从北京创新大赛看学生“信息素养”的培养

北京创新大赛是一项具有28年历史的综合性科技竞赛，旨在推动北京市青少年科技活动的蓬勃开展，培养青少年的创新精神和实践能力，提高青少年的科技素质。“科技素质”内涵的重要组成部分——“信息素养”，随着对各行各业产生了巨大冲击力的信息时代的到来和发展，也显现出了它的重要性。为了使学生的“科技素质”和科技创新、实践能力能够与世界接轨，能够融入国际化的轨道，本文从“科技素质”“信息素养”两个概念谈起，又从两个层面、三个具体方面论述了对学生的“信息素养”的培养。

Offering English and American Literature Optional Courses to Enhance Humanistic Qualities of Students in Universities of Science and Technology
