“涝洼塘”排涝的小点子——“砂井”

涝,是农业生产难以回避的灾害之一.每逢雨季,尤其是强降雨和长时段降雨,都会导致土壤饱和,积水下渗受阻.特别是"涝洼塘"、"锅底坑",更是汪洋一片,积水久久不能退去,但又无法排除.黑龙江省地处寒带,每到阳春三月,冰... 涝,是农业生产难以回避的灾害之一.每逢雨季,尤其是强降雨和长时段降雨,都会导致土壤饱和,积水下渗受阻.特别是"涝洼塘"、"锅底坑",更是汪洋一片,积水久久不能退去,但又无法排除.黑龙江省地处寒带,每到阳春三月,冰融雪化之时,因冻土层厚,化得慢,"涝洼塘"、"锅底坑"的积水迟迟渗不下去,严重影响了春整地和春播种.在历史上,因"涝洼塘"、"锅底坑"水大、泥泞而迟种、改种、弃种的土地难以计数,带来的经济损失更难以估算.为了能有效地解决"涝洼塘"、"锅底坑"问题,水利人一直在努力.笔者从事基层水利工作几十年,抗旱排涝是天职,下面向基层水利同仁介绍一个"洼塘"排涝的"小点子"即"砂井"排涝法,供寻求"洼塘"排涝者参考. 展开更多

A new technology characterized by rapidly non-mechanical settlement of unclassified tailings was developed based on a large number of tests, and dynamic settlement and continual slurry preparation without hardening in vertical sand silo were eventually realized by the addition of an effective flocculating agent (NPA). The results show that the sedimentation velocity of interface between unclassified tailings and water after the addition of NPA increases by 10-20 times, the sedimentation mass fraction of unclassified tailings at the bottom of vertical sand silo is up to 64%, the solid particle content of waste water meets the national standard, and the side influences of NPA can be removed by the addition of fly ash. The industrial test result shows that the system, the addition manner and the equipments are rational, and the vertical sand silo is used efficiently. This developed system is simple with large throughput, and the processing cost is 2.2 yuan(RMB)/m3, only 10%-20% of that by mechanical settlement. 展开更多

Most of the coal reservoirs in China are of low-permeability, so hydraulic fracturing is widely used to improve the per- meability in the extraction of gas by ground drilling. The ground stress around the well was analyzed by using theory of elasticity. The pressure when the well fractured is formulated and the effect of ground stress on pressure is discussed. The effect of ground-stress-differences on hydraulic fracturing was analyzed by using the numerical software RFPA2D-Flow in reference to the tectonic stress in Jincheng coal area. The results show that: 1) the position where initial fracture appears is random and fracture branches emerge when the fractures expand if ground stresses in any two directions within a horizontal plane are equal; 2) other- wise, the fractures expand in general along the direction of maximum ground stress and the critical pressure decreases with in- creasing ground-stress-differences and 3) the preferred well-disposition pattern is diamond shaped. The preferred well spacing is 250 m×300 m. This study can provide a reference for the design of wells. 展开更多

In order to obtain effective parameters for complex sand reservoirs,a log evaluation method for relevant reservoir parameters is established based on an analysis in the gas-bearing sandstone with high porosity and low permeability,low porosity and permeability and on various characteristics of log responses to reservoir lithologies and physical properties in the Neopleozoic sand reservoir of the Ordos basin.This log evaluation method covers the Cook method that is used to evaluate the porosity and oiliness in high porosity and low permeability reservoirs and another method in which the mineral content,derived from geochemical logs,is used to identify formation lithologies.Some areas have high calcium and low silt content,not uniformly distributed,the results of which show up in the complex formation lithologies and conventional log responses with great deviation.The reliability of the method is verified by comparison with conventional log data and core analyses.The calculation results coincide with the core analytical data and gas tests,which indicate that this log evaluation method is available,provides novel ideas for study of similar complex reservoir lithologies and has some reference value. 展开更多

In the view of the problems existing in horizontal well,such as sand depositing and cleaning difficulty of borehole,a technology with rotating jet suitable to resolution of the problems was presented.Based on liquid solid two-phase flow theory,the analyses on the sand movement law and the swirling field influential factors were conducted.Results show that:1) With the increasing of displacement in horizontal section annulus,swirling field strength increases,and when the displacement is constant,the closer from the nozzle,the stronger the swirling field strength is;2) Head rotating speed and liquid viscosity have little influence on the swirling field strength,but the sand-carrying rate of fluid can increase by increasing liquid viscosity in a certain range;3) Rotating the string and reducing its eccentricity in annulus are conducive for sand migration in the annulus;4) The sand can be suspended and accelerated again and the swirling field strength is enhanced by the helix agitator.Hence,the research results provide the theoretical basis for the design and application of rotating jet tool. 展开更多

In order to build a model for the Chang-8 low permeability sandstone reservoir in the Yanchang formation of the Xifeng oil field,we studied sedimentation and diagenesis of sandstone and analyzed major factors controlling this low permeability reservoir.By doing so,we have made clear that the spatial distribution of reservoir attribute parameters is controlled by the spatial distribution of various kinds of sandstone bodies.By taking advantage of many coring wells and high quality logging data,we used regression analysis for a single well with geological conditions as constraints,to build the interpretation model for logging data and to calculate attribute parameters for a single well,which ensured accuracy of the 1-D vertical model.On this basis,we built a litho-facies model to replace the sedimentary facies model.In addition,we also built a porosity model by using a sequential Gaussian simulation with the lithofacies model as the constraint.In the end,we built a permeability model by using Markov-Bayes simula-tion,with the porosity attribute as the covariate.The results show that the permeability model reflects very well the relative differences between low permeability values,which is of great importance for locating high permeability zones and forecasting zones favorable for exploration and exploitation. 展开更多

The concern on formation damage control of high permeability sandstone reservoir has been growing in oil industry in recent years. The invasion of particles and the filtrate of drilling fluid are proven as one of the key factors accounting for reservoir damage. Based on the ideal packing theory, the practical software has been developed to optimize the blending proportion of several bridging agents, and the core flooding tests were conducted to evaluate return permeability of core samples contaminated with different drilling fluids. Experimental results show that the ideal packing approach can reduce the dynamic filtration rate, improve the return permeability and drawdown the breakthrough pressure, indicating that this kind of drilling fluids can meet the demands of formation damage control for high permeability sandstone reservoirs. Some applying procedures for formation damage control are also proposed in this paper. 展开更多
