A study was conducted to analyze the deformation mechanism of strongly weathered quartz schist in the Daliangshan Tunnel,located in the western Transverse Mountain area.A large deformation problem was experienced during the tunnel construction.To mitigate this problem,a support system was designed incorporating negative Poisson ratio(NPR)anchor cables with negative Poisson ratio effect.Physical model experiments,field experiments,and numerical simulation experiments were conducted to investigate the compensation mechanical behavior of NPR anchor cables.The large deformations of soft rocks in the Daliangshan Tunnel are caused by a high ground stress,a high degree of joint fracture development,and a high degree of surrounding rock fragmentation.A compensation mechanics support system combining long and short NPR anchor cables was suggested to provide sufficient counter-support force(approximately 350 kN)for the surrounding rock inside the tunnel.Comparing the NPR anchor cable support system with the original support system used in the Daliangshan tunnel showed that an NPR anchor cable support system,combining cables of 6.3 m and 10.3 m in length,effectively prevented convergence of surrounding rock deformation,and the integrated settlement convergence value remained below 300 mm.This study provides an effective scientific basis for resolving large deformation problems in deeply buried soft rocks in western transverse mountain areas. 展开更多

Engineering shallow,large-span rock tunnels challenges deformation control and escalates construction costs.This study investigates the excavation compensation method(ECM)and its associated technologies to address these issues.Utilizing five key technologies,the ECM effectively modulates radial stress post-excavation,redistributes stress in the surrounding rock,and eliminates tensile stress at the excavation face.Pre-tensioning measures further enhance the rock’s residual strength,establishing a new stability equilibrium.Field tests corroborate the method’s effectiveness,demonstrating a crown settlement reduction of 3–8 mm,a nearly 50%decrease compared to conventional construction approaches.Additionally,material consumption and construction duration were reduced by approximately 30%–35%and 1.75 months per 100 m,respectively.Thus,the ECM represents a significant innovation in enhancing the stability and construction efficiency of large-span rock tunnels,marking a novel contribution to the engineering field. 展开更多

在党中央提出加强生态文明建设的重要背景下,本文采用多时点双重差分模型分析了文明城市建设能否促进企业绿色创新,并探究其作用机制与经济后果。研究结果表明,文明城市建设能够显著提升当地企业的绿色创新水平。机制检验发现,文明城市... 在党中央提出加强生态文明建设的重要背景下,本文采用多时点双重差分模型分析了文明城市建设能否促进企业绿色创新,并探究其作用机制与经济后果。研究结果表明,文明城市建设能够显著提升当地企业的绿色创新水平。机制检验发现,文明城市建设对企业绿色创新的作用机理主要表现为政府规制的“倒逼”效应和政府支持的“补偿”效应。随着地区制度质量、企业资本储备和高管素质的提高,文明城市建设对企业绿色创新的促进作用得到增强。经济后果方面,文明城市建设通过促进企业绿色创新,显著提升了企业社会绩效,推动了企业的高质量发展。研究结论从微观层面补充了文明城市建设政策对企业绿色创新的溢出效应,从理论层面为利用政策工具完善我国绿色创新体系、推动社会主义生态文明建设提供了新的经验证据。 展开更多

"联合购买住房"即由夫妻一方的个人资金和夫妻双方的共有资金购置的房屋,它给夫妻离婚时人民法院判决分割夫妻共同财产带来巨大的挑战。目前,《婚姻法解释(三)》第十条第二款对此已有规定。在属性上,它被认定为部分所有权归夫妻一方、剩余部分归夫妻双方,其理由是它系利用两类资金所购。从立法角度看,定性应设置某些例外。在估价上,归属夫妻双方的部分是,夫妻双方清偿的资金占总款项的比例乘以离婚时房屋的市场价。从立法角度看,它应为经过折算的夫妻双方清偿的资金占实际出资的比例乘以利润。在分割方法上,实际分割和变价分割受到排斥,而且原则上应判给支付首付方配偶。从立法角度看,实际分割和变价分割应被保留,判决作价补偿时应照顾抚养子女方、无过错方、女方。 展开更多

To prevent sub-harmonic oscillation and improve the stability and load capacity of the system,a piecewise linear slope compensation circuit is designed. Compared with the traditional design, this circuit provides a compensation signal whose slope varies from different duty cycles at - 40-85℃ ,and reduces the negative effect of slope compensation on the system's load capacity and transient response. A current mode PWM Boost DC-DC converter employing this slope compensation circuit is implemented in a UMC 0.6μm-BCD process. The results indicate that the circuit works well and effectively,and the load capacity is increased by 20%. The chip area of the piecewise linear slope compensation circuit is 0.01mm^2 ,which consumes only 8μA quiescent current,and the efficiency ranges up to 93%. 展开更多

The inertial measurement unit (IMU) is composed of those sensors. It is necessary to calibrate the sensors to obtain their error model coefficients of IMU. A bandgap voltage reference is presented with a piecewise linear compensating circuit in order to reduce the temperature coefficient.The basic principle is to divide the whole operating temperature range into some sub ranges.At different temperature sub ranges the bandgap reference can be compensated by different linear functions.Since the temperature sub range is much narrower than the whole range,the compensation error can be reduced significantly.Theoretically,the precision can be improved unlimitedly if the sub ranges are narrow enough.In the given example,with only three temperature sub ranges,the temperature coefficient of a conventional bandgap reference drops from 1 5×10 -5 /℃ to 2×10 -6 /℃ over the -40℃ to 120℃ temperature range. 展开更多

The principles and practical issues are complex in ecological compensation, and the corresponding object, entity, financial system of ecological compensation are the keys to set up compensation mechanism, and studying of ecosystem service function and ecological footprint calculation are important ways to quantitatively assess ecological compensation, and are also important foundations for establishing calculation system of green GDP. Advocating the benefit compensation mechanism of ecological economy and enclosing ecological compensation principle are important ways for establishing the new environmental management pattern and manifesting social justice and the ecological civilization ideas. For relatively preserving SNR while enhancing resolution, the signal purity spectrum is introduced, estimated, and used to define the desired output amplitude spectrum after deconvolution. Since a real reflectivity series is blue rather than white, the effects of white reflectivity hypothesis on wavelets are experimentally analyzed and color compensation is applied after spectrum whitening. Experiments on real seismic data indicate that the cascade of the two processing stages can improve the ability of seismic data to delineate the geological details. 展开更多
