Fenlong can be directly applied to farming of farmland, remoulding of mortar black soil and saline alkali land and development of degraded grassland. Deep loosening can create huge soil reservoirs, reduce fertilization, promote indi- rectly the improvement of river water fisheries and water sources and the upgrading of shaping and hydropower industry, thus making a new round of mobilization and pooling of natural resources. As a result, the nature is able to produce good food needed by human, the spatial dimension of the land is increased, the natural pre- cipitation storage is increased, the flood and drought disasters are reduced, the eco-environment is improved, and the economic benefits are increased. Fenlong is not restricted to global application by ecological region and crop variety and is not subject to the time-space constraints for a hundred thousand years. On the basis of utilizing the heaven and earth resources, it brings about a huge effect of mega- science. Compare with traditional farming, the depth under the mode of Fenlong is increased by 2-3 times, the contents of nutrient, water, oxygen and microorganism in the soil are increased by 10%-200%, the content of pale salt is increased by 20%-40%, the temperature is increased by 2-4 ~C, and the photosynthetic efficiency of crops is improved by 10%. Under the cultivation mode of Fenlong, the yield of crop applied with no fertilizers is increased by more than 10%, crop yield is still in- creased by more than 5% when the application amount of chemical fertilizer is re- duced by 10%-20%. Under the farming mode of Fenlong combined with no in- crease in fertilization, the crop yield, crop quality, farming efficiency, natural precipi- tation storage and air humidity are increased by 10%-50%, 5%, 15%, 100% and 5%, respectively, and the emissions of methane and other gases are reduced by more than 5%. Even in mortar black soil, saline alkali land and degraded grassland, the yield is still increased by 15%-50%. These improvement effects can last for many years, helping achieve the real harmonious coexistence between human and nature.展开更多

In the former two families, the S loci have been shown to be located near centromere. However, the chromosomal location of the S locus in Antirrhinum, a species of the Scrophulariaceae, is not known. To determine its chromosomal location and genomic organization, an S-2 RNase gene and its corresponding 63 kb BAC clone were separately used for fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) of mitotic metaphase chromosomes of a self-incompatible Antirrhinum line Of S2S5. The results showed that the S-2 RNase detected a doublet signal near the centromere of the smallest chromosome (2n = 16). Two separate doublet signals of the tested BAC sequence were shown on both sides of the centromeres of all eight pairs of the chromosomes, suggesting that the Antirrhinum S locus is located in a pericentromeric region. Furthermore, a retrotransposon, named RIS1 (retrotransposon in the S locus), which has not been identified yet in. Antirrhinum, was found next to S-2 RNase. Taken together, the centromeric location of the S locus from the three S-RNase-based self-incompatible families provides a further support on a common origin of their evolution as well as suppressed recombination.展开更多

T...S-RNase-mediated gametophytic self-incompatibility (GSI) is controlled by a multiallelic S-locus at which two separate genes, the female (pistil) and male (pollen) specificity determinants, are tightly linked. This review described both the identification of pollen specific F-box genes, SLF/SFBs, in Antirrhinum, Petunia and Prunus species and the demonstration of SLF/SFB as pollen determinant together with their functions in GSI response. Recent studies of how the pollen determinant functions in pollination reaction revealed that pollen determinant interacted with S-RNases in a non-allele-specific manner. It targeted all of the non-self S-RNases for ubiquitination through a functional SCF complex and subsequent degradation via 26S proteasome pathway in compatible reaction. It allows pollen tube to reach into the embryo sac and to finish double fertilization. In incompatible response, the intact self S-RNases were left to function as a cytotoxin that degrades self-pollen tube RNA, resulting in the cessation of pollen tube growth.展开更多

Deflection limits and rate limits are both cons idered in a new adaptive backstepping FCS design process. The key of the method is that a new control Lyapunov function (CLF) and a control law are chosen when the actuator saturation occurs. This idea results from that there must be a vari ation in the pseudo-control at saturation. The whole progress is a modification of an early presented method: adaptive backstepping control scheme. The stabili ty is proved and verified successfully. The conclusion and some comments about t his method are given in the end.展开更多

Then, a probe into transformation from a spoken document into a textual document is touched on a conversion ratio of 72% adopted at the present time, AEM to be carried forward being a necessary hypothesis for Afterwards, this paper focuses on the pipeline in AEM with the content features and the language itself, which is established in two different models in marking for extraction and detection. Through experiments, this paper reveals the fact that an iB-CET oral test can be performed perfectly in the pipeline of spoken documents transformed into textual documents which can be automatically marked. Kunming,a city in southwest China,has a climate that is different from most of the other places in the world because of its unique geographical characteristics.Due to its temperate climate,most of the residential buil...Kunming,a city in southwest China,has a climate that is different from most of the other places in the world because of its unique geographical characteristics.Due to its temperate climate,most of the residential buildings in this region are naturally ventilated.Accordingly,a winter thermal comfort study was conducted in Kunming to reveal the thermal response of residents.Indoor and outdoor environmental parameters were measured,and participants were investigated about their clothing,thermal sensations,thermal preferences,and thermal acceptance using online questionnaires.Data from 162 valid questionnaires were collected in the survey.Although the climate is referred to as“mild”,the survey showed that the indoor temperature during winter was lower than the typical comfort range.Nevertheless,the participants responded that most of them felt neutral and comfortable.The neutral temperature of participants living in Kunming was determined to be 16.96℃.The acceptable thermal sensation vote(TSV)range of the residents is-0.72 to 1.52.The acceptable indoor air temperature range is 15.03℃ to 19.55℃,and the optimum indoor air temperature is 17.2℃.According to this study,the existing thermal comfort evaluation models can hardly predict residents’thermal responses in Kunming well.展开更多

Clay has a significant influence on the relationship between resistivity index I and water saturation Sw (i.e, I-Sw relationship) of reservoir rocks because it complicates the current paths of these rocks. It is dif...Clay has a significant influence on the relationship between resistivity index I and water saturation Sw (i.e, I-Sw relationship) of reservoir rocks because it complicates the current paths of these rocks. It is difficult to reveal the physical mechanisms of these clay effects on the conductivities of various rocks by physical laboratory measurements because the pore structure, micro distribution and content of clay inside a rock can not be observed and controlled during the experiments. We present a digital rock approach to study these clay effects on the electrical transport properties of reservoir rocks at pore scale using lattice gas automation (LGA) method. The digital rock samples are constructed with the information of grain size distribution from SEM images of reservoir rocks. The LGA is then applied on these digital rocks fully saturated with fluids to simulate the electrical transport properties for revealing the effects of volume and distribution patterns of clay on the non-Archie behaviors of the I-Sw relationship. The very good agreement between the simulated results and the laboratory measurements clearly demonstrates the validity of the LGA in numerical research of rock physics. Based on these studies, a new model has been developed for quantitatively describing the relationship between the saturation exponent and the volume of clay (Vsh). This development may improve the evaluation for the fluid saturations in reservoir rocks.展开更多

Castor oil acid, a raw material for producing SA, can be used to extract phenol from wastewater in o...Wastewater containing high concentrations of phenol and sodium sulfate is generated in sebacic acid (SA) industry. Castor oil acid, a raw material for producing SA, can be used to extract phenol from wastewater in order to reduce the amount of phenol used in the process and discharge of phenol. The results show that the extrac- tion mechanism is that hydroxyl group of phenol is linked to carboxyl group of castor oil acid by hydrogen bond. The extraction process approaches equilibrium in 30 min. Extraction ratio increases with the increase of sodium sulfate and castor oil acid, and decreases as phenol increases. When the oil-water ratio is 1 : 3, the optimal distribu- tion coefficient of 40 is obtained. Phenol saturation concentration in castor oil acid is 1.03 mol.L-1 after extraction for 4 times. The equilibrium constant (Kex) at 25℃ is 8.41 and the endothermic enthalpy (AH) is 1.513 kJ.mo1-1. The Gibbs free energy (AG) is -5.277 kJ. tool-1 and the value of AS is calculated to be 22.3 J. mo1-1. K-1.展开更多

If we study the electron-electron interaction at the Hartree approximation level, the Hartree potential satisfies the Poisson equation and Schroedinger equation, so when we expand the action function S(x) by Planck constant h, the self-consistent potential and the wavefunction can be solved analytically order by order, and the thermal and electrical conductance can thus be obtained readily. However, we just show the quantum corrections up to the second order.展开更多

The forms of "00" type (a low content of erucic acid and glucosinolates) and self-pollinated lines--110M-10, 127M-10, 132M-10 were studied; the forms of"0+" type--selfed lines 124-10, 221-10, 305-10; the forms of"+0" type--cultivars Victor, Janus, Emerald; forms of "++" type--cultivars Fyedorovskiy, Marens, Uspikh, as well as, self-incompatible forms 5C, 15C-10, 32C-10 and the original sterile form of mutant origin were used. Viability in stigmas of the pistil lasted 3-7 days, in the forms of "+0", "++" type, 7-15 days in the cultivars and forms of "0+", "00" type, 14-21 days in the self-incompatible and sterile forms. A fast loss of sensitivity to pollen by pistil's stigma was observed in the forms of"+0" and "++" types. On the contrary, in self-incompatible and sterile forms was observed a gradual increase of sensitivity of pistil's stigma to pollination and then its gradual fall. A maximum of sensitivity of a pistil's stigma to pollen in "00" and "0+" forms was on the 3rd-6th day after castration.展开更多

The novels depict surprising forms of imaginary resources, a radiating end of the world, a post-nuclear anxiety, and depressive characters. Houellebecq shocks us leaving us in a world where the feelings of love, tenderness and goodwill have disappeared. The purpose of Houellebecq's novels is to alert about the real problems of the human society in the twenty-first century. Indeed, in the books we can easily recognize the essential features of contemporary society and the fact that the individual assumes a dehumanization process in which one has to cope with his solitude in a world of emptiness. This socio-cultural dimension is indeed the background of Houellebecq's novels, novels in which the protagonists seem to be wedged in a mechanism from which it is difficult to escape: reification and dehumanization on the one hand, "robotization" of love on the other. Compared with the traditional DAGSVM, the improved version has advantages that the structure of the directed acyclic graph is not chosen random and fixed, and it can be adaptive to be optimal according to the incoming testing samples, thus it has a good generalization performance. From experiments on six datasets, we can see that the proposed improved version of DAGSVM is better than the traditional one with respect to the accuracy rate.展开更多

Psychodynamically by identifying and introjecting mother figure he felt the most enduring human passion--"Serenity". Thus despite the barriers of time and space, nation and race, Tagore as an affectionate father may embrace fellow human beings most endearingly. The principal objective is to probe Tagore's psychodynamics and creative processes. Dynamic analysis was done by following the methods of Freud, Jung, and Kris. 文摘Kunming,a city in southwest China,has a climate that is different from most of the other places in the world because of its unique geographical characteristics.Due to its temperate climate,most of the residential buildings in this region are naturally ventilated.Accordingly,a winter thermal comfort study was conducted in Kunming to reveal the thermal response of residents.Indoor and outdoor environmental parameters were measured,and participants were investigated about their clothing,thermal sensations,thermal preferences,and thermal acceptance using online questionnaires.Data from 162 valid questionnaires were collected in the survey.Although the climate is referred to as“mild”,the survey showed that the indoor temperature during winter was lower than the typical comfort range.Nevertheless,the participants responded that most of them felt neutral and comfortable.The neutral temperature of participants living in Kunming was determined to be 16.96℃.The acceptable thermal sensation vote(TSV)range of the residents is-0.72 to 1.52.The acceptable indoor air temperature range is 15.03℃ to 19.55℃,and the optimum indoor air temperature is 17.2℃.According to this study,the existing thermal comfort evaluation models can hardly predict residents’thermal responses in Kunming well.

Marx and Engles also pointed out the duality of the conquest, change and influence exerted on nature by man. On one hand, it can improve people’s living conditions and make people free from the enslavement of the nature. On the other hand, it may also lead to excessively snatching and wrecking nature, then make the deterioration of the environment and ecology out of balance. They also, from the technical angle of ecology, put forward the concrete measures to realize the harmonious symbiosis of man and nature in the development of economy. They also believed that only when socialism or communism is realized, can the conciliation of mankind and nature be realized finally. Marx and Engle’s theory of harmonious symbiosis of man and nature is of great theoretical directive significance for us to insist on the scientific development view.

文摘With the development and decreasing cost of sequencing techniques, it is possible for scientists to conduct deeper research in phylogenomics. During the procedure of phylogenomic analysis, the mostimportant and vitalest step is orthology prediction, for that the prerequisite to phylogenetic reconstruction is that the genes being compared are orthologous. Here we briefly review the related concept of orthology anddifferent methods for orthology prediction. We also provide recommendations to give some advice for better selection of orthology prediction methods.

文摘Clay has a significant influence on the relationship between resistivity index I and water saturation Sw (i.e, I-Sw relationship) of reservoir rocks because it complicates the current paths of these rocks. It is difficult to reveal the physical mechanisms of these clay effects on the conductivities of various rocks by physical laboratory measurements because the pore structure, micro distribution and content of clay inside a rock can not be observed and controlled during the experiments. We present a digital rock approach to study these clay effects on the electrical transport properties of reservoir rocks at pore scale using lattice gas automation (LGA) method. The digital rock samples are constructed with the information of grain size distribution from SEM images of reservoir rocks. The LGA is then applied on these digital rocks fully saturated with fluids to simulate the electrical transport properties for revealing the effects of volume and distribution patterns of clay on the non-Archie behaviors of the I-Sw relationship. The very good agreement between the simulated results and the laboratory measurements clearly demonstrates the validity of the LGA in numerical research of rock physics. Based on these studies, a new model has been developed for quantitatively describing the relationship between the saturation exponent and the volume of clay (Vsh). This development may improve the evaluation for the fluid saturations in reservoir rocks.

文摘Wastewater containing high concentrations of phenol and sodium sulfate is generated in sebacic acid (SA) industry. Castor oil acid, a raw material for producing SA, can be used to extract phenol from wastewater in order to reduce the amount of phenol used in the process and discharge of phenol. The results show that the extrac- tion mechanism is that hydroxyl group of phenol is linked to carboxyl group of castor oil acid by hydrogen bond. The extraction process approaches equilibrium in 30 min. Extraction ratio increases with the increase of sodium sulfate and castor oil acid, and decreases as phenol increases. When the oil-water ratio is 1 : 3, the optimal distribu- tion coefficient of 40 is obtained. Phenol saturation concentration in castor oil acid is 1.03 mol.L-1 after extraction for 4 times. The equilibrium constant (Kex) at 25℃ is 8.41 and the endothermic enthalpy (AH) is 1.513 kJ.mo1-1. The Gibbs free energy (AG) is -5.277 kJ. tool-1 and the value of AS is calculated to be 22.3 J. mo1-1. K-1.
文摘In order to consider the thermal and electrical coherent transport in a mesoscopic conductor under the influence of electron-electron interaction, in this paper, we establish a method in terms of which one can analytically obtain the Hartree self-consistent potential instead of computing it by the numerical iterative procedure as usual, which is convenient for us to describe the thermal and electric current flow through a mesoscopic conductor. If we study the electron-electron interaction at the Hartree approximation level, the Hartree potential satisfies the Poisson equation and Schroedinger equation, so when we expand the action function S(x) by Planck constant h, the self-consistent potential and the wavefunction can be solved analytically order by order, and the thermal and electrical conductance can thus be obtained readily. However, we just show the quantum corrections up to the second order.

To this end, I have chosen three well-known poets, Wang Wei (706-761) in Tang Dynasty (618-907), Su Shi (1037-1101) and Zhou Dunyi (1017-1073) in Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127). All three poets were also high ranking governmental officials. They were leaders of high personal integrity.

The second sideis human being should think over the reasonable and effective distribution of limited resources in economic society, i.e.harmony between human beings and society. The reasonable economic activity of human being is the key to the harmo-nious development of man and nature.
文摘The researches have been carried out in 2011-2012, in the experimental fields of Yuryev Plant Production Institute Kharkiv, Ukraine. The forms of "00" type (a low content of erucic acid and glucosinolates) and self-pollinated lines--110M-10, 127M-10, 132M-10 were studied; the forms of"0+" type--selfed lines 124-10, 221-10, 305-10; the forms of"+0" type--cultivars Victor, Janus, Emerald; forms of "++" type--cultivars Fyedorovskiy, Marens, Uspikh, as well as, self-incompatible forms 5C, 15C-10, 32C-10 and the original sterile form of mutant origin were used. Viability in stigmas of the pistil lasted 3-7 days, in the forms of "+0", "++" type, 7-15 days in the cultivars and forms of "0+", "00" type, 14-21 days in the self-incompatible and sterile forms. A fast loss of sensitivity to pollen by pistil's stigma was observed in the forms of"+0" and "++" types. On the contrary, in self-incompatible and sterile forms was observed a gradual increase of sensitivity of pistil's stigma to pollination and then its gradual fall. A maximum of sensitivity of a pistil's stigma to pollen in "00" and "0+" forms was on the 3rd-6th day after castration.

文摘Michel Houellebecq is perhaps the most successful, the most famous and controversial of all current novelists writing in French. He has become a global publishing phenomenon: His books have been translated worldwide, film adaptations of his novels have been produced, and the author is the subject of a million-euro publishing deals and successive media scandals in France. The novels depict surprising forms of imaginary resources, a radiating end of the world, a post-nuclear anxiety, and depressive characters. Houellebecq shocks us leaving us in a world where the feelings of love, tenderness and goodwill have disappeared. The purpose of Houellebecq's novels is to alert about the real problems of the human society in the twenty-first century. Indeed, in the books we can easily recognize the essential features of contemporary society and the fact that the individual assumes a dehumanization process in which one has to cope with his solitude in a world of emptiness. This socio-cultural dimension is indeed the background of Houellebecq's novels, novels in which the protagonists seem to be wedged in a mechanism from which it is difficult to escape: reification and dehumanization on the one hand, "robotization" of love on the other. This article focuses on the analysis of the texts revealing the poignant characteristics of"L'Ere du vide" ("The Era of Emptiness") as described by Gilles Lipovetsky: Loneliness, the lack of love and its replacement by sexual relations.
文摘In this paper, we propose an improved Directed Acyclic Graph Support Vector Machine (DAGSVM) for multi-class classification. Compared with the traditional DAGSVM, the improved version has advantages that the structure of the directed acyclic graph is not chosen random and fixed, and it can be adaptive to be optimal according to the incoming testing samples, thus it has a good generalization performance. From experiments on six datasets, we can see that the proposed improved version of DAGSVM is better than the traditional one with respect to the accuracy rate.
文摘Life was full of pathos and stress to Tagore. Tagore remains preoccupied with the irrecoverable losses but finally has felt--soothing thought spring out of human suffering. He did not grieve rather find strengths in what remains behind. The poet has gained abundant pleasure from the natural world knowing nature never did betray. Psychodynamically by identifying and introjecting mother figure he felt the most enduring human passion--"Serenity". Thus despite the barriers of time and space, nation and race, Tagore as an affectionate father may embrace fellow human beings most endearingly. The principal objective is to probe Tagore's psychodynamics and creative processes. Dynamic analysis was done by following the methods of Freud, Jung, and Kris. Findings highlighted that Tagore was a man who could be rightly called "Lord of speech with mind for all".
