Methods Cefaclor pellets were prepared by extrusion/spheronization and coated by Eudragit L30D-55 or Eudragit NE30D, then the two sorts of pellets were filled to capsules in a 35:65 ratio to made a modified-release (MR) capsules. The bioavailability of the MR capsules was studied in 24 healthy volunteers after oral administration in a fast state using a commercially available immediate release (IR) capsule as a reference. Results The results showed that the MR formulation had a relatively good bioavailability compared with the commercial capsules, as well as a longer time keeping drug level above MIC than immediate release capsule. The relative bioavailability of the MR capsules was 97.4- 12.1%. Conclusion The data of the present study indicate that time of cefaclor plasma concentration above MIC can be substantially prolonged if cefaclor is administered as a modified- release product.展开更多

[Method] Total three representative land use patterns (corn field, cherry tree land, wood land) were selected from Hongta District, Yuxi City, and under these three patterns, soil microbial quantity and activity were studied. [Result] Under the three land use patterns, soil microorganisms were domi- nated by bacteria; soil microbial quantity ranked as wood land's〉cheery tree land's〉 corn field's; and total microbial activity, catalase activity and urease activity all ranked as cherry tree land's〉wood land's〉corn field's. [Conclusion] Soil microbial activity and functions are related to farmland management measures, as well as land use pattern and soil nutrients.展开更多

The results showed that: the organic wastes generated in urban-rural life as fertilizer applied into farmland made an impact on soil properties, then indirectly affected the soil microbial biomass and soil enzymes activities. In addition, the heavy metals in organic wastes would accumulate in the soil and damage to soil environment. Therefore, it was necessary to make a long- term research on the environment of soil which agricultural utilized of wastes.展开更多
