让居家养老服务“叫好”也“叫座”——海门市居家养老服务现状与对策

1982年海门60岁以上的人口占总人口的比例已达到11.5%,标志着我市进入人口老龄化社会,近年来海门大力推进养老服务社会化,初步形成了以民办养老机构为导向、居家养老和乡镇敬老院为基础的社会化养老产业发展格局,从制度上创新建立适度普惠式社会养老服务模式,形成了独具特色的"海门模式"。但是目前,居家养老服务仍然是是"叫好"而不"叫座",真正解决"老有所养"和"养在何方",任重而道远。
