为了深入分析国内低氧训练研究的现状,运用CiteSpaceⅢ和CNKI的可视化功能对近20年来发表在国内体育核心期刊上有关低氧训练的文献进行计量学统计和可视化分析。结果表明,总体研究趋势以2008年为顶点呈正态分布,国内形成了凸显的科研力... 为了深入分析国内低氧训练研究的现状,运用CiteSpaceⅢ和CNKI的可视化功能对近20年来发表在国内体育核心期刊上有关低氧训练的文献进行计量学统计和可视化分析。结果表明,总体研究趋势以2008年为顶点呈正态分布,国内形成了凸显的科研力量。研究的热点主题包括低氧训练方式的多样化,低氧训练的监控,提高运动员的有氧和无氧能力,对机体的免疫力、认知功能的影响,在控重减肥中的应用,低氧训练干预下的氧化应激和细胞凋亡情况,低氧训练习服与基因多态性的关系,低氧训练对机体作用的分子机理的探讨等方面。新的低氧训练方式的应用、低氧训练的健康促进功能、低氧训练的分子机理的探讨和学科交叉成为今后的研究趋势。 展开更多

Training image analysis for three-dimensional reconstruction of porous media

In order to obtain a better sandstone three-dimensional (3D) reconstruction result which is more similar to the original sample, an algorithm based on stationarity for a two-dimensional (2D) training image is proposed. The second-order statistics based on texture features are analyzed to evaluate the scale stationarity of the training image. The multiple-point statistics of the training image are applied to obtain the multiple-point statistics stationarity estimation by the multi-point density function. The results show that the reconstructed 3D structures are closer to reality when the training image has better scale stationarity and multiple-point statistics stationarity by the indications of local percolation probability and two-point probability. Moreover, training images with higher multiple-point statistics stationarity and lower scale stationarity are likely to obtain closer results to the real 3D structure, and vice versa. Thus, stationarity analysis of the training image has far-reaching significance in choosing a better 2D thin section image for the 3D reconstruction of porous media. Especially, high-order statistics perform better than low-order statistics. 展开更多

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of aerobic exercise combined with auricular point sticking for insomnia in college students. Methods: A total of 128 cases from Zhejiang Economic and Trade Polytechnic were randomly allocated into an observation group and a control group. The 64 cases in the observation group were treated with auricular point sticking plus aerobic exercise, while the 64 cases in the control group were treated with auricular point sticking alone. The clinical efficacies in the two groups were compared after treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.9%, versus 70.3% in the control group, showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combining aerobic exercise and auricular point sticking has accurate effect on insomnia in college students and is better than auricular point sticking alone. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of lit-moxa stimulating acupoint Guanyuan(CV 4) on lactic acid and super-oxide dismutase(SOD) in skeletal muscle after exercise exhaustion.METHODS:Twenty-eight adult male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group,exhausted control group,exercise group and moxibustion group using exercise training and mild heating with lit-moxa stick as treatment methods.The exhausted control group,moxibustion group and exercise group received an exhaustive swimming after 20 days of intervention.Swimming exhausted times were recorded.Lactic acid and SOD concentration in soleus muscle were detected and compared between every two groups.RESULTS:The swimming exhausted times of the moxibustion group and the exercise group were significantly increased compare to the exhausted control group(P < 0.05).The lactic acid of the exhausted control group was significantly increased comparing with the normal control group(P <0.05),and the lactic acid of the moxibustion group and the exercise group were significantly lower than that of the exhausted control group(P < 0.05).The SOD level of the exhausted control group was significantly decreased comparing with the normal control group(P < 0.05),and the SOD level of the moxibustion group and the exercise group were significantly higher than that of the exhausted control group(both,P < 0.05).There was no statistical difference between the moxibustion group and the exercise group.CONCLUSION:With lit moxa stick,heat stimulating acupoint of Guanyuan(CV 4) decreased the levels of lactic acid and SOD in rat's skeletal muscle. 展开更多
