In this paper, the effects of compound P. igniarius oral liquid’s crude polysaccharide on the immunologic function of mice were studied from four aspects, namely, carbon clearance test of mice, macrophage phagocytosi...In this paper, the effects of compound P. igniarius oral liquid’s crude polysaccharide on the immunologic function of mice were studied from four aspects, namely, carbon clearance test of mice, macrophage phagocytosis of chicken red blood cel s in the enterocoelia of mice (semi-in vivo method), the ratio of organ to body weight, natural kil er (NK) cel activity in mice (the determination of lactate de-hydrogenase assay). The results showed that high-dosage group(40 mL/kg) of com-pound P. igniarius oral liquid can obviously enhance the ability of carbon clearance of mice; middle-(20 mL/kg) and high-dosage groups can significantly enhance the phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of chicken erythrocyte of mouse macrophage;low-(10 mL/kg), middle- and high-dosage groups can significantly enhance NK cel activity of mice. These showed that compound P. igniarius oral liquid can enhance mononuclear-macrophage and NK cel activity. In conclusion, compound P. igniarius oral liquid’s polysaccharide can enhance immunologic function and significantly im-prove the specific and nonspecific immunologic function.展开更多

Ten mulberry species were taken as materials to detect contents of DNJ,polysaccharide and flavonoid.The results indicated that the three active components differed significantly upon species.Hongguo 2 and Shushen 1,wh...Ten mulberry species were taken as materials to detect contents of DNJ,polysaccharide and flavonoid.The results indicated that the three active components differed significantly upon species.Hongguo 2 and Shushen 1,which are of high contents of active components,were selected as materials to measure contents change of active components in fresh fruits during ripening process after full-bloom stage.The research suggested that DNJ mass fractions of Hongguo 2 and Shushen 1 on the 3rd d in full-bloom stage were 0.074 1% and 0.072 5%;DNJ declined gradually with growth of the fruit and DNJ contents in the two cultivars decreased by 49.80% and 58.90% on the 31st d in full-bloom stage,compared with the 3rd d.As mulberry grew,polysaccharide contents in Hongguo 2 and Shushen 1 were increasing and achieved peaks on the 27th d in full-bloom stage at 9.570% and 10.276%,respectively.For total flavonoids,the contents in Hongguo 2 and Shushen 1 were both of two peaks on 11th d and 27th d.The mass fractions were 0.313%,0.444%,and 0.264%,0.326%,accordingly.In addition,DNJ contents in ripe seeds of Hongguo 2 and Shushen 1 were significantly higher than those in fruit,but total flavonoid contents were lower.Polysaccharide was not detected.It can be concluded that mulberry fruits growing for 27 d can be either as excellent food or for medicine.展开更多
The Shandong Xiajin Yellow River Ancient Mulberry Trees System is a model of desertification control in the floor area in the Luxibei Plain,and of sustainable development.The current study about ancient mulberry trees...The Shandong Xiajin Yellow River Ancient Mulberry Trees System is a model of desertification control in the floor area in the Luxibei Plain,and of sustainable development.The current study about ancient mulberry trees in Xiajin county is mainly qualitative representation,lack of quantitative research.In addition,the relevant important ecological functional assessment should not only confine to quantitative assessment which illustrate the current condition,but also analyze the eco-service changes,derived from ecosystem structure develop,from the time dimension.Based on quantitative eco-service assessment of the ancient mulberry tree group,this paper intend to conduct a comprehensive analysis of ecological functions of ancient mulberry group focuses on the perspective of system structure and function evolution.Quantitative evaluation results show that the system has significant eco-efficiency in water conservation,reducing sediment loss,adjust atmosphere,etc.On timescale,thanks to mulberry cultivation,ecosystem structure and services have also undergone a corresponding change.In ecosystem structure:Planting pioneer trees such as mulberries and other species which can tolerate hostile site conditions,improves the micro-environment.This makes it possible for other crops to grow.The mixed forests and the combination of forestry and agriculture protect biodiversity.What's more,they make the structure of the ecosystems more robust,giving full play to their functions.In terms of ecosystem services:ecosystem services of Xiajin Yellow River Ancient Mulberry Trees have shown diversified development.And its main function has transferred from supply products to leisure and entertainment functions.展开更多
The chemical composition and biological activity of Sanghuangporus vaninii solid culture treated by static magnetic field were studied.The compounds were isolated and purified using ultrasonic extraction and semi-prep...The chemical composition and biological activity of Sanghuangporus vaninii solid culture treated by static magnetic field were studied.The compounds were isolated and purified using ultrasonic extraction and semi-preparative liquid chromatography.Their structures were identified through spectral data,and the inhibitory activities againstα-amylase,α-glucosidase and pancreatic lipase were evaluated.Three compounds,5,7-dihydroxy-3,4'-dimethoxyflavone(1),D-(+)-Trehalose(2),pinolenic acid(3),were extracted from the petroleum ether layer.Comparison of peak heights indicated a significantly higher content of compounds subjected to a 4 mT static magnetic field compared to those untreated.Activity tests revealed that compounds 1 and 2 exhibited strong anti-α-amylase and anti-α-glucosidase activities.Specifically,compound 1 had inhibition rates of(65.37±0.05)%and(73.81±0.12)%after 4 mT treatment,compared to(57.26±0.11)%and(65.33±0.14)%without.Compound 2 showed inhibition rates of(68.61±0.12)%and(65.38±0.09)%with the magnetic field,versus(60.71±0.06)%and(56.18±0.02)%without.Compound 3 displayed a notable inhibitory effect on pancreatic lipase,with rates of(60.83±0.03)%after 4 mT treatment and(53.77±0.09)%without.This study demonstrates that the static magnetic field enhances the chemical content and bioactivity of Sanghuangporus vaninii solid culture,providing a basis for its further development and application.展开更多
