This study is the result of long-term efforts of the authors’team to assess ground response of gob-side entry by roof cutting(GSERC)with hard main roof,aiming at scientific control for GSERC deformation.A comprehensi...This study is the result of long-term efforts of the authors’team to assess ground response of gob-side entry by roof cutting(GSERC)with hard main roof,aiming at scientific control for GSERC deformation.A comprehensive field measurement program was conducted to determine entry deformation,roof fracture zone,and anchor bolt(cable)loading.The results indicate that GSERC deformation presents asymmetric characteristics.The maximum convergence near roof cutting side is 458 mm during the primary use process and 1120 mm during the secondary reuse process.The entry deformation is closely associated with the primary development stage,primary use stage,and secondary reuse stage.The key block movement of roof cutting structure,a complex stress environment,and a mismatch in the supporting design scheme are the failure mechanism of GSERC.A controlling ideology for mining states,including regional and stage divisions,was proposed.Both dynamic and permanent support schemes have been implemented in the field.Engineering practice results indicate that the new support scheme can efficiently ensure long-term entry safety and could be a reliable approach for other engineering practices.展开更多

Flow stress behavior, substructure evolution, morphology and spat...The AA7150 aluminum alloy was compressed to various strains at strain rate of 10 s(-1) and temperatures of 300 °C and 450 °C, respectively. Flow stress behavior, substructure evolution, morphology and spatial distribution of precipitates were studied based on differential scanning calorimetry analysis and transmission electron microscope observation. The results showed that dynamic flow softening occurs during hot deformation. The main softening mechanism could be concluded as dynamic recovery at 300 °C and continuous dynamic recrystallization at 450 °C. The clear heterogeneous spatial distributions of precipitates are found during deformation and enhanced with increased strain. Higher contents of Cu in T phases are found at 450 °C than at 300 °C, which present a transformation process from T phases to S phases as well. The associated evidence of dynamic precipitation on dislocations and particle-stimulated nucleation, as well as the detailed microstructural inherited relationship and morphological texture(particles preferred orientation) were characterized.展开更多

And the roadway floor heave come mainly from three aspects. Firstly, the roadway floor strata is easily fractured by the stretch stress. Secondly, because the high abutment pressure is greater than the uniaxial compressive strength of floor strata, when the roadway floor strata are fractured, the coal mass floor strata at the same depth will be fractured, and broken rock will fluid into the open roadway. Through site visit, theoretical analysis and discrete element calculation, the research shows that, as the mining deepens, underground stress of lower sublevels is more obvious and higher than that of upper sublevels and is higher in the air return roadway than that in the air intake roadway in the area that is near to the top coal. Because the top coal is thick and gangue is caved above the support, underground pressure to the working face is relatively gentle. Immediate roof will mainly fall down along the floor. Main roof and the rock bed above the main roof will move to the mined out area along the fault in the early stage and then fall down with the mined out area later. Water inrushes,roof caving and other disasters induced by intensive mining operation could pose great threats to the safety of coal mines. The strata behavior during the high-intensity extraction in the water-rich coal seam is analyzed by employing the numerical simulation method and in situ monitoring. The results show that about 10 m ahead of the workface, the front abutment pressure peaks is at 34.13 MPa, while the peak of the side abutment pressure is located about 8 m away from the gateway with the value of 12.41 MPa; the height of the fracture zone, the first weighting step and the cycle weighting step are calculated to be 45,50 and 20.8 m, respectively; pressure distribution in the workface is characterized by that the vertical pressure in the center occurs earlier and is stronger than those on both ends. Then, the results above are verified by in situ measurement, which may provide a basis for safe mining under similar conditions.展开更多

Based on the character of upward slicing backfilling mining and the condition of Gonggeyingzi coal mine in Inner Mongolia,this paper describes the studies of the strata behavior and the stress distribution in the proc...Based on the character of upward slicing backfilling mining and the condition of Gonggeyingzi coal mine in Inner Mongolia,this paper describes the studies of the strata behavior and the stress distribution in the process of backfilling mining in extra-thick coal seams.This was achieved by setting up and analyzing the elastic foundation beam model using the ABAQUS software.The results show that:(1) With the gradual mining of different slices,the roof appears to bend continuously but does not break.The vertical stress in the roof decreases and the decreasing amplitude reduces,while the tensile stress in the roof grows with the mining slices and the maximum tensile stress will not exceed the allowable tensile stress.(2) The front vertical stress at the working face exceeds the rear vertical stress and both show a trend of decrease with decreasing amplitude of decrease.(3) The slices mined early have more influence on the surrounding rock than the later ones.Similarly,the strata behavior experiences the same trend.The field measured data show that the roof does not break during the mining process,which is consistent with the conclusion.展开更多

To analyze the influence of movement in shallow-buried working faces with large mining heights on mine pressure manifestation, the key stratum at a working face was categorised using the 1313 top-coal caving face with...To analyze the influence of movement in shallow-buried working faces with large mining heights on mine pressure manifestation, the key stratum at a working face was categorised using the 1313 top-coal caving face with super great mining height under cover as a case study. The research combined theoretical analysis, field measurement, and numerical simulation to analyze the influencing mechanism of key stratum. Moreover, the research results were verified by numerical simulation and indicate that the sub-key stratum is prone to be broken to form a "cantilever beam" structure rather than a stable hinged structure during the excavation of working faces with super great mining heights. When the "cantilever beam" structure is unstable, a low pressure will occur on the working face, and the overlying strata will subside simultaneously with the sub-key stratum to induce the breakage of the primary key stratum: the breakage will further trigger the periodic breakage of sub-key stratum, causing a greater load on the working face. Finally, steps, and strength of weighting in the working face vary to be great or small alternatively. This is the main reason explaining why the 1313 working face shows strong mine pressure manifestation. The results provide theoretical and practical experience for forecasting and controlling mine pressure manifestation.展开更多
AIM: To evaluate the relationship between symptoms and microscopic colitis (MC) subtypes: to test whether collagenous colitis (CC) and/or lymphocytic colitis (LC)might be related to both constipation and diarrhea.METH...AIM: To evaluate the relationship between symptoms and microscopic colitis (MC) subtypes: to test whether collagenous colitis (CC) and/or lymphocytic colitis (LC)might be related to both constipation and diarrhea.METHODS: A cohort of patients with independently confirmed typical histopathological changes was investigated. Fifty-three patients with histologically proved MC (46 with CC, 7 with LC) were included. The existence of diarrhea or constipation and the co-existence of autoimmune diseases were also investigated and all data were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS: Twenty-three (43.39%) of MC patients had chronic constipation (20 in CC, 3 in LC patients). Twentyfour(45.28%) of MC patients had autoimmune disease and the diagnosis of autoimmune disease was always prior to MC. Sjogren's syndrome was associated only with the constipation subgroup.CONCLUSION: The Janus face of MC resembles the subgroups of irritable bowel syndrome. The co-existence of autoimmune diseases and MC is confirmed in both the constipation and diarrhea subgroups.展开更多
Two alkyl substituted polythiophene derivatives: poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) and poly(3-decylthiophene)(P3DT), have synthesized by oxidation coupling polymerization of 3-alkylthiophene using iron(III) chloride as cat...Two alkyl substituted polythiophene derivatives: poly(3-hexylthiophene)(P3HT) and poly(3-decylthiophene)(P3DT), have synthesized by oxidation coupling polymerization of 3-alkylthiophene using iron(III) chloride as catalyst in chloroform. While both polymers in pure chloroform solution have maximum absorption at approximately same wavelength of 440nm, they behave differently with respect to changes observed on their UV-visible and photoluminescence spectra when the quality of the poor solvent is changed in good solvent (chloroform) / poor solvent (methanol) mixtures. With increasing volume fraction of methanol in mixtures, the absorption spectra of P3HT and P3DT red-shift, peaking at maximum wavelength of 495nm (P3HT) and 510nm(P3DT). Furthermore, the absorption spectra of the two polymers in chloroform blue-shift as the temperature rises. P3HT shows 4.73nm blue-shifts at 50℃ in contrast to the case at 20℃, while P3DT blue-shifts about 5.04nm. The photoluminescence spectra of the two polymers in mixed solution are also investigated, which show that the luminescence spectra shift to longer wavelength with an accompanying drop in the PL intensity as methanol is increased. The absorption and emission spectra of the two polymers in a poor solvent and a thin film are similar, which indicate that a similar longer conjugation length in the two cases. It could conclude that the polymers exist almost the same conformations and aggregations in both a poor solvent and a thin film. P3DT exhibits more sensitive spectra properties (big red-shifts in both absorption and luminescence spectra in poor solvents and large blue-shifts at high temperature) with contrast to P3HT, which imply that long side alkyl may improve the chromic properties of the polymer.展开更多

Some key techniques including stereo display processing and high precision video scaling based bicubic interpolation, and their hardware implementations which improve the image quality are presented. The proposed HMD100 chip is verified by the field-programmable gate array (FPGA). As one of innovative and high integration SoC chips, HMD100 is designed by a digital and analog mixed circuit. For applying to teleoperation, a virtual reality environment of the system developed by using Java, Java 3D, Pro/E, etc. is established. The geometry and kinematics model of serial robot MOTOMAN sv3x, parallel robot, C-type arm and X-ray machine, surgery bed and its work environment are fulfilled in it. Simulation engine and its simulation syntax are finished, which made the environment controllable. This environment is used as predictive display interface in the telerobotics in order to tackling the problem in visualization feedback as ambiguous or time delay. While both polymers in pure chloroform solution have maximum absorption at approximately same wavelength of 440nm, they behave differently with respect to changes observed on their UV-visible and photoluminescence spectra when the quality of the poor solvent is changed in good solvent (chloroform) / poor solvent (methanol) mixtures. With increasing volume fraction of methanol in mixtures, the absorption spectra of P3HT and P3DT red-shift, peaking at maximum wavelength of 495nm (P3HT) and 510nm(P3DT). Furthermore, the absorption spectra of the two polymers in chloroform blue-shift as the temperature rises. P3HT shows 4.73nm blue-shifts at 50℃ in contrast to the case at 20℃, while P3DT blue-shifts about 5.04nm. The photoluminescence spectra of the two polymers in mixed solution are also investigated, which show that the luminescence spectra shift to longer wavelength with an accompanying drop in the PL intensity as methanol is increased. The absorption and emission spectra of the two polymers in a poor solvent and a thin film are similar, which indicate that a similar longer conjugation length in the two cases. It could conclude that the polymers exist almost the same conformations and aggregations in both a poor solvent and a thin film. P3DT exhibits more sensitive spectra properties (big red-shifts in both absorption and luminescence spectra in poor solvents and large blue-shifts at high temperature) with contrast to P3HT, which imply that long side alkyl may improve the chromic properties of the polymer.

文摘Fine-grained Mg?5Zn?1Mn?0.6Sn alloy sheets of2mm in thickness were welded by fiber laser welding.The appearanceand microstructures of the welding joints and liquation behaviors in the partially melted zone(PMZ)were investigated.The resultsshow that,with the lower welding power and higher welding speed,the width and depth of the joints decrease.Moreover,some poresare detected at a very high welding speed.There are two kinds of liquation phenomena in the PMZ.One is the liquation networkalong grain boundaries associated with the liquation of substrate and segregation-induced liquation,the other is the molten poolinvolved with the liquation of the residual second phases at the boundaries.However,the liquation of substrate and thesegregation-induced liquation are the main liquation mechanism in the PMZ.

文摘Aiming at the limitation of control accuracy caused by hysteresis and creep for a piezoelectric actuator, the hysteresis phenomenon is explained based on the microscopic polarization mechanism and domain wall theory. Then a control model based on polarization is established, which can reduce the hysteresis and creep remarkablely. The experimental results show that the polarization control method is with more linearity and less hysteresis compared with the voltage control method.
文摘In order to develop the core chip supporting binocular stereo displays for head mounted display (HMD) and glasses-TV, a very large scale integrated (VISI) design scheme is proposed by using a pipeline architecture for 3D display processing chip (HMD100). Some key techniques including stereo display processing and high precision video scaling based bicubic interpolation, and their hardware implementations which improve the image quality are presented. The proposed HMD100 chip is verified by the field-programmable gate array (FPGA). As one of innovative and high integration SoC chips, HMD100 is designed by a digital and analog mixed circuit. It can support binocular stereo display, has better scaling effect and integration. Hence it is applicable in virtual reality (VR), 3D games and other microdisplay domains.
文摘Based on a robotic telesurgery system whose function is to liberate doctor from X-ray radiation, a robotic tele-drill system is constructed. The system is in client/server structure. Client part includes main control interface, video-audio interface and predictive display interface. Server part includes robot control server and video, audio server. For applying to teleoperation, a virtual reality environment of the system developed by using Java, Java 3D, Pro/E, etc. is established. The geometry and kinematics model of serial robot MOTOMAN sv3x, parallel robot, C-type arm and X-ray machine, surgery bed and its work environment are fulfilled in it. Simulation engine and its simulation syntax are finished, which made the environment controllable. This environment is used as predictive display interface in the telerobotics in order to tackling the problem in visualization feedback as ambiguous or time delay. Experiments that verified feasibility of the system have been done.
文摘Operators suffer much diffieulty in manipulating miero-size objects without the assistance of friendly interfaces due to the scaling effects in micro worht. The paper presented a general framework for mieromanipulation robot hased on virtual reality technology. With the framework we brought forward a FDH (Fixed Direction Hulls) based hounding box method to handle the eollision ,teteetion of the peg-in-hole mieroassembly. The eollision response model for the collision between micro needle and hole was presented. The virtual three and corresponding displacement were calculated with the model of bending deformation and pressing ,teformation. Experiments verify the validity of collision response model.
