The results showed that since reform and opening-up, disadvan- tages of collective economy property are always the fundamental cause of reform; rural-urban contradiction produced from rapid urbanization makes the reform much more urgent; shareholding co-operative system is the essence of reform of collective economy property right system. Rural collective economy property right system in Beijing includes stock-assets quantification shareholding co-operative system, share- capitalization of contractual land management right, farmers as shareholders by investment, and resource and capital mode, with advantages and disadvantages respectively. The common character should be noticed is that all modes have share on contractual right of land, indicating the core of the reform of property system lies in asset quantification and stock quota. In improving urban-rural integration and modern market system, as well as endowing more rights to farmers, reform of rural collective economy property right system is of great significance, which provides a transition space and buffer mechanism for urbanization in rural areas.展开更多

Methods : Assuming that the prosthesis, the cement and the femur were concentric cylinders with linear elastic and isotropic properties, distributions of the axial stresses in the prosthesis, the cement and the femur as well as the interfacial shear stresses at the prosthesis/cement interface and the cement/femur interface in the axial direction were obtained from the established axisymmetric stress transfer model. Results : Interfacial failure was the main form for the prosthesis/cement/femur structure under external loads. Considering the residual thermal stresses, it was more likely to produce the mixed failure form than the pure shear failure form. Since the cement had a relatively high thermal expansion coefficient, the thermal effect accelerated the interface failure and thus aggravated the stress shielding effect. Due to a relatively high thermal residual temperature difference, the interfacial debonding and femur failure was more likely to occur for the cobalt-chromium alloy prosthesis material than the Ti-6A1-4V alloy prosthesis material. Conclusion: Assuming that the prosthesis, the cement and the femur are concentric cylinders with linear elastic and isotropic properties, distributions of the axial stresses in the prosthesis, the cement and the femur as well as the interfacial shear stresses at the prosthesis/cement interface and the cement/femur interface in the axial direction was obtained using the basic equations of axisymmetric elastic mechanics when the prosthesis bears the compressive stresses. Interface failure is the main failure form for the prosthesis/cement/femur structure under external loads. The thermal effects accelerate the failure of the prosthesis/cement interface and the cement/femur interface and the relaxation of the prosthesis, and then aggravates the stress shielding effect of the femur. Also, the thermal effects decrease the efficiencies of the interfacial stress transfer to some extent since it alleviates the failure of the interface and the femur, which was confirmed by the clinical results.展开更多

These countries include Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, China, Japan, and South Korea. The research determined the stock return volatility for each country's index during the first decade of the new millennium. The findings showed that there is the presence of integration and co-integration with Philippine index's return with the index's returns of the following countries: Indonesia, Singapore, and Thailand. Furthermore, there is evidence of volatility clustering in these stock markets. The study concluded with the policy implications of greater integration in light of the planned cross trading among four ASEAN bourses, namely, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia by 2012.展开更多

If the country's GHG emissions are calculated with GTP instead of GWP, the shares of the EU, USA, Japan, Canada and South Africa rise in the period 1990-2005, and those of Brazil, Australia, China, India, Mexico and Russia decrease. From 2015 to 2030, the projected shares of the EU, USA, Japan and China will increase, but those of Russia, Canada, Australia, India, Mexico and Brazil will decrease. The reduced shares of Brazil and Australia and increased share of the EU might be one of the important reasons that Brazil and Australia suggested to adopt GTP instead of GWP as early as possible, but the EU opposed it.展开更多

It is aimed to provide additional empirical evidence based on the original paper by Demirguc-Kunt and Maksimovic (2002). The firm-level data of Malaysian companies between 2000 and 2007 are used. This paper also extends the previous literatures by using a panel data methodology, applying a random-effects estimator. The findings show that: First, the growth investment of firms are positively related to the development of the banking system but negatively related to the capital market. These firms substitute equity for debt associated with an increase in stock market activity (more long-term financing) and debt for equity in the presence of an increase in banking activity (less long-term financing). Second, the internal growth financing, short-term growth financing and long-term growth financing have shown a significant impact on growth investment by firms. It implies that these financing constraints are complements to the development of banking system and stock market activity. Therefore, well-developed stock markets facilitate long-term financing, whereas a well-developed banking sector facilitates short-term financing. It is recommended that policy makers stress more on banking system for short-term financing and capital market for long-term financing.展开更多

This paper has investigated overall financial cost and capital cost ratio as two measurements of financing cost, compared financing costs of different channels, examined the relationship of risk premium, financial repression, interest rate liberalization, and resource occupation versus financing cost, and addressed the problem of high non-manufacturing cost. On such a basis, specific countermeasures have been proposed. The main conclusion of this paper is: The current high social financing costs primarily result from economic structural imbalance. The fundamental solution lies in continuing structural reform and credibility system development to eliminate barriers in the transmission of capital circulation policies such as expanding equity financing, relaxing market access formalities for small and micro financial institutions, and improving the bankruptcy system to give full play to the "survival of the fittest" mechanism of the market.展开更多

Degenerative changes often occur after the age of 40 in patients with osteopetrosis. Operative inter- vention is the primary treatment option if the clinical manifestation of secondary osteoarthritis is severe. A 44-year-old male suffering autosomal dominant osteopetrosis and progressive unilateral hip osteo- arthritis required a total hip arthroplasty. However, there were several technical challenges associated with this procedure including creating a femoral medullary canal and developing a Vancouver type B2 periprosthetic femoral fracture postoperatively. To afford some experience for the management of similar cases, we here present our technical solutions to these problems.展开更多

Methods: 44 hips in 28 patients with avascular necrosis at early stage were treated by percutaneous multiple holes decompression followed by autologous BMCs infusion. Autologous BMCs were concentrated from bone marrow that was taken from the posterior iliac crest of the patient. Patients were followed up at least 2 years. The results were determined by the changes in the Harris hip score and the progression in the radiograghic stages. Results: No complications were observed after the operation. Before operation, there were stage Ⅰ of femoral head necrosis in 8 hips, stage Ⅱin 15 hips, stage Ⅲin 14 hips, stage Ⅳ in 7 hips, and the postoperative stages at the most recent follow-up were stage O in 1 hip, stage Ⅰ in 6 hips, stage Ⅱin 13 hips, stage Ⅲin 13 hips, stage Ⅳ in 7 hips, stage Ⅴ in 4 hips. The mean preoperative Harris hip score was 58 ( 46-89 ), and improved to 86 ( 70-94 ) postoperatively. All the femoral head collapsed preoperatively showed that the necrotic size was at least more than 30 %. Conclusions : Percutaneous multiple holes decompression combined with autologous BMCs is a new way to treat avascular necrosis of the femoral head. The earlier the stage, the better the result. A randomized prospective study needed to compare with routine core decompression in the future.展开更多

Methods: Two tibial tunnels, anteromedial (AM) and posterolateral (PL), were drilled 45° and 55° to tibial plateau respectively. On the femoral side, the AM and PL tunnels were drilled through anteriomedial portal. After the four tun- nels were established, the shaft of a reamer was introduced into the joint through tibial tunnel and reached against the lateral wall of intercondylar notch. The position that the reamer shaft can reach was marked and recorded. Results: Neither femoral AM nor PL tunnel opening can be fully or partially reached by the reamer shaft through the tibial AM tunnel in all cases. The evaluation through the tibial PL tunnel showed that only in 8 of 50 cases (16%) the femoral AM tunnel opening and in 4 cases (8%) the PL opening can be fully reached. On the other hand, in 12 cases (24%) the femoral AM tunnel opening and in 10 cases (20%) the PL opening can be partially reached by the shafts through the tibial PL tunnel. Conclusion: The result strongly suggests that transtibial technique is not well competent for femoral tun- nel drilling in anatomic double-bundle ACL reconstruction as we have hypothesized.展开更多

A high index of suspicion is necessary for early diagnosis especially in cases of undisplaced fractures. Here we report a case of medial Hoffa fracture in a post-polio limb presenting as chronic pain. Management of such fractures in limbs affected by late sequelae of poliomyelitis is particularly problematic in view of osteoporosis and osseous hypoplasia. The fracture was approached through medial parapatellar arthrotomy and fixation was done with cannulated cancellous screws in anteroposterior direction. Union was achieved at 16 weeks.展开更多

METHODS: Eighty-five rats were divided into four groups: control, model, Huogu 15 g/kg and Huogu 30 g/kg. Six weeks later, animals were anaesthe- tized, femora were dissected for histopathologicalexamination of the osteonecrotic changes and re- pair processes, micro computed tomography (Mi- cro-CT)-based micro-angiography was performed to assess vascularization. Serum lipid levels were detected by haematological examination. The ex- pressions of PPARy, Wnt3a, low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 5 (LRP5) and 13-catenin were evaluated by immunohistochemistry, Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction analyses. RESULTS: The incidence of osteonecrosis, ratio of empty lacuna, adipose tissue area and adipocyte perimeter in the bone marrow were dramatically lower in the Huogu ~ formula treatment groups. By micro-CT quantification, Huogu ~ formula treat- ment dose-dependently increased vessel volume, vessel surface, percentage of vessel volume and vessel thickness of the femoral heads of SONFH rats. Levels of serum lipid in Huogu 15 g/kg and Huogu 30 g/kg groups reduced significantly. HuoguⅠformula treatment could suppress the ex- pression of PPARy and increase the expressions of Wnt3a, LRP5 and 13-catenin at both protein and mRNA levels. CONCLUSION: The results of our present study highlight the lipid-lowering potential of Huogu Ⅰ formula, and provide further evidence of the in- volvement of the PPARy inhibition and Wnt/LRPS/ 13-catenin signaling activation in the effects of Huogu Ⅰ formula.展开更多

The primary fracture happened on February 2008. He underwent open reduction and internal fixation with cloverleaf plate. And one hundred days after the surgery, the proximal screws were pulled-out, but the bone union was not achieved. Treatment consisted of exchanging the cloverleaf plate with a locking compression plate and using an auto-iliac bone graft to fill the nonunion gap. In July 2009, the patient had a sharp pain in the right lower limb. The X-ray revealed that the plate implanted last year was broken, causing a nonunion at the fracture site. Immediately the plate and screws were removed and an intramedullary nail was inserted reversely from the distal femur as well as a 7 cm long bone from the right fibula was extracted and longitudinally split into two pieces to construct cortical bone plates. Then we placed them laterally and medially to fracture site, drilled two holes respectively, and fastened them with suture. We carried on auto-iliac bone grafting with the nonunion bone grafts. The follow-up at 15 months after operation showed that the treatment was successful, X-ray confirmed that there was no rotation and no angular or short deformity. We briefly reviewed the literature regarding such an unusual presentation and discussed in details the possible etiology and the advantages of autologous double-strut fibular grafts to cope with such an intractable situation.展开更多

On the other hand, in 12 cases (24%) the femoral AM tunnel opening and in 10 cases (20%) the PL opening can be partially reached by the shafts through the tibial PL tunnel. Conclusion: The result strongly suggests that transtibial technique is not well competent for femoral tun- nel drilling in anatomic double-bundle ACL reconstruction as we have hypothesized.
文摘Isolated coronal fracture of medial femoral condyle with intact lateral femoral condyle is extremely rare. Union was achieved at 16 weeks.

文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Huogu I formula on regulation of lipid metabolism in ste- roid-induced osteonecrosis of the femoral head (SONFH) rats and verify our hypothesis that Huogu I formula regulates lipid metabolism by down-regulating peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARy) expression and activating Wnt signaling pathways. CONCLUSION: The results of our present study highlight the lipid-lowering potential of Huogu Ⅰ formula, and provide further evidence of the in- volvement of the PPARy inhibition and Wnt/LRPS/ 13-catenin signaling activation in the effects of Huogu Ⅰ formula.
文摘We report a rare case of periprosthetic posttraumatic fracture of subtrochanteric region of femur alter a megaprosthesis of the knee, done for resistant non- union of distal femur with secondary osteoarthrosis in a 51 years old man. Treatment with a locking femoral plate was able to achieve primary union with a good result.
文摘We reported a 23-year-old man who was involved in a high-speed motorcycle accident. He sustained a closed fracture at the right distal femur. We briefly reviewed the literature regarding such an unusual presentation and discussed in details the possible etiology and the advantages of autologous double-strut fibular grafts to cope with such an intractable situation.
