民国“意义学”:“新批评”的中国化探索——以朱自清的系统实践为讨论中心

"新批评"的开创者瑞恰慈和燕卜荪都曾在中国执教,这给当时学界带来了最新的西方理论,民国"意义学"正是这种学术新潮下的中国化实践。在众多学人的"意义学"探索中,以朱自清先生的研究最为系统持久。梳理朱自清各学术阶段的"意义学"实践,重点考查他在诗学与文学批评两大研究领域内的"意义学"探索与改造,不仅有利于全面总结朱自清的学术成就与思想,也有助于反思中国文学研究现代化进程中的相关理论与实践。

儒者之“学”:修身与学艺——以《四书》为中心的义理阐释

儒者之"学"的第一要义,就是"修身"。所谓"修身",不能被狭隘化为道德修养或道德教育,而是"仁—生"意义的开显、拓展和深化过程。它以"天—人"、"物—我"、"身—心"一体而相通为前提,在物我感通、身心相守中成就"诚发于中而形于外"的饱满人格。经籍性知识所以不可或缺,在于它们既是"仁—生"之境的表达者,也是"仁—生"之境的兴发者。作为实用技能之"艺"的学习,只有"依于仁",方能兴起于亲亲之家;"艺"而能"游",则让"仁—生"之境步入艺术化境地。"意义—兴发"的教育之学,可能成为我们超越"目的—手段"的先行割裂,重新领取传统思想资源和文化智慧的重要途径。

传播符号学及其理论建构

具有百年历史的传播学研究在当代遇到了相当多的理论瓶颈,甚至被某些学者称之为传播学范式的危机。如何化解这种范式危机便成为传播学界孜孜以求的话题。某种程度上,正在成为"显学"的符号学恰恰能够提供这种化解危机的理论资源,符号学作为人文科学的"公分母",本质上是一门"意义之学",具体到传播而言,关注的是传播文本的意义建构,而非表象的传播效果。将符号学用于传播研究,能够从深层次揭示传播现象背后的原因。这样的背景下,传播符号学呼之欲出,传播符号学作为一门学科便具有了学理上的合法性与正当性。

北宋诗人的地理分布及其文学史意义分析

本文以《全宋诗》为依据,对北宋诗人的占籍、科第以及诗僧情况进行地理分布统计,结合统计,从文学史的角度对这一分布状况进行分析,并对其中所呈现的文学现象和文学问题展开讨论,以期重新描述北宋诗歌的演进轨迹,重绘北宋文学地图,重新诠释和理解北宋诗歌和北宋文学。

Efficient Green Modern Agriculture of Fenlong Cultivation and Its Application Prospects

Based on the evolution of farming revolution in Fengyan aiming to create a healthier and more beautiful human existence and a harmonious coexistence with nature, this study introduced Fenlong green agriculture, which had the characteristics of natural yield increase of more than 10% with zero fertilization, and yield increase of 10%-30%, quality improvement of 5% and doubled land water holding capacity with the conventional fertilization in over 20 crops in more than 20 provinces, and significant reforming efficiency on salinized land and grassland; for the first time made a comprehensive description of high efficient application of Fenlong green modern agriculture to explore natural resources, realizing the sustainable develop- ment of quality improvement, yield increase and efficiency enhancement; for the first time clarified the scientific basis and theoretical system of the green efficient mod- ern agricultural technique-Fenlong cultivation, as well as the basic connotations and concepts of Fenlong cultivation, green efficient modern agricultural technical system; created a new model of efficient modern agricultural production and new technology system, and 6 major technical projects like cultivated land improvement to increase yield and transformation of salinized land and grassland, which could play a role in relieving the climatic disasters like haze, transformation of farmland with medium to low yield as well as the construction of high standard farmland, sucrose industry and ＂One Road One Belt＂ strategy; for the first time proposed Fenlong cultivation as the ＂China technology card＂ in China and even the whole world, so as to make people understand the particular significance of this technology to green develop- ment, which could benefit the future generations.

THEORY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF ICAI COGNITIVE MODEL BASED ON MEANING

Cognitive models must be able to adapt the students learning behaviors dynamically.In our point of view,the processes of learning and understanding are,in nature,the procedure that gains the meaning of the object to be learned.So,ICAI cognitive models should reflect the meaning structure of the domain knowledge in students mind.According to this view,we developed the meaning theory of Ludwig Wittgenstein,and proposed the concept of meaning conjoinism.On the basis of the meaning conjoinism we proposed a meaning oriented ICAI cognitive model and its corresponding teaching tactics.Furthermore,we developed an ICAI system named Thinking and the efficiency of our proposal has been demonstrated.

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF COMPLETE LEFT BUNDLE BRANCH BLOCK IN DILATED CARDIOMYOPATHY

Clinical, electrocardiographic and echocardiographic findings in 64 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy were retrospectively studied. Compared with 51 patients without complete left bundle branch block (CLBBB), 13 patients with CLBBB had higher New York Heart Association (NYHA) functional class (P<0. 05), increased left ventricular end-diastolic and end-systolic diameters (P<0. 002) and myocardial mass (P<0. 02). severe mitral regurgitation (P<0. 01) and higher mortality rate (P<0. 04). Multivariate stepwise regression analysis revealed that the presence of CLBBB was an independent prognostic factor for patients with dilated cardiomyopathy.

Overexpression of DNA methyltransferase 1 and its biological significance in primary hepatocellular carcinoma

AIM： To explore the relationship between DNA methyltransferase 1 （DNMT1） and hepatitis B virus （HBV）-related hepatocellular carcinoma （HCC） and its biological significance in primary HCC. METHODS： We carried out an immunohistochemical examination of DNMT1 in both HCC and paired nonneoplastic liver tissues from Chinese subjects. DNMT1 mRNA was further examined in HCC cell lines by real-time PCR. We inhibited DNMT1 using siRNA and detected the effect of depletion of DNMT1 on cell proliferation ability and cell apoptosis in the HCC celt line SMMC-7721. RESULTS： DNMT1 protein expression was increased in HCCs compared to histologically normal nonneoplastic liver tissues and the incidence of DNMT1 immunoreactivity in HCCs correlated significantly with poor tumor differentiation （P = 0.014）. There were more cases with DNMT1 overexpression in HCC with HBV （42.85%） than in HCC without HBV （28.57%）. However, no significant difference in DNMT1 expression was found in HBV-positive and HBV-negative cases in the Chinese HCC group. There was a trend that DNMT1 RNA expression increased more in HCC cell lines than in pericarcinoma cell lines and normal liver cell lines. In addition, we inhibited DNMT1 using siRNA in the SMMC-7721 HCC cell line and found depletion of DNMT1 suppressed cells growth independent of expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA）, even in HCC cell lines where DNMT1 was stably decreased. CONCLUSION： The findings implied that DNMT1 plays a key role in HBV-retated hepatocellular tumorigenesis. Depletion of DNMT1 mediates growth suppression in SMMC-7721 cells.

A NEW FUNCTIONAL CLASSIFICATION OF STOMACH CANCER AND ITS PATHOBIOLOGICAL AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE

The functional differentiations of stomach cancer specimens from 121 patients were investigated by enzyme-,mucin-,affinity-and immunohistochemical methods, and the stomach cancers were divided into five functionally differentiated types : 1 ) Absorptive Function Differentiation Type (AFDT), 19. 8% ; 2) Mucin Secreting Function Differentiation Type(MSFDT) , 24. 0% ; 3) Absorptive and Mucin-Producing Function Differentiation Type(AMPFDT) , 47. 1%; 4 ) Special Function Differentiation Type(SFDT) , 0. 8 %; and 5) Non-Function Differentiation Type(NFDT) , 8. 3%. The results indicate that stomach cancer tissues of the same histological type often display differing functional differentiation, and these functionally differentiated types have different invasive and metastatic characteristics. In addition, the functionally differentiated types have particular organic affinities of metastasis and different clinical prognoses. This study suggests that this new functional classification may supplement histological classification. The mechanisms of liver and ovary metastases of stomach cancer are also dis-cussed.

From the Perspective of Conceptual Metaphor -Analyzing the Heroine＇ s Resistance in The Scarlet Letter

Conceptual metaphor has always been the study focus of cognitive linguistics. Conceptual metaphor is ubiquitous, cognitive and systematic. Nathaniel Hawthorne in his representative work The Scarlet Letter makes full use of the conceptual metaphor. A detailed description of the heroine Hester Prynne through the conceptual metaphor fully expresses Nathaniel Hawthorne＇ s feminist thoughts. Through the metaphorical analyses of the name Pearl, the scarlet letter ＂A＂, the forest and the scaffold this paper analyzes Hester Prynne＇ s resistant consciousness. On the basis of this, the positive social significance of the novel is explored.

Genetic and molecular changes in ovarian cancer

Epithelial ovarian cancer represents the most lethal gynecological malignancy in the developed world, and can be divided into five main histological subtypes: high grade serous, endometrioid, clear cell, mucinous and low grade serous. These subtypes represent distinct disease entities, both clinically and at the molecular level. Molecular analysis has revealed significant genetic heterogeneity in ovarian cancer, particularly within the high grade serous subtype. As such, this subtype has been the focus of much research effort to date, revealing molecular subgroups at both the genomic and transcriptomic level that have clinical implications.However, stratification of ovarian cancer patients based on the underlying biology of their disease remains in its infancy. Here, we summarize the molecular changes that characterize the five main ovarian cancer subtypes, highlight potential opportunities for targeted therapeutic intervention and outline priorities for future research.

Petrographical and geochemical signatures of Jurassic rocks of Chari Formation, Western India： implications for provenance and tectonic setting

members The sandstones of the Ridge and Athleta of Chari Formation （Callovian-Oxfordian） exposed at Jara have been analyzed for their petrographical and geochemical studies. Texturally, these sandstones are medium to coarse grained, poorly to well sorted, sub-an- gular to sub-rounded, and show low to medium sphericity. These sandstones were derived from a mixed provenance including granites, granite-gneisses, low and high-grade metamorphic, and some basic rocks of Aravalli range and Nagarparkar massif. The petrofacies analysis reveals that these sandstones belong to the continental block and recycled orogen tectonic regime. The studied sandstones are modified by paleoclimate, distance of transport, and diagenesis. Mineralogically and geochemically, sandstones are classified as quartzarenite, subarkose, arkose, sublithic arenite, and wacke, respectively. The A-CN-K ternary plot and CIA, CIW, PIA, and ICV values suggest that the similar source rocks suffered moderate to high chemical weathering under a hot-humid climate in an acidic envi- ronment with higher Pco2. Generally good to strong cor- relations between AI2O3 and other oxides in these sediments indicate clay mineral control. The K2O/Na2O versus SiO2 diagram indicates that the studied samples occupy passive margin fields but the SiO2/A12O3 versus K2O/Na20 plot suggests that the Athleta Sandstone and Ridge Sandstone fall within the passive margin field, while Ridge Shale falls within the active continental margin field.

Neo-Empiricism and Intentionality

A revival of empiricist theories in cognitive psychology, neuropsychology, and philosophy has been led by figures such as Antonio Damasio （1994）, Lawrence Barsalou （1999）, George Lakoff （1987）, and Jesse Prinz （2002; 2004）. Their work has served to connect familiar empiricist approaches to thought and reason with contemporary cognitive psychology and neuroscience. The work of Prinz is of special philosophical significance since it aims to bring together the work of neo-empirically minded theorists in the cognitive and neuro-sciences with main themes found in contemporary philosophical theories of intentionality and reference. In this paper, I examine Prinz＇s efforts to synthesize a neo-empiricist theory of concepts with contemporary semantic theories of reference and intentionality. In part one, I analyze Prinz＇s approach in some depth. In part two, I raise a question concerning the origins of intentionality. Specifically, I am interested in examining the minimum cognitive prerequisites for intentionality within Prinz＇s theory of perception-based representation. In part three, I raise a problem case for Prinz＇s account of the requirements for intentionality, and propose an adjustment in Prinz＇s account to meet the challenge of the objection.

NEUTROPHILIC TRANSIENT ACIDIFICATION AND SUPEROXIDE PRODUCTION IN PERITONEAL DIALYSATE

Aim. To elucidate whether an inhibited superoxide production(O 2 ) of neutrophils induced by commercial lactate based peritoneal dialysates(PDS) could be corrected after a transient intracellular acidosis. Methods. The intracellular pH([pHi]) of human neutrophils incubatd in PDS was monitored with a spectrofluorometer with a pH sensitive dye (BCECF AM). Neutrophilic O 2 stimulated by zymosan was determined in PDS with the superoxide dismutase inhibitable ferricytochrome c reduction, using a spectrophotometer. Results. The severe intracellular acidosis induced within 5 min by PDS at an extracellular pH of 5.2 could be promptly and completely recovered by a neutralization of the pH of media. However, O 2 by neutrophils exposed to the PDS for as little as 5 min was drastically and persistently inhibited, even the acidic [pHi] of cells had been fully returned for 1h. Conclusions. The intracellular acidification of cells in the initial phase could be transient and reversible, but impaired cell functions, at least in part including O 2 generating system, might be consistent and irreversible in the early stage of the cellular acidosis in the peritoneal cavity of CAPD patients. The findings above may be of particular importance in both clinic and cell biology.

Micromorphological Features of Diagnostic Horizons in Several soils in Southwest China: Implication for Soil Taxonomic Classification

The comparative studies on micromorphological features in diagnostic horizons of Stagnic Anthrosols, Ustic Ferrosols and Ustic Vertosols in southwestern China were conducted to underpin the rationale for Chinese Soil Taxonomy. The following findings were explored: (1) Stagnic Anthrosols had the specific micromorphological features, e.g., the humic formation in anthrostagnic epipedon, the platy structures in plow subhorizon, the secondary formation of ferromanganese and the weakly optical-orientation clay domains in hydragric horizon, etc.: (2) The groundmasses of ferric horizon in Ustic Ferrosols appeared in hue of 2.5YR or redder, and had pellicular grain structure; (3) Ustic Vertosols had a crust horizon (Acr), and crack structure dominated in Acr and angular blocky structure in disturbed horizon; (4) Because of the distinct differences in micromorphological features among these three soils, the specific micromorphological features might be employed as diagnostic horizons to differentiate soils while the quantifiable micromorphological features might potentially be selected as diagnostic indices for Chinese soil taxonomic classification.

No Dream, No Future： A Study on Aesthetic Dimensions of＂Chinese Dream＂ and the Task of Literary Critics

I would like to take the film ＂Lost＂ and ＂Peking Monk＂ as examples and analyze the specific form of expression. This article is going to indicate in the end that ＂the revolution of aesthetics＂ and the assignments of critics, which can be recognized as the intuitive ability, could merge the historical affair and the human nature, which literature comprise, together and deliver deeper analyses and appraise The mission of critics is not only to distinctly emerge the aesthetic form of the literal works, but also analyze and seize the ＂aesthetic form＂ of them, that is to say, their mission is to find the aesthetic meanings of aesthetic expression from commonage in order to achieve the goal of leading and stimulating people ensuing the consciousness and liberation of culture. That is the most important mission and responsibility of Marxist literal criticism and literal critics. This is a rather tough task and refers to the new understanding and attitude to the relative questions of literature and culture. In the eyes of some self-complacent intellectuals, the responsibility for literature and critics is the ＂aesthetic entertainment＂ and ＂spiritual redemption＂. The significance of Marxist Aesthetics lies in that it upgrades the general ＂literal principle＂ and ＂aesthetic principle＂ in to a level of social development and national deliverance, and also it regards whether the literature having the function of cultural libration as the more pivotal content. The assignment for the critics and litterateurs is to engage and promote the production and promulgate for this significance, the cultural consciousness and liberation.

Adaptive and local analysis of climate data

This paper focuses on how to extract physically meaningful information from climate data,with emphases placed on adaptive and local analysis. It is argued that many traditional statistical analysis methods with rigorous mathematical footing may not be efficient in extracting essential physical information from climate data;rather,adaptive and local analysis methods that agree well with fundamental physical principles are more capable of capturing key information of climate data. To illustrate the improved power of adaptive and local analysis of climate data,we also introduce briefly the empirical mode decomposition and its later developments.

Clinical significance of Smac expression on non-small cell lung cancers

Objective:The aim of our study was to investigate the clinical significance of Smac(second mitochondria-derived activator of caspase) expression on non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:The expression of Smac was evaluated on RNA and protein level in tumor tissues.The expression of Smac mRNA was examined by RT-PCR in 59 samples of tumor tissues and matched normal lung tissues.The expression of Smac protein was examined by IHC in 213 cancer tissues.Results:The positive rate of Smac mRNA was found in 59.3% of cancer tissues,but only in 30.5% of matched normal tissues(P<0.05).The positive rate of Smac protein was 76.5%.The expression of Smac in stage II disease was significantly higher than that in stage I disease(P=0.001).The survival of patients with Smac overexpression was significantly shorter than those who were negative.Conclusion:Smac might be involved in the progression of NSCLC,the biologic significance of Smac in primary lung cancer needs further study.

This paper treats metaphors and terminology or the discourse of tasawwuf Having in mind that tasawwuf is a discipline developed in the scope of Islamic tradition and that its focus is on the esoteric dimension of the Qur＇an （ta wil）, which relates to the cognition of the highest rank, an approach to such a discourse needs special effort, both intellectual and spiritual. The language of literature belonging to either theoretical or practical tasawwuf is highly symbolic： theoretical tasawwuf deals with ontology and discusses God, world, and human being, while pragmatic tasawwuftries, just as the ethics, to change human being, that is, to ennoble him. Because of its specific way of presentation and its specific discourse, a communication with that discourse is determined by the knowledge of its symbolism, its terminology and, generally, its professional terminology.
