Current Issues and Development Strategies of Building the Discipline of Pharmacy Administration at Pharmacy Schools in China

The history and current status of Pharmacy Administration discipline atpharmacy schools in China are illustrated. Several current issues are explored including: (1)insufficient teaching organizations and curriculum, (2) faculty deficiency both in quantity andquality, and (3) much improvement needed in the scope, methodology, and sophistication of research.Several development strategies are formulated such as (1) integrating native education resources inorder to better foster quality professionals, (2) accelerating inter-university cooperation both inteaching and research, and (3) studying the regularites of discipline development and enhancinginternational exchange.

Teaching Religious Education in Schools and Adolescents＇ Social and Emotional Development. An Action Research on the Role of Religious Education and School Community in Adolescents＇ Lives

The presentation of the findings of this article is based on an action research focused on the supportive role of the school in adolescents＇ lives, whereby Religious Education＇s contribution to the social and emotional development of adolescents （11-15） is combined with the evaluation of the potential offered by a constructivist approach to the learning process. The research commenced in 2012 and is now in its third ＂year. The project is based on an intervention at a high school in an impoverished suburb of Athens and researches educational practices through interpretative-ethnographic methods. The researcher has attempted to answer the question of whether the design of the learning environments is effective not only in the learning process, but also on inter-communication and ＂connectedness＂ between the members of the learning community. The findings so far indicate a correlation between adolescents＇ emotional and social wellbeing and the school＇s approach to knowledge and learning methods, specifically in Religious Education classes. It is fair to say, however, that there exist ethnic, social and family components that are negatively related to a sense of＂connectedness＂ within the school although at the same time Religious Education as a subject is, however, found to be positively related to learning community atmosphere.

English Multimedia Teaching Development Status and Countermeasures

Classroom instruction is mainly the form of implementation of quality education in schools, the main venue of the teachers and students bilateral activities. The students in school spent most of their time in the classroom teaching. Therefore, it is the main front of the school education and students healthy growth. Instead of traditional classroom teaching in the new curriculum reform today, it is the learning being full of joy, independent, cooperate, and exploratory ways of learning, experience of the joy of success, positive evaluation to the diversification students. Vigorous and harmonious classroom learning atmosphere stimulates the students to actively participate in classroom, explore, and apply knowledge to solve problems. In this case, students can gain self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-belief, the courage to cynically express them and to express their unique insight. Therefore, a harmonious classroom teaching can benefit for students.

Tornudd＇s and Siukonen＇s Methodical Starting Points of Music Pedagogy in the Field of Educational Trends

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of educational trends on A. T6rnudd＇s （1913） and V. Siukonen＇s （1929） methods of music education （teaching and singing） in Finland from 1863 to the late 1930s. In the examination of methods the analysis focuses on the time when T6rnudd and Siukonen were influential. A model of analysis was created in the study, with the help of which common and divergent elements in the educational trends and methods of music education were sought. According to the study, TOmudd＇s pattern singing method represented the Old School starting points, but he was a supporter of the work school, for instance. Siukonen＇s method was based on the New School principle in which the child-centered education philosophy and the developmental-psychological growth and development were taken into account in developing the method. Siukonen raised singing by ear as a central feature, from which children made observations. Methodical transition period took place at the turn of the 1920s and 1930s. However, in teaching singing, the effects of the new trends were seen as early as from the late 1910s onwards.

On Autonomous Learning Strategy in Chinese Homeschooling With a Comparison to American Homeschooling

In applied linguistics, autonomous learning is a good way to help students accomplish innovative study. If it is properly used, the teaching effects can be strengthened to a large extent. A Reflection of Minimum Adequate Education in South Carolina More Than Fifty Years Later

The issues and challenges of minimum adequate public school education in the State of South of South Carolina has been a struggle between lawmakers and taxpayers for more than fifty years. The enactment of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 led to forced school integration, busing, and led to whites＇ physical moving out of selected school districts. Selected public schools filed a lawsuit against the State of South Carolina to the Supreme Court with the claim of failing to provide adequate and equal education to all children in the state. This reflection focuses on the Abbeville case in context, funding issues, and inadequate facilities, which concludes with a reflective view of the Brown v. The Board of Edueation 1954 decision.

School Support Services Model for Students With Disabilities in General Education Classrooms： Using Data From the Special Needs Education Longitudinal Study in Taiwan

The purposes of this study were to establish a school support service model for students with disabilities in general classroom, and to explore the current status of school support services provided for students with disabilities in preschools, primary, and junior high schools. Therefore, this study used data from the Special Needs Education Longitudinal Study in Taiwan, collected in the 2007-2008 academic year. There were 2,924 students with disabilities selected in the study who were placed in general classrooms; 855 were in preschool, 1,079 were in primary school and 990 were in junior high school. The questionnaires in the database were answered by their teachers. The results of this study are listed, as follows： In terms of the school support service model for students with disabilities in the three stages of education, adjustment in teaching accounts for 1-15% of the explanatory power regarding the overall model, while support services account for 63-85%, which peak in junior high schools. Secondly, itinerant teachers are found to be the most important human resource in preschools. For primary and junior high schools, parents and special education teachers are the more prevalent influences. The more common school support services are tuition refunds, itinerant services, adjustments in examinations, and scholarships.

The causes of pre-primary school and strategies of removal of pre-primary school

Psychological and physiological characteristics of preschool children determine their lives should be the main game, but because of the content and the way too pre-primary school of teachers and parents give their children pressure of learning early, they often give children physical and cause a series of adverse consequences of psychological, so that children lively nature is destroyed. In the development context of pre-primary schools it will not only hinder enhance children＇ s thinking ability, but also devoid of the child＇ s talent and mettle, for children to learn and live very unfavorable late. Preschool Primary School, out of the office park on the right track, is serious impediment to the normal development of preschool children and grow. This paper describes the dangers of pre-school, pre-primary schools and the causes are analyzed and we proposed the removal of the primary effective strategy, in order to fully mobilize the child＇ s lively and good mobility and lay its future development a solid foundation.

Present Situation and Development of Vocational Education in English

The rise of higher vocational education in our country is just a few years ago. In recent years, the country＇ s institutions of higher learning at different levels almost opened vocational school vocational classes, including a certain scale of running private schools, but also they have established nationally recognized vocational education classes to satisfy the high school grade point average of students for further studies to improve the quality of the people, for the country develop vocational and technical personnel played a positive role. But over the same period they are to be admitted into the school when vocational students are far from proficiency in English language, to classroom teaching English it brought many difficulties. Thus, with the deepening of China＇ s reform and opening up, especially after China joining the WTO, English as a common language has increasingly shown its importance. How to improve high vocational English teaching is topic worth serious discussion among educators.

Mentoring as an Interaction System, Providing Teachers＇ Readiness to Integrate Into the School Environment

The sustainable development of today＇s society can be promoted by providing the educational sustainability. The education of prospective teachers should be based on ecological approach, which ensures the ecological perspective and an opportunity for students to develop their readiness to integrate into the school environment. The main aim of the author＇s research is to substantiate mentoring as an interaction system for the facilitation of the prospective teachers＇ readiness to integrate into the school environment. The author of this paper offers the results of her theoretical research： substantiation of mentoring＇s importance in teachers＇ education, substantiation of mentors＇ roles and functions, and substantiation of ecological approach in teachers＇ education. Ecological approach in teachers＇ education facilitates the formation of friendly attitude toward a school as an educational environment. Mentoring provides the prospective teachers＇ readiness to the professional activity and ability to successful integration in various types of school environment, considering their specificity. The author applied the following research methods： experience reflection, studying, analysing, and evaluating of scientific literature.

Addressing Religious Issues at UAE Schools in Times of Global Changes

After the era of globalization, religious diversity increases in most of the countries all over the world. Therefore, the main goal of this article is to discuss the necessity of teaching pupils about the different religions at schools in order for increasing their religious awareness about their own religion as well as improving their sensitivity towards other religions. Hence, such awareness and sensitivity may contribute to open the channels of dialogue among the new generations and prevent more violence from happening, as a result. In doing so, it will display the level of religious diversity around the world and the number of expected religious groups by 2050 as found by Pew Research Center （2015）. It will also briefly review the Islamic principles that are related to dealing with other religious groups. Moreover, it will present possible ways of how multiple religions can be taught in schools in order to transform pupils from religiocentric phases to religiorelative stages.

The Exclusion of Fencing Within the Curriculum of Schools of the Valencian Community

One of the least selected contents by teachers of physical education （PE） in high school is the combat sport. Several authors have reported the neglect suffered by these activities in the Spanish school environment, stating a number of social prejudices and beliefs that affect their selection in school, e.g., they are aggressive and dangerous. Fencing is usually not included for several reasons; lack of knowledge about sport, its complexity, the cost of practice materials, lack of teaching materials, and the limited researches. This paper presents the results of a survey of 106 PE teachers of Valencia （Spain） in order to know what are the main causes that affect the non-selection of fencing as a sport in school, with emphasis on the lack of training and materials, both specific in fencing＇s learning.

Problems and Countermeasures of Art Education in Medical Universities under the Background of Education Reform

Art education is an important part of the comprehensive implementation of quality-oriented education, and it is an important method for medical students to recognize perceptual world, to enrich their thoughts and feelings, and to regulate their physical and mental health, so it is very important for the growth of medical students under the background of education reform. Based on the analysis of the existing problems of art education in medical universities, this paper points out the importance of art education for medical students in medical universities, and tries to make some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the art education for medical students.

Marxism in China and ideological education

It is a big project of whole society to strengthen the holistic view and ideological and political education, thus we must work together to make full use of social resources to advocate the basic value rules of society and guarantee the promotion of human nature, guiding people to think according to the social reality to enhance rational ability of thinking, eventually forming a mutual power of education; in the mean time, we should still exert advantages of strong systematic, theoretical and logical factors to achieve double swords with combination of education mode. ELT Professionals＇ Perceptions on Self-Image： A Comparison Between Gender

The study is conducted to examine the differences of gender perception among educators who are teaching in local higher learning institutions in Malaysia, in viewing their roles as the ＇~teacher＂. Several higher learning institutions were randomly targeted. Several researchers were involved in the data collection by means of using questionnaires in the survey over a period of several weeks. The questionnaires were used to fred out about their academic and professional backgrounds, requiring them to list their roles pertinent to their experiences in teaching, ranked them and provided the rationale behind the choices made. Twenty-five samples were collected to scrutinize the data by categorizing the information according to gender and teaching experiences and recording the frequencies of answers. From the study, it is found that regardless of gender and teaching experiences, most participants would consider themselves as ＂Provider of knowledge＂, followed by ＂N^r＂, especially those who are relatively new in teaching. There is also an indication that teacher＇s experiences and gender might affect their perception in mirroring themselves. A larger scale of study is needed in validating the findings of this study for it to be empirical, thus promoting in-depth investigations in viewing whether gender and cultural background may be vital factors that has profound effects towards their professionalism. It is hoped that future studies will shed some light to this rather controversial claims.

Study on teaching quality of music teachers in colleges under quality education background

Aesthetic education is the important component of the character building education, but music education is an important means to implement character building education, train more university students with quality of aesthetic education today when could be recommending character building education in a more cost-effective manner, the music teacher＇ s quality is the key point. The main visual angle of this text is in term of training university student＇ s character building education, canvass the teaching quality which the music teacher of the university should possess under the character building education background.

Analysis on the Educational Administration in the Secondary Schools of Institutions of Higher Learning

In this paper, new ideas for the educational administration in the secondary schools of general institutions of higher learning are proposed, and then the functional orientation of the educational administration in the secondary schools is comprehensively analyzed starting from the main aspects of the educational administration, and finally suggestions on how to enhance the educational administration in the secondary schools are given by the author.

Analysis of the Efficiency of Teaching Chess in Schools

The Republic of Armenia, as a world superpower in chess, is engaged in continuous development and implementation of specific strategic programmes which are aimed not only at providing high achievements in chess, but also at： （1） modernizing the educational sphere in the Republic of Armenia; （2） increasing the quality indexes of chess education--as a basic resource in the context of global educational system; （3） considerably deepening education subjects＇ cognitive interests towards education through the possibilities provided by chess; （4） developing learners＇ educational-cognitive motivation; and （5） creating conditions for activating learners＇ mental potential and the abilities to expose them, as well as promoting the awareness of the social value of chess in interpersonal relations. The contextual factors of teaching and learning chess in primary schools of Republic of Armenia have been revealed and presented in this paper. A number of conclusions and recommendations for policy makers are considerably made based on analysis of big research data.
