基于“生趣”导向的“131”一体化教师培训模式探究

教师培训在培养人才、促进教师专业发展、建设高质量专业化教师队伍上有着不可替代的作用。文章阐述“‘生趣’导向”的内涵,确立教师培训的驱动导向和价值取向,论述基于“生趣”导向的“131”一体化教师培训模式的构建,探讨“131”一体化培训研修方式的实践应用,多元培训研修、混合培训研修和双师同步培训研修的创新突破,开创性地将教师培训带入城乡一体的“5A”时代,展现出教师培训方式改革的新方向。

巧用修辞,让数学课堂语言“生趣”

语言是传递信息、表达情感的工具，也是课堂上师生双边交流和沟通的桥梁。苏霍姆林斯基说过：“如果你不想知识变成僵死的静止的学问，就要把语言变成一种重要的创造工具。”一节引人人胜的好课，教师艺术性的语言是关键。枯燥生硬的语言如同一道忘记放盐的菜，不管其价值多昂贵，营养多丰富，却是淡而无味，味同嚼蜡。

面对我的学生韩昊，我内心充满了欣慰、自豪和期许。韩昊性格朴实、敦厚，刻苦好学，经过了近二十年的寒窗苦读，他三十出头的年龄就获得了美术学博士的高学位，成为了中国艺术研究院助理研究员、中国美术家会员。多次参加并举办画展，也多次获奖。

对乡村来说,教育既承载着传播知识、塑造文明乡风的功能,更为乡村建设提供了人才支撑。乡村社会场域下小学“生趣语文”教学基于乡村生活,依据儿童在认知、情感、家庭、人际关系和社会生活等方面的特点和规律,多维度、多层次、多样化、因地制宜地实施教育和教学实践活动,以此提升乡村儿童的语文素养与能力品格,为乡村振兴培养未来人才。

To Develop, Keep and Promote Non-English Majors＇ Interest in Oral English

Interest is one type of motivation and it is a vital factor in oral English learning. This paper concerns how to develop, keep and promote non-English majors＇ interests in oral English. It suggests combine interests with teaching contents, teaching activities and other factors.

Errors Analysis in Chinese Students＇ Compositions

This paper analyzes the errors in Chinese college students＇ compositions. The study finds that among the three types of errors： interference errors, intralingual errors and developmental errors, developmental errors are the most important errors in the Chinese college students＇ writing. The results will help Chinese EFL teachers （especially college teachers） and students better judge the errors in the English writings of the Chinese students. It will also help the students avoid different kinds of errors in English writing.

Gaining Satisfaction and Trust in a Brand Website

This study attempts to examine whether ＂trust＂ and ＂satisfaction＂ in a brand website are affected by the level of website interactivity as well as the four facets （aesthetics, playfulness, service excellence, and customer return on investment） of the Experiential Value. Three interactive versions （low, medium, and high） of a website for a fictitious laptop brand were designed. An online experiment was conducted 180 students participated in the study. Data analysis indicated that higher levels of trust and satisfaction were generated when participants were exposed to the low interactive version of the website. Regarding the four facets of Experiential Value, aesthetics and customer return on investment （croi） have positive relationship with both trust and satisfaction in the brand website. Playfulness appears to have negative whereas excellence does not have significant relationship with trust and satisfaction. Limitations and guidelines for future research are provided.

Increasing Literacy Through Specific Tasks Design

This study focuses on thirty-five Low-level/achieving students on General Education English which meets for two hour.,; per week, eight weeks for two consecutive semesters （totaling thirty-two hours） in the University of Technology in Taiwan. Its chief aims four-fold： First, to promote the students＇ learning motivation; second, to increase the students＇ learning interests; third, to raise their English abilities by reading theme-based/oriented topics; and, fourth, instruct them by giving guidelines to make Power-Point presentations in class. A prior or pilot survey was conducted to provide empirical opportunities to collect and explore the participants＇ views, comments, and opinions in relation to the selected research questions on this topic. The results also indicate that students can speak different/various length of words, utilize appropriate phrase to express their ideas or goals, and to speak in various/different paces, etc. Teachers couldn＇t assess the students only by their test results due to the different learning styles adopted by individual students; however, through this survey, students can be better assisted through the identification of their individual styles or habits, their individual styles or habits of learning. As regards relevant knowledge about their students＇ learning styles, teachers may consider whether and how to adjust their methods of teaching in order to better motivate them to learn English more effectively and efficiently.

First Exploration on The Reform of Experimental Examination of Physiology in Higher Vocational College Students

Objective：The purpose of this paper is to explore the application effect of diversified assessment mode in physiology experimental examination of higher vocational college students.Method：We selected 173 higher vocational college students as the research group,in the experimental assessment,adopted diversi？ ed assessment model;and selected 192 higher vocational college students as the control group,adopted the traditional assessment method.The pathological examination scores of the two groups were compared,and the research group was investigated by questionnaire.Result：The physiological end term test scores （t=1.973,p〈0.05） and experimental operation assessment scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group （t=1.624,p〈0.05）.The diversified assessment model helps to improve the learning initiative,improve learning interest,foster collaboration and communication ability,reduce learning pressure and reduce anxiety before examination.Conclusion：The diversified assessment model can highlight the cultivation of professional skills and innovation ability,enable students reserve the necessary knowledge through inquiry and cooperative learning,and conducive to sustainable development of students.B

Influence Of English Movies On College English Listening Teaching

Early in the 20th century, Lin Yutang proposed learning English by watching movies, and made a lot of reasons to do so.Contemporary college students are in contact with the flood of information and cultural exchanges have become increasingly frequent.On campus, it also surges wave of watching English movies, movies not only entertainment, but also can train and inspire students＇ interest and enthusiasm for learning English.Videos spoken dialogue is authentic, students can exercise listening, imitating wonderful dialogue to enhance their listening level, reduce hearing misunderstood.There is no doubt that English is the world＇ s most widely used language, learning English is the mission of every student.Only understand English, we can communicate with the world in English.In this paper, combined with the development status in college English listening teaching, and then explore the role of fihn in college English listening teaching.

我把“生”理解为“生趣”，把“动”理解为“灵动”，“生动”是使动用法，题目的意思就是：使人灵动而富有生趣，使心灵动而富有生趣。是什么让人灵动而富有生趣？是什么让心灵动而富有生趣？是语文。我爸爸曾经是一个可能有点儿级别的军人，复员后被安置在金融部门。军队和地方、首长和匹夫的落差，让他以自己的才学做底气，在那个考勤并不规范的年代，不羁任性地“潇然于山水草木之间”。
