When checking the ice shape calculation software,its accuracy is judged based on the proximity between the calculated ice shape and the typical test ice shape.Therefore,determining the typical test ice shape becomes t...When checking the ice shape calculation software,its accuracy is judged based on the proximity between the calculated ice shape and the typical test ice shape.Therefore,determining the typical test ice shape becomes the key task of the icing wind tunnel tests.In the icing wind tunnel test of the tail wing model of a large amphibious aircraft,in order to obtain accurate typical test ice shape,the Romer Absolute Scanner is used to obtain the 3D point cloud data of the ice shape on the tail wing model.Then,the batch-learning self-organizing map(BLSOM)neural network is used to obtain the 2D average ice shape along the model direction based on the 3D point cloud data of the ice shape,while its tolerance band is calculated using the probabilistic statistical method.The results show that the combination of 2D average ice shape and its tolerance band can represent the 3D characteristics of the test ice shape effectively,which can be used as the typical test ice shape for comparative analysis with the calculated ice shape.展开更多

Methods Anticonvulsant and toxic ...Aim To investigate the synergistic effect of the combination of pinellia total alkaloid (PTA) and uncaria total alkaloid (UTA), and explore the mechanism of anticonvulsant action. Methods Anticonvulsant and toxic effect profiles of combinations of PTA with UTA, alone and at three fixed ratios of 1:4, 1 :1, 4:1, were evaluated in maximal electroshock (MES)-induced seizures and acute toxicity test in mice. Respective ED50 and LD50 were calculated with Bliss's method. Their synergistic effect were evaluated by isobolographic analysis and allowed the determination of benefit indices (BI) for respective combinations. The model of convulsive rats kindled by penicillin topically injected into cortex was used to investigated the content of Glu, Asp, Gly and GABA in hippocampus using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results Combinations of PTA and UTA at the ratio of 4:1 were synergistic in MES test and antagonistic in acute toxicity test, showing the best profile for combinations of PTA with UTA. In contrast, the ratios of 1 :4 and 1 : 1, despite synergistic in MES test, were additive in acute toxicity test. The 4:1 combination and two drugs alone significantly decreased Glu level and increased GABA level in the hippocampus, but the GABA level in the 4:1 combination group was higher than that in the two drugs alone groups. They did not have significant influence on the levels of ASp and Gly. Conclusion Combinations of PTA and UTA at 4:1 ratio demonstrated synergistic effect in anticonvulsant action and antagonistic effect in toxicity. The anticonvulsant mechanism might be related to decreasing the excitability of Glutamatergic neurons and increasing the inhibition of GABAergic neurons.展开更多

However,such classifications may not be effective in characterizing all governance structures of research and development(R D) alliances.Therefore,the first objective of this study is to investigate why there exist different organizational governance structures in managing R D alliances;the second objective of this study is to give strategic advice in choosing appropriate forms with respect to various characteristics of R D alliances.Through the theoretical lens that integrate both transaction cost economics(TCE) and the resource-based view(RBV),a model that focuses on six major factors is developed for determining governance structure choices,namely,technological uncertainty,cultural difference,asset specificity,technology complementarity,appropriability of the individual firm's know-how,and trust.An R D alliance with higher technological uncertainty,larger cultural differences,and greater concerns for protecting an individual's know-how is more likely to adopt non-integrated alliances as the governing structure.An R D alliance with a higher degree of asset-specificity,greater technology complementarity and greater trust among partnering organizations is more likely to adopt integrated alliances as the governing structure;an R D alliance in the face of lower technological uncertainty will tend to adopt integrated alliances.The more aligned the choice of the governance structure with its determinants,the better the R D alliance will perform,and vice versa.展开更多
In order to forecast projectile impact points quickly and accurately,aprojectile impact point prediction method based on generalized regression neural network(GRNN)is presented.Firstly,the model of GRNN forecasting ...In order to forecast projectile impact points quickly and accurately,aprojectile impact point prediction method based on generalized regression neural network(GRNN)is presented.Firstly,the model of GRNN forecasting impact point is established;secondly,the particle swarm algorithm(PSD)is used to optimize the smooth factor in the prediction model and then the optimal GRNN impact point prediction model is obtained.Finally,the numerical simulation of this prediction model is carried out.Simulation results show that the maximum range error is no more than 40 m,and the lateral deviation error is less than0.2m.The average time of impact point prediction is 6.645 ms,which is 1 300.623 ms less than that of numerical integration method.Therefore,it is feasible and effective for the proposed method to forecast projectile impact points,and thus it can provide a theoretical reference for practical engineering applications.展开更多

Within the study area, Baihe Forestry Bu...This paper demonstrates a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) procedure of classifying and mapping forest management category in Baihe Forestry Burea, Jilin Province, China. Within the study area, Baihe Forestry Bureau land was classified into a two-hierarchy system. The top-level class included the non-forest and forest. Over 96% of land area is forest in the study area, which was further divided into key ecological service forest (KES), general ecological service forest (GES), and commodity forest (COM). COM covered 45.0% of the total land area and was the major forest management type in Baihe Forest Bureau. KES and GES accounted for 21.2% and 29.9% of the total land area, respectively. The forest management zones designed with GIS in this study were then compared with the forest management zones established using the hand draw by the local agency. There were obvious differences between the two products. It suggested that the differences had some to do with the data sources, basic unit and mapping procedures. It also suggested that the GIS method was a useful tool in integrating forest inventory data and other data for classifying and mapping forest zones to meet the needs of the classified forest management system.展开更多

The results show that the distribution of GABAergic neurons in VMP and barrel are different, and the coding of information transmission in the two areas are also dissimilar; GABAergic neurons mainly distribute among the lines asymmetrically in VMP, the somata, dendrite and axon of GABAergic neurons are restricted in the "barrel", rarely having synaptic connections with other "barrel" around. Geo-economic strategic of Kotabaru should increase the coastal community welfare in Kotabaru Regency. The objective of the research is to evaluate economic characteristic of coastal community at mining area in Kotabaru Regency. The number of samples in this study is 50 respondents in each village who are in the mining area. The number of companies in the mining area is 17 companies. Data were collected by using questionnaires. The results show that economic characteristics have low category. Mining and plantation companies do not increase the economic conditions of the community. Research suggestions are: (1) to examine the potential and importance of economic empowerment model of coastal communities in the region both mining companies and plantations; (2) the important role of companies and local governments to work together in formulating a strategy for management of CSR (corporate social responsibility), and social mapping to be done by the company in the preparation of the CSR program.展开更多

The neural network is constructed as a two-layer recurrent architecture,which is comprised of Independent Variable Neurons(IDVN) and Dependent Variable Neurons(DVN) ,according to the independence of the decision variables associated with the edges in directed graph. The paper also presents a brief review of the air cargo industry in the Asian-Pacific region and China,in particular China’s development in the industry as its economy has grown rapidly and globalized in the past two decades. The paper argues that China needs to develop a GTP to support its future growth,and explains why the Pearl River Delta-Hong Kong-Macao city-region or Extended Metropolitan Region (EMR) is the best location. Finally,it proposes that Zhuhai Airport,one of the five airports in the EMR,is the best site for the GTP. The criteria do not require the activation functions to be differentiable or monotone nondecreasing. Some stability results from previous works are extended and improved. Comparisons are made to demonstrate the advantage of our results.

文摘Overlay multicast has become one of the most promising multicast solutions for IP network,and Neutral Network(NN) has been a good candidate for searching optimal solutions to the constrained shortest routing path in virtue of its powerful capacity for parallel computation. Though traditional Hopfield NN can tackle the optimization problem,it is incapable of dealing with large scale networks due to the large number of neurons. In this paper,a neural network for overlay multicast tree com-putation is presented to reliably implement routing algorithm in real time. The neural network is constructed as a two-layer recurrent architecture,which is comprised of Independent Variable Neurons(IDVN) and Dependent Variable Neurons(DVN) ,according to the independence of the decision variables associated with the edges in directed graph. Compared with the heuristic routing algorithms,it is characterized as shorter computational time,fewer neurons,and better precision.
文摘Agricultural and rural economic policy system is one main driving force for the evolvement of agricultural Non-Point Source (NPS) pollution. In this paper, the main policies that influence agricultural NPS pollution are chosen, and a method to evaluate the impacts of agricultural and rural economic policy system on agricultural NPS pollution is brought forward. According to this, the questions about how and to what degree the policy system influence on agricultural NPS pollution are discussed.
文摘With the development of market economy and the deepening of economic system reform, some of the Small and medium-sized(SME) enterprises have become the most dynamic economic growth point in the national economy. Nevertheless, SMEs are facing a lot of problems in the market competition, such as technical backwardness, information lag, lack of talents, etc.. The healthy development of SMEs is very important, whereas, SMEs’ financing is a worldwide problem, and the result of financing game between banks and enterprises depends on a variety of decision-making factors. In this paper, from the point of view of bank, we analyze the diffi culties of external financing of SMEs, and establish a financing game model based on different risk categories, in order to better solve the problems that remain in the process of financing and promote the healthy and sustainable development of SMEs.

文摘Aimed at the problem that the traditional ART-2 neural network can not recognize a gradually changing course, an eternal term memory (ETM) vector is introduced into ART-2 to simulate the function of human brain, i.e. the deep remembrance for the initial impression.. The eternal term memory vector is determined only by the initial vector that establishes category neuron node and is used to keep the remembrance for this vector for ever. Two times of vigilance algorithm are put forward, and the posterior input vector must first pass the first vigilance of this eternal term memory vector, only succeeded has it the qualification to begin the second vigilance of long term memory vector. The long term memory vector can be revised only when both of the vigilances are passed. Results of recognition examples show that the improved ART-2 overcomes the defect of traditional ART-2 and can recognize a gradually changing course effectively.

文摘Aimed at the problem of the end effect when using empirical mode decomposition(EMD),a method for constraining the end effect of EMD is proposed based on sequential similarity detection and adaptive filter.The method divides the signal into many wavelets,and it changes the initial wavelet length to select the best initial wavelet that has the minimum error and maximum number of matching seed wavelets,and the wavelet slopes are used for pre-matching and secondary matching to speed up the matching speed.Then,folded self-adaptive threshold is used to select multiple seed wavelets,and finally the end waveform is predicted and expanded according to the adaptive filter method.The proposed method is used to analyze the non-stationary nonlinear simulation signal and experimental signal,and it is compared with the mirror extension and RBF extension methods.The orthogonality index and similarity index of the EMD results of the extended signal after the proposed method are better than those of the other methods.The results show that the proposed method can better constrain the end effect,and has certain validity,accuracy and stability in solving the end effect problem.
文摘This paper compares the stock return distribution models of mixture normal distribution, mixed diffusion-jump and GARCH models based on the data of Chinese stock market. The Schwarz criterion is also used. We find all these models can capture the features of stock returns partly. EGARCH model is the best fitting to daily return and stable during different period. When the weekly and monthly returns are tested, the differences of the models' fitness become unobvious and unstable.

But from the development of tourist attractions in China, we find that many problems still exist, especially the sources of funds. This will seriously impede the further development of tourism industry. Based on the analysis, related countermeasures have been set forth. And yet the best approach to resolve funding issues is financing.
文摘The main purpose of the paper is to introduce the concept of the Global TransPark (GTP). It is a critical time to develop air logistics infrastructure in the New Economy. The paper also presents a brief review of the air cargo industry in the Asian-Pacific region and China,in particular China’s development in the industry as its economy has grown rapidly and globalized in the past two decades. The paper argues that China needs to develop a GTP to support its future growth,and explains why the Pearl River Delta-Hong Kong-Macao city-region or Extended Metropolitan Region (EMR) is the best location. Finally,it proposes that Zhuhai Airport,one of the five airports in the EMR,is the best site for the GTP. New policies from Chinese government as well as close cooperation between local governments of Guangdong and the two Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macao will be needed to make the establishment of the GTP possible.
