藏医“霍尔美”疗法治疗三种“隆”型疾病的临床疗效研究

目的:分析和比较藏医“霍尔美”疗法治疗“娘隆”“果隆”“普隆”病的临床疗效。方法:2020年1月—2021年12月期间在青海省藏医院收治的728例“隆”型疾病患者,用“霍尔美”疗法治疗7天后观察脉诊、尿诊、舌诊结果并评价治疗效果。结果... 目的:分析和比较藏医“霍尔美”疗法治疗“娘隆”“果隆”“普隆”病的临床疗效。方法:2020年1月—2021年12月期间在青海省藏医院收治的728例“隆”型疾病患者,用“霍尔美”疗法治疗7天后观察脉诊、尿诊、舌诊结果并评价治疗效果。结果:用“霍尔美”疗法治疗后脉症恢复显著的有:“娘隆”组的滑、数、弱、沉、衰、迟和空7种脉象,及“普隆”组的弱脉;尿症恢复显著的有:3组共有的尿液泡沫大外,“娘隆”组的尿液色白似乳、尿色青、尿色紫黄、尿液蒸汽大、尿液气味呈焦烟味、尿液中存在云雾状悬浮物、尿液中存在脓液状悬浮物,“果隆”组的尿液蒸汽大、尿液气味呈焦烟味,“普隆”组的尿液色白似乳等;舌症恢复显著的有:3组共有的舌质淡白外,“娘隆”组的薄黄苔、黄苔、白苔、舌质青紫性,“果隆”组的薄黄苔等。整体治疗效果显示,治愈、好转和有效约占纳入疗效评估患者总数的98%。结论:藏医“霍尔美”疗法能有效改善“娘隆“”果隆”和“普隆”的三诊表现,对“娘隆”的疗效最显著。 展开更多

Influence Factors in the Inhibition Effect of Pyrazosulfuron-ethyl against Sagittaria pygmaea in Paddy Soils

[Objective] The aim was to explore the factors affecting the herbicidal activity of pyrazosulfuron-ethyl against Sagittaria pygmaea in paddy soil.[Method] The bioassay method was carried out under greenhouse conditions.[Result] The reduction of more than 80% in fresh weight was observed in S.pygmaea treated with 45 g/hm2 of pyrazosulfuron-ethyl for 7 d or more.Application of 60 g/hm2 at the sprouting stage of S.pygmaea suppressed completely the growth in fresh weight irrespective of tuber size.However,at 6 g/hm2 growth of the weed sustained less reduction with increasing tuber size.Differences in flooding water depth and temperature had no appreciable influence on the herbicidal activity.Growth inhibition of S.pygmaea by pre-emergence or 1.5-leaf stage applications under non-leaching conditions was significantly higher than that under water leaching conditions.Under non-leaching condition,there was no remarkable difference in this inhibition between preemergence and 1.5-leaf stage applications,while under water leaching conditions the growth reduction with the latter application was significantly larger.Growth inhibition of S.pygmaea planted at a depth of 2 cm was significantly higher than that planted deeper (5 cm) with the pre-emergence applications.[Conclusion] This study had provide basis for the further study on the inhibition effect of pyrazosulfuron-ethyl. 展开更多

This paper considers the renderings of the sequence -UI- by Cameroonian, Gabonese, and native French users learning English with the view to finding out whether French users speaking different L 1s pronounce this sequence in different or similar ways. The data were recordings of items containing -UI- and the contrastive method of analysis was used. It was found that this sequence is rendered in two ways by the learners. Besides, different L2 French-speaking learners tend to pronounce it in the same ways and so do L2 and L1 French-speaking learners. It can therefore be hypothesised that Francophone speakers tend to draw more from French when they speak English than from their respective L 1s. 展开更多

Influence of Agricultural Inputs on Growth and Yield of Jatropha curcas (L.) in Cameroon

A study was carried out in the Northern region of Cameroon to assess the influence of fertilizers (chemical fertilizer NPK (15-20-15 w/w/w) or cow dung) on the growth and yield ofJatropha curcas from four origins namely Cameroon, Senegal, Tanzania and Mozambique. The experimental design was factorial with 4 origins×3 fertilizers×8 month durations. After planting, growth parameters and dendrometric measurements were carried out monthly during eight months. Data were analyzed using a Statgraphics program and Duncan test. The results showed that plant of Tanzania and Mozambique origin had higher germination rate in field 75% and 69.5%, respectively. The survival rate of transplants was 100% for Cameroon origin and 98.48% for Senegal origin. NPK and cow dung significantly (P 〈 0.05) increased the growth parameters height, diameter, number of ramifications, leaves and fruits of Jatropha curcas. In addition Jatropha from Cameroon origin exhibited the highest growing conditions and high fruit yield, then highlighting its potential for the biofuel program of the country. But significant improvement needs to be done, particularly on the level of fertilizer needed. 展开更多

In the present study, four different proteases (pepsin, papain, bromelain and ficin) were screened with a murine monoclonal antibody OC859 , in order to verify whether different digestion procedures could improve yield and stability of the F(ab’)2 or Fab fragments. The yields of F(ab’)2 or Fab fragments from digestion with pepsin, papain , bromelain and ficin were respectively 20. 3+/-2. 0%, 50. 5+/-5. 0%,74. 4+/-2. 7% and 82. 8 +/-10. 2% of the theoretical maximum. Immunoreactivity in a noncompetitive solid-phase radioimmunoassay (SPRIA) of the fragments generated by the four proteases were respectively 10+/-5%, 36+/-5%, 60+/-6% and 75+/-6%of the intact OC859 IgG. These results suggested that the fragmentation of OC859 with ficin gave a higher yield of superior immunoreactive fragments. 展开更多

Control Effect of 80% Nicosulfuron·Atrazine Water-dispersible Granules on Weeds in Spring Maize Field

[Method] Maize field was sprayed with 300, 375, 450, 750 g/hm280% nicosulfuron·atrazine water-dispersible granules respectively, with 40 g/L nicosulfuron suspending concentrate and 38% atrazine suspending concentrate as control agents. Artificial weeding and control(CK) plots were set. [Result] Fresh weight control efficiency of 375-750 g/hm280% nicosulfuron·atrazine water-dispersible granules was significantly higher than that of 40 g/L nicosulfuron suspending concentrate and 38% atrazine suspending concentrate; no obvious phytotoxicity symptoms were observed after application of 300-450 g/hm280% nicosulfuron·atrazine waterdispersible granules; 750 g/hm280% nicosulfuron·atrazine water-dispersible granules posed certain impact on the growth of maize seedlings. Compared with control plots, various doses of 80% nicosulfuron·atrazine water-dispersible granules significantly improved the yield of maize. [Conclusion] In the present study, 375-450 g/hm280% nicosulfuron·atrazine water-dispersible granules exhibited high control effect on weeds in maize field and were safe for the growth of maize seedlings. 展开更多

Pepino mosaic virus(PepMV)causes severe disease in tomato and other Solanaceous crops around globe.To effectively study and manage this viral disease,researchers need new,sensitive,and high-throughput approaches for viral detection.In this study,we purified PepMV particles from the infected Nicotiana benthamiana plants and used virions to immunize BALB/c mice to prepare hybridomas secreting anti-PepMV monoclonal antibodies(mAbs).A panel of highly specific and sensitive murine mAbs(15B2,8H6,23D11,20D9,3A6,and 8E3)could be produced through cell fusion,antibody selection,and cell cloning.Using the mAbs as the detection antibodies,we established double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(DAS-ELISA),Dot-ELISA,and Tissue print-ELISA for detecting PepMV infection in tomato plants.Resulting data on sensitivity analysis assays showed that both DAS-ELISA and Dot-ELISA can efficiently monitor the virus in PepMV-infected tissue crude extracts when diluted at 1:1310720 and 1:20480(weight/volume ratio(w/v),g/mL),respectively.Among the three methods developed,the Tissue print-ELISA was found to be the most practical detection technique.Survey results from field samples by the established serological approaches were verified by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and DNA sequencing,dem on strati ng all three serological methods are reliable and effective for monitoring PepMV.An ti-PepMV mAbs and the newly developed DAS-ELISA,Dot-ELISA,and Tissue print-ELISA can benefit PepMV detection and field epidemiological study,and management of this viral disease,which is already widespread in tomato plants in Yunnan Province of China. 展开更多
