Defect detection is vital in the nonwoven material industry,ensuring surface quality before producing finished products.Recently,deep learning and computer vision advancements have revolutionized defect detection,making it a widely adopted approach in various industrial fields.This paper mainly studied the defect detection method for nonwoven materials based on the improved Nano Det-Plus model.Using the constructed samples of defects in nonwoven materials as the research objects,transfer learning experiments were conducted based on the Nano DetPlus object detection framework.Within this framework,the Backbone,path aggregation feature pyramid network(PAFPN)and Head network models were compared and trained through a process of freezing,with the ultimate aim of bolstering the model's feature extraction abilities and elevating detection accuracy.The half-precision quantization method was used to optimize the model after transfer learning experiments,reducing model weights and computational complexity to improve the detection speed.Performance comparisons were conducted between the improved model and the original Nano Det-Plus model,YOLO,SSD and other common industrial defect detection algorithms,validating that the improved methods based on transfer learning and semi-precision quantization enabled the model to meet the practical requirements of industrial production. 展开更多

Thus, investigating the corrosion behavior of copper is of great significance. The effects of rotating electromagnetic field on corrosion behavior of T2 copper in 3.5% sodium chloride solution with electrochemical measurements were investigated. The results showed that rotating electromagnetic field changed properties of 3.5% sodium chloride solution by increasing the values of temperature and pH and decreasing the values of conductivity and dissolved oxygen. The rotating electromagnetic field improved the corrosion resistance of T2 copper. The corrosion products of T2 copper in treated 3.5% sodium chloride solution were composed of Cu20 and CuCl. The low corrosion rate of T2 copper was resulted from the decrease of dissolved oxygen in 3.5% sodium chloride solution treated by rotating electromagnetic field. 展开更多

为了降低电站锅炉NOx排放量,采用一种新的机器学习方法——相关向量机对某330 MW煤粉汽包锅炉的一、二次风速以及含氧量等26个输入参数和NOx输出结果进行建模,并用万有引力算法对模型的参数进行优化,获得最优模型。与粒子群算法、遗传... 为了降低电站锅炉NOx排放量,采用一种新的机器学习方法——相关向量机对某330 MW煤粉汽包锅炉的一、二次风速以及含氧量等26个输入参数和NOx输出结果进行建模,并用万有引力算法对模型的参数进行优化,获得最优模型。与粒子群算法、遗传算法优化相关向量机以及万有引力算法优化支持向量机等进行了比较,选择锅炉输入参数中的可调变量为优化变量,以NOx低排放量为目标进行优化,获得低NOx排放的输入参数。结果证明:万有引力优化相关向量机算法建立的模型精确度比其它几种算法高,对模型进行低NOx优化后,NOx输出值由最初的的906.65 mg/m3变为550.600 mg/m3,下降幅度约为38.9%,实现了NOx排放量大幅度降低。 展开更多

The catalytic performance of two oxides coated anodes (OCSs) meshes and one OCA plate was investigated in a zinc electrowinning electrolyte at 38 ℃. Their electrochemical behaviors were compared with that of a conventional Pb-0.7%Ag alloy anode. Electrochemical measurements such as cyclic voltammetric, galvanostatic, potentiodynamic, open-circuit potential (OCP) and in situ electrochemical noise measurements were considered. After 2 h of OCP test, the linear polarization shows that the corrosion current density of the Ti/(IrO2-Ta2O5) mesh electrode is the lowest (3.37μA/cm^2) among the three OCAs and shows excellent performance. Additionally, after 24 h of galvanostatic polarization at 50 mA/cm^2and 38 ℃, the Ti/MnO2mesh anode has the highest potential (1.799 V), followed by the Ti/(IrO2-Ta2O5) plate (1.775 V) and Ti/(IrO2-Ta2O5) mesh (1.705 V) anodes. After 24 h of galvanostatic polarization followed by 16 h of decay, the linear polarization method confirms the sequence obtained after 2 h of OCP test, and the Ti/(IrO2-Ta2O5) mesh attains the lowest corrosion current density. The Ti/(IrO2-Ta2O5) mesh anode also shows better performance after 24 h of galvanostatic polarization with the overpotential lower than that of the conventional Pb-Ag anode by about 245 mV. 展开更多

In order to effectively detect malicious phishing behaviors, a phishing detection method based on the uniform resource locator (URL) features is proposed. First, the method compares the phishing URLs with legal ones to extract the features of phishing URLs. Then a machine learning algorithm is applied to obtain the URL classification model from the sample data set training. In order to adapt to the change of a phishing URL, the classification model should be constantly updated according to the new samples. So, an incremental learning algorithm based on the feedback of the original sample data set is designed. The experiments verify that the combination of the URL features extracted in this paper and the support vector machine (SVM) classification algorithm can achieve a high phishing detection accuracy, and the incremental learning algorithm is also effective. 展开更多

The results show that Se in burdock stem, skin and leaf are 32.40, 48.63, 38.10 μg/g, respectively; Cd in burdock stem, skin and leaf are 0. 160 0, 0. 300 0, 0. 140 0 μg/g, respectively; Cd in burdock stem, skin and leaf are 2. 020, 3. 960, 2. 410 μg/g, respectively. In the ginkgo and ginko leaf, Se contents are 17.63 and 16.91 μg/g, respectively ; for Cd are 0. 181 0 and 0.2020μg/g, respectively ; for Pb are 3. 572 and 4. 021 μg/g, respectively. In garlic, Se, Cd and Pb are 73. 900 0, 6. 900 0 and 0. 390 0, respectively. All the standard deviations of measured results are below 2.3%, recovery rate are from 99% to 101%. 展开更多

It includes two steps. First, the linear phase shift error is estimated using four sample images. Then, the phase distribution is calculated with error corrected by using the phase shift error estimated in the first step. As the equations of error estimation and phase calculation are simple, this new algorithm is practical as well as effective. Computer simulations were carried out to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm. Results of two other well known error compensating algorithms are also presented, which show the new algorithm is the least sensitive to phase shift error. 展开更多

[Result] Organic pollu- tant in Muyang River was higher; N and P contents in Lengshui River were higher; the measured indices in Zizania aquatica region excessively exceeded related stan- dard. [Conclusion] The chemical fertilizers and pesticides are the toxic materials lead- ing to water contamination and constitute a major cause of pollution in Songhua Dam water-source region. Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the psychometric properties of the Indonesian version of the Care Dependency Scale (CDS) among stroke survivors.Methods: The study was undertaken in four hospitals.We analysed datasets obtained from 109 stroke survivors on inpatient wards and in outpatient clinics,who were rated by nurses to determine the CDS reliability coefficients.The Cronbach's α and Cohen's kappa coefficients were applied.Concurrent validity was conducted for the data on care dependency,which werecollected from 49 of these 109 participants on inpatient wards by nurses using the CDS and the Barthel Index.A Spearman's rank correlation analysis was conducted to measure the association between the CDS and the Barthel Index results.Results: An analysis of the results of the CDS tested on the inpatient ward and in the outpatient clinic revealed a high level of internal consistency.The reliability analysis yielded the same Cronbach's α coefficient of 0.98 for both the inpatient and outpatient data.A significant,moderate correlation was observed between the CDS and Barthel Index results.Conclusion: The CDS can be recommended for use as a tool for the assessment and evaluation of stroke survivors who are receiving acute or long-term care. 展开更多

AIM: To introduce a computer-aided morphometric method for quantifying the necro-inflammatory phase in liver biopsy specimens using fractal geometry and Delaunay's triangulation.METHODS: Two-micrometer thick biopsy sections taken from 78 chronic hepatitis C virus-infected patients were immunohistochemically treated to identify the inflammatory cells. An automatic computer-aided image analysis system was used to define the inflammatory cell network defined on the basis of Delaunay's triangulation,and the inflammatory cells were geometrically classified as forming a cluster (an aggregation of a minimum of three cells) or as being irregularly distributed within the tissue. The phase of inflammatory activity was estimated using Hurst's exponent.RESULTS: The proposed automatic method was rapid and objective. It could not only provide rigorous results expressed by scalar numbers, but also allow the state of the whole organ to be represented by Hurst's exponent with an error of no more than 12%.CONCLUSION: The availability of rigorous metrical measures and the reasonable representativeness of the status of the organ as a whole raise the question as to whether the indication for hepatic biopsy should be revised by establishing clear rules concerning the contraindications suggested by its invasiveness and subjective interpretation. 展开更多
