秦汉力役有劳役(更役)和兵役之分。与健康的成年男子一样,健康的成年女子和轻度残疾者也是更役的承担者,而傅籍仅限于健康的成年男子,说明征发更役并非傅籍的目的。更役是秦汉唯一的属于普遍性征发的劳役形式,但在具体的服役内容上,又... 秦汉力役有劳役(更役)和兵役之分。与健康的成年男子一样,健康的成年女子和轻度残疾者也是更役的承担者,而傅籍仅限于健康的成年男子,说明征发更役并非傅籍的目的。更役是秦汉唯一的属于普遍性征发的劳役形式,但在具体的服役内容上,又种类繁多,有轻重大小之别;就服役者和更役具体内容的结合上看,更役具有多层次性。这排除了傅籍还存在以其他普遍性的劳役形式为目的的可能。因此,针对秦汉健康成年男子的傅籍具有兵役性质,而与更役征发无关。 展开更多

元诸色户计当差,肇始于军前掳掠“生口”的强制役使,经乙未(1235)、壬子(1252)和至元七年(1270)的“抄籍”,以汉地为重心,终成定制。“工作征戍”专项役与“全户应当”户役混合的元诸色户计当差,其据籍当差、户役世袭、各有所属、主从... 元诸色户计当差,肇始于军前掳掠“生口”的强制役使,经乙未(1235)、壬子(1252)和至元七年(1270)的“抄籍”,以汉地为重心,终成定制。“工作征戍”专项役与“全户应当”户役混合的元诸色户计当差,其据籍当差、户役世袭、各有所属、主从役使等特色鲜明。该制因征服先后、行汉法不一及原有社会经济结构,在草原、汉地和江南实施有别。明不分南北“配户当差”,“既以粮赋天下之田,而必以丁定赋役之则”。“配户”役皆永充,役因籍异,各有役田,以户供丁,实沦为国家农奴。其里甲正役的实质就是“催办钱粮”背后始终隐藏着催征、经收和解运等沉重徭役,此即所谓“纳粮也是当差”。元明“户役法”所缔造的全民当差服役秩序,明显是对“唐宋变革”身丁劳役消逝大势的逆转。百姓当差与官僚当差,百姓依附奴化与官僚依附奴化,被捆绑在一起。长达300余年的户役当差秩序,充任元明吏民依附奴化回潮的最深厚、最广泛的社会土壤。元明妃嫔殉葬和明廷杖,或由此种当差秩序及奴化回潮所滋养催生。 展开更多

Hexagonal boron nitride(h-BN)ceramics have become exceptional materials for heat-resistant components in hypersonic vehicles,owing to their superior thermal stability and excellent dielectric properties.However,their densification during sintering still poses challenges for researchers,and their mechanical properties are rather unsatisfactory.In this study,SrAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8)(SAS),with low melting point and high strength,was introduced into the h-BN ceramics to facilitate the sintering and reinforce the strength and toughness.Then,BN-SAS ceramic composites were fabricated via hot press sintering using h-BN,SrCO_(3),Al_(2)O_(3),and SiO_(2) as raw materials,and effects of sintering pressure on their microstructure,mechanical property,and thermal property were investigated.The thermal shock resistance of BN-SAS ceramic composites was evaluated.Results show that phases of as-preparedBN-SAS ceramic composites are h-BN and h-SrAl_(2)Si_(2)O_(8).With the increase of sintering pressure,the composites’densities increase,and the mechanical properties shew a rising trend followed by a slight decline.At a sintering pressure of 20 MPa,their bending strength and fracture toughness are(138±4)MPa and(1.84±0.05)MPa·m^(1/2),respectively.Composites sintered at 10 MPa exhibit a low coefficient of thermal expansion,with an average of 2.96×10^(-6) K^(-1) in the temperature range from 200 to 1200℃.The BN-SAS ceramic composites prepared at 20 MPa display higher thermal conductivity from 12.42 to 28.42 W·m^(-1)·K^(-1) within the temperature range from room temperature to 1000℃.Notably,BN-SAS composites exhibit remarkable thermal shock resistance,with residual bending strength peaking and subsequently declining sharply under a thermal shock temperature difference ranging from 600 to 1400℃.The maximum residual bending strength is recorded at a temperature difference of 800℃,with a residual strength retention rate of 101%.As the thermal shock temperature difference increase,the degree of oxidation on the ceramic surface and cracks due to thermal stress are also increased gradually. 展开更多

农业社会是一个等级社会,但是,这只是就其身份等级关系而言的。其实,农业社会的社会关系主要是由两大关系所构成的:其一是身份等级关系;其二是土地关系。在身份等级关系中,"为官"就是服役,所服的是一种特殊的"官役"... 农业社会是一个等级社会,但是,这只是就其身份等级关系而言的。其实,农业社会的社会关系主要是由两大关系所构成的:其一是身份等级关系;其二是土地关系。在身份等级关系中,"为官"就是服役,所服的是一种特殊的"官役";在土地关系中,却包含着逐利动机生成的要求,因而为官也就表现为对一种报酬的获取,这种报酬就是俸禄。中国农业社会由于出现了等级关系与土地关系的分化,所以也形成了一个与身份等级关系不同的官的等级系列;在欧洲历史上,由于没有真正实现这种等级关系与土地关系的分化,所以欧洲直到资产阶级革命前一直是身份等级占主导地位。当然,土地关系仅仅是一种经济关系,而身份等级关系则是一种政治关系,在所有的等级社会中,土地关系都是被纳入到身份等级关系的控制之下的。 展开更多

The effects of inclusions on microstructure, mechanical property, corrosion behavior of Mg-10Gd-3Y (GW103K) alloys by unrefining, MgO ceramic filtering and JDMJ flux refining were investigated, respectively. The results indicate that with decreasing significantly the number and size grade of inclusions for the alloy refined with JDMJ flux, tensile strength and elongation increase; however, the yield strength is less than that of the alloy refined with MgO ceramic filter and unrefined alloy. With the decrease of the inclusions contents, the corrosion rate of the alloys quickly vary from 2.419 mg/(cm 2 ·d) to 1.265 mg/(cm 2 ·d). After inclusion content is reduced to 0.385%, the corrosion rate has almost no changes. Finally, the relationship between the volume fraction of inclusions and service properties of GW103K alloy under different conditions are established quantitatively. 展开更多

The lifespan was extrapolated based on this model. The results indicate that the relationship of capacity retention and cycle number can be expressed by Gaussian function. The selecting function and optimal precision were verified through actual match detection and a range of alternating current impedance testing. Acute pancreatitis (AP) is a common acute abdomen in clinic with a rapid onset and dangerous pathogenetic condition. AP can cause an injury of intestinal mucosa barrier, leading to translocation of bacteria or endotoxin through multiple routes, bacterial translocation (BT), gutorigin endotoxaemia, and secondary infection of pancreatic tissue, and then cause systemic in- flammatory response syndrome (SIRS) or multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS), which are important factors influencing AP’s severity and mortality. Meanwhile, the injury of intestinal mucosa barrier plays a key role in AP’s process. Therefore, it is clinically important to study the relationship between the injury of intestinal mucosa barrier and AP. In addition, many factors such as microcirculation disturbance, ischemical reperfusion injury, excessive release of inflammatory mediators and apoptosis may also play important roles in the damage of intestinal mucosa barrier. AIM: To investigate the effects of Fuzheng Yiliu granules (body-resistance strengthening and tumor-suppressing granules) in patients with esophageal carcinoma. METHODS: We compared the immune adherent properties of red blood cells (RBCs), the expression of metastasis protein CD44, and the metastasis inhibition factor nm23, in esophageal carcinoma tumor cells of patients before and after radiotherapy in the presence and absence of orally administered Fuzheng Yiliu granules. Sixty-three hospitalized patients with esophageal carcinoma were treated with standard radiotherapy and randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) treated with both radiotherapy and Fuzheng Yiliu granules and control group (n = 33) given radiotherapy only. Blood samples and tumor tissue were obtained before and after 21 d of treatment. The rosette rates for complement receptor type 3b (C3bRR) and immune complex receptor (ICRR) on RBCs were measured by erythrocyte immunological methods. Expression of CD44 and rim23 in tumor tissue sections was determined by immunohistochemical staining with monoclonal antibodies CD44v6 ad nm23H-1, respectively. RESULTS: The positivity of RBC-C3bRR before and after 21 d of treatment increased from 7.78% ± 1.59% to 10.03% ± 2.01% in the double treatment group, while it changed only slightly from 7.18% ± 1.29% to 7.46% ± 1.12% in the radiotherapy group. The positive rate for RBC-ICRR decreased from 37.68% ± 2.51% to 22.55% ± 1.65% after the double treatment, and from 37.28% ± 2.41% to 24.69% ± 1.91% in radiotherapy group at the same time points. The difference in erythrocyte immune adherent function between the two groups was significant (P 〈 0.01, t-test). The CD44^± - cases were reduced from 21 (70.00%) to 12 (40.00%) after treatment with Fuzheng Yiliu granules, whereas the CD44^± -cases (69.70%) in the radiotherapy group remained unchanged. The difference between the treatment (40.00%) and control (69.70%) groups was significant (P 〈 0.05). Although the nm23^± -cases were increased from 4 (13.33%) to 6 (20.00%) in the double treatment group and from 6 (18.18%) to 7 (21.21%) in the radiotherapy group, the difference was not significant (P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION: Fuzheng Yiliu granules enhance the immune adhesion function of RBCs and reduce the number of CD44^± -cells in esophageal carcinoma patients, suggesting a potential role of these Chinese herbals in suppression of invasion and metastasis of malignant cells. However, this anti-metastatic effect has yet to be validated in vivo. 展开更多

Taking the multi-component system as research object, a maintenance optimization model based on the unequal inspection period and imperfect repair is established by considering the requirement of expected availability for improving the system's availability. An age reduction factor is used to describe the effect of imperfect repair, and the modelling approach for the unequal inspection period is proposed. Unavailable situations are classified into three kinds of independent cases, and the availability is calculated accordingly. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the unavailable cases and the unequal inspection period, an optimization model under imperfect repair is established to optimize the system's expected availability. A case study of a wind turbine is provided, and three key components, i.e. gearbox, generator and spindle, are considered. The optimization results of the unequal inspection period model and the equal inspection period model are compared. The results show that the unequal inspection period model based on availability can update the maintenance plan so as to optimize maintenance activities and improve the system's availability. 展开更多

Fuel cycle related activities were accomplished in IPEN-CNEN/SP in laboratory and pilot plant scale and most facilities were built in the 70-80 years. Nevertheless, radical changes of the Brazilian nuclear policy in the beginning of 90's determined the interruption of several fuel cycle activities and facilities shutdown. Some laboratory and pilot plant decommissioning activities have been performed in IPEN in the last years. During the operational activities in the decommissioning of old nuclear fuel cycle facilities, the personnel involved in the task had to face several problems. In old facilities, the need of large components dismantling and material removal use to present some difficulties, such as lack of available and near electricity supply. Besides this, the spread out of the superficial contamination in the form of dust or aerosols and the exposure of workers should be as much as possible avoided. Then, the selection and availability of suitable tools for the task, mainly those employed for cutting and segmentation of different materials is of significant importance. Slight hand tools, mainly those powered by rechargeable batteries, facilitate the work, especially in areas where the access is difficult. Based on the experience in the dismantling of some old nuclear facilities of IPEN-CNEN/SP, some tools that would have facilitated the operations were identified and their availability could have improved the quality and efficiency of different individual tasks. From beginning of 90's, the Brazilian nuclear policy has been changed radically. This determined the interruption of most R&D fuel cycle activities and the facilities shutdown at Nuclear and Energetic Research Institute (IPEN). The existence of those facilities also implicated in the need of constant surveillance, representing additional obligations, costs and problems. The reasons to promote the dismantling of the IPEN's Nuclear Fuel Cycle Pilot Plants elapsed mainly from the need of physical space for new activities, since the R&D in the nuclear fuel cycle area were interrupted. In the last decade, IPEN has changed its "nuclear profile" to a "comprehensive and multidisciplinary profile". With the end of most nuclear fuel cycle activities, the former facilities were distributed in four different centers. Each center has adopted a different strategy and priority to face the D&D problem. The available resources depend on the specific program in each area's development (resources available from other sources, not only from Brazilian National Nuclear Energy Commission (CNEN). One of those new activities is the IPEN's Environmental Program. This paper describes the procedures, problems faced and results related to the reintegration of the former pilot plant areas as new laboratories of the Chemical and Environmental Technology Center-CQMA of the IPEN. 展开更多

Consequences of decommissioning oil fields on artisanal fishing activities are still little known in the literature. This paper is intended to shed some light on a process of dismantling and sinking of oil and gas structures in shallow waters, with severe disturbing impacts on low income artisanal fishing activities. From a socio-economic perspective, the relationship of oil industry with local communities is described, with the main perceived problems pointed out in local fishermen leadership perspective. The notions of "damages" and "mitigation" used by the oil industry are discussed in connection to the expansion and dismantling of oil installations during the past 20 yrs. A comparative view of oil fields decommissioning in Europe and Brazil during the late 1990s suggests the need to review transparency and social commitment standards which have been far less prominent in this Brazilian case. The authors believe that the Brazilian oil industry has acquired a social and environmental debt towards the whole society, as far as it has been unable to establish a clear and effective process for decommissioning their oil installations within the artisanal fishing areas of the Todosos Santos Bay. Furthermore, the discussion of fair and specific compensations has been avoided, which otherwise would be instrumental to regain local economic conditions found among fishermen just few decades ago. 展开更多
