中国城镇化质量测度与提升路径

城镇化过程包括"物质"城镇化和"精神"城镇化两个层面。通过构建涵盖两个层面的指标体系,运用熵值法测度中国城镇化质量,结果显示:2003—2013年间,中国城镇化质量总体不高,变动趋势呈现出"V"字型,拐点出现在2010年。其原因在于,2010年以前在城镇化进程中,主要强调"物质"城镇化而忽视了"精神"城镇化建设,导致二者的背离程度逐渐加大;之后随着城镇化的快速发展和城市文明的不断传播,"精神"城镇化呈加速发展态势,并逐渐缩小了与"物质"城镇化的差距。"物质"城镇化和"精神"城镇化未能同步发展是导致中国城镇化质量不高的主要原因。为了不断地提升中国城镇化质量,在加强"物质"城镇化的同时,应大力推进"精神"城镇化。

中国古代“个体”思想的现代阐释——论儒家“君子”之道与庄子“至人”追求的正反合

五四以来,中国文化常受"否定个人"之斥。而事实上,作为中国文化主体的儒道两家对于个体"人"的人生路径与人生追求的思考十分深入且逻辑完善,具体呈现为儒家的"君子"之道与庄子的"至人"追求。"君子"之道与"至人"追求的路径对应相反:儒家的"君子"之道主张层层推进的道德自我完善道路,追求"三不朽";庄子的"至人"追求则提出层层剥落、步步退守的思维路径,追求"三无"。二者相反相成,在一定程度上化解了对方的弊端,弥补了对方的不足,从而共同构成了中国文化中关于个体"人"的和谐健全的思想路径。二者还共同呈现出"精神化"的特征与追求,对于我们当今形式下的国家与个人有很高程度的启发与引导价值。

N-nitro-L-arginine Attenuates Morphine and Dihydroetorphine-induced Place Preference in Mice

Opiate dependence has become one of the most urgent problems of modernsociety. Opiate dependence involves physical and psychical dependence. Although many addicts can bedetoxified, the relapse ratio of 95% in 5 a demonstrates that opiate psychical dependence is aproblem more troublesome. It has been reported that acute and chronic administration of L- NNA canmarkedly retard the development of tolerance to physical dependence on morphine, and suppress theabstinence syndromes precipitated by naloxone in opiate dependent rodents, and even reverse theexisting morphine tolerance. However, the effect of L-NNA on the positive reinforcement ofpsychically active substances and its possible mechanism have not yet been reported. In presentstudy, the effect of L- NNA en the psychical dependence induced by opiates was evaluated on thebasis of conditioned place preference.

The X-linked mental retardation gene PHF8 is a histone demethylase involved in neuronal differentiation

Recent studies have identified mutations in PHF8, an X-linked gene encoding a JmjC domain-containing protein, as a causal factor for X-linked mental retardation （XLMR） and cleft lip/cleft palate. However, the underlying mechanism is unknown. Here we show that PHF8 is a histone demethylase and coactivator for retinoic acid receptor （RAR）. Although activities for both H3K4me3/2/1 and H3K9me2/1 demethylation were detected in cellularbased assays, reeombinant PHF8 exhibited only H3K9me2/1 demethylase activity in vitro, suggesting that PHF8 is an H3K9me2/1 demethylase whose specificity may be modulated in vivo. Importantly, a mutant PHF8 （phenylalanine at position 279 to serine） identified in the XLMR patients is defective in enzymatie activity, indicating that the loss of histone demethylase activity is causally linked with the onset of disease. In addition, we show that PHF8 binds specifically to H3K4me3/2 peptides via an N-terminal PHD finger domain. Consistent with a role for PHF8 in neuronal differentiation, knockdown of PHF8 in mouse embryonic carcinoma P19 cells impairs RA-induced neuronal differentiation, whereas overexpression of the wild-type but not the F279S mutant PHF8 drives PI9 cells toward neuronal differentiation. Furthermore, we show that PHF8 interacts with RAR~ and functions as a coactivator for RARa. Taken together, our results suggest that histone methylation modulated by PHF8 plays a critical role in neuronal differentiation.

1.0μm gate-length InP-based InGaAs high electron mobility transistors by mental organic chemical vapor deposition

InGaAs high electron mobility transistors （HEMTs） on InP substrate with very good device performance have been grown by mental organic chemical vapor deposition （MOCVD）. Room temperature Hall mobilities of the 2-DEG are measured to be over 8 700 cm^2/V-s with sheet carrier densities larger than 4.6× 10^12 cm^ 2. Transistors with 1.0 μm gate length exhibits transconductance up to 842 mS/ram. Excellent depletion-mode operation, with a threshold voltage of-0.3 V and IDss of 673 mA/mm, is realized. The non-alloyed ohmic contact special resistance is as low as 1.66×10^-8 Ω/cm^2, which is so far the lowest ohmic contact special resistance. The unity current gain cut off frequency （fT） and the maximum oscillation frequency （fmax） are 42.7 and 61.3 GHz, respectively. These results are very encouraging toward manufacturing InP-based HEMT by MOCVD.

Imbalanced free radicals and antioxidant defense systems in schizophrenia:A comparative study

Objective: To examine changes of blood oxidative-antiovidative level in schizophrenic patients and its relationship with clinical symptoms. Methods: Forty-six Chinese patients met DSM-IV (Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disor- ders-IV) criteria for schizophrenia and fifty age- and sex-matched healthy controls were enrolled in the present study. Baseline psychiatric symptom severity was assessed with brief psychiatric rating scale, positive and negative syndrome scale on the blood draw day. Fresh blood samples were collected to measure levels of nitric oxide and lipid peroxide in plasma as well as activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and glutathione peroxidase in red blood cells by spectrophotometric assays simultaneously. Results: Comparison of the biochemical parameters indicated that the level of nitric oxide and lipid peroxide increased in patient group, which represented a positive correlation with positive scale scores; while the activities of three critical enzymes decreased and showed a negative linear correlation. Conclusion: This study showed that there are dysregulation of free radical metabolism and poor activities of the antioxidant defense systems in schizophrenic patients. Excess free radicals formation may play a critical role in the etiology of schizophrenia. Using antioxidants might be an effective therapeutic approach to partially alleviate or prevent the symptoms of schizophrenia.

Prevalence of depression and anxiety in patients with chronic digestive system diseases: A multicenter epidemiological study

AIM To investigate the prevalence of depression and anxiety in patients with chronic digestive system diseases.METHODS A total of 1736 patients with chronic digestive systemdiseases were included in this cross-sectional study, including 871 outpatients and 865 in-patients. A selfdesigned General Information for Patients of the Department of Gastroenterology of General Hospitals questionnaire was used to collect each patient's general information, which included demographic data(including age, sex, marital status, and education) and disease characteristics(including major diseases, disease duration, principal symptoms, chronic pain, sleep disorder, and limited daily activities).RESULTS The overall detection rate was 31.11%(540/1736) for depression symptoms alone, 27.02%(469/1736) for anxiety symptoms alone, 20.68%(359/1736) for both depression and anxiety symptoms, and 37.44%(650/1736) for either depression or anxiety symptoms. Subjects aged 70 years or above had the highest detection rate of depression(44.06%) and anxiety symptoms(33.33%). χ2 trend test showed: the higher the body mass index(BMI), the lower the detection rate of depression and anxiety symptoms(χ2trend = 13.697, P < 0.001; χ2trend = 9.082, P = 0.003); the more severe the limited daily activities, the higher the detection rate of depression and anxiety symptoms(χ2trend = 130.455, P < 0.001, χ2trend = 108.528, P < 0.001); and the poorer the sleep quality, the higher the detection rate of depression and anxiety symptoms(χ2trend = 85.759, P < 0.001; χ2trend = 51.969, P < 0.001). Patients with digestive system tumors had the highest detection rate of depression(57.55%) and anxiety(55.19%), followed by patients with liver cirrhosis(41.35% and 48.08%). Depression and anxiety symptoms were also high in subjects with comorbid hypertension and coronary heart disease. CONCLUSION Depression and anxiety occur in patients with tumors, liver cirrhosis, functional dyspepsia, and chronic viral hepatitis. Elderly, divorced/widowed, poor sleep quality, and lower BMI are associated with higher risk of depression and anxiety.

It Takes Two to Tango： Entrepreneurship and Creativity in Troubled Times--Vietnam 2012

This study focuses on perceived values of entrepreneurship and creativity within a turbulent environment. The initial hypothesis is that a typical entrepreneurial process carries with its ＂creativity-enabling elements＂. In a normal situation, businesses focus on optimizing their resources for commercial gains, thus perceptions about values of entrepreneurial creativity are usually vague. However, in difficult times, the difference between survival and failure may be creativity. This paper examines many previous findings on entrepreneurship and creativity, and suggests a highly possible ＂organic growth＂ of creativity in an entrepreneurial environment and reinforcing value of entrepreneurship when creativity power is present. In other words, the authors see each idea reinforcing the other. The authors survey Vietnamese firms during the chaotic year of 2012 to learn about the ＂entrepreneurship-creativity nexus＂, looking at influential cultural values, namely risk tolerance, relationship, and dependence on resources--to assess how they influence entrepreneurial decisions. A set of 137 qualified responses was obtained for this statistical examination. A categorical data analysis is performed to confirm that creativity and entrepreneurial spirit could hardly be separate, for both entrepreneurial and accomplished companies. Although the most important factor during implementation is still ＂relationship＂, business people are increasingly aware of the need of creativity/innovation in troubled times.

MIT and Stanford University are the models of American entrepreneurial universities, and the spiritual culture, system culture, material culture and behavior culture elements of academic entrepreneurial characteristics depend on each other, influence each other and have a good cycle of cultural form, which is the internal driving mechanism of MIT and Stanford University towards entrepreneurial university development. In this cultural structure, the contradictory unity of academic and entrepreneurship, tile interaction between science and hummaity, the mutual promotion of innovation and entrepreneurship have the enlightenment significance for the construction of entrepreneurial university.

The Grammars of Mystical Experience in Christian Theological Dialogue

The philosophical horizon of this essay is theoretically comparative and hermeneutically dialogic. Its main philosophical and theological tonality expresses, in first person and through three discursive moments, the differentiated fusion of horizons between phenomenological and grammatical description and understanding of experience. After a philosophical overture-outlining the ethos of the dialogic problematic and situating it within the contemporary diverse and dialogic dynamic of phenomenology-I will expose the consistent, possible modalities of convergence between Husserlian phenomenology and Wittgensteinian grammar of the mystical shapes of experience. The tense, responsorial dialogue among Husserl, Heidegger, Levinas, and Wittgenstein＇s styles of thinking, far from being anymore limited to the debates between the analytical and phenomenological, will be considered from the crossed categorial spaces of Austrian philosophy and German culture in general. In a second section, I will show how the styles of phenomenology today are advancing into a cautious micro-logical grammar of comparative inquiry. This thematization will first consider some precise semantic clarifications： Experience, the mystical, extasis, evidence, and truth; in a second section, the theoretical levels of grammar and phenomenology of mystical experience are heralded in the context of the Christian theological dialogue, where I emphasize the rebirth of French theological thinking and dialogic transcendence, beginning with Maritain and de Chardin to Marcel, de Lubac, Levinas, and Marion. Finally, I consider the aesthetic expressions of mystical experience, both from the visual and musical dimensions. I will conclude this talk by highlighting theological perspectives drawn from my research in musico-philosophical problematics, through an awakening to the resonance of Being and the Divine in sonic and musical life. Contribution of spinal glia activation to mechanical hyperalgesia induced by spared nerve injury in rats

Objective: To investigate the role of spinal glial cells activation in neuropathic pain in a recently developed spared nerve injury (SNI) animal model by Decosterd and Woolf. Methods: A lesion was made to two of the three terminal branches of the sciatic nerve of rats (tibial and common peroneal nerves) leaving the sural nerve intact. Continuous intrathe-cal administration of propentofylline, a glial modulating agent, 1 d before and 5 d after operation, was performed to disrupt spinal cord glia function. The vehicle was intrathecally administrated as control. The paw withdrawal threshold to mechanical stimulation (paw withdrawal mechaical threshold PWMT), body mass and motor function were determined pre- and post-surgery. Results: It produced a prolonged mechanical allodynia in the medial and lateral part of the ipsilateral hind paw in SNL models. The treatment with propentofylline significantly prevented the development of mechanical allodynia located in either medial or lateral plantar surface. Rats in two groups showed normal motor function and body weight increase. Conclusion: SNI model can be applied as a useful method with little variance in searching the mechanism of neuropathic pain. These study suggest that spinal glia activation may contribute to mechanical allodynia induced by SNI.

The Architecture of Value Thinking and Pneuma in Housing Associations

Housing associations make too small a contribution to society, the government has to step in too frequently because of maladministration, and the associations＇ executives are often unaware of the far-reaching impact of their decisions. These are the conclusions of new academic research conducted by Jan Veuger of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University （RSM）. In the author＇s dissertation, he asserts that in numerous cases, there is no correlation between social and financial objectives. The Dutch House of Representatives debated the results of the report Ver van huis from the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry on Housing Associations in early December, 2014. The research that is being carried out at the moment is constructed in a manner that if we understand something about value thinking and what underlying motivation is, an approach can be deducted that will allow us to control them. After the introduction, an explanation of the theme of the research will be given and the choice for a four-phase model with a deepening as to what value（s） is （and are）. From the perspective of the four-phase model, the emphasis will be put on the socialization and thinking capacities, and parallels will be drawn between the values within the four-phase model, the examined values, and in specific, public housing corporations.

Pat Mora＇s House of Houses is a collection of memories about a Southwestern Mexican immigrant family. She develops multilayered meanings of the house in terms of psychological, spiritual, and sensory influences on both her private and communal life. She deploys sensory signiflers to portray religious and spiritual memories in a picturesque or performative way. The book reveals that the primacy of the senses as a perceptual device transforms the habitual religious rituals of popular Catholicism into the unconscious. This book shows how sensory perception is engaged in appropriating mystical space/time and interiorizing spiritual objects of family life. Thus, the paper investigates how the sensory agencies contribute to exploring culturally plural ways of experiencing the divine. It also illustrates how Mora＇s deployment of corporeality is related to her reassessment of femaleness and understanding of a meaning of the divine, which is distinctively embodied through 1o cotidiano. In effect, it focuses on Mora＇s treatment of the sensible body in connection with spiritual and religious connotations.
