A Discussion on Models of Co-action and Innovation of Government and Enterprises in Agricultural Industrialization——Taking Shandong Fengyu Edible Fungus Co.,Ltd as an Example

System integration and innovation of operating 20 kt combined heavy-haul train on Datong-Qinhuangdao line

Datong-Qinhuangdao line, as the first electrified double-track heavy-haul line dedicated to coal transport in China, extends from Datong in the west, and reaches Qinhuangdao in the east, opened to traffic in December, 1992, totaling 653 km with the designed annual traffic volume of 1×108 t. In order to meet the demands of national economic development, the transport capacity of the line must be enhanced greatly. Depending on independent innovation, MOR, for the first time in the world,realizes the integration between GSM-R and Locotrol, the integration between 800 MHz digital radio and Locotrol, and the integration between a single set of Locotrol and SS4 locomotive. Meanwhile, CR develops equipment portfolio for heavy-haul through combining 2 high power locomotives of HXD series (means harmony) with controllable EOT. Relying on integration and innovation, it succeeds in operating 20 kt-level combined heavy-haul train on Datong-Qinhuangdao line, which tripled the annual traffic volume of the line from 1×108 t in 2002 to 3×108 t in 2007.

Study on Inactivated Vaccine in Oil Emulsion Against Newcastle Disease and Fowl Cholera IV——Field Test of Vaccine

[ Objective] The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical effect of the inactivated vaccine in oil emulsion against Newcastle disease and Fowl cholera, and provide conditions for combined prevention and control of Newcastle disease and Fowl cholera. [ Method] The mixture of avian pasteurella multocida （type A） virulent strain 1502 and Newcastle disease virus attenuated strain La Sota was prepared into five batches of the inactivated vaccine in oil emulsion to use in the field test for assessing its safety and effects on immune protection of chicken, duck and goose. [ Result] The field safety test showed that there was no adverse reaction in the vaccinated chickens, ducks and geese. The field test of immune effect for chickens suggested that the titers of hemagglutination inhibition antibody for Nescastle disease virus （ ND-HI ） in 7 - 14 day- old chickens and 60 -90 day-old young chickens were 2 -3 log2 higher than the control group after being vaccinated for 3 weeks, which could last for more than 4 months. The protection rate against avian pasteurella multocida was over 75.0% and its immune effect could last for 6 months. The field test of immune effect for duck and goose indicated that the titers of ND-HI antibody were all higher than 4.2 log2 in vaccinated ducks and geese while lower than 2 log2 in the control group after being vaccinated for 3 weeks. The protection rate against avian pasteurella multocida in vaccinated ducks and geese was higher than 75.0% and 62.5% respectively. [ Conclusion] The binary vaccine is safe for poultry and has good immune effects.

基于语料库的《新闻联播》有声语言规范研究

基于1998~2017年第1—20届全国推广普通话宣传周期间语料,对《新闻联播》有声语言的规范情况进行了调查。研究发现,《新闻联播》有声语言的规范情况可归纳为四个特点:整体规范水平高、失范状况不平衡、失范问题具有偶发性和集中性。从音节角度来看,声调失范数量最多;从有声语言主体角度来看,出镜记者失范最多;从词性角度来看,名词失范数量最多。在对失范状况进行统计分析的基础上,探析了产生失范的主要原因,并提出了提升规范水平的针对性措施。

liver and the defects of cholesterol and bile acids biosynthesis: rare disorders many diagnostic pitfalls

In recent decades, biotechnology produced a growth of knowledge on the causes and mechanisms of metabolic diseases that have formed the basis for their study, diagnosis and treatment. Unfortunately, it is well known that the clinical features of metabolic diseases can manifest themselves with very different characteristics and escape early detection. Also, it is well known that the prognosis of many metabolic diseases is excellent if diagnosed and treated early. In this editorial we briefly summarized two groups of inherited metabolic diseases, the defects of cholesterol biosynthesis and those of bile acids. Both groups show variable clinical manifestations but some clinical signs and symptoms are common in both the defects of cholesterol and bile acids. The differential diagnosis can be made analyzing sterol profiles in blood and/or bile acids in blood and urine by chromatographic techniques(GC-MS and LC-MS/MS). Several defects of both biosynthetic pathways are treatable so early diagnosis is crucial. Unfortunately their diagnosis is made too late, due either to the clinical heterogeneity of the syndromes(severe, mild and very mild) that to the scarcity of scientific dissemination of these rare diseases. Therefore, the delay in diagnosis leads the patient to the medical observation when the disease has produced irreversible damages to the body. Here, we highlighted simple clinical and laboratory descriptions that can potentially make you to suspect a defect in cholesterol biosynthesis and/or bile acids, as well, we suggest appropriate request of the laboratory tests that along with common clinical features can help to diagnose these defects.

A rabbit model of pediatric nonalcoholic steatohepatitis: The role of adiponectin

AIM： To create a rabbit model of pediatric nonalcoholic steatohepatitis （NASH） and to evaluate the role of adiponectin in the process. METHODS： Thirty-two specific pathogen-free male New Zealand rabbits were divided randomly into three groups： （1） the normal control group （n = 10） was fed with standard diet for 12 wk; （2） the model group A （n = 11）; and （3） model group B （n = 11） were fed with a highfat diet （standard diet ＋ 10% lard ＋ 2% cholesterol） for 8 and 12 wk, respectively. Hepatic histological changes were observed and biochemical parameters as well as serum levels of adiponectin, interleukin （IL）-6, IL-10 and tumor necrosis factor （TNF）-α were measured. RESULTS： Typical histological hepatic lesions of NASH were observed in both model groups described as liver steatosis, liver inflammatory infiltration, cytologic ballooning, perisinusoidal fibrosis and overall fibrosis. Compared with the normal control group, there were significant increases in model groups A and B in weight gain （1097.2 ± 72.3, 1360.5± 107.6 vs 928.0 ±58.1, P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01）, liver weight （93.81±6.64, 104.6±4.42 vs 54.4±1.71, P 〈 0.01）, Lg （ALT） （1.9±0.29, 1.84± 0.28 vs 1.60±0.17, P 〈 0.01）, and Lg （TG） （1.03 ±0.24, 1.16 ±0.33 vs 0.00 ±0.16, P 〈 0.01）. Weight gain was much more in model group B than in model group A （1360.5± 107.6 vs 1097.2 ±72.3, P 〈 0.05）. But, there was no significant difference between the two groups concerning the other indexes. Pro-inflammatory cytokines （IL-6 and TNF-α） increased in model group B compared with that of control and model group A （IL-6：1.86±0.21 vs 1.41 ±0.33, 1.38± 0.42, P 〈 0.01; TNF-α： 1.18±0.07 vs 0.66 ±0.08, 0.86 ±0.43, P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05）, whereas serum adiponectin and IL-10 decreased in model groups compared with that in the control （adiponectin： A： 21.87±4.84 and B： 21.48 ±4.60 vs 27.36 ±7.29, P 〈 0.05. IL-10： A： 1.72± 0.38 and B： 1.83 ±0.39 vs 2.26±0.24, P 〈 0.01）. Lg （TC） and the degree of liver fatty infiltration was an independent determinant of serum adiponectin level analyzed by stepwise multiple regressions, resulting in 29.4% of variances. CONCLUSION： This rabbit model produces the key features of pediatric NASH and may provide a realistic model for future studies. Adiponectin level partially reflects the severity of liver steatosis, but not the degree of liver inflammation.

A Case Study on Korea Telecom Skylife＇s （KTS＇s） Business Model Innovation Based on the Business Model Framework （BMF）

The aim of this paper is to assess business performances of a satellite TV--Korea Telecom Skylife （KTS）---to innovate its business model related to current technical events such as hybrid platform, digital conversion, and Intemet connected TV. For this, a theoretical logic is approached what levels of business model innovations there are, based on the ＂business model framework （BMF）＂ theory by Henry Chesbrough. Based on this theoretical backdrop, this study focuses on KTS＇s approach to utilize technical events to develop its business model and contribute to the company＇s earnings and operating cost expenditure. In conclusion, it will show the feasibility and the limitation to upgrade this firm＇s business model innovation in the smart media business ecosystem based on the last technical event, Internet connected TV.

The Innovation and Development of Internet of Vehicles

With the advancements in wireless sensor networks, Internet of Vehicles(IOV) has shown great potential in aiding to ease traffic congestion. In IOV, vehicles can easily exchange information with other vehicles and infrastructures, thus, the development of IOV will greatly improve vehicles safety, promote green information consumption and have a profound impact on many industries. The purpose of this paper is to promote the innovation and development of IOV. Firstly, this paper presents general requirements of IOV such as guidelines, basic principles, and the goal of development. Secondly, we analyze critical applications, crucial support, and business model to promote the industrial development of IOV. Finally, this paper proposes some safeguard measures to further promote the development of IOV.

Rights-based Approach to Journalism in Turkey

Rights-based approach to journalism aims to enable media to pursue the violations of rights by reporting them as news and, in this way, to preserve and ameliorate the rights as well as to contribute democratization. Rights-based approach to journalism in Turkey is a pretty new field of study for the researchers who study media. The examples of rights-based journalism appeared further especially in European Union membership process. Thus, the news that are sensitive to rights have found a broader place in media. In the process of E.U. membership, Turkey was required to carry out some regulations that target the betterment of human rights, women＇s rights, children＇s rights and minority rights. Making news from a rights-based perspective is an action for the announcement of people＇s struggle for their rights to the public with the aim of preventing the violations of rights.

INTRAVASCULAR ULTRASOUND EVALUATING CORONARY STENTS FOR PATIENTS WITH CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE：COMPARED OLD WITH NEW MULTILINK STENTS

Objective.It was suggested that coronary stent design and coating may affect stent performance and hence induce varying degrees of thrombogenesis and neointimal hyperplasia.T he purpose of this study is to compare the6-month follow-up results between o ld and new Multilink stents with the method of intravascular ultrasound(IVUS)imaging.Methods.We have performed old(n =40)and new(n =35)Multilink stent implantations on 75patients with coronary artery disease.Coron ary angiography was performed before,immediately after,and 6months after the in-stent procedure respectively.Six-month follow-up IVUS imaging was performed and analyzed off-line.Results.Minimal lumen cross sectional area(CSA)of new Multilink stents was signific antly larger than that of old Multilink stents(P=0.0053).Mean stent lumen area of new Multili nk stents was significantly larger than that of old Multilink stents(P=0.040).Similarly,minimal lumen diameter(MLD)of new Multilink stents was larger than that of old Mul tilink stents(P=0.011).Old Multilink stents had a higher percentage of plaque area than new Multilink stent s.Conclusion.The new Multilink stent is obviously superior to old Multilink stents,in particular,in the stent MLD and lumen CSA---major determinants of the restenosis.

Journalistic Transparency in the Media Orient： How Journalists From Egypt and the UAE Deal With Instruments Creating Journalistic Transparency

Driven by the political upheavals in the Arab world, media in Egypt and in the United Arab Emirates （UAE） is on its way to find new ways about how to deal with their audiences. Initial signs suggest that Emirati as well as Egyptian media have drawn some first findings from the upheavals of the ＂Arab Spring＂, so that the first flimsy form of media accountability and a new openness is to be found in the media orient. Moreover, this study tries to draw some parallels between the ＂old＂ Arab sphere （Egypt） and the ＂new＂ Arab world （UAE） in order to generate new knowledge exploratively. Twelve journalists and media professionals from both countries have been qualitatively interviewed between November 2011 and May 2012 in this regard at spot and via phone or skype. This study distinguishes between two different media systems within the Arab sphere. International comparative studies on the media systems within the heterogeneous world of Arabia are considered as a desideratum in the field of journalistic research.

Innovative Measures Ensuring Integrity of the Entire Supply Chain or Transport Corridor

The EWTC （East-West Transport Corridor） in the Southem part of the Baltic Sea Region includes more effective testing area of new business models for collaborative logistics flows. Since the EWTC is a corridor requiring transport mode interchanges due to crossing the Baltic Sea, development of intermodal transport solutions making different transport modes fully integrated along the corridor is a key issue for the EWTC. To meet an increased global transport demand, ports and intermodal terminals need to make sure that their facilities are prepared for growth. Thus, for ports in the EWTC it is important to offer the services necessary for handling the maritime freight services （container ships, RoRo ships, railway ferries） demanded by transporters and transport buyers. IT services are needed to support transportation activities along the corridor. This is especially important for the EWTC due to its physical nature, interchange points, multi-language and cross boarder interaction. Information on a constantly updated traffic situation and interchange status, tracking of goods, booking and confirmation services, intelligent truck parking and services opening faster border crossing routes would ensure more efficient transportation and handling thereofi It is expected that the outcomes of the recently completed eMAR project will help to develop a modem Klaipeda Seaport community system as well as effective management architecture along the EWTC based on the CSW （Corridor Single Window） approach.

In recent years, with the computer technology network communication technology and constant innovation rapid development of digital technology, digital new media got rapid development. Under the digital new media industry has gradually become the core industry of 21 st century knowledge economy and the new economic growth point. But there are still some problems in the digital of new media development. How to treat these problems to take effective countermeasures is vital to healthy development of the new media. Our research proposes corresponding guidance and the perspective on the development orientation which acts as the paradigm and the guideline.

The prescription rule analysis of the New Theory on Spleen Dampness Syndrome by Academician TONG Xiaolin

Objective To analyze the basic characteristics,drug features,prescription rules,and drug-symptom relationships of patients in the splenic deficiency and impairment stage,by data mining of medical records under the New Theory on Spleen Dampness Syndrome(Pi Dan Xin Lun,《脾瘅新论》).Methods Medical records listed in the“New Theory on Spleen Dampness Syndrome-Under-standing and Treatment of Metabolic Syndrome from the Perspective of Traditional Chinese Medicine”,and which were diagnosed with the spleen dampness syndrome at the splenic de-ficiency and impairment stage,during January 2004 and December 2016 were selected.These patients’data,including basic information,clinical symptoms,laboratory examination res-ults,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and western medicine diagnoses,treatment meth-ods,prescriptions,etc.,were collected.The collected data were subsequently compiled into a medical record database using the Epidata 3.1 data management software,followed by the use of Apriori algorithm provided in the SPSS Modeler 14.2 statistical software to investigate the association rules between drug-drug,drug-symptom,and drug-western medicine indices.Results(i)A total of 51 medical records were included,involving 17 types of syndromes.Among them,the top three with frequency≥3 included“Phlegm and blood stasis,and thoracic obstruction”“Deficiency-weakness of the spleen Qi,and static blood blocking collat-erals”,and“Deficiency-weakness of the spleen Qi,and static blood blocking collaterals”.Al-ternatively,of the 14 treatment methods,the top three treatments with frequency of≥3 in-cluded“Activating Yang and eliminating turbidity,and removing phlegm and dredging chan-nel blockage”“Strengthening the spleen and benefiting Qi,and eliminating phlegm to activ-ate the channels”,and“Warming Yang and benefiting Qi,and expelling cold to remove ob-structions”.Among the 15 prescriptions,the top three used with frequency≥3 included Huangqi Guizhi Wuwu Tang(黄芪桂枝五物汤),Gualou Xiebai Banxia Tang(瓜蒌薤白半夏汤),and Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen Tang(干姜黄芩黄连人参汤).Lastly,of the 83 drugs used for a total of 476 times,those with frequency≥15 included Huanglian(Coptid-is Rhizoma),Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Jiudahuang(Wine-processed Rhei Radix et Rhizoma),Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis),Shengjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens),Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix),and Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus).(ii)For the drug-drug associations,under the criteria of support≥15%and confidence=100%,seven second-order association rules,seven third-order rules,and six fourth-order roles were identified.The top-ranking rule of each was“Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)→Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)”“Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)+Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)→Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)”,and“Baishao(Paeoniae Radix Alba)+Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)+Jixueteng(Spatho-lobi Caulis)→Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)”,respectively.Alternatively,the drug-symptom associations were analyzed under the criteria of support≥5%and confidence=100%,which derived eight second-order association rules,31 third-order rules,and 30 fourth-order rules.The top-ranking association rule of each order was“Huangqi(Astragali Radix)→Limb ed-ema”“Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)+Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis)→Limb numbness and pain”,and“Guizhi(Cinnamomi Ramulus)+Jixueteng(Spatholobi Caulis)+Huangqi(As-tragali Radix)→Limb numbness and pain”,respectively.Similarly,the drug-western medi-cine index associations were investigated under the criteria of support≥5%and confidence=100%,and five second-order association rules,16 third-order rules,and 16 fourth-order rules were identified.In this category,the top-ranking association rule of each order was“Qinpi(Fraxini Cortex)→Uric acid”“Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)+Ganjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma)→Glycated hemoglobin”,and“Huanglian(Coptidis Rhizoma)+Ganjiang(Zing-iberis Rhizoma)+Huangqin(Scutellariae Radix)→Glycated hemoglobin”,respectively.Conclusion Through association rule mining,this study objectively and quantitatively demonstrated the drug-drug,drug-symptom,and drug-physicochemical index associations of patients with the spleen dampness syndrome at the splenic deficiency and impairment stage treated by Academician TONG Xiaolin.The results indicated that treatment for these patients adopted the“state-target”syndrome differentiation method.The drug combination was characterized by“small prescriptions”,targeting both the patient’s symptoms and signs(syndrome target)and western medicine indices(treatment target).This study could provide references for future research on the academic thoughts and medical experience of Academi-cian TONG Xiaolin.
