工学交替背景下高职物流专业“工学式、三循环、递进式”人才培养模式的构建研究

人才培养模式改革是高职教育教学改革的核心问题,高职教育校企合作、工学交替的人才培养模式体现了高职教育发展的本质要求和内在规律,是造就高素质技术技能型人才的重要途径。文章依托学院重点建设的物流管理专业和丰富的企业资源,从构建人才培养模式的体系、思路、内涵、框架、实践等方面,对"工学式、三循环、递进式"人才培养模式进行深入研究,以实现校企共育物流专业人才。

Analysis of Strategies to Improve Traffic Conditions in the Ancient Urban Area of Suzhou

In this paper, the authors first analyse the problems existing in the situation of land use, structure of travel mode and road network by applying the basic principle of traffic engineering and system engineering methods. Then, the authors make it clear the strategies to be adopted for solving the existing traffic problems in the ancient urban area of Suzhou(AUAS), namely insisting on the goal based strategy; the strategy to develop the public transit system in priority and decreasing the demand on cars from the view point of land use strategy. On the basis of such analysis the authors put forth proposals about major measures to be taken to improve traffic conditions of the AUAS, such as construction of express artery ring around the ancient city, appropriate transformation of the roads in the AUAS and rational distribution of car parking areas at the outskirt, which are of positive significance in guiding the protection of the AUAS and transportation construction. In this paper, specialized software is used to establish criteria for the construction scale and extent analysis and evaluation of the ancient city construction project, which is of some reference significance to the transformation of old urban areas in other cities.

Framework of Pattern Recognition Model Based on the Cognitive Psychology

According to the fundamental theory of visual cognition mechanism and cognitive psychology,the visual pattern recognition model is introduced briefly.Three pattern recognition models,i.e.template_based matching model,prototype_based matching model and feature_based matching model are built and discussed separately.In addition,the influence of object background information and visual focus point to the result of pattern recognition is also discussed with the example of recognition for fuzzy letters and figures

Landscape Ecology:Coupling of Pattern,Process,and Scale

Landscape ecology provides new theoretical frameworks and methodologies for understanding complex ecological phenomena at multiple scales.Studies of landscape ecology focus on understanding the dynamics of eco-logical patterns and processes,and highlight the integration of multiple disciplines.In this paper,we discussed the problems and challenges that landscape ecology is currently facing,emphasizing the limitations of current methods used to describe dynamic landscape patterns and processes.We suggested that the focus should be on the integration of ground-based observation,mobile monitoring,transect survey,and remote-sensing monitoring,as well as improved coupling of experimental and model simulations.In addition,we outlined the research frontiers in landscape ecology,including scaling,integrated pattern and process modeling,and regional synthesis.Lastly,a brief review of pat-tern-process-scale coupling studies in China was provided.We concluded by pointing out that pattern-process-scale interactions,correlations between natural,economic,and social processes,and the coupling of human and natural systems will be major research areas in landscape ecology in the future.

Effects of Different Processing Modes of Reconstituted Tobacco on Cigarette Quality

In order to explore the most suitable mode for the primary processing model of reconstituted tobacco, another two kinds of conditioning process schemes for reconstituted tobacco were designed based on the existing reconstituted tobacco processing method. Comparative analysis and evaluation were conducted for moisture content uniformity, intrinsic chemical compositions, casing uniformity, blending uniformity and sensory quality of the samples from the three kind of processing modes. The results showed that loosing and conditioning or the vacuum conditioning pretreatment of the reconstituted tobacco could effectively reduce the difference in moisture content during the blending, and improve the casing uniformity and blending uniformity. Moreover, the samples with the loosing and conditioning pretreatment had higher total sugar and reducing sugar contents, which indicated that the loosing and conditioning pretreatment method was more favorable for the improvement of the intrinsic quality of cigarettes. In addition, the three kinds of aromatic components contents of cigarettes using the loosing and conditioning pretreatment were higher,and the casing uniformity, blending uniformity and overall sensory quality of this pretreatment were all superior to that of the other two kinds of reconstituted tobacco pretreatment methods. The contents of total sugar, reducing sugar as well as the three kinds of aromatic components of cigarettes processed with vacuum conditioning pretreatment were all slightly lower than those of the existing methods, but the casing uniformity and blending uniformity were improved, while it showed small difference in the sensory quality with the existing processing method.

Blended Learning and Applying New Tools and Services of E-Learning Support

The strengths and weaknesses of different online technologies and learning methods have been examined by combining the blended learning program with practical work on institutional e-learning projects. There are differences between the traditional e-learning system and the new E-Learning 2.0 training. At present time, the new technologies provided by Web 2.0 better correspond to the needs of both students and teaching staff. The new Web 2.0 allows the ＂promoting of individual creativity＂, together with the ＂use of collective intelligence＂. A comparison of the two development stages of the e-learning tools has been completed and the advantages of E-Learning 2.0 are shown. The main components of Web 2.0 are provided and the use ofwiki as an up-to-date collaboration tool for on-line teamwork is shown.

Educational Application for Special Needs Is a Learning Tool the Way Forward？

As the 21st century brings in a revolutionary change in the way students study at schools and universities, technology continues to play a crucial role in helping students achieve more conceptual and practical knowledge of topics taught in classrooms. Students with special needs too are now able to study in a general classroom setting, access relevant technologies and use them for higher cognitive development, helping them integrate with their surroundings. However, existing literature shows that though multiple learning tools exist that do enhance learning in special needs students, they either cater to specific areas of development such as Mathematics and English, or that are targeted towards a specified category of studentswith special needs such as autism and cerebral palsy. Furthermore, despite multiple laws and regulations supporting the right to education launched by the UAE （United Arab Emirates） government for special needs students, there seems to exist a need to provide classrooms across the country with educational applications that have a universal approach particularly in the UAE in order to include students with almost any special needs. This paper looks closely at the existing literature and highlights this gap, especially in the UAE and proposes to develop such a tool based on existing learning concepts.

A Brief Introduction to Standardization Education at the School of Business Administration, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law

This article briefly introduces the history, current situation and characteristics of standardization management education in the School of Business and Administration （SBA）, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law （ZUEL）. ZUEL＇s different levels of standardization education are discussed in detail, including undergraduate students, graduate students, and continuing education training for working professionals. Also ZUEL＇s teaching style, research foundation, and relative experiences in standardization education are introduced. ZUEL＇s capacity and characteristics are comprehensively shown and expected further developments in standardization education at ZUEL are provided.

A Triangular Model for Social Work Groups： Teaching the Forgotten Practice Modality

Social Work students typically enroll in the required practice methods courses that are specified by the Council on Social Work Education. At least in the majority of BSW Programs, these practice methods courses are divided into micro-level and macro-level sequences. Individual and family systems are covered in the former sequence, while communities and organizations are the systems of focus in the latter sequence. The group system is often minimized and/or completely ignored in the process, even though there may be some reference made to groups in both practice methods sequences. Consequently, the mezzo-level system of groups is only given ＂lip-service＂ in the dyadic division of micro and macro-level practice. Furthermore, students often do not have the opportunity to practice in group settings, much less, develop competency in these professional venues. This paper describes a teaching format used in a BSW Program in an effort to ensure student competency as required in a Groups Practice course. The triangular model includes： （1） Classroom teaching of theory; （2） Practice of group dynamics; and （3） Supervision by instructors and MSW students.

Application of Experience-based Teaching to College Students＇ Career Planning Course

It is common in China that the employment consciousness of the college students is weak, the professional orientation is not clear and vocational skills are deficient. The gradates lack of cognition about career, and there are many students changing other jobs frequently, which not only influences personal development, but also is a waste for the company and the country, Under the situation, the colleges should strengthen the college students to understand career planning and plan the lifetime rationally. The paper tries to find out the breakthrough point from the teaching ways and methods of career planning course for college students, proposes experience-based-based-based teaching, blends the second-classroom teaching model in it, and combines the qualities of science and engineering students in western universities, for solving the problems of the existing classroom teaching.

Study on heat transfer for falling liquid film flow with consideration of interfacial evaporation

The interfacial evaporative heat transfer was included in the semi-empirical study of the heat transfer for the falling liquid film flow. The investigations showed that, the inclusion of the interfacial eveiporative heat transfer in the turbulent model would lower the predicted convective heat transfer coefficient. Predictions of the new model resulted in a prominent deviation from that predictions of the normal model in the case of large mass flow rate and low wall heat flux. This deviation will be decreased with increasing wall heat flux, such that it will be asymptotic zero at very high wall heat flux. Predictions of the new model agreed well with the current experimental measurements. This study has verified that the Reynolds number is not the sole crucial parameter for heat transfer of falling liquid film flow, and wall heat flux will be another important independent parameter. This result is consistent with our previous studies.

Analysis on the industry of tourism for the aged

The problem of aging, as a severe test in the world, has attracted wide attention all over the world. This article will study the development of the tourism pension industry on the basis of traditional old-age mode, compare the experience of the development of foreign tourism for the aged, and finally put forward some suggestions and thinking for the development of China＇s special color.

Orthogonal moment based texture segmentation

Texture segmentation is a necessary step to identify the surface or an object in an image. We present a Legendre moment based segmentation algorithm. The Legendre moments in small local windows of the image are computed first and a nonlinear transducer is used to map the moments to texture features and these features are used to construct feature vectors used as input data. Then an RBF neural network is used to perform segmentation. A k-mean algorithm is used to train the hidden layers of the RBF neural network. The training of the output layer is the supervised algorithm based on LMS. The algorithm has been successfully used to segment a number of gray level texture images. Compared with the geometric moment-based texture segmentation, we can reduce the error rates using orthogonal moments.

Schema theory and its application in teaching listening for non-English major undergraduates

Both empirical research findings and teaching experiences show that most non-English major undergraduates who are poorly aware of the cognitive psychological aspect of listening usually pay far greater attention to their improvement of pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, etc. only in listening class. That might be part of the reason, and the author will discuss the application of information-processing model theory, schema theory in particular from the angle of cognitive psychology in listening comprehension course, hoping to remove barriers in the listening procedure to achieve better progress for students in listening ability.

Village Centre Internal Resources Used for New Development

Villages historically have been founded around agriculture but farm land has greatly changed, mainly in the areas of the centralised conception of agriculture from the 1950s. Original parcelling, homestead composition and functional layouts have stopped being useful for current village inhabitants. The Czech Republic is an example of an area where this problem has appeared. According to the Czech Statistical Office, the number of inhabitants working in agriculture is now only 1%. Therefore, we need to concentrate on the village historic centre： the possibilities of restructuring and the definition of its potential and possibilities for new development. The internal resources of the village mentioned in this paper refer to the buildings, structures and land of the village centre core. The case studies worked out by the students of architecture in the Faculty of Civil Engineering of Czech Technical University in Prague from the 1990s were used for the research. Comparing designs can define these basic approaches to the new historic centre＇s use： a spatial solution--urban （non-invasive and invasive） and architectonical （reconstruction, traditional form with modern detail or completely modern design） and a functional solution. The research shown in the original historic village core offers enough opportunities for new usages and non-agricultural functions which are suitable for this area.

A paradigm-based evolution of chemical engineering

A short presentation of chemical engineering evolution,as guided by its paradigms,is exposed.The first paradigm–unit operations–has emerged as a necessity of systematization due to the explosion of chemical industrial applications at the end of 19th century.The birth in the late 1950s of the second paradigm–transport phenomena–was the consequence of the need for a deep,scienti fic knowledge of the phenomena that explain what happens inside of unit operations.In the second part of 20th century,the importance of chemical product properties and qualities has become essentially in the market fights.Accordingly,it was required with additional and even new fundamental approaches,and product engineering was recognized as the third paradigm.Nowadays chemical industry,as a huge materials and energy consumer,and with a strong ecological impact,couldn't remain outside of sustainability requirements.The basics of the fourth paradigm–sustainable chemical engineering–are now formulated.

Insurance ratemaking method for risk of construction diversion project

Based on analyzing risk factors of diversion project,synthetic risk rate and engineering insurance period,the frequency and distribution law of loss are researched on the grounds that foundation pit is submerged after diversion project ceases to be effective.And then,the standpoint that these total loss is subject to non-homogeneous compound Poisson processes is put forward.Furthermore,the collective risk model of the total loss about engineering insurance is established on the basis of construction diversion project risk.Ultimately,insurance ratemaking method for construction engineering risk and its mathematical expression are presented,which provides theoretical method for the insurance ratemaking of hydropower engineering to some extent.
