In order to study the uplifting effect of compensation grouting on ground surface and the upper structures,the ground heave induced by stratum expansion was considered as a stochastic process and the stochastic medium...In order to study the uplifting effect of compensation grouting on ground surface and the upper structures,the ground heave induced by stratum expansion was considered as a stochastic process and the stochastic medium theory was applied to determine the heave and deformation of ground surface under uniform and non-uniform expansion models of spherical grout bulb.The corresponding calculating formulas and simplified methods were derived based on the hypotheses of radial expansion.Then,a numerical model,in which radial velocity was imposed on the outer nodes of grout bulb to simulate the expansion process reaching a required volume strain,was established simultaneously.This new method avoids repeated trial calculation needed in the traditional method which applies a "fictitious" expanding pressure in the grouting elements.The results show that the numerical solutions have good consistency with the theoretical ones.Meanwhile,though the heave resulting from non-uniform expansion is larger than that from uniform expansion for shallow grouting,both of them tend to be convergent with the increasing of grouting depth.展开更多

However, the main question needs to he solved is to design a motivational compensation system which not only have competence when compared with other companies but also have cohesive force for the staffand can evaluate them fairly. Salary should not just be the cost of paying for worker's labor but should have more functions to introduct them to obey orders and stimulate their activities. This essay has some reference to enrich the motivational compensation system by discussing the motivational plans in different period of a company and analyzing the actual working operation. This essay aims at applying present compensation theory to small and medium-sized enterprises to get some beneficial discoveries, concluding a compensation dcsign system which suits for the traits of small and medium-sized enterprises from the strategic level and technical level. For multiple grid-connected inverters with active filter function,it makes sense to regulate every unit to output maximum active power from photovoltaic arrays,as well as eliminate the harmonic due to the non-linear l...For multiple grid-connected inverters with active filter function,it makes sense to regulate every unit to output maximum active power from photovoltaic arrays,as well as eliminate the harmonic due to the non-linear loads connected to the electric networks.Naturally,a centralized control coordination strategy was proposed for the purpose of high facility utilization,good harmonic compensation ability and unwanted overcompensation condition.Based on a vector decoupling control scheme and generalized instantaneous reactive power theory,the solution was to allocate the harmonic eliminating task for every inverter according to the instantaneous power margin of each.The grid current always keeps sinusoidal in spite of non-linear load change and output active power change for any inverter.The simulation results validate the efficacy of the proposed coordination strategy.展开更多

An basic introduction to reactive power theory has been given, together with the optimal capacitance selection theory. There have been presented selected theories application in order to compensate the reactive power in one-phase circuits. The measurement results before the compensation have been discussed and measurement results after compensation of an actual object supplied from an non-sinusoidal voltage source were presented. The algorithms of optimal capacity selection were given, which connected in parallel to the circuit with inductive character will cause current root-mean-square value minimization. The measurement results after applying the reactive power minimization algorithm have shown improvement in compensation of strongly nonlinear receivers supplied with distorted signals.展开更多
