富有情趣是对文学作品的基本要求。很难想象毫无情趣,味同嚼蜡的文学作品会不为时间和读者所淘汰。清人黄周星论制曲说:“曲为诗之流派,虽被之弦歌,自当专以趣胜。今人遇情景之可喜者,辄曰‘有趣!有趣!’则一切语言文字,未有无趣可以感... 富有情趣是对文学作品的基本要求。很难想象毫无情趣,味同嚼蜡的文学作品会不为时间和读者所淘汰。清人黄周星论制曲说:“曲为诗之流派,虽被之弦歌,自当专以趣胜。今人遇情景之可喜者,辄曰‘有趣!有趣!’则一切语言文字,未有无趣可以感人者。”梁启超论美术说:“一个人麻木,那人便成了没趣的人;一民族麻木,那民族便成了没趣的民族。美术的功用,在把这种麻木状态恢复过来,令没趣变为有趣。”诗对趣也有同样的要求,可以毫不夸张地说,诗,尤其是抒情诗,离开了“感人之趣”,便无异是汉字符号的简单排列。正因为如此,前人早巳注意到了对“趣”的探讨。南宋魏庆之《诗人玉屑》录各家论诗趣者,就有“天趣”、“奇趣”、“野人趣”、“登高临远之趣” 展开更多

With the development of economic globalization and China's entry into the WTO, English is becoming more important than ever. In China, English is learnt as a second language and has long become the compulsory subject in school. However, many Chinese students don't like to learn English and even feel headache in seeing English textbooks. Why English language learning is so painful for them? This paper focuses on the discussion of factors that affect language learning in the context of China and comes to a conclusion that motivation is the most important factor in language learning. Teachers should try every means to better initiate students' motivation and bring their motivation to a full range in the classroom of language. 展开更多

To meet the requirement of high-quality transmission of videos captured by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) with low bandwidth, a novel rate control (RC) scheme based on region-of-interest (ROI) is proposed. First, the ROI information is sent to the encoder with the latest high efficient video coding (HEVC) standard to generate an ROI map. Then, by using the ROI map, bit allocation methods are developed at frame level and large coding unit (LCU) level, to avoid inaccurate bit allocation produced by camera movement. At last, by using a better robustness R-2 model, the quantization parameter (QP) for each LCU is calculated. The experimental results show that the proposed RC method can get a lower bitrate error and a higher quality for reconstructed video by choosing appropriate pixel weight on the HEVC platform. 展开更多
