[Method] Effects of pH, SO2 concentration, fer- mentation temperature, yeast inoculums amount on the quality of kiwi wine were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. P, esult] The optimum conditions were as follows: fermentation temperature (22 ℃ ), yeast inoculums (0.20 g/L), SO2 concentration (60 mg/L) and pH (3.5). The kiwi wine produced under these conditions was yellowish green, transparent, moderately acidic with strong fruit flavor and aro- ma. [ Conclusion]The study provided a theoretical foundation for the development and production of deeply processed products of kiwifruit.展开更多

The distribution of permeability values for the different litho-types of this formation, their comparison and their decrease with depth is discussed. The depth where a permeability of 3 to 5×10-7m/sec can be retained (the limit of a reasonable grouting under a high dam) may be twofold if the geological history of the formation could not contain a compressional tectonic process. This depth may reach 100m in some cases. The differences in the mean values of permeability among the various litho-types are minor, while the presence of siltstones, always present although with varied participation, dramatically controls the global permeability.展开更多

[Method] The impact of VC, VE and leathin on the yield and activity of sea cucumber peptide were investigated by using Glutathione as the standard and 1,10-Phenanthroline method. [Result] Under the conditions of 0.1% VC , 0.2% VE and 2.0% leathin, the activity of sea cucumber peptide was about 50% high and the extraction yield of it could reach 7.12%. [Conclusion] The deep processing of sea cucumber provided effective study idea.展开更多

Therefore, the main parameters of cutting force as cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut also are investigated in our case. The cutting force is modelled and analyzed into mathematical Wolfram simulations in order to compare the results and in the same time achieve the best solutions. Theoretical results are carried out by using the regression method that required fulfilling the critter by Fisher. The number of experiment, measurements and results of cutting force are presented in 2D as well as 3D. In order to verify the accuracy of the 2D diagram, the results for our case is used both two way such as experimental and theoretical method as well as results are compared. In other hands, these results indicate directly that the optimized parameters are capable of machining the workpiece. The obtained measurement results are compared with theoretical methods in Wolfram software.展开更多

The software of FLAG3D and Burgers body (Kelvin-Maxwell model) were used to research on rheological theory, and rheological model was modified. The results indicate that the damage of rock mass is very serious, and the rheological characteristics also outstanding; rheological behavior of deep surrounding rocks of the shaft can be taken as superposition of transient and stable rheology; and there exist the most dangerous zone on 100 m higher than 1 063 m level, so it is necessity that works of monitor and corresponding reinforcement should strengthen.展开更多

Micro-milling is one of the most flexible and fast of them. Although it is based on the same principles as macro-cutting, it is not a simple scaling-down of it. This down-sizing involves new phenomena in the chip formation, such as the minimum chip thickness below which no chip is formed. This paper presents a review of the current state of the art in this field from an experimental and a numerical point of view. A 2D finite element model is then developed to study the influence of the depth of cut on the chip formation. After the model validation in macro-cutting, it highlights the phenomena reported in literature and allows to perform a minimum chip thickness estimation.展开更多
