基于标准的"产品"视角,本文在综合考察"标准产品"用户和质量的基础上,通过引入双寡头市场均衡分析,发现转换成本对用户临界规模及其稳定性有重要影响,较高质量的"标准产品"会在临界规模方面具备一定优势,而用户基础在一定程度上弥补了低质量"标准产品"的劣势。因此,在标准竞争成为国际竞争战略制高点的当今,正确领会标准竞争机理是推进我国标准国际化战略的重要前提。"标准产品"制定者应该积极提高标准的质量,努力扩大用户基础,在竞争中获得优势。

Development of Bio-fertilizer Standard in China and Establishment of Standard System

Over the past decade,national standard and industry standard of bio-fertilizer have been gradually established in China. Moreover,the microbial fertilizer standard system with Chinese characteristics has been firstly established by China in the world. Development of bio-fertilizer standard,especially the amplification and modification of bio-fertilizer product standard and the construction of bio-fertilizer standard system,etc. were summarized in this paper. Meanwhile,relative suggestions of existing problems were put forward.

Preparation of Alumina Abrasion-Resistant Ceramic Grinding Ball with Spent FCC Equilibrium Catalyst

The chemical composition, structure and thermal stability of the spent FCC equilibrium catalyst from an oil refinery were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, DTA-TG, BET, complete chemical analysis, SEM, and XRF. The spent FCC equilibrium catalyst, clay, barium carbonate, and talc were used as the main raw materials to prepare the alumina abrasion-resistant ceramic balls to be used in the powder grinding mill for manufacture of architecture tiles. The results showed that after proper formulation study, the spent FCC equilibrium catalyst could replace industrial alumina to prepare high performance grinding balls. Meanwhile, the various performance indices of the grinding ball could meet the quality standard for similar products, and additionally, the energy saving effect was achieved in the operation of the grinding section, resulting in a successful comprehensive utilization of solid wastes.

Assumptions of Economic Model for Sustainable Productions of Beekeeping in the Bosnia and Hercegovina

Production of bee products using standards of Modern technology requires high specialization and high productivity of labor adequate facilities and equipment, and coordination of natural bee potential with production characteristics of the wider region. Effectively beekeeping today means using several pastures per year with a yield of 50-60 kg per hive. Mobile beekeeping is the only way to achieve high yields of production and it has considerable advantage over stationary one which is less rentable. Mobile beekeeping require higher investments and labor but with good climate and ecological conditions, one can achieve several times higher income than in stationary beekeeping. Some of the success in mobile beekeeping depends of the selection of hives. The hives must be designed to give the bees the best environment for work and development to be most efficient. Data was collected from 57 beekeepers that live in the district. Data analysis was conducted by using standard statistical and economic processes. Criteria for a recommended for the proposed beekeeping model were incomes and profit per hive. For effective beekeeping and production of bee products, especially honey, beekeeper must have adequate equipment and a good bee hives. Beekeeper must have transportation and additional equipment because their movement depends season on the season and distance to pasture.

A Critical Examination of the European Standard EN 1504 ＂Products and Systems for Protection and Repair of Concrete Structures＂

The European Standard EN 1504 ＂Products and systems for protection and repair of concrete structures -- Definitions, requirements, quality control and evaluation of conformity＂ can be considered a real milestone for the companies involved in the rehabilitation of buildings, bridges, piers, pipelines, and other civil or industrial concrete structures. However in some cases the examination and, even more, the practical application of the proposed guidelines are made difficult by a complicated sub-division in principles and methods, and by a confusing and repetitive layout. The paper deals in particular with the principles and methods for the rehabilitation of concrete damage due to reinforcement corrosion, often strictly connected, anyway, to those adopted in order to rehabilitate the concrete itself. Suggestions are given for a possible future update of the Standard, based on the personal experience of the Authors.

Stress Analysis of the Subsea Dynamic Riser BaseProcess Piping

Thesubsea dynamic riser base （SDRB） is an important piece of equipment for the floating production platform mooring system.One end is connected to the rigid pipeline, carrying a rigid pipeline thermal expansion load and the other end is connected to a flexible riser, carrying the dynamic load of the flexible riser, so its function is a transition connection between the flexible riser and the rigid pipeline which fixes the flexible riser on the seabed. On the other hand. as a typical subsea product, the design will satisfythe requirements of the standards for subsea products. By studying the stress analysisphilosophy of the topside piping and subsea pipeline, a physical model and procedure for piping stress analysis of the SDRB have been established.The conditions of the adverse design load have been considered, and a combination of the static load from the rigid pipeline and the dynamic load flexibility has also been optimized. And a comparative analysis between the AMSE, DNV and API standards for piping stress with the checking rules has been done.Because theSDRB belongs to the subsea pipeline terminal product, the use of DNV standards to check its process piping stress is recommended. Finally, the process piping stress of the SDRB has been calculated, and the results show that the jacket pipe and the carrier pipe stress of the SDRB process piping satisfy the DNV standards as a whole.The bulkhead cannot be accurately simulated by the AutoPIPE software which uses the FEA software ANSYS inthe detailed analysis, but the checking results will still meet the requirements of the DNV standards.

Characterization of Humic System in Fertilizer Raw Materials

The aim of the study was to characterize humus system of natural and artificial products. Humus systems from leonardite, lignite biotransformed with Trichoderma sp. （Plantagra）, plant materials after pyrolisis （charcoal） and composts are compared. Humus systems are characterized by Kononova-Belchikova＇s method, and heavy metals content was measured by atomic absorption spectroscopy （AAS）. Humic acids from the International Humic Substances Society （IHSS） collection are the standards for humus substances quality of compared products. Data obtained for leonardite indicate that the studied substances from factory, Izmir, Turkey contain humic acids over 94%. Compared to the standard, heavy metals content in these materials demonstrate high amounts. Organic carbon content in the composts is very low compared to the leonardite materials and IHSS collection, where the heavy metals content is lower. Biotransformed lignite is characterized with lower content of organic carbon, but humic acids are with high degree of humification. Results obtained show that the fourth studied humus systems may be used in agriculture on base of the high humic acids content. It is recommended to measure heavy metals content before applying the materials in agriculture.
