Soler., the only species in the genus and endemic to East Asia, was observed under SEM. We found that the development of calyx, corolla and androecium belongs to pentamerous pattern. They come respectively from primordia of calyx, corolla and androecium, and all differentiated from the flower primordium. The zygomorphism of corolla and androecium is derived from quicker growth of the upper lip of corolla and delay in development of the staminode. Initiation of sepal primordia and their development are not consistent in order; the order of initiation is from adaxial central primordium, abaxial two primordia and finally lateral two primordia, while the order of development is first adaxial central sepal, lateral two and finally abaxial two. Sepals are valvate in flower bud. Initiation of corolla lobe primordia and their development are consistent in order, i.e. first abaxial central lobe (central lobe of the lower lip), lateral two (lateral two lobes of the lower lip) and finally adaxial two (two lobes of the upper lip). The aestivation of corolla is imbricate, and the order from outside to inside is the central lobe of the lower lip, lateral two of the lower lip, and finally two of the upper lip or lateral two lobes of the lower lip, two of the upper lip and central one of the lower lip. Stamen primordia are alternate to the corolla lobe primordia, with the anterior two primordia later than the posterior two in initiation; staminode primordium is simultaneous with the posterior two in initiation, but smaller, and opposite to the adaxial carpel (upper lip of stigma). Compared to the patterns of floral organogenesis of Rehmannia (Scrophulariaceae), Whytockia and Rhynchoglossum (Gesneriaceae), the present authors found that the floral organogenesis is diverse and does not form two distinct patterns among these four genera. Based on the results we tend to consider that the conventional demarcation between the Scrophulariaceae and Gesneriaceae using number of ovary locules (two vs one) and placentation (axile vs parietal) is questionable.展开更多

[Method] Flowers,the 1st,the 3rd,the 6th and the 14th leaves from the top of 33B,GK12 and SGK321 were used to feed S. exigua neonates respectively. Survival larvae and dead ones were counted on the 3rd,the 7th,the 10th,the 16th and the 19th day; meanwhile,the pupae amount was recorded,and the pupae weight was measured at the 24th h after pupation. [Result] The survival curves,pupation rates and pupae weights of S. exigua feeding on different tissues of transgenic cotton were not significantly different from those of S. exigua feeding on the corresponding tissues of conventional cotton; pupation rate of S. exigua feeding on different leaves of the same cotton variety were not significantly different from each other,but all higher than that of S. exigua feeding on the flowers of that cotton; and there were no differences among pupation weights of S. exigua feeding on different leaves or flowers of the same cotton variety. [Conclusion] Transgenic cotton showed weak resistance to S. exigua. Hence,in the transgenic cotton fields,more attention should be paid to occurrence trend of S. exigua and its control.展开更多

Then, the correlations between LDBT and other agronomic traits of rice were analyzed. Two QTLs con- trolling LDBT were mapped on chromosome 6 and 8, respectively, qLDBT6 was mapped between RM3 and RM3628 markers on chromosome 6 with a LOD value of 3.23, contribution rate of 6.18% and additive effect of 17.74%. qLDBT8 was mapped between RM1376-RM4085 markers on chromosome 8 with a LOD value 2.95, contribution rate of 8.00% and additive effect of 20.09%. This domain probably had a relationship with the sterility of rice. The LDBT of RILs had extremely signifi- cant positive correlations with flag leaf width, 1 000-grain weight, grain width, grain length and grain thickness, but no significant correlations with other agronomic traits, such as plant height, heading date, tiller number, flag leaf length, average and the maximum temperature during heading period or rice.展开更多

In this study, we explored the conservation and diversity on functions of PHAN-Iike genes during the compound leaf development in Lotusjaponicus, a papilionoid legume. Two PHAN-Iike genes in L. japonicus, LjPHANa and LjPHANb, were found to originate from a gene duplication event and displayed different expression patterns during compound leaf development. Two mutants, reduced leafletsl (rell) and reduced leaflets3 (rel3), which exhibited decreased adaxial identity of leaflets and reduced leaflet initiation, were identified and investigated. The expression patterns of both LjPHANs in rel mutants were altered and correlated with abnormalities of compound leaves. Our data suggest that LjPHANa and LjPHANb play important but divergent roles in regulating adaxial-abaxial polarity of compound leaves in L. japonicus.展开更多

Methods Forty mice, thirty-two rats, and twenty-four rabbits were randomly and equally divided into control group (saline) and three ellagic acid (EA)-treated groups (low, middle, and high doses). In the mice, bleeding time (BT) was estimated with tail transaction, and clotting time (CT) with template method. Prothrombin time (PT) and the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) in rats and rabbits were measured by means of Quick's one-stage assay and modified APTT assay respectively. In addition, thrombin activity was estimated in rats with PT assay using a hemagglutination analyzer. The circulating platelet aggregates were de- tected in rabbits through platelet counting and presented as the circulating platelet aggregate ratio (CPAR). Results EA shortened BT and CT in mice, PT and APTT in rats, and increased thrombin activity and CPAR, all in a dose-dependent manner. EA also brought reduction of PT and APTT in rabbits in dose- and time-dependent manners. Conclusion EA could induce hypercoagulable state through activating coagulation system and platelets in mice, rats, and rabbits.展开更多

This note on the orchids will enrich the already existing data on the area of Tlemcen. Currently, the coexistence of orchids and species (such as Quercus faginea subsp. tlemcenensis (DC.) M., Lonicera implexa L. and Ruscus aculeatus L.) indicates an ecological environment of dominant forest. Nevertheless, the significant frequency of fires and human pressure is leading to erosion of this area orchids richness. This work enabled us to establish a complete inventory of the orchids species that exist, with an estimate of the populations and a taxon illustration for each of them. Fourteen species (14) were indexed, during the period of spring 2011 only, in this reserve and the scoured areas which do not exceed 2000 ha, representing 29% of the total Algerian orchids species. This study aimed to test the applicability of infrared spectroscopy (IR) as a diagnostic screening tool for making soil fertility recommendations in small-scale production systems. Soil fertility survey of 150 small-scale groundnut farms in western Kenya was conducted using a spatially stratified random sampling strategy. Soil properties examined were pH in water (pHw), total carbon (C), total nitrogen (N), extractable phosphorus (P), exchangeable potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and texture. These properties were calibrated to mid-infrared (MIR) diffuse reflectance using partial least square regression (PLSR). Cross-validated coefficient of determination (r2) values obtained from calibration models were 〉 0.80 for all properties, except P and K with 0.66 and 0.50 respectively. Soil nutritional deficiencies were evaluated using critical nutrient limits based on IR predictions and composite soil fertility indices (SFIs) developed from the soil properties using principal component analysis. The SFIs were calibrated to MIR soil spectral reflectance with cross-validated r: values 〉 0.80. The survey showed that 56% of the groundnut farms had severe soil nutrient constraints for production, especially exchangeable Ca, available P and organic matter. IR can provide a robust tool for farm soil fertility assessment and recommendation systems when backed up by conventional reference analyses. However, further work is required to test direct calibration of crop responses to spectral indicators and to improve prediction of extractable P and K tests.展开更多
On top of Shigujian Peak(1477 m a.s.l.) of the Dayangshan Mountain in Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province, large amounts of granite pits with diameters ranging from several dozens of centimeters to around one meter and d...On top of Shigujian Peak(1477 m a.s.l.) of the Dayangshan Mountain in Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province, large amounts of granite pits with diameters ranging from several dozens of centimeters to around one meter and depth from 10 cm to 45 cm are found on rock surface.These pits mainly appear on the NE and SE sides, and their drainage mouths are in the same direction.The identification results through micropolariscope and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer reveal that bedrock of pits is from middle to fine-grained moyite being apt to be weathered and modified.In Dayangshan region the annual mean temperature is 9.2℃ and annual precipitation is over 1700 mm.On the one hand, there always experiences a period of periglacial action with temperature oscillating near 0℃ for 4 months, i.e., from December to March next year.As a consequence, the freezing-thawing cycles may be remarkable to disintegrate the bedrock.On the other hand, the windward slope of Shigujian Peak meets typhoon of over force 10 on the Beaufort scale in summer, therefore, the blowing makes suspending sands or pebbles grind in swirling form.Based on field investigation and periglacial geomorphic theory, the pits on top of Shigujian Peak are attributed to freez-ing-thawing of periglacial action.Meanwhile, storm and strong wind accelerate the process.Observation shows that both the actions are still undergoing and variant directions of wind are the main cause for making different shapes of the pits.Because the top of Shigujian is 1500 m lower than the present snow line, some scholars considered that"glacial pothole"formed in the Quaternary is hard to work, even though in the Last Glacial Maximum(LGM).展开更多

Over a long period of growing in this region, autochthonous cultivars adapted, and have been achieving satisfactory results, despite poor growing conditions. A study conducted over a period of three years in a North Montenegro region included in situ identification of autochthonous plum cultivars. Observation and recording of their phenological and pomological traits were performed using International Board for Plant Genetic Resources (IBPGR) and International union for the Protection of New Varieties of plants (UPOV) methodologies. Eighteen cultivars derived from Prunusdomestica L. and two cultivars derived from P. insititia L. were identified. Flowering started between March 26th and April 12th and fruit ripening between 13th of July (Petrovaca) and 18th September (Trnovaca). Fruit weight ranged from 6.65 g ± 0.235 g to 53.88 g ± 0.654 g respectively and stone weight from 0.16 g ±0.003 g to 2.20 g ± 0.711 g. The cultivars were classified as being extremely small in terms of fruit size, except for cvs Crvenadurgulja (big fruit size). Rounded fruit shape and light green ground color were dominant. Skin color ranged from amber to black. Yellow green was a dominant flesh color and medium flesh firmness predominated. The fruits of the above cultivars could be processed, particularly into plum brandy, or they could be used fresh or dried. The selected plum cultivars can be used in breeding programmes, as rootstocks as well as in further disease related systematic studies under field and laboratory conditions.展开更多

The southern Jiangxi Province(SJP) and northern Jiangxi-southern Anhui provinces(NJSAP) are the two most important tungsten metallogenic districts in South China. The SJP district is a well-known tungsten producer in ...The southern Jiangxi Province(SJP) and northern Jiangxi-southern Anhui provinces(NJSAP) are the two most important tungsten metallogenic districts in South China. The SJP district is a well-known tungsten producer in South China where distributes several ore concentrated areas such as the "Chongyi-Dayu-Shangyou", "Yudu" and "Longnan-Quanan-Dingnan"areas, with many large and super large tungsten deposits including the famous Xihuashan, Piaotang, Pangushan and Dajishan deposits. In recent years, major prospecting breakthrough for W-polymetallic resources has been made in the NJSAP district.Several large and super large W-Cu(Mo) deposits, such as the Dahutang, Zhuxi, Dongyuan and Baizhangyan deposits, are discovered. These deposits are all genetically associated with the Yanshanian(Mesozoic) granitic magmatism. In this study, a systematic comparison of the temporal and spatial distribution, petrology, geochronology, and geochemical characteristics of the tungsten-bearing granites between the SJP and NJSAP districts has been made, with an aim to improving the understanding of the petrogenesis of the granites and associated metal enrichment mechanisms in the two tungsten ore districts in South China. The following conclusions can be drawn:(1) The ages of the tungsten-bearing granites and associated mineralization are different in the two districts, in the SJP district the ages are mainly concentrated in 165–150 Ma, whereas in the NJSAP district it displays two age periods, one is 150–140 Ma(Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous), and the other is 135–120 Ma(Early Cretaceous).(2) The tungsten-bearing granites from both the NJSAP and SJP districts are highly fractionated granitic rocks, but the SJP granites have experienced higher degree of fractional crystallization and more extensive fluid metasomatism than the NJSAP granites.(3) The petrogeneses of the tungsten-bearing granites from the two districts are different, those from the NJSAP district originated from partial melting of less mature sandstone-mudstone intercalated with meta-volcanic rocks of the Neoproterozoic Shuangqiaoshan Group which are both W and Cu enriched, in contrast those from the SJP district were likely derived from the highly mature,clay-rich mudstones of the Mesoproterozoic age which are only W enriched. In summary, the different source rocks with different metal enrichment features and different magmatic evolution and fractional degrees for the granites in the two districts might be the key factors that controlled the different matallogenic characteristics of tungsten ore deposits in the two districts in South China.展开更多

Methods: A total of 66 eligible cases were randomly allocated into...Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and action mechanism of abdominal acupuncture plus plum-blossom needle tapping for primary insomnia. Methods: A total of 66 eligible cases were randomly allocated into an observation group(n=33) and a control group(n=33). Cases in the observation group received abdominal acupuncture plus plum-blossom needle tapping, whereas cases in the control group received abdominal acupuncture alone. After 2, 6 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after end of treatment, the patients in both groups were evaluated using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and measure your medical outcome profile(MYMOP) based on the patients' self-report. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 90.9% in the observation group, versus 63.6% in the control group, showing a statistical difference(P〈0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, there were no between-group statistical differences in total effective rate(P〈0.05). After 6 weeks, the sleep quality and efficiency scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Four weeks after end of treatment, the scores of sleep quality and MYMOP in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Abdominal acupuncture plus plum-blossom needle tapping can obtain fast, accurate effect for primary insomnia and improve patients' sleep quality and efficiency.展开更多
The Queershan composite granitic pluton is located in the north of the late Paleozoic Yidun arc collision-orogenic belt, eastern Tibetan Plateau. The main rock types are coarse-grained porphyritic alkalic-monzonite gr...The Queershan composite granitic pluton is located in the north of the late Paleozoic Yidun arc collision-orogenic belt, eastern Tibetan Plateau. The main rock types are coarse-grained porphyritic alkalic-monzonite granite with minor fine-grained porphyritic monzogranite and granodiorite distributed in the eastern and southwestern regions. Here we report their zircon U-Pb ages and geo chemical data. The intrusive contact relations indicate that granodiorite was formed earlier than the alkalic-monzonite granite (105.9±1.3 Ma) and monzogranite (102.6±1.1 Ma). These suggest that the Queershan composite granitic pluton was formed through three-stage magmatic events. The alkalic-monzonite granite (105.9±1.3 Ma) and monzogranite (102.6±1.1 Ma) are characterized by high SiO2 (73.5%-77.7%), KzO+Na20 (6.9%-8.5%), Ga/AI ratios (2.6-3.4) and low A1203 (11.8%-14.5%), CaO (0.25%-1.5%), MgO (0.18%-0.69%), negative Ba, Sr and Eu anomalies, showing A-type granite affinities. The granodi- orite exhibits lower SiO2, P205 and K20+Na20 contents, but higher A1203, CaO and MgO contents than alkalic-monzonite granite and monzogranite, showing I-type granite affinity. 176Hff177Hf ratios of the alkalic-monzonite granite and the monzogranite are 0.282692-0.282749 and 0.282685-0.282765, respectively, and with similar cHf(t) values (-0.56 to 1.43 and -0.87 to 1.90 respectively). They also present similar T1-M2 model ages (1.04-1.22 and 1.07-1.2 Ga respectively), indicating they may be sourced from a similar rock source, mostly like Kangding Complex. The homogeneity of the Hf isotopic compositions and the absence of the MMEs demonstrate that little depleted mantle materials have contributed to the source. We propose that the Mesoproterozoic crust materials of the Yangtze Craton exist beneath the Yidun arc terrane and support it was a dismembered part of the Yangtze Craton. The A-type granites of Queershan composite granitic pluton are most probably related to the clo- sure of the Bangong-Nujiang Tethys ocean.展开更多

The leucogranite comprised biotite granite, two-mica/muscovite granite, tourmaline granite and garnet granite, which have been identified in previous studies, as well as albite granite and granitic pegmatite that were identified in this investigation. Fifteen leucogranite plutons were studied and 12 were found to contain rare-metal bearing minerals such as beryl(the representative of Be mineralization), columbite-group minerals, tapiolite, pyrochlore-microlite, fergusonite, Nb-Ta rutile(the representative of Nb-Ta mineralization), and cassiterite(the representative of Sn mineralization) mainly based on the field trip,microscope observation and microprobe analysis. The preliminary result shows that the Himalayan leucogranite is commonly related to the rare-metal mineralization and warrants future investigation. Further exploration and intensive research work is important in determining the rare-metal resource potential of this area.展开更多

In this paper we report results of petrologic, geochronological and geochemical investigations on the Huashiban granites from the Ailaoshan tectonic zone in western Yunnan (SW China). Zircon grains separated from the two samples (10HH-119A and 10HH-120A) yield the weighted mean 206pb/238u ages of 229.9 ± 2.0 Ma and 229.3 ± 2.3 Ma, respectively, interpreted as the crystallization ages of the granites. Based on our results, in combination with the existing U-Pb geochronological data for the Ailaoshan metamorphic rocks, we propose that the Ai- laoshan Group might be a rock complex composed of the Mesoproterozoic, Neoproterozoic, Hercynian, Indosinian and Hima- layan components, rather than a part of the crystalline basement of the Yangtze block. The zircon grains show highly depleted Lu-Hf isotope compositions, with positive eHf(t) values ranging from 8.4 to 13.1. The Huashiban granites have high SiO2 (72.66 wt%-73.70 wt%), low Mg# (0.28-0.34) with A/CNK=1.01-1.05, and can be classified as peralumious high-K calc-alkaline I-type granites. A synthesis of these data indicates that the Ailaoshan tectonic zone had evolved into a post-collisional setting by the Late-Triassic (229 Ma). Genesis of the Huashiban high εNd(t)-εHf(t) granites involved into two processes: (1) underplating of the sub-arc mantle into the lower crust, and (2) remelting of the juvenile crustal materials in re- sponse to the upwelling of the asthenospheric mantle in the post-collisional setting.展开更多

The zygomorphism of corolla and androecium is derived from quicker growth of the upper lip of corolla and delay in development of the staminode. Initiation of sepal primordia and their development are not consistent in order; the order of initiation is from adaxial central primordium, abaxial two primordia and finally lateral two primordia, while the order of development is first adaxial central sepal, lateral two and finally abaxial two. Sepals are valvate in flower bud. Initiation of corolla lobe primordia and their development are consistent in order, i.e. first abaxial central lobe (central lobe of the lower lip), lateral two (lateral two lobes of the lower lip) and finally adaxial two (two lobes of the upper lip). The aestivation of corolla is imbricate, and the order from outside to inside is the central lobe of the lower lip, lateral two of the lower lip, and finally two of the upper lip or lateral two lobes of the lower lip, two of the upper lip and central one of the lower lip. Stamen primordia are alternate to the corolla lobe primordia, with the anterior two primordia later than the posterior two in initiation; staminode primordium is simultaneous with the posterior two in initiation, but smaller, and opposite to the adaxial carpel (upper lip of stigma). Compared to the patterns of floral organogenesis of Rehmannia (Scrophulariaceae), Whytockia and Rhynchoglossum (Gesneriaceae), the present authors found that the floral organogenesis is diverse and does not form two distinct patterns among these four genera. Based on the results we tend to consider that the conventional demarcation between the Scrophulariaceae and Gesneriaceae using number of ovary locules (two vs one) and placentation (axile vs parietal) is questionable.

文摘[Objective] The aim was to learn the resistance of different tissues and organs of transgenic cotton to Spodoptera exigua (Hbner). [Method] Flowers,the 1st,the 3rd,the 6th and the 14th leaves from the top of 33B,GK12 and SGK321 were used to feed S. exigua neonates respectively. Survival larvae and dead ones were counted on the 3rd,the 7th,the 10th,the 16th and the 19th day; meanwhile,the pupae amount was recorded,and the pupae weight was measured at the 24th h after pupation. [Result] The survival curves,pupation rates and pupae weights of S. exigua feeding on different tissues of transgenic cotton were not significantly different from those of S. exigua feeding on the corresponding tissues of conventional cotton; pupation rate of S. exigua feeding on different leaves of the same cotton variety were not significantly different from each other,but all higher than that of S. exigua feeding on the flowers of that cotton; and there were no differences among pupation weights of S. exigua feeding on different leaves or flowers of the same cotton variety. [Conclusion] Transgenic cotton showed weak resistance to S. exigua. Hence,in the transgenic cotton fields,more attention should be paid to occurrence trend of S. exigua and its control.
文摘A population of 240 recombinant inbred lines (RIL) was derived from a cross between Japonica rice cultivar TD70 and Indica cultivar Kasalath, and their linkage map including 141 SSR markers was used to locate the QTLs controlling the length of dehiscence at the basal part of thecae (LDBT). Then, the correlations between LDBT and other agronomic traits of rice were analyzed. Two QTLs con- trolling LDBT were mapped on chromosome 6 and 8, respectively, qLDBT6 was mapped between RM3 and RM3628 markers on chromosome 6 with a LOD value of 3.23, contribution rate of 6.18% and additive effect of 17.74%. qLDBT8 was mapped between RM1376-RM4085 markers on chromosome 8 with a LOD value 2.95, contribution rate of 8.00% and additive effect of 20.09%. This domain probably had a relationship with the sterility of rice. The LDBT of RILs had extremely signifi- cant positive correlations with flag leaf width, 1 000-grain weight, grain width, grain length and grain thickness, but no significant correlations with other agronomic traits, such as plant height, heading date, tiller number, flag leaf length, average and the maximum temperature during heading period or rice.
文摘Recent studies on leaf development demonstrate that the mechanism on the adaxial-abaxial polarity pattern formation could be well conserved among the far-related species, in which PHANTASTICA (PAHN)-Iike genes play important roles. In this study, we explored the conservation and diversity on functions of PHAN-Iike genes during the compound leaf development in Lotusjaponicus, a papilionoid legume. Two PHAN-Iike genes in L. japonicus, LjPHANa and LjPHANb, were found to originate from a gene duplication event and displayed different expression patterns during compound leaf development. Two mutants, reduced leafletsl (rell) and reduced leaflets3 (rel3), which exhibited decreased adaxial identity of leaflets and reduced leaflet initiation, were identified and investigated. The expression patterns of both LjPHANs in rel mutants were altered and correlated with abnormalities of compound leaves. Our data suggest that LjPHANa and LjPHANb play important but divergent roles in regulating adaxial-abaxial polarity of compound leaves in L. japonicus.

文摘Although rare earth elements(REEs)in magmatic zircons have been widely used to identify the type and compositional evolution of host rocks,REE distribution patterns during the chemical alteration of zircons need clarification.We investigated REE characteristics in zircons with different degrees of chemical weathering through systematic observation of a granodiorite-weathering profile in southeast China.Despite the relatively stable provenance of the studied profile(zircon U–Pb ages are95.2±4.8 Ma),the zircon REEs exhibited systematic differences in abundance and fractionation patterns from the bedrock to upper layers,e.g.∑PREE,(LREE/HREE)_(CN),and Ce/Ce*.This evidence suggests chemical alteration of zircons during intensive chemical weathering and an expected influence on REE variability in the weathered products due to the presence of REE-bearing minerals.

文摘Objective To establish and evaluate a hypercoagulable animal model for the assessment of anticoagulants. Methods Forty mice, thirty-two rats, and twenty-four rabbits were randomly and equally divided into control group (saline) and three ellagic acid (EA)-treated groups (low, middle, and high doses). In the mice, bleeding time (BT) was estimated with tail transaction, and clotting time (CT) with template method. Prothrombin time (PT) and the activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) in rats and rabbits were measured by means of Quick's one-stage assay and modified APTT assay respectively. In addition, thrombin activity was estimated in rats with PT assay using a hemagglutination analyzer. The circulating platelet aggregates were de- tected in rabbits through platelet counting and presented as the circulating platelet aggregate ratio (CPAR). Results EA shortened BT and CT in mice, PT and APTT in rats, and increased thrombin activity and CPAR, all in a dose-dependent manner. EA also brought reduction of PT and APTT in rabbits in dose- and time-dependent manners. Conclusion EA could induce hypercoagulable state through activating coagulation system and platelets in mice, rats, and rabbits.
文摘Through the Algerian orchid flora, several rare species remain endemic in the Maghreb. This note on the orchids will enrich the already existing data on the area of Tlemcen. Currently, the coexistence of orchids and species (such as Quercus faginea subsp. tlemcenensis (DC.) M., Lonicera implexa L. and Ruscus aculeatus L.) indicates an ecological environment of dominant forest. Nevertheless, the significant frequency of fires and human pressure is leading to erosion of this area orchids richness. This work enabled us to establish a complete inventory of the orchids species that exist, with an estimate of the populations and a taxon illustration for each of them. Fourteen species (14) were indexed, during the period of spring 2011 only, in this reserve and the scoured areas which do not exceed 2000 ha, representing 29% of the total Algerian orchids species. Among the rare taxa signed ourselves: Ophrys subfusca subsp. battandieri (Rchb.) Batt. and Dactylorhiza durandii (Boiss. and Reuter) M. Lainz in Oranie (O)*
文摘Wise decision-making on resource allocation and intervention targeting for soil management cannot rely solely on trial and error methods and field observations used by small-scale farmers: cost-effective soil fertility survey methods are needed. This study aimed to test the applicability of infrared spectroscopy (IR) as a diagnostic screening tool for making soil fertility recommendations in small-scale production systems. Soil fertility survey of 150 small-scale groundnut farms in western Kenya was conducted using a spatially stratified random sampling strategy. Soil properties examined were pH in water (pHw), total carbon (C), total nitrogen (N), extractable phosphorus (P), exchangeable potassium (K), calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg) and texture. These properties were calibrated to mid-infrared (MIR) diffuse reflectance using partial least square regression (PLSR). Cross-validated coefficient of determination (r2) values obtained from calibration models were 〉 0.80 for all properties, except P and K with 0.66 and 0.50 respectively. Soil nutritional deficiencies were evaluated using critical nutrient limits based on IR predictions and composite soil fertility indices (SFIs) developed from the soil properties using principal component analysis. The SFIs were calibrated to MIR soil spectral reflectance with cross-validated r: values 〉 0.80. The survey showed that 56% of the groundnut farms had severe soil nutrient constraints for production, especially exchangeable Ca, available P and organic matter. IR can provide a robust tool for farm soil fertility assessment and recommendation systems when backed up by conventional reference analyses. However, further work is required to test direct calibration of crop responses to spectral indicators and to improve prediction of extractable P and K tests.

文摘On top of Shigujian Peak(1477 m a.s.l.) of the Dayangshan Mountain in Jinyun County, Zhejiang Province, large amounts of granite pits with diameters ranging from several dozens of centimeters to around one meter and depth from 10 cm to 45 cm are found on rock surface.These pits mainly appear on the NE and SE sides, and their drainage mouths are in the same direction.The identification results through micropolariscope and X-ray fluorescence spectrometer reveal that bedrock of pits is from middle to fine-grained moyite being apt to be weathered and modified.In Dayangshan region the annual mean temperature is 9.2℃ and annual precipitation is over 1700 mm.On the one hand, there always experiences a period of periglacial action with temperature oscillating near 0℃ for 4 months, i.e., from December to March next year.As a consequence, the freezing-thawing cycles may be remarkable to disintegrate the bedrock.On the other hand, the windward slope of Shigujian Peak meets typhoon of over force 10 on the Beaufort scale in summer, therefore, the blowing makes suspending sands or pebbles grind in swirling form.Based on field investigation and periglacial geomorphic theory, the pits on top of Shigujian Peak are attributed to freez-ing-thawing of periglacial action.Meanwhile, storm and strong wind accelerate the process.Observation shows that both the actions are still undergoing and variant directions of wind are the main cause for making different shapes of the pits.Because the top of Shigujian is 1500 m lower than the present snow line, some scholars considered that"glacial pothole"formed in the Quaternary is hard to work, even though in the Last Glacial Maximum(LGM).
文摘Plum is the major fruit species in the area of North Montenegro. Over a long period of growing in this region, autochthonous cultivars adapted, and have been achieving satisfactory results, despite poor growing conditions. A study conducted over a period of three years in a North Montenegro region included in situ identification of autochthonous plum cultivars. Observation and recording of their phenological and pomological traits were performed using International Board for Plant Genetic Resources (IBPGR) and International union for the Protection of New Varieties of plants (UPOV) methodologies. Eighteen cultivars derived from Prunusdomestica L. and two cultivars derived from P. insititia L. were identified. Flowering started between March 26th and April 12th and fruit ripening between 13th of July (Petrovaca) and 18th September (Trnovaca). Fruit weight ranged from 6.65 g ± 0.235 g to 53.88 g ± 0.654 g respectively and stone weight from 0.16 g ±0.003 g to 2.20 g ± 0.711 g. The cultivars were classified as being extremely small in terms of fruit size, except for cvs Crvenadurgulja (big fruit size). Rounded fruit shape and light green ground color were dominant. Skin color ranged from amber to black. Yellow green was a dominant flesh color and medium flesh firmness predominated. The fruits of the above cultivars could be processed, particularly into plum brandy, or they could be used fresh or dried. The selected plum cultivars can be used in breeding programmes, as rootstocks as well as in further disease related systematic studies under field and laboratory conditions.
文摘In the study, Southwest peony varieties group of Paeonia suffruticosa "Hongdan Lan" were analyzed, test was mainly divided into two parts, one is the nature of the low temperature, through the external environment is mainly (temperature, light) gibberellin and nutrition solution regulation, on the Tianpeng peony florescence control technological research. The second is to explore the flower forcing peony after anthesis regeneration technique. The main research results: comprehensive gibberellin peony flower induction of morphological and physiological indexes, such as gibberellin concentration of 150 mgFL and 200 mg/L the effect of flower induction was better than the other treatments; gibberelin (GA3) breaking the dormancy of the peony to blossom ahead of time has the promoter action, also has certain effect on nutritional growth; to premature flowering the abscisic acid (ABA) has opposite effect; whereas auxin (IAA) and corn (ZT) effect was not obvious; rejuvenation results showed that after a year of conservation and managemental measures, flower induction after the flower of peony played a very important role in the restoration. After the winter flower induction, peony flowerpot of soil hardening, through the soil replacement, repair of roots, flower peony recovery showed a very significant effect.

文摘The southern Jiangxi Province(SJP) and northern Jiangxi-southern Anhui provinces(NJSAP) are the two most important tungsten metallogenic districts in South China. The SJP district is a well-known tungsten producer in South China where distributes several ore concentrated areas such as the "Chongyi-Dayu-Shangyou", "Yudu" and "Longnan-Quanan-Dingnan"areas, with many large and super large tungsten deposits including the famous Xihuashan, Piaotang, Pangushan and Dajishan deposits. In recent years, major prospecting breakthrough for W-polymetallic resources has been made in the NJSAP district.Several large and super large W-Cu(Mo) deposits, such as the Dahutang, Zhuxi, Dongyuan and Baizhangyan deposits, are discovered. These deposits are all genetically associated with the Yanshanian(Mesozoic) granitic magmatism. In this study, a systematic comparison of the temporal and spatial distribution, petrology, geochronology, and geochemical characteristics of the tungsten-bearing granites between the SJP and NJSAP districts has been made, with an aim to improving the understanding of the petrogenesis of the granites and associated metal enrichment mechanisms in the two tungsten ore districts in South China. The following conclusions can be drawn:(1) The ages of the tungsten-bearing granites and associated mineralization are different in the two districts, in the SJP district the ages are mainly concentrated in 165–150 Ma, whereas in the NJSAP district it displays two age periods, one is 150–140 Ma(Late Jurassic-Early Cretaceous), and the other is 135–120 Ma(Early Cretaceous).(2) The tungsten-bearing granites from both the NJSAP and SJP districts are highly fractionated granitic rocks, but the SJP granites have experienced higher degree of fractional crystallization and more extensive fluid metasomatism than the NJSAP granites.(3) The petrogeneses of the tungsten-bearing granites from the two districts are different, those from the NJSAP district originated from partial melting of less mature sandstone-mudstone intercalated with meta-volcanic rocks of the Neoproterozoic Shuangqiaoshan Group which are both W and Cu enriched, in contrast those from the SJP district were likely derived from the highly mature,clay-rich mudstones of the Mesoproterozoic age which are only W enriched. In summary, the different source rocks with different metal enrichment features and different magmatic evolution and fractional degrees for the granites in the two districts might be the key factors that controlled the different matallogenic characteristics of tungsten ore deposits in the two districts in South China.

文摘Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy and action mechanism of abdominal acupuncture plus plum-blossom needle tapping for primary insomnia. Methods: A total of 66 eligible cases were randomly allocated into an observation group(n=33) and a control group(n=33). Cases in the observation group received abdominal acupuncture plus plum-blossom needle tapping, whereas cases in the control group received abdominal acupuncture alone. After 2, 6 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after end of treatment, the patients in both groups were evaluated using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI) and measure your medical outcome profile(MYMOP) based on the patients' self-report. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 90.9% in the observation group, versus 63.6% in the control group, showing a statistical difference(P〈0.05). After 6 weeks of treatment, there were no between-group statistical differences in total effective rate(P〈0.05). After 6 weeks, the sleep quality and efficiency scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group. Four weeks after end of treatment, the scores of sleep quality and MYMOP in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Abdominal acupuncture plus plum-blossom needle tapping can obtain fast, accurate effect for primary insomnia and improve patients' sleep quality and efficiency.

文摘The Queershan composite granitic pluton is located in the north of the late Paleozoic Yidun arc collision-orogenic belt, eastern Tibetan Plateau. The main rock types are coarse-grained porphyritic alkalic-monzonite granite with minor fine-grained porphyritic monzogranite and granodiorite distributed in the eastern and southwestern regions. Here we report their zircon U-Pb ages and geo chemical data. The intrusive contact relations indicate that granodiorite was formed earlier than the alkalic-monzonite granite (105.9±1.3 Ma) and monzogranite (102.6±1.1 Ma). These suggest that the Queershan composite granitic pluton was formed through three-stage magmatic events. The alkalic-monzonite granite (105.9±1.3 Ma) and monzogranite (102.6±1.1 Ma) are characterized by high SiO2 (73.5%-77.7%), KzO+Na20 (6.9%-8.5%), Ga/AI ratios (2.6-3.4) and low A1203 (11.8%-14.5%), CaO (0.25%-1.5%), MgO (0.18%-0.69%), negative Ba, Sr and Eu anomalies, showing A-type granite affinities. The granodi- orite exhibits lower SiO2, P205 and K20+Na20 contents, but higher A1203, CaO and MgO contents than alkalic-monzonite granite and monzogranite, showing I-type granite affinity. 176Hff177Hf ratios of the alkalic-monzonite granite and the monzogranite are 0.282692-0.282749 and 0.282685-0.282765, respectively, and with similar cHf(t) values (-0.56 to 1.43 and -0.87 to 1.90 respectively). They also present similar T1-M2 model ages (1.04-1.22 and 1.07-1.2 Ga respectively), indicating they may be sourced from a similar rock source, mostly like Kangding Complex. The homogeneity of the Hf isotopic compositions and the absence of the MMEs demonstrate that little depleted mantle materials have contributed to the source. We propose that the Mesoproterozoic crust materials of the Yangtze Craton exist beneath the Yidun arc terrane and support it was a dismembered part of the Yangtze Craton. The A-type granites of Queershan composite granitic pluton are most probably related to the clo- sure of the Bangong-Nujiang Tethys ocean.

文摘The Himalayan leucogranite occurs as two extensive(>1000 km) E-W trending belts on the Tibetan Plateau with the unique features. The leucogranite comprised biotite granite, two-mica/muscovite granite, tourmaline granite and garnet granite, which have been identified in previous studies, as well as albite granite and granitic pegmatite that were identified in this investigation. Fifteen leucogranite plutons were studied and 12 were found to contain rare-metal bearing minerals such as beryl(the representative of Be mineralization), columbite-group minerals, tapiolite, pyrochlore-microlite, fergusonite, Nb-Ta rutile(the representative of Nb-Ta mineralization), and cassiterite(the representative of Sn mineralization) mainly based on the field trip,microscope observation and microprobe analysis. The preliminary result shows that the Himalayan leucogranite is commonly related to the rare-metal mineralization and warrants future investigation. Further exploration and intensive research work is important in determining the rare-metal resource potential of this area.

文摘High εNd(t)-εHf(t) granites are robust evidence for crustal growth. In this paper we report results of petrologic, geochronological and geochemical investigations on the Huashiban granites from the Ailaoshan tectonic zone in western Yunnan (SW China). Zircon grains separated from the two samples (10HH-119A and 10HH-120A) yield the weighted mean 206pb/238u ages of 229.9 ± 2.0 Ma and 229.3 ± 2.3 Ma, respectively, interpreted as the crystallization ages of the granites. Based on our results, in combination with the existing U-Pb geochronological data for the Ailaoshan metamorphic rocks, we propose that the Ai- laoshan Group might be a rock complex composed of the Mesoproterozoic, Neoproterozoic, Hercynian, Indosinian and Hima- layan components, rather than a part of the crystalline basement of the Yangtze block. The zircon grains show highly depleted Lu-Hf isotope compositions, with positive eHf(t) values ranging from 8.4 to 13.1. The Huashiban granites have high SiO2 (72.66 wt%-73.70 wt%), low Mg# (0.28-0.34) with A/CNK=1.01-1.05, and can be classified as peralumious high-K calc-alkaline I-type granites. A synthesis of these data indicates that the Ailaoshan tectonic zone had evolved into a post-collisional setting by the Late-Triassic (229 Ma). Genesis of the Huashiban high εNd(t)-εHf(t) granites involved into two processes: (1) underplating of the sub-arc mantle into the lower crust, and (2) remelting of the juvenile crustal materials in re- sponse to the upwelling of the asthenospheric mantle in the post-collisional setting.
