) and first-order natural frequency of PBA(8.41 Hz), thus PBA will not resonate.From all above, PBA meets the static strength and fatigue strength requirements. The vibration of PBA internal components has no effect on the vertical displacement of the pinion shaft, HSC load response and smooth operation of PBA. There is a liner relationship in the ratio of 2:1 between the thrust imposed by the test-rack and HSC load, thus HSC can limit the load imposed on the pinion. 展开更多
