基于福建省九地市文化及相关产业、科学研究与技术服务产业的相关数据,采用熵值法,运用耦合协调度模型,对两个产业的耦合度进行定量测算。结果表明,除莆田和宁德外,其他七地市两产业之间的相互依赖相互制约程度较高,但两个产业协调状况不容乐观,除福州、厦门和泉州勉强协调或濒临失调以外,其他各地市均为失调状态。要从精准耦合场景、优化耦合环境和提高耦合质量三方面,助力福建省文化产业高质量发展。

Exploring proximity based peer clustering in BitTorrent-like Peer-to-Peer file sharing systems

A hierarchical clustered BitTorrent （CBT） system is proposed to improve the file sharing perior-mance of the BitTorrent system, in which peers are grouped into clusters in a large-scale BitTorrent-hke underlying overlay network in such a way that clusters are evenly distributed and that the peers within the cluster are relatively close to each other. A fluid model is developed to compare the performance of the proposed CBT system with the BitTorrent system, and the result shows that the CBT system can effectively improve the performance of the system. Simulation results also demonstrate that the CBT system improves the system scalabihty and efficiency while retaining the robustness and incentives of the original BitTorrent paradigm.

Under the Skin. Intangible Components as the Basic Realities of Contemporary Post-bureaucratic Organizations： A Sociological Perspective

This article attempts to analyze, through a re-reading of the present sociological literature on the organization （that explores the organizations themselves in terms of ＂tacit＂ rather than ＂explicit＂, ＂socio-cultural systems＂ rather than ＂socio-technical systems＂）, the main intangible components that may affect the organizational live and all the organizing in general for the good or the evil, with respect to the ＂success＂ rather than the ＂failure＂ of the ＂in and out＂ organizational acting. There are then some sorts of ＂basic assumptions＂, deemed indispensable, also because they are still there and live in organizations but they do not always have a careful importance. Therefore the objective of the article is to describe them highlighting their salience and attempt to define parameters for further in-depth studies.

The study on the beauty of Yulin Tea-picking

Yulin was belong to ＂Hundred Yue＂ in ancient time, the Zhuang and Yao nationality was the indigenous people here. After the Qin and Han Dynasties, the central plains people constantly migrating to the south not only brought the advanced agricultural technology, but also a lot of Hafts customs and folk music, including the ＂picking flower lanterns＂, ＂tea-picking drama＂ and other folk music cultures which combined with the local pristine ＂tea plucking＂ folk songs, and then the ＂tea plucking＂ music culture began to have its own unique artistic features. These characteristics contributed to highlight the beauty of Yulin tea plucking opera. This article mainly discusses Yulin tea-picking Drama＇s rich aesthetic connotation through elaborating its music, lyrics, the theme, dancing, and clothing etc.

Constructing a taxonomy to support multi-document summarization of dissertation abstracts

This paper reports part of a study to develop a method for automatic multi-document summarization. The current focus is on dissertation abstracts in the field of sociology. The summarization method uses macro-level and micro-level discourse structure to identify important information that can be extracted from dissertation abstracts, and then uses a variable-based framework to integrate and organize extracted information across dissertation abstracts. This framework focuses more on research concepts and their research relationships found in sociology dissertation abstracts and has a hierarchical structure. A taxonomy is constructed to support the summarization process in two ways： （1） helping to identify important concepts and relations expressed in the text, and （2） providing a structure for linking similar concepts in different abstracts. This paper describes the variable-based framework and the summarization process, and then reports the construction of the taxonomy for supporting the summarization process. An example is provided to show how to use the constructed taxonomy to identify important concepts and integrate the concepts extracted from different abstracts.

CAPT:Context-Aware Provenance Tracing for Attack Investigation

APT attacks are prolonged and have multiple stages, and they usually utilize zero-day or one-day exploits to be penetrating and stealthy. Among all kinds of security tech- niques, provenance tracing is regarded as an important approach to attack investigation, as it discloses the root cause, the attacking path, and the results of attacks. However, existing techniques either suffer from the limitation of only focusing on the log type, or are high- ly susceptible to attacks, which hinder their applications in investigating APT attacks. We present CAPT, a context-aware provenance tracing system that leverages the advantages of virtualization technologies to transparently collect system events and network events out of the target machine, and processes them in the specific host which introduces no space cost to the target. CAPT utilizes the contexts of collected events to bridge the gap between them, and provides a panoramic view to the attack investigation. Our evaluation results show that CAPT achieves the efi＇ective prov- enance tracing to the attack cases, and it only produces 0.21 MB overhead in 8 hours. With our newly-developed technology, we keep the run-time overhead averages less than 4%.

UTR-CTOE： A New Paradigm Explaining CAATs Adoption

Computer assisted audit techniques （CAATs） are audit technologies that allow auditors to perform their audit work efficiently and effectively. However, little is known about CAATs adoption process by audit firms. Therefore, this paper adapts the technology readiness theory （TRI）, the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology （UTAUT） and the technology-organization environment （TOE） framework and Denison organizational culture theory, and presents a new theory of unified technology readiness and cultural-technological-organizational-environmental model （UTR-CTOE）, to explain CAATs adoption at both individual level and firm level. The methodology used in the study consists of a random sampling among the auditors through the administration of questionnaire. A total of 581 auditors registered with Mauritius Institute of Professional Accountants （MIPA） respond to the survey. Our main findings of this paper confirm that the relation between beliefs, such as perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, facilitating condition and social influence, and motivation is positively correlated, while beliefs have a negative correlation with inhibition towards CAATs adoption. Results also indicate that firm＇s decision for CAATs adoption is positively influenced by cultural, technological, organizational, and environmental factors. Furthermore, there is an indirect impact of firm＇s internal and external influences on auditors＇ adoption of CAATs.

Innovation of Knowledge-based Hyper-multimedia to Promote a Culture of Using ICT Creatively for Adolescents

The purpose of the present research was to develop an innovative knowledge-based hyper-multimedia to promote a culture of using information and communication Technology （ICT） creatively for adolescents. Their learning processes and attitudes toward such innovation in their community were also examined. Thirty juveniles, 13-18 years of age in each Hangdong and Maerim districts, Chiang Mai province were employed in the study. Data collections were made through questionnaires, interview, test, group discussion and brainstorming. Analysis and evaluation were carried out with the applications of sufficient economy philosophy, constructivism theory and Torrance＇s future problem-solving instructional model. Results showed that the learning innovation of hyper-multimedia presented by the use of animation, video, scene and sound with related action script synchronization was considerably effective. With the application of sufficient economy philosophy, the result indicated that performance efficiency （El/E2） was 92.228/9.83 and the adolescents learning processes and attitudes were very good. These included purchasing of moderate ICT equipments, information screening for self-immunity and creative using of internet and ICT morally and ethically according to the computer laws. This independent learning system was properly designed for the juveniles with the right to retrieve the data or stop using at anytime. By using Torrance＇s approach and constructivism theory emphasizing on brainstorming techniques, it was noted that learning process was very well adopted by the adolescents with high satisfaction. They had good attitudes toward the extension of sufficient ICT cultural using in their community with emphasis on brotherly relationship. Related organizations should educate their parents to instruct the juveniles to use the internet properly and encourage people to be aware of ICT business in order to protect social and cultural problems encountered in the future.

This paper examines the directing, acting and rehearsal process in transforming the ancient Babylonian epic Gilgamesh for the stage using performers＇ journals as a means of determining the effect of corporeal non-western styles on actors whose prior experience was almost exclusively in naturalistic and text-based theatre. The introduction of theatrical elements from multiple cultures including puppetry and the masks and techniques of Noh drama created a multi-tiered field for intercultural exchange. While Patrice Pavis＇s hourglass model for the transfer of theatrical material from a source to a target culture may hold true for productions that use linear modes of transmission, translation and incorporation of text, music, costumes and styles, its limitations make it necessary to posit alternative theories that take into account intercultural rehearsal practices, the collaboration of source and target culture and the dynamic interactions that take place through the agency of actor training in the fleshly physical theatre.

The HINT ProjectmExploring the Use of New Technologies in Heritage Interpretation

The HINT project is a four-country collective of Global heritage interpretation. HINT is a two-year project part funded Geoparks researching the uses and benefits of new technologies in by the European Leader Programme. The partners are Geopark Shetland （Scotland）, Chablais Geopark （France）, North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty （England） and Geopark de Hondsrug （The Netherlands）. Each partner has developed a pilot project to investigate the practicalities of interpreting and communicating heritage, especially geological heritage, using a particular technology. An overview of each of the four pilot projects is given. The overall aim of the pilot projects is to develop best practice in using new technologies for heritage interpretation and to share information and ideas within the project partnership and with geoparks and heritage organizations around the world. This paper, developed by the HINT partners, aims to give an insight into the practical process of developing interpretive tools using new technologies. Some common problems are highlighted and some ways in which these can be addressed are shown.

Combating climate change calls for a global technological cooperation system built on the concept of ecological civilization

Climate change has been considered as the most paramount global environmental problem and the biggest externality throughout the history of human development. Accordingly, the world is facing unprecedented technological innovation and collaborative demands to deal with climate change. In the 2015 Paris Agreement, a long-term vision of technology development and transfer implementation was proposed, and policy and financial support for technological innovation in the area of climate change was advocated. These terms aim to enable developing countries to acquire the necessary technology in the early stage of the technology cycle to address climate change challenge. However, the traditional technological innovation and cooperation mode based on industrial civilization can hardly meet the technical demands of global climate protection. To ensure the continuous development and deployment of technology in a required scale and pace, a new global technical cooperation system is proposed to develop based on the philosophy of ecological civilization. The core contents of this system are supposed be as follows:to implement all-win cooperation targets, adhering to cooperation principles of Eco-man, adopt cooperation content that reflects synergy, pursue cooperation based on mutual trust, encourage participation of multiple actors, and promote sharing of cooperative outputs.

Then and Now： A Content Analysis of Media Used in the Presidential Election Campaigns of Kennedy and Obama

American campaigning has become increasingly complex as it adjusts to our ever-changing cultural landscape. The use of electronic media in the presidential campaigns of 1960 and 2008 is illustrative of this shift. A content analysis of these two campaigns demonstrates how each applied the newest technologies available at the time to define the candidate＇s image and export the messages to the electorate. Whether it be Kennedy＇s use of television or Obama＇s usage of social media, the role that new media of the day played in both campaigns clearly set the tone for future political campaigns. This examination of the role of media in both elections serves to form a primer for how the successful applications of new media lead to campaign victory. Then and now, the growing influence of new technologies on campaigning makes it necessary to compare and contrast the successful usages and strategies employed. The need for continuing analysis will grow in the coming years.
