The coupling efficiency of the TE021 mode and the suppression for the TE811 mode in the main cylindrical cavity are deliberately considered by adjusting the position and size of coupling holes as well as the radius of the drift tubes. The numerical results show that the TE21 mode can successfully be excited, and rational coupling efficiency and high mode purity for the TE021 mode in the cylindrical cavity can be reached for the engineering application of gyroklystron amplifier study.展开更多

Pseudolella major sp. nov. is characterized as follows: body length -1 300 μm; short cephalic setae, 2-3μm long; amphidial fovea loop-shaped with elongated ventral branch; ventral branch 50-60 μm long and extending past the base of buccal cavity; buccal cavity cylindrical with arching or spherical base; three heavy outwardly-curving odontia with blunt tips located at anterior of buccal cavity; pharynx short with posterior bulb; ventral gland cell elongate oval-shaped, located posterior to pharyngo-intestinal junction; excretory pore situated at the level of the middle of buccal cavity; tail conical to cylindrical; spicules arched, with double-cephalate proximal end; gubemaculum with a strong dorsal caudal apophysis.展开更多

Then temperature is constant, the solution of the black hole is obtained within a cavity, that is, the solution of the spacetime after considering the radiation of the black hole. Therefore, we derive that the location of the black hole horizon and specific heat are the functions of temperature and the radius of the cavity.Corrections to entropy also are related to the radius of the cavity. Through calculation, we obtain conditions of taking the value of the cavity's radius. We provide a new way for studying the corrections of complicated spacetimes.展开更多

The major or minor axis of the elliptic section of the cavity is assumed to be placed horizontally. As a thermal boundary condition, Dirichlet or Neumann condition is specified. Not only for nearly pure-heat conduction case at low Grashof numbers but also for strong convection flow with cellular patterns at larger Grashof numbers are found to be attained at least for some combination of Prandtl numbers and geometrical parameters.展开更多
