It is typically used to interpret gravity and magnetic data, and find the horizontal boundaries of geological bodies. Large deviations between model and true edges are common because of the interference of depth and errors in computing the derivatives; thus, edge detection methods cannot provide information about the depth of the source. To simultaneously obtain the horizontal extent and depth of geophysical anomalies, we use normalized edge detection filters, which normalize the edge detection function at different depths, and the maxima that correspond to the location of the source. The errors between model and actual edges are minimized as the depth of the source decreases and the normalized edge detection method recognizes the extent of the source based on the maxima, allowing for reliable model results. We demonstrate the applicability of the normalized edge detection filters in defining the horizontal extent and depth using synthetic and actual aeromagnetic data.展开更多
In order to decrease the sensitivity of the constant scale parameter, adaptively optimize the scale parameter in the iteration regularization model (IRM) and attain a desirable level of applicability for image denoi...In order to decrease the sensitivity of the constant scale parameter, adaptively optimize the scale parameter in the iteration regularization model (IRM) and attain a desirable level of applicability for image denoising, a novel IRM with the adaptive scale parameter is proposed. First, the classic regularization item is modified and the equation of the adaptive scale parameter is deduced. Then, the initial value of the varying scale parameter is obtained by the trend of the number of iterations and the scale parameter sequence vectors. Finally, the novel iterative regularization method is used for image denoising. Numerical experiments show that compared with the IRM with the constant scale parameter, the proposed method with the varying scale parameter can not only reduce the number of iterations when the scale parameter becomes smaller, but also efficiently remove noise when the scale parameter becomes bigger and well preserve the details of images.展开更多

There is little low-and-high frequency information on seismic data in seismic exploration,resulting in narrower bandwidth and lower seismic resolution.It considerably restricts the prediction accuracy of thin reservoi...There is little low-and-high frequency information on seismic data in seismic exploration,resulting in narrower bandwidth and lower seismic resolution.It considerably restricts the prediction accuracy of thin reservoirs and thin interbeds.This study proposes a novel method to constrain improving seismic resolution in the time and frequency domain.The expected wavelet spectrum is used in the frequency domain to broaden the seismic spectrum range and increase the octave.In the time domain,the Frobenius vector regularization of the Hessian matrix is used to constrain the horizontal continuity of the seismic data.It eff ectively protects the signal-to-noise ratio of seismic data while the longitudinal seismic resolution is improved.This method is applied to actual post-stack seismic data and pre-stack gathers dividedly.Without abolishing the phase characteristics of the original seismic data,the time resolution is signifi cantly improved,and the structural features are clearer.Compared with the traditional spectral simulation and deconvolution methods,the frequency distribution is more reasonable,and seismic data has higher resolution.展开更多

The General Provisions of Civil Law(民法通则),formulated in the early days of reform and opening up,was a special law that set out the basic principles or rules of civil law,defining civil subjects,civil legal acts an...The General Provisions of Civil Law(民法通则),formulated in the early days of reform and opening up,was a special law that set out the basic principles or rules of civil law,defining civil subjects,civil legal acts and the agency system,declaring the civil rights enjoyed by civil subjects,establishing a relatively complete system of civil liability system,and so on.It kindled awareness of civil rights among the mass of the population,ensured China’s rapid economic and social development,and laid down a basic framework and content for the civil code,so holds an important position in contemporary Chinese history.But with the development of the economy and society,civil law has had to change with the times.Civil law jurisprudence injects theoretical support into contemporary civil law legislation,and the blueprint for law based governance provides a powerful impetus to the historic leap forward of contemporary Chinese civil law,providing the necessary conditions for the codification of civil law.The completion of the General Rules of Civil Law(民法总则)answers the requirements of the economic,humanist and legal character of the times,demonstrates the humanist stance and spirit of the civil code,rises to the challenge of modern scientific and technological development,and ensures people’s enjoyment and control of their new-style rights and their objective forms.This signifies that the GPCL has accomplished its historical task and civil law in contemporary China has realized a historic leap forward,laying a foundation for the compilation of the Chinese civil code,including the specific provisions of the framework and the contents of its individual parts.展开更多
