基于改进IDI指标体系的G20成员国信息通信技术发展水平研究

在国际电信联盟曾使用的信息通信技术(ICT)发展指数(IDI)基础上,提出改进的信息通信技术发展指数。通过分析2007—2020年二十国集团(G20)的19个成员国的IDI指数和ICT相关指标揭示了G20成员国在信息通信技术发展方面的特点和差异性。分... 在国际电信联盟曾使用的信息通信技术(ICT)发展指数(IDI)基础上,提出改进的信息通信技术发展指数。通过分析2007—2020年二十国集团(G20)的19个成员国的IDI指数和ICT相关指标揭示了G20成员国在信息通信技术发展方面的特点和差异性。分析发现G20成员国信息通信技术发展水平均有较大幅度的提升,国家之间的信息通信技术发展差距逐渐缩小,但增长速度和发展水平仍存在较大差异;G20成员国中韩国、日本、法国、德国和英国的信息通信技术发展水平最高,美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、沙特阿拉伯和俄罗斯的信息通信技术发展居于G20成员国的中上水平,意大利、阿根廷、中国、巴西、土耳其的发展居于中下水平,墨西哥、南非、印度尼西亚和印度的信息通信技术发展水平较低。 展开更多

目的探究针刺联合息痛散对急性痛风性关节炎患者临床疗效以及其对炎症因子和氧化应激表达的影响。方法依据纳入、排除标准,筛选我院2019年7月—2020年4月期间收治的急性痛风性关节炎患者,最终入组90例,按随机法进行分组,其中对照组45例... 目的探究针刺联合息痛散对急性痛风性关节炎患者临床疗效以及其对炎症因子和氧化应激表达的影响。方法依据纳入、排除标准,筛选我院2019年7月—2020年4月期间收治的急性痛风性关节炎患者,最终入组90例,按随机法进行分组,其中对照组45例予常规西医治疗,治疗组在其基础上加用针刺联合息痛散治疗,疗程均为7 d。观察两组患者中医证候积分改变情况,治疗前后患者关节疼痛、肿胀评分,理化实验、外周血炎症因子及氧化应激表达指标改善情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组关节疼痛、关节肿胀、发热口渴、小便黄赤等中医证候积分降低较对照组更显著(P<0.05);治疗组关节疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、关节肿胀评分下降幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05);治疗组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、尿酸(UA)、血沉(ESR)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、3-硝基酪氨酸(3-NT)和8-羟化脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)等理化实验指标均较对照组下降趋势更显著(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率高于对照组(95.56%vs 80.00%)(P<0.05)。结论针刺联合息痛散具有清热利湿、宣痹通络之效,可以缓解急性痛风性关节炎患者关节疼痛,抑制炎症反应,调节氧化应激表达,治疗急性痛风性关节炎效果较好,值得临床推广。 展开更多

目的评价平息丹对脾虚湿阻证结肠息肉经内镜切除术后的患者临床疗效及相关血清指标的影响。方法将112例脾虚湿阻证结肠息肉并经内镜切除术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。治疗组经内镜息肉切除术后予用平息丹口服3个月,对照组... 目的评价平息丹对脾虚湿阻证结肠息肉经内镜切除术后的患者临床疗效及相关血清指标的影响。方法将112例脾虚湿阻证结肠息肉并经内镜切除术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组56例。治疗组经内镜息肉切除术后予用平息丹口服3个月,对照组不予任何药物治疗。比较两组中医症状疗效、治疗前后甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、胃泌素17(G-17)、息肉复发率及不良事件。结果治疗组各中医症状有效率及总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清TG、TC、LDL-C水平均下降(P<0.05),HDL-C水平上升(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组G-17明显降低(P<0.05),且与对照组同期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组息肉复发率为11.32%,明显低于对照组的36.36%(P<0.05)。治疗期间治疗组未出现明显不良反应。结论平息丹治疗能够明显改善脾虚湿阻证结肠息肉经内镜切除术后患者中医症状,降低患者血清TG、TC、LDL-C、G-17水平,提高HDL-C水平,降低结肠息肉复发率,且安全性好。 展开更多

A novel self-recoverable mechanoluminescent phosphor Ca_(5)Ga_(6)O_(14)∶Eu^(3+) was developed by the high-tem-perature solid-state reaction method,and its luminescence properties were investigated.Ca_(5)Ga_(6)O_(14)∶Eu^(3+)can produce red mechanoluminescence,and importantly,it shows good repeatability.The mechanoluminescence of Ca_(5)Ga_(6)O_(14)∶Eu^(3+) results from the piezoelectric field generated inside the material under stress,rather than the charge carriers stored in the traps,which can be confirmed by the multiple cycles of mechanoluminescence tests and heat treatment tests.The mechanoluminescence color can be turned from red to green by co-doping varied concentrations of Tb^(3+),which may be meaningful for encrypted letter writing.The encryption scheme for secure communication was devised by harnessing mechanoluminescence patterns in diverse shapes and ASCII codes,which shows good encryption performance.The results suggest that the mechanoluminescence phosphor Ca_(5)Ga_(6)O_(14)∶Eu^(3+),Tb^(3+)may be applied to the optical information encryption. 展开更多

UBE2C as an Immune-Related Biomarker for Breast Cancer:A Study Based on Multiple Databases

Objective To screen the target gene UBE2C and explore its prognostic value and immune correlation in breast cancer(BRCA)using multiple databases..Methods The microarray expression datasets of BRCA were downloaded from the Gene Expresssion Omnibus database(GEO)and analyzed to obtain differentially expressed genes(DEGs).Hub genes were obtained by constructing and visualizing the protein-protein interaction network of DEGs.Then the key gene UBE2C was determined using R language,STRING,and Cytoscape,and the differential expression of UBE2C was verified using the external datasets,The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA),and quantitative real-time PCR(qRT-PCR).The prognostic value and immunological correlation of UBE2C in BRCA were explored using R language,TIMER,and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis(GSEA).Results The expression of UBE2C was differentially upregulated in BRCA,as verified by TCGA and qRT-PCR.Prognostic analysis revealed that UBE2C served as an independent prognostic factor.High expression of UBE2C was associated with decreased immune infiltration levels of B cells,CD4+T cells,CD8+T cells,macrophages,and myeloid dendritic cells in BRCA tissue.The expression of UBE2C in BRCA showed a significant correlation with PDCD1,CD274,and CTLA4 expressions.There was a positive correlation between the expression of UBE2C and the tumor mutational burden and microsatellite instability.GSEA demonstrated that UBE2C expression significantly enriched 786 immune-related gene sets.Conclusions UBE2C expression in BRCA tissues can predict the survivals and prognosis of BRCA patients.Also,it is closely related to the BRCA immune microenvironment and can predict the effecacy of immunotherapy in BRCA patients.Therefore,UBE2C may be an potential immune-related prognostic biomarker for BRCA. 展开更多

Objective:Osteosarcoma is a highly aggressive primary malignant bone tumor commonly seen in children and adolescents,with a poor prognosis.Anchorage-dependent cell death(anoikis)has been proven to be indispensable in tumor metastasis,regulating the migration and adhesion of tumor cells at the primary site.However,as a type of programmed cell death,anoikis is rarely studied in osteosarcoma,especially in the tumor immune microenvironment.This study aims to clarify prognostic value of anoikis and tumor immune microenvironment-related gene in the treatment of osteosarcoma.Methods:Anoikis-related genes(ANRGs)were obtained from GeneCards.Clinical information and ANRGs expression profiles of osteosarcoma patients were sourced from the therapeutically applicable research to generate effective therapies and Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)databases.ANRGs highly associated with tumor immune microenvironment were identified by the estimate package and the weighted gene coexpression network analysis(WGCNA)algorithm.Machine learning algorithms were performed to construct long-term survival predictive strategy,each sample was divided into high-risk and low-risk subgroups,which was further verified in the GEO cohort.Finally,based on single-cell RNA-seq from the GEO database,analysis was done on the function of signature genes in the osteosarcoma tumor microenvironment.Results:A total of 51 hub ANRGs closely associated with the tumor microenvironment were identified,from which 3 genes(MERTK,BNIP3,S100A8)were selected to construct the prognostic model.Significant differences in immune cell activation and immune-related signaling pathways were observed between the high-risk and low-risk groups based on tumor microenvironment analysis(all P<0.05).Additionally,characteristic genes within the osteosarcoma microenvironment were identified in regulation of intercellular crosstalk through the GAS6-MERTK signaling pathway.Conclusion:The prognostic model based on ANRGs and tumor microenvironment demonstrate good predictive power and provide more personalized treatment options for patients with osteosarcoma. 展开更多

A facile encryption way was successfully applied to the holographic optical encryption system with high speed,multidimensionality,and high capacity,which provided a better security solution for underwater communication.The reconstructed optical security system for information transmission was based on wavelengthλand focal length f that were keys to encryption and decryption.To finish the secure data transmission(λ,f)between sender and receiver,an extended Rivest-Shamir-Adleman(ERSA)algorithm for the encryption was achieved based on three-dimension quaternion function.Therein,the Pollard’s rho method was used for the evaluation and comparison of RSA and ERSA algorithms.The results demonstrate that the message encrypted by the ERSA algorithm has better security than that by RSA algorithm in the face of unpredictability and complexity of information transmission on the unsecure acoustic channel. 展开更多

Integrative analysis of bone-formation associated genes and immune cell infiltration in osteoporosis, and the prediction of active ingredients in targeted traditional Chinese medicine

Objective To explore the differential expression and mechanisms of bone formation-related genes in osteoporosis(OP)leveraging bioinformatics and machine learning methodologies;and to predict the active ingredients of targeted traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)herbs.Methods The Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)and GeneCards databases were employed to conduct a comprehensive screening of genes and disease-associated loci pertinent to the pathogenesis of OP.The R package was utilized as the analytical tool for the identification of differentially expressed genes.Least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)logis-tic regression analysis and support vector machine-recursive feature elimination(SVM-RFE)algorithm were employed in defining the genetic signature specific to OP.Gene Ontology(GO)and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG)pathway enrichment analyses for the selected pivotal genes were conducted.The cell-type identification by estimating rela-tive subsets of RNA transcripts(CIBERSORT)algorithm was leveraged to examine the infiltra-tion patterns of immune cells;with Spearman’s rank correlation analysis utilized to assess the relationship between the expression levels of the genes and the presence of immune cells.Coremine Medical Database was used to screen out potential TCM herbs for the treatment of OP.Comparative Toxicogenomics Database(CTD)was employed for forecasting the TCM ac-tive ingredients targeting the key genes.AutoDock Vina 1.2.2 and GROMACS 2020 softwares were employed to conclude analysis results;facilitating the exploration of binding affinity and conformational dynamics between the TCM active ingredients and their biological targets.Results Ten genes were identified by intersecting the results from the GEO and GeneCards databases.Through the application of LASSO regression and SVM-RFE algorithm;four piv-otal genes were selected:coat protein(CP);kallikrein 3(KLK3);polymeraseγ(POLG);and transient receptor potential vanilloid 4(TRPV4).GO and KEGG pathway enrichment analy-ses revealed that these trait genes were predominantly engaged in the regulation of defense response activation;maintenance of cellular metal ion balance;and the production of chemokine ligand 5.These genes were notably associated with signaling pathways such as ferroptosis;porphyrin metabolism;and base excision repair.Immune infiltration analysis showed that key genes were highly correlated with immune cells.Macrophage M0;M1;M2;and resting dendritic cell were significantly different between groups;and there were signifi-cant differences between different groups(P<0.05).The interaction counts of resveratrol;curcumin;and quercetin with KLK3 were 7;3;and 2;respectively.It shows that the interac-tions of resveratrol;curcumin;and quercetin with KLK3 were substantial.Molecular docking and molecular dynamics simulations further confirmed the robust binding affinity of these bioactive compounds to the target genes.Conclusion Pivotal genes including CP;KLK3;POLG;and TRPV4;exhibited commendable significant prognostic value;and played a crucial role in the diagnostic assessment of OP.Resveratrol;curcumin;and quercetin;natural compounds found in TCM;showed promise in their potential to effectively modulate the bone-forming gene KLK3.This study provides a sci-entific basis for the interpretation of the pathogenesis of OP and the development of clinical drugs. 展开更多

A model of continuous-time insider trading in which a risk-neutral in-sider possesses two imperfect correlated signals of a risky asset is studied.By conditional expectation theory and filtering theory,we first establish three lemmas:normal corre-lation,equivalent pricing and equivalent profit,which can guarantee to turn our model into a model with insider knowing full information.Then we investigate the impact of the two correlated signals on the market equilibrium consisting of optimal insider trading strategy and semi-strong pricing rule.It shows that in the equilibrium,(1)the market depth is constant over time;(2)if the two noisy signals are not linerly correlated,then all private information of the insider is incorporated into prices in the end while the whole information on the asset value can not incorporated into prices in the end;(3)if the two noisy signals are linear correlated such that the insider can infer the whole information of the asset value,then our model turns into a model with insider knowing full information;(4)if the two noisy signals are the same then the total ex ant profit of the insider is increasing with the noise decreasing,while down to O as the noise going up to infinity;(5)if the two noisy signals are not linear correlated then with one noisy signal fixed,the total ex ante profit of the insider is single-peaked with a unique minimum with respect to the other noisy signal value,and furthermore as the noisy value going to O it gets its maximum,the profit in the case that the real value is observed. 展开更多

《說文》釋'息'字罵'喘也。从心从自,自亦聲'。在釋義釋音讀上都有不少問題。本文從古文字材料分析,指出'息'字有兩個來源,一個是甲骨文的'宗',根據甲骨文的字形及辭例,可推知其本義爲鼻息、氣息;第二... 《說文》釋'息'字罵'喘也。从心从自,自亦聲'。在釋義釋音讀上都有不少問題。本文從古文字材料分析,指出'息'字有兩個來源,一個是甲骨文的'宗',根據甲骨文的字形及辭例,可推知其本義爲鼻息、氣息;第二個是'息',根據《郭店》、《上博》、《中山王銅器》、荊門左塚漆梮等戰國文字材料,可推知其本義爲'嫉'。後來這兩個糅合,保留的是甲骨文的詞義——鼻息、氣息、喘息、休息等。'嫉'的詞義則由'疾'或'嫉'繼承。 展开更多
