针对目前网络课程重理论讲述、轻实践训练的现象,提出了"理论-实践-创新"三位一体的网络课程建设思想,并以《光电技术》课程为依托,开展了相关的改革探索。实践证明,电子教材、课件、教学视频、动画等形式丰富的理论教学资源能够很好地满足不同专业基础学习者的需求;由"虚拟实验→课程实验→课程综合设计"构成的实践教学环节能够逐级深化学习者对知识的理解;创新平台中的成果展示和论坛可培养网络学习者的创新意识、创新精神、创新思维和创新能力。

《概率统计》课程三位一体教学模式的探究

本科院校概率统计课程传统的教学存在教师对课程任务认识不到位、教师对专业需求认识不清晰、教师对教学侧重点认识不透彻等问题,不能满足现阶段本科院校学生能力的培养要求.针对这些问题,结合多年教学实践,提出"理论、实践、创新"三位一体的教学模式,理论上夯实基础,实践中提高运用能力,多方面培养学生的创新能力,"理论、实践、创新"三者互为补充、互相促进,提升教学效果.

Development of a location-weighted landscape contrast index based on the minimum hydrological response unit

The changing patterns of watersheds in a landscape, driven by human activities, play an important role in non-point source pollution processes. This paper aims to improve the location-weighted landscape contrast index using remote sensing and GIS technology to account for the effects of scale and ecological processes. The hydrological response unit(HRU) with a single land use and soil type was used as the smallest unit. The relationship between the landscape index and typical ecological processes was established by describing the influence of the landscape pattern on non-point source pollution. To verify the research method, this paper used the Yanshi River basin as a study area. The results showed that the relative intensity of non-point source pollution in different regions of the watershed and the location-weighted landscape contrast index based on the minimum HRU can qualitatively reflect the risk of regional nutrient loss.

A Study on Theoretical Model and Applied Evaluation of Land Use Performance of High-tech Zone in Urban Fringe: A Case Study in Haidian District, Beijing

High-tech industrial zone is an important carrier for constructing innovative cities. It also plays an important role in implementing the national independent innovative strategy. How-ever, most of the high-tech industrial zones have many problems in their development process, such as efficiency of land use, weakness of oriented function and lack of land intensive. To solve these problems, the authors of this paper introduced the concept of land use performance and established the theoretical model to assess the land use performance of high-tech industrial zones. The model consists of the following three-dimensional parts: land use benefit, land use efficiency and innovative function. Based on this theory model, an index system which was composed of three secondary indictors, eight tertiary indictors and 37 fourth-grade indictors was set up to evaluate the land use performance of high-tech zone. To avoid the defects of plus model and function model, the authors brought out a three-dimensional evaluation model to examine the index of the land use performance of the high-tech industrial parks, which equals to the evaluation indicator system of land use performance of high-tech zone based on the above research. The authors examined the land use performance of five different high-tech industrial parks in Haidian District, Beijing City. The results indicated that the indicator system per-forms better in the aspect of evaluating land use benefit, land use efficiency and function of the high-tech industrial zone compared with other models.

An Investigation on Telecommunication Staff＇s Acceptance of E-Learning Technology

As the information on telecommunication products updates rapidly, using E-learning in staff training becomes an edge for company operation. However, previous studies showed that staff＇s attitude toward E-learning significantly affected the outcomes of training. The purpose of this study is to investigate the acceptance of E-learning in a telecommunication company. The researchers adopted the technology acceptance model （TAM） and diffusion of innovation theory to evaluate the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on E-learning, in addition to employees＇ self-directed learning motivation, attitude toward computers, and organizational influence. We randomly chose 571 employees of the telecommunication entrepreneur at the Taichung office in Taiwan to participate in this survey. The result showed that employees＇ background factors such as age, job position, marital status, education level and the scale of job unit had the significant impact on behavioral intention to use E-learning. Employees＇ self-directed learning, attitude toward computers, and organizational influence respectively also had positive effects on perceived usefulness of E-learning and perceived ease of use of E-learning. Furthermore, employees＇ perceived usefulness of E-learning and perceived ease of use of E-learning also had a positive effect on behavioral intention to use E-learning systems.

On Supply-side Reform

After the 2008 financial crisis, reality prompts people to reflect on the traditional theoretical frameworks of economics and the practical experiences based on macro-control and "demand management." The new reality also stimulates innovative efforts to "connect theory with practice" and leads academia and decision-makers to pay unprecedented attention to "supply management" regulation and structural supply-side reforms. Based on the theoretical innovation of the "new supply-side economics," this paper systematically discusses China's supply-side reform and its related issues from four levels—the innovation of closely connecting theory with practice, the problem-oriented innovation of re-making the momentum system under the new normal, the innovation for overall and long-term goals based on comprehensive planning and systematic engineering, and the innovation of institutional supply centered on reforms and modernization.

Study on the Curve of Lateral Creep Force of Wheel and Rail

Through the establishment of the negotiation model ofa single-wheelset, the changed curve of the wheel-rail lateral contact characteristic under different working conditions of track media was simulated and analyzed.The elastic mode of the wheel pair, the transverse elasticity of the track, the stick-slip vibration between the wheel and the track, the negative gradient characteristic of the actual creep force characteristic curve, and the right shift characteristic of the saturation point are considered by Simulink model.This can explain many kinds of creep theory and engineering phenomena and also can provide the support of the theoretical and practical for further research based on creep characteristic curve.

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and Western medicine are two medical systems formed in different cultural backgrounds.The differences between them are that TCM focuses on the study of the invisible state while Western medicine focuses more on the study of the visible state of the human body;TCM pays attention to systematicity and integrity,while Western medicine pays attention to local evidence;TCM attaches importance to dialectical thinking,while Western medicine attaches importance to materialistic thinking.For the development of TCM.it is necessary to take the initiative to learm from and absorb all the advanced scientific and technological achievements in the world today.To innovate TCM,it is necessary to need to adhere to(1)the integration of"research on TCM with the thought of TCM"and"research on TCM based on the thought of Western medicine";(2)the integration of scientization of TCM and scientization for TCM;(3)the integration of mobilization therapy and allopathic therapy;(4)the integration of treating patients and treating diseases;(5)the integration of preventive treatment and existent disease treatment;(6)the integration of individuality and commonality;and(7)the integration of the macro and the micro.

Dynamic capabilities-based strategy innovation： a theoretical framework and empirical studies in Chinese firms

Based on investigations of 112 Chinese firms and studies on foreign leading corporations, a theoretical framework of dynamic capabilities based strategy innovation (SI) is put forward. Several large firms in China winning through SI were studied empirically. This paper complements previous publications on the theories of innovation and strategy. This work's findings will be useful for managers interested in our approach, which highlights the importance of SI and focuses on and points out the major pitfalls in the innovation processes. Implementing the dynamic capabilities based strategy innovation can effectively cultivate and develop core competences of corporations. It is concluded that implementing SI is the only path for Chinese enterprise growth in the intensified competition in the knowledge economy.

Research and Design of the Adaptive Evaluation System Based on the IRT Theory

This paper, on the basis of the author realizing the skill evaluation system based on real environment, discusses several commonly used parameter estimation methods based on item response theory （ IRT ） and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each estimation method and their respective application fields. Also, it expounds the research theory and design process of skill adaptive evaluation system based on real environment and the innovation of the system.

On the Innovation of Literary Theory in China

China＇s rise has increased concerns about innovation in China＇s indigenous literary theory. How to create theories with a ＂China style＂ and global influence has become a serious challenge for the development of contemporary Chinese literary theory. Three strategies are noteworthy in meeting this challenge. First, ＂amateurism in professionalism＂ can be used to offset the constraints of increasing disciplinization and professionalization in literary theory. Second, critical rationality needs to be cultivated among researchers and in institutional forms in order to alter the present lack of rational and vigorous debate, criticism and dialogue. Third, we need to reconstruct ＂grand narratives,＂ so as to make a unique contribution to the world in terms of universal values, meanings and ethics through transforming and advancing traditional Chinese thought.

Innovation and Development of Social Structure of Accumulation （SSA） Theory： A Discussion with Lu Shoujun

The social structure of accumulation （SSA） theory is one of the important schools of Western Marxist economics, but China＇s theoretical circles do not fully understand its developmental path or its latest research findings, This is reflected in the comments about the SSA School in Lu Shoujun＇s paper, ＂Grasping Intermediate-Level Analysis of Contemporary Capitalism： The Evolution of the French Regulation School＇s Theoretical System.＂ We need to give a clearer explanation of the relation between SSA theory and the French Regulation School. In particular, we need to review the major innovations and developments in SSA theory in recent years, including its theoretical analysis of the 2008 financial crisis, of sustainable SSA （SSSA） theory, and of China SSA （CSSA） theory.
