“新师范”教育背景下高中语文写作教学改革研究

“新师范”教育对人才培养模式、师范教育保障体系、教师培养等教育改革与发展提出新的要求,目的是构建标准化和规范化的新型人才培养体系。作文教学是基础教育的重要构成部件,要适应“新师范”教育改革的发展趋势,必须直面高中作文教学的痛点,制定适应教育改革发展趋势且行之有效的教学思路,从而更好地提升高中作文教学的质量和效率。

地方本科师范院校“新师范”教育的实践路径

中国特色社会主义进入新时代,为师范教育赋予了新特征、新使命和新要求。为推进由传统师范教育向“新师范”教育转型,邢台学院传承百年师范教育传统,全面实施“做精、做优、做强”新时代教师教育振兴战略,就建立“新师范”教育的新范式进行了实践探索。

"新师范"教育是当前新时代背景下对教育改革的探索,深化师范教育改革,探索提高师范教育水平和质量,加强教师队伍建设,为师范教育开启新格局。在新时代背景下,"新师范"应该是将师德教育置于重要地位的并且贯穿于整个教育过程;突出师范院校的主体地位;强化教师使命以及提高教师地位;促进教师专业化发展。其"新师范"教育的实施要求包括多元化的培养模式;教师培养的信息化;办学定位的明确化;教师专业发展的一体化建设。

"新师范"是具有中国特色社会主义特征的教师教育新形态。"新师范"教育对师范院校提出了更高的要求,对师范毕业生走向岗位的核心素养更加重视。阅读教学是汉语言师范专业的重中之重,就其现状而言,基于阅读方式电子化、碎片化;课堂教学重形式、少内容;教学途径单一、信息封闭等面临的普遍问题,应从学生转变身份,开放阅读理念;教师组建课程团队,共建共享阅读资源;学校搭建"软硬"平台,提供资金、技术支持等方面建构与新师范教育内涵相一致的培养策略。

面向“新师范”的师范专业人才培养体系构建与实践——以陕西理工大学为例

“新师范”教育是随着中国特色社会主义新时代的到来孕育而生的。本文在解析“新师范”教育内涵的基础上,分析了当前师范专业建设中存在的主要问题,重点以陕西理工大学数学与应用数学专业为例,根据“新师范”教育的建设理念,从重塑人才培养目标入手,构建了涵盖“五模块”一体化课程体系、“五层次”渐进式实践教学体系、“高校—政府—中小学”三位一体协同育人新模式、“五阶段”全程闭环式质量保障体系的师范专业人才培养体系,为“新师范”教育背景下师范专业建设提供借鉴。
