紫地合剂联合质子泵抑制剂治疗消化性溃疡出血的临床疗效观察

【目的】观察具有收敛止血、清热凉血功效的紫地合剂联合质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitions,PPIs)治疗消化性溃疡出血(peptic ulcer bleeding,PUB)的临床效果。【方法】回顾性收集2019年12月至2023年5月在广州中医药大学第一附属医... 【目的】观察具有收敛止血、清热凉血功效的紫地合剂联合质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitions,PPIs)治疗消化性溃疡出血(peptic ulcer bleeding,PUB)的临床效果。【方法】回顾性收集2019年12月至2023年5月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院急诊病区住院的281例PUB患者,根据治疗方案的不同将其分为对照组143例和观察组138例。对照组患者在一般治疗基础上给予PPIs治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予紫地合剂口服治疗,疗程为3 d。观察2组患者治疗前后格拉斯哥-布拉奇福德出血评分(GBS)、血红蛋白量(HGB)、血小板总数(PLT)、血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Cr)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平的变化情况,并比较2组患者的平均住院时间和临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗3 d后,观察组的总有效率为97.10%(134/138),对照组为91.61%(131/143),组间比较(χ^(2)检验),观察组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的GBS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组对GBS评分的降低作用优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组的平均住院时间为(5.81±1.02)d,较对照组的(6.13±1.12)d有所缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(4)治疗后,2组患者外周血HGB、PLT水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),BUN水平较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组对外周血HGB、PLT水平的升高作用及对BUN水平的降低作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(5)治疗过程中,2组患者的外周血AST、ALT、Cr水平均未见升高,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】紫地合剂联合PPIs治疗PUB效果显著,有助于改善相关血常规和生化指标,缩短住院时间,其疗效优于单纯使用PPIs治疗。 展开更多

汉语类词缀“性”和“化”的兼类产生机制

在汉语数量众多的类后缀中,“性”和“化”是较为特殊的两个,它们能产性极高,能够构成不同语法性质的词,因此可被看作兼类类词缀。研究二者的兼类产生机制很有意义。首先,穷尽性地分析了“性、化”和不同词基的结合以及兼类情况,发现一... 在汉语数量众多的类后缀中,“性”和“化”是较为特殊的两个,它们能产性极高,能够构成不同语法性质的词,因此可被看作兼类类词缀。研究二者的兼类产生机制很有意义。首先,穷尽性地分析了“性、化”和不同词基的结合以及兼类情况,发现一半以上的“X性”派生词兼具名词和区别词性,动名形类词基都能灵活地进入此类“X性”词;而“X化”最常见的是作不及物动词,“N.+化”为其强势派生结构。在此基础上,重点剖析了“性”和“化”兼类产生的原理,“性”和“化”的兼类实质上是时空概念相通在语言中的表现。至于二者兼类产生的原因,则是因为名词类的“X性”多表示一种抽象的性质或概念,是名词范畴中的边缘成员;而“X化”大多是不及物动词,属于动词范畴中的非典型成员。 展开更多

目的检测喉癌组织的抑制基因RAS相关区域家族1A(Ras associationdomain family 1,isoform A,RASSF1A)甲基化状态,并探讨RASSF1A启动子甲基化与喉癌的关系。方法应用甲基化特异性PCR技术技术检测52例喉癌组织,52例相应癌旁组织及24例对... 目的检测喉癌组织的抑制基因RAS相关区域家族1A(Ras associationdomain family 1,isoform A,RASSF1A)甲基化状态,并探讨RASSF1A启动子甲基化与喉癌的关系。方法应用甲基化特异性PCR技术技术检测52例喉癌组织,52例相应癌旁组织及24例对照组织中RASSFIA基因启动子甲基化状态。按年龄、性别、肿瘤分化程度、肿瘤分期进行分组,分析RASSF1A基因启动子区甲基化情况与各组临床病理特征的关系。结果 1喉癌组织、癌旁组织及对照组织中RASSFIA基因启动子区甲基化的例数分别65.4%、7.7%、0%。喉癌组甲基化发生率显著高于癌旁组和对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),而癌旁组甲基化发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2RASSF1A基因启动子甲基化情况与喉癌患者的年龄、性别及肿瘤的分化程度、及分期情况关系不明显,按上述临床病理特征分组,各组内比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 1喉癌组织中RASSF1A基因启动子区的甲基化,提示其与喉癌发生关系密切,可能喉癌发生过程中一个重要的分子机制。2不同肿瘤的分化及分期间甲基化程度无明显差异,提示RASSF1A基因发生甲基化可能是喉癌发生中的早期事件。3RASSF1A启动子甲基化有望成为早期诊断喉癌的一个分子标志。甲基化特异性PCR方法是一种快而灵敏的基因甲基化检测方法,有望应用于临床。 展开更多

Lead-free low melting glasses,ZnO-CuO-Bi_(2)O_(3)-B_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)system,with fixed contents of 15 mol%CuO and 20 mol%Bi_(2)O_(3),were prepared by using melt cooling method.Structure and thermal properties of the glasses were studied by using X-ray diffractometer(XRD),infrared spectrometer(FIT-IR),thermal dilatometer and differential thermal analyzer(DTA).Chemical durability of the glasses was studied by using dissolution rate method.Wettability of glasses on substrate was tested by using button sintering experiment.It is found that alkaline resistance of the glass solders is lower than that of plate glass and the water resistance is comparable with that of plate glass.The sealing temperatures are Ts=445-490℃,while the average thermal expansion coefficient from room temperature to 300℃is in the range of(65-82)×10^(−7)℃^(−1).At sealing temperature,the glass solders have good wettability on plate glass or alumina substrate.They are not crystallized even sintered at the sealing temperature for 30 min.The solder glasses are suitable for sealing plate glass,alumina and other inorganic non-metallic materials. 展开更多

Biomass-derived platform molecules,such as furfural,are abundant and renewable feedstock for valuable chemical production.It is critical to synthesize highly efficient photocatalysts for selective oxidation under visible light.The Er@K-C_(3)N_(4)/UiO-66-NH_(2) catalyst was synthesized using a straight-forward hydrothermal technique,and exhibited exceptional efficiency in the photocatalytic oxidation of furfural to furoic acid.The catalyst was thoroughly characterized,confirming the effective adjustment of the band gap energy of Er@K-C_(3)N_(4)/UiO-66-NH_(2).Upon the optimized reaction conditions,the conversion rate of furfural reached 89.3%,with a corresponding yield of furoic acid at 79.8%.The primary reactive oxygen species was identified as·O_(2)^(-) from ESR spectra and scavenger tests.The incorporation of Er and K into the catalyst enhanced the photogenerated carriers transfer rate,hence increasing the separating efficiency of photogenerated electron-hole pairs.This study expands the potential applications of rare earth element doped g-C_(3)N_(4) in the photocatalytic selective oxidation of furfurans. 展开更多

The electrocatalytic N_(2)reduction reaction(NRR)is expected to supersede the traditional Haber-Bosch technology for NH3 production under ambient conditions.The activity and selectivity of electrochemical NRR are restricted to a strong polarized electric field induced by the catalyst,correct electron transfer direction,and electron tunneling distance between bare electrode and active sites.By coupling the chemical vapor deposition method with the poly(methyl methacylate)-transfer method,an ultrathin sandwich catalyst,i.e.,Fe atoms(polarized electric field layer)sandwiched between ultrathin(within electron tunneling distance)BN(catalyst layer)and graphene film(conducting layer),is fabricated for electrocatalytic NRR.The sandwich catalyst not only controls the transfer of electrons to the BN surface in the correct direction under applied voltage but also suppresses hydrogen evolution reaction by constructing a neutral polarization electric field without metal exposure.The sandwich electrocatalyst NRR system achieve NH3 yield of 8.9μg h^(−1)cm^(−2)and Faradaic Efficiency of 21.7%.The N_(2)adsorption,activation,and polarization electric field changes of three sandwich catalysts(BN-Fe-G,BN-Fe-BN,and G-Fe-G)during the electrocatalytic NRR are investigated by experiments and density functional theory simulations.Driven by applied voltage,the neutral polarized electric field induced by BN-Fe-G leads to the high activity of electrocatalytic NRR. 展开更多

An eco-friendly superhydrophobic protective film(DTMS/TEOS silane film)was fabricated on sintered NdFeB substrate through the utilization of electrochemically assisted deposition technology.The structure,properties,and film-forming mechanism of dodecyltrime-thoxysilane(DTMS)/tetraethoxysilane(TEOS)silane films were comprehensively analyzed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).Based on the test results,it can be determined that this film has a superhydrophobic property with a hydrophobicity angle of 152°.This special property can be attributed to the long alkyl chains in the DTMS molecule,the rough morphology,and the low surface energy of the DTMS/TEOS silane film.The surface of sintered NdFeB is coated with a layered three-dimensional network silane film that forms through the condensation of silanol substances.This film provides excellent corrosion resistance to the sintered NdFeB substrate,reducing its corrosion current density to 2.02×10~(-6)A/cm~2.Moreover,the impact of film on the magnetic characteristics of sintered NdFeB was assessed and found to be minimal. 展开更多

The production of renewable fuels through water splitting via photocatalytic hydrogen production holds significant promise.Nonetheless,the sluggish kinetics of hydrogen evolution and the inadequate water adsorption on photocatalysts present notable challenges.In this study,we have devised a straightforward hydrothermal method to synthesize Bi_(2)O_(3)(BO)derived from metal‐organic frameworks(MOFs),loaded with flower-like ZnIn_(2)S_(4)(ZIS).This approach substantially enhances water adsorption and surface catalytic reactions,resulting in a remarkable enhancement of photocatalytic activity.By employing triethanolamine(TEOA)as a sacrificial agent,the hydrogen evolution rate achieved with 15%(mass fraction)ZIS loading on BO reached an impressive value of 1610μmol∙h^(−1)∙g^(−1),marking a 6.34-fold increase compared to that observed for bare BO.Furthermore,through density functional theory(DFT)and ab initio molecular dynamics(AIMD)calculations,we have identified the reactions occurring at the ZIS/BO S-scheme heterojunction interface,including the identification of active sites for water adsorption and catalytic reactions.This study provides valuable insights into the development of high-performance composite photocatalytic materials with tailored electronic properties and wettability. 展开更多

In order to enhance the mechanical properties of the selective laser-melted(SLM) high-Mg content AlSiMg1.4 alloy,the Zr element was introduced.The influence of Zr alloying on the processability,microstructure,and mechanical properties of the alloy was systematically investigated through performing microstructure analysis and tensile testing.It was demonstrated that the SLM-fabricated AlSiMg1.4-Zr alloy exhibited high process stability with a relative density of over 99.5% at various process parameters.Besides,the strong grain refinement induced by the primary Al3Zr particle during the melt solidification process simultaneously enhanced both the strength and plasticity of the alloy.The values for the yield strength,ultimate tensile strength,and elongation of the SLM-fabricated AlSiMg1.4-Zr were(343±3) MPa,(485±4) MPa,and(10.2±0.2)%,respectively,demonstrating good strengthplasticity synergy in comparison to the AlSiMg1.4 and other Al-Si-based alloys fabricated by SLM. 展开更多

Aging Characteristics of Lithium-Ion Battery Under Fast Charging Based on Electrochemical-thermalmechanical Coupling Model

The aging characteristics of lithium-ion battery(LIB)under fast charging is investigated based on an electrochemical-thermal-mechanical(ETM)coupling model.Firstly,the ETM coupling model is established by COMSOL Multiphysics.Subsequently,a long cycle test was conducted to explore the aging characteristics of LIB.Specifically,the effects of charging(C)rate and cycle number on battery aging are analyzed in terms of nonuniform distribution of solid electrolyte interface(SEI),SEI formation,thermal stability and stress characteristics.The results indicate that the increases in C rate and cycling led to an increase in the degree of nonuniform distribution of SEI,and thus a consequent increase in the capacity loss due to the SEI formation.Meanwhile,the increases in C rate and cycle number also led to an increase in the heat generation and a decrease in the heat dissipation rate of the battery,respectively,which result in a decrease in the thermal stability of the electrode materials.In addition,the von Mises stress of the positive electrode material is higher than that of the negative electrode material as the cycling proceeds,with the positive electrode material exhibiting tensile deformation and the negative electrode material exhibiting compressive deformation.The available lithium ion concentration of the positive electrode is lower than that of the negative electrode,proving that the tensile-type fracture occurring in the positive material under long cycling dominated the capacity loss process.The aforementioned studies are helpful for researchers to further explore the aging behavior of LIB under fast charging and take corresponding preventive measures. 展开更多

Three zincand cobaltcoordination polymers,namely{[Zn_(2)(μ_(6)-adip)(phen)_(2)]·4H_(2)O}_(n)(1),{[Co_(2)(μ_(6)-adip)(bipy)_(2)]·4H_(2)O}_(n)(2),and[Co_(2)(μ4-adip)(μ-bpa)_(2)]_(n)(3)have been constructed hydrothermally using H4adip(H4adip=5,5′-azanediyldiisophthalic acid),phen(phen=1,10-phenanthroline),bipy(bipy=2,2′-bipyridine),bpa(bpa=bis(4-pyridyl)amine),and zinc and cobalt chlorides at 160℃.The products were isolated as stable crystalline solids and were characterized by IR spectra,elemental analyses,thermogravimetric analyses,and single-crystal X-ray diffrac-tion analyses.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that three compounds crystallize in the orthorhom-bic system Pnna(1 and 2)or P21212(3)space groups.All compounds exhibit 3D frameworks.The catalytic perfor-mances in the Henry reaction of these compounds were investigated.Compound 3 exhibited an effective catalytic activity in the Henry reaction at 70℃.CCDC:2339391,1;2339392,2;2339393,3. 展开更多

The impact of cold rolling deformation,which was introduced after solid solution and before aging treatment,on microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of the as-extruded spray formed Al−9.8Zn−2.3Mg−1.73Cu−0.13Cr(wt.%)alloy,was investigated.SEM,TEM,and EBSD were used to analyze the microstructures,and tensile tests were conducted to assess mechanical properties.The results indicate that the D1-T6 sample,subjected to 25%cold rolling deformation,exhibits finer grains(3.35μm)compared to the D0-T6 sample(grain size of 4.23μm)without cold rolling.Cold rolling refines the grains that grow in solution treatment.Due to the combined effects of finer and more dispersed precipitates,higher dislocation density and smaller grains,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the D1-T6 sample can reach 663 and 737 MPa,respectively.In comparison to the as-extruded and D0-T6 samples,the yield strength of the D1-T6 sample increases by 415 and 92 MPa,respectively. 展开更多

Wire-arc additive manufacture(WAAM)has great potential for manufacturing of Al-Cu components.However,inferior mechanical properties of WAAM deposited material restrict its industrial application.Inter-layer cold rolling and thermo-mechanical heat treatment(T8)with pre-stretching deformation between solution and aging treatment were adopted in this study.Their effects on hardness,mechanical properties and microstructure were analyzed and compared to the conventional heat treatment(T6).The results show that cold rolling increases the hardness and strengths,which further increase with T8 treatment.The ultimate tensile strength(UTS)of 513 MPa and yield stress(YS)of 413 MPa can be obtained in the inter-layer cold-rolled sample with T8 treatment,which is much higher than that in the as-deposited samples.The cold-rolled samples show higher elongation than that of as-deposited ones due to significant elimination of porosity in cold rolling;while both the T6 and T8 treatments decrease the elongation.The cold rolling and pre-stretching deformation both contribute to the formation of dense and dispersive precipitatedθ′phases,which inhibits the dislocation movement and enhances the strengths;as a result,T8 treatment shows better strengthening effect than the T6 treatment.The strengthening mechanism was analyzed and it was mainly related to work hardening and precipitation strengthening. 展开更多
