非对象化在人类的思想文化领域是作为对象化逻辑上的反题出现的。它作为人的本质的又一种存在方式,是经过了对象化的洗礼的人类活动。在人们认识求真、道德求善、艺术求美的社会实践活动中均渗透着非对象化的内容,包含文学创作在内的非... 非对象化在人类的思想文化领域是作为对象化逻辑上的反题出现的。它作为人的本质的又一种存在方式,是经过了对象化的洗礼的人类活动。在人们认识求真、道德求善、艺术求美的社会实践活动中均渗透着非对象化的内容,包含文学创作在内的非对象化的活动,不是把人的本质与力量通过行动凝结到特定的物质对象上,而是使人对自身的本质与力量的确证通过对象体现出来。当我们从非对象化视角考察周瘦鹃的散文创作时,可以发现非对象化思维方式使其创作在剖析男女之爱中体现出非对象化的精神化,在悼念同侪友人时体现出非对象化的内化,在抒发爱国之情和社会责任感时体现出非对象化的主体化,由此也可以探知到海派市民文人在情感体验、人生感怀、社会责任方面的深刻表达。 展开更多

It has been long debated on which advertising method is most effective. The purpose of this study was to conclude whether or not advertising agencies and social cause organizations are obtaining the results of these studies and using them in magazine advertisement campaigns and which one of these advertisements is more prevalent in magazines. Advertisements were examined from two American magazines, W Magazine and Good Housekeeping. The results of the study showed that celebrtiy endoresments have been featured in magazine advertisements more in recent years that products are endorsed by celebrities more than social causes and a majority of these endoresments are for products that affect a consumer's self-image. 展开更多

QoE-Driven Social Aware Caching Placement for Terrestrial-Satellite Networks 被引量:4

In remote terrestrial-satellite networks, caching is a very promising technique to alleviate the burden of space cloudlet(e.g., cache-enabled satellite user terminal) and to improve subscribers' quality of experience(Qo E) in terms of buffering delay and achievable video streaming rate. In this paper, we studied a Qo E-driven caching placement optimization problem for video streaming that takes into account the required video streaming rate and the social relationship among users. Social ties between users are used to designate a set of helpers with caching capability, which can cache popular files proactively when the cloudlet is idle. We model the utility function of Qo E as a logarithmic function. Then, the caching placement problem is formulated as an optimization problem to maximize the user's average Qo E subject to the storage capacity constraints of the helpers and the cloudlets. Furthermore, we reformulate the problem into a monotone submodular optimization problem with a partition matroid constraint, and an efficient greedy algorithm with 1-1 e approximation ratio is proposed to solve it. Simulation results show that the proposed caching placement approach significantly outperforms the traditional approaches in terms of Qo E, while yields about the same delay and hit ratio performance compare to the delay-minimized scheme. 展开更多

The Role of Local Satellite Channels in Social Development of The Emirati Society A Survey Study on a Sample of UAE Audience

The paper investigates the contributions of TV Social Programs in UAE channels in promoting the social changes among youths in UAE, and to what extent it effects their attitudes towards the society and its values and traditions. The study used the expecting value model and the third person effect concept in analyzing the perceptions of the UAE's youths towards the practices of local channels. The sample of the study was 200 male and female from several emirates. The study concluded that 88% of the audience in UAE watch the UAE satellite channels. Dubai channel comes in the top most watched channels, followed by Sharjah Channel, then Abu Dhabi channel. Most of the audience watch these channels in their homes. 78% of the audience watch the TV social programs. The most watched program is Khatwa program in Abd Dhabi channels, followed by shabnaa program. The reasons for watching the social programs are: finding relieve from their problems (66%), the diversity of these programs (64%), and the popularity of social programs' anchors (5%). The most discussed issues are Youths problems and unemployment (91%), local problems (73%), divorce issues (31%). They said that these programs encourages for persevering the local heritage (62%), respect the family values (51%), and social traditions (48%). While the most positive features of the social programs are: promote the local anchors (90%), the most negative features are promoting the western values (94%), and discussing some issues which are not fit with the local traditions (88%). In general the study found that the local TV channels played an important role in social changes in UAE. 展开更多

In this study, urban environmental condition using Terra ASTER (advanced spaceborne thermal emission and reflection radiometer) remotely sensed satellite imagery was estimated and compared to statistically derived socioeconomic condition data from Semarang Municipality in Central Java Province: Indonesia. From satellite imagery: U1 (urban index) and NDVI (normalized difference vegetation index) were calculated and used that information to construct urban density and vegetation distribution maps of the study area. Urban density and vegetation distribution were combined to estimate urban environmental condition; then compared to socioeconomic conditions. The results revealed that the Semarang Municipality had a higher percentage of developed or urbanized areas (49%) compared to the percentage of area covered by vegetation (42%). In general, southern Semarang had a higher quality urban environment and socioeconomic condition compared to northern Semarang, which had a higher urban density, lower quality urban environment and lower socioeconomic condition. The indicate that socioeconomic condition can be determined using satellite-derived urban and vegetation indices even in places like Semarang Municipality, where the population settlement was sparse and unorganized. 展开更多

With coordinated observations of the NOAA 15 satellite and OUL magnetometer station in Finland, we report that the elec- tromagnetic ion cyclotron (EMIC) waves which were stimulated by the compression of the magnetosphere drive relativistic electron precipitation in geoquiescence on 1 Jan 2007. After an enhancement of solar wind dynamic pressure (SWDP), a day- side Pcl pulsation was observed by the OUL station. Such a Pcl pulsation is caused by an EMIC wave which propagates from the generation source to lower altitudes. Simultaneously, the NOAA 15 satellite registered an enhancement of precipitating electron count rates with energies 〉3 MeV within the anisotropic zone of protons. This phenomenon is coincident with the quasi-linear theoretical calculation presented in this paper. Our observations suggest that after a positive impulse of solar wind, the compression-related EMIC waves can drive relativistic electrons precipitation and play a pivotal role in the dynamic of ra- diation belts. 展开更多
