从“Vernehmen”到“觉知”的多重语际翻译:论海德格尔存在论诠释学对形而上学先验意义的解构

在西方诠释学的发展逻辑上,形而上学传统作为对世界本源的意义统摄,为现象界及其道德秩序的构成设定了先验的终极意义。海德格尔存在论诠释学所拒斥的标靶,是对源发于巴门尼德“εῖναι”(Sein/存在)的先验意义给予解构。在《存在与... 在西方诠释学的发展逻辑上,形而上学传统作为对世界本源的意义统摄,为现象界及其道德秩序的构成设定了先验的终极意义。海德格尔存在论诠释学所拒斥的标靶,是对源发于巴门尼德“εῖναι”(Sein/存在)的先验意义给予解构。在《存在与时间》之后,海德格尔于《同一与差异》中的多篇文章进一步论述了他的存在论诠释学思想,以深化地讨论“Sein”与“Dasein”(此在)照面意义所界分的同一性与差异性。海德格尔在翻译巴门尼德那句著名的古希腊文箴言时,把其中的“νοεῖν”德译为“Vernehmen”,并以“Denken”-“思想(思)”作为同位语给予意义的限定性解释,以充分求证了“νοεῖν”“Vernehmen”“Denken”这三个概念在意义上的同一性。国内学者又把“Vernehmen”汉译为“觉知”,而“觉知”则是一个来自佛经《阿毗达摩大毗婆沙论》翻译的汉语译入语概念。事实上,“Vernehmen”与“觉知”是两个不同的文化荷载词,后者对前者的翻译是译者在自觉的误译中呈现出意义改写的创造性。需要提醒文学阐释学研究者注意的是,海德格尔存在论诠释学所照面的对象,是本体界与现象界之间具有同一性或差异性的意义,而不是文本,尤其不是文学文本及其审美意义。 展开更多

Perceptual learning of orientation discrimination was investigated using cats. Two adult cats (Cat 1 and 2) were trained to monocularly discriminate between two static striped sinusoidal grates with 30° orientation difference. After greater than 80% correct performance was reached, cats were then required to monocularly perform a discrimination between two grates with consecutively shifting orientation difference(2°, 4°, 6°, 8°, 10°, 12°, 16°, 20°, 24°, 30°) . The staircase method (two correct-down and one error-up) was applied throughout the training to track the threshold of orientation difference that cats could detect. The performance of detecting grates with varied orientation difference was measured respectively for beth trained and untrained eyes before and after training. Our results showed that the learning effect of discrimination for grates with a fixed orientation difference transferred completely from the trained eye to the untrained eye, whereas the inter-eye transfer for detecting °ates with gradually reducing orientation difference was almost nonegrates. The two opposite learning effects in the same subject strongly suggest that different information processing mechanisms might mediate the learning processes. 展开更多

To investigate quantitatively one of the parametric effects——simultaneous color contrast on color appearance and color difference evaluation in complex displays, a set of center/surround combinations of color stimuli were displayed on a color monitor and the perceived color shifts of test targets induced by its surrounds were measured using binocular matching method while systematically varying hue difference between target and surround. When the hue difference increased, the magnitude of color shift in test target decreased, but the deflection angle of color shift vector from constant hue line increased. Regression analyses of experimental data indicated that the relationship between hue angle difference and the magnitude of perceived color shifts could be described quantitatively by an exponential function, and a linear function could describe quantitative relationship between hue angle difference and deflection angle of color shift vector from constant hue line. 展开更多

AIM: To select the optimal antisense accessible sites of survivin, a highly expressed gene in tumor tissues, in order to explore a novel approach to improve biological therapy of gastric cancer. METHODS: The 20 mer random oligonucleotide library was synthesized, hybridized with in vitro transcribed total survivin cRNA, then digested by RNase H. After primer extension and autoradiography, the antisense accessible sites (AAS) of survivin were selected. Then RNADraw software was used to analyze and choose the AAS with obvious stem-loop structures, according to which the complementary antisense oligonucleotides (AS-ODNs) were synthesized and transferred into survivin highly- expressing gastric cancer cell line MKN-45. Survivin expression was detected by RT-PCR and Western Blotting. Cellular growth activities were assayed by tetrazolium bromide (MTT) colorimetry. Cellular ultrastructure was observed by electronic microscopy, while apoptosis was detected by annexin V-FITC and propidium iodide staining flow cytometry. RESULTS: Thirteen AAS of survivin were selected In vitro. Four AAS with stem-loop structures were chosen, locating at 207-226 bp, 187-206 bp, 126-145 bp and 44-63 bp of survivin cDNA respectively. When compared with non-tranfection controls, their corresponding AS-ODNs (AS-ODN1, AS-ODN2, AS-ODN3 and AS-ODN4) could reduce Survivin mRNA levels in MKN-45 cells by 54.3±±1.1% (t= 6.12, P<0.01), 86.1±±1.0% (t= 5.27, P<0.01), 32.2±±1.3% (t= 7.34, P<0.01) and 56.2±±0.9% (t = 6.45, P<0.01) respectively, while survivin protein levels were decreased by 42.2±±2.5% (t = 6.26, P<0.01), 75.4±±3.1% (t= 7.11, P<0.01), 28.3±±2.0% (t= 6.04, P<0.01) and 45.8±±1.2% (t = 6.38,P<0.01) respectively. After transfection with 600 nmol/L AS-ODN1-AS-ODN4for 24 h, cell growth was inhibited by 28.12±±1.54% (t= 7.62, P<0.01), 38.42±±3.12% (t= 7.75, P<0.01), 21.46±±2.63% (t= 5.94, P<0.01) and 32.12±1.77% (t = 6.17, P<0.01) respectively. Partial cancer cells presented the characteristic morphological changes of apoptosis, with apoptotic rates being 19.31±1.16% (t= 7.16,P<0.01), 29.24±1.94% (t = 8.15,P<0.01), 11.87±0.68% (t = 6.68, P<0.01) and 21.68±2.14% (t = 7.53, P<0.01) respectively. CONCLUSION: The MS of survivin could be effectively selected in vitro by random oligonucleotide library/RNase H cleavage method combined with computer software analysis, this has important reference values for further studying survivin-targeted therapy strategies for gastric cancer. 展开更多

Objective The Müller-Lycr illusion is a visual illusion in which a horizontal shaft with an inward-pointing chevron (fins-out) affixed to each end is perceived longer than a shaft with outward-pointing chevrons (fins-in). The goal of this study was to compare the effects of experience and knowledge about the Müller-Lyer illusion on participants' perceptual precision. Method Participants were undergraduate students (n = 108) who were not familiar with the Müller-Lyer illusion prior to the experiment. The task of participants was to adjust one movable line to make it equal to the other in Müller-Lyer figure. They received ascending and descending Müller-Lyer trials in three blocks with 20 trials each. The Experimental Group received information about the Müller-Lyer illusion prior to the third block. Results For the Experimental Group, the amount of departure in Block 3 was reduced significantly compared with previous blocks. Conclusion Knowledge about the mechanisms underlying visual illusions may play an important role in helping individuals overcome them. 展开更多

The primary goal was to investigate the feasibility of implementing a 12-week structured program of physical activity(PA) incorporating cognitive, social, and emotional elements in preschool. Additionally, this study, using a within-subject design,examined the acute effects of a PA session on classroom engagement and changes on perceived competence and peer acceptance from the first to the last week of the program.Methods: Twenty-seven preschoolers(mean age = 4.2 years) completed the Pictorial Scale of Perceived Competence and Social Acceptance for Young Children before and after a twice-weekly PA program. Unobtrusive classroom observations were conducted for verbal, social, and affective engagement during the first and last week of the program, both following a structured PA session(experimental day) and on a day without PA(control day). Treatment fidelity was monitored to ensure that the intervention was delivered as designed.Results: The children exhibited longer periods of verbal and social engagement during classroom periods that followed PA sessions than on non-PA days. Children also expressed more positive affect following PA sessions during the last week of the PA program. Despite high baseline scores,perceptions of general competence increased meaningfully(η2= 0.15, p = 0.05), driven by increase in perceptions of cognitive competence(η2= 0.15,p = 0.06).Conclusion: This study demonstrates the feasibility of providing structured PA program to preschoolers. Moreover, these initial findings suggest that purposely designed, structured PA may help advance the social–emotional engagement and perceived competence of preschool children. 展开更多

In this paper, based on the unique advantage of human listening ability on objects distinction, the Gammatone filter is taken as the auditory model. In addition, time-frequency perception features and auditory spectral features are extracted for active sonar target echo and bottom reverberation separation. The features of the experimental data have good concentration characteristics in the same class and have a large amount of differences between different classes, which shows that this method can effectively distinguish between the target echo and reverberation. 展开更多

The perception color space HSI in this algorithm is adopted.Three color components of a color image and more potential edge patterns are integrated for solving the feature extraction problem.A fast and automatic threshold technique based on human visual perception model is also developed.The vertical edge projection and horizontal edge projection are adopted for locating left-right boundary of vehicle and top-bottom boundary of vehicle, respectively. Very promising experimental results are obtained using real-time vehicle image sequences, which have confirmed that this proposed location vehicle method is efficient and reliable, and its calculation speed meets the needs of the VRS. 展开更多

In the study, subjects viewed 1-sec-long video clips with a stone ap- proaching straightforward and were required to perceive whether they were able to catch the outline of stone. Peak amplitude of each part was extracted from PO3 electrode located at the occipital region corresponding visual processing and cognition. Three components were conspicuously observed in the periods: 650-800 ms, 800-900 ms and 1150-1250 ms, which were called N310, N480 and N810 in this paper. N310 related to the perception to the initial stage of movement. Movement in- depth could be immediately perceived when initial speed was not less than 3 m/s. N480 related to the perception to acceleration/decel- eration. N810 related to the perception to the point a movement was about to vanish. Sub- jects couldn't perceive the outline with the fi- nal speed more than 3 rn/s. For 3 m/s, subjects were in a dilemma to judge with the detecting rate 54%. Together, component analysis com- bined with behavioral results, it was supposed that 3 m/s to be the threshold to completely perceive the outline. 展开更多

Information was a frequently used concept in many fields of investigation. However, this concept is still not really understood, when it is referred for instance to consciousness and its informational structure. In this paper it is followed the concept of information from philosophical to physics perspective, showing especially how this concept could be extended to matter in general and to the living in particular, as a result of the intimate interaction between matter and information, the human body appearing as a bipolar informed-matter structure. It is detailed on this way how this concept could be referred to consciousness, and an informational modeling of consciousness as an informational system of the human body is presented. Based on the anatomic architecture of the organism and on the inference of the specific information concepts, it is shown that the informational system of the human body could be described by seven informational subsystems, which are reflected in consciousness as corresponding cognitive centers. These results are able to explain the main properties of consciousness, both the cognitive and extra-cognitive properties of the mind, like that observed during the near-death experiences and other similar phenomena. Moreover, the results of such a modeling are compared with the existing empirical concepts and models on the energetic architecture of the organism, showing their relevance for the understanding of consciousness. 展开更多

Methods: Thirteen guinea pigs were studied by the paired (active cognition group. n=10) or unpaired (passive cognition group. n = 3) training with 1 kHz (CS+)and 500 Hz tones (CS- ) and the air puff (US) applied 250 ms after the CS+ onset. Results: In active group. 32 pyramidal cells showed exciting response to the CS+ tone. 16 cells inhibited response and 4 cells revealed no response to the high frequency tone and 18 interneurons almost unchanged. In passive group, the pyramidal cells responded to the tone casually and 10 out of the 13 interneurons remained invariably. Conclusion: The result suggests that the pyramidal cells play a major role in coding auditory information by the networks, and the interneuons may modulate it via forward and feedback. 展开更多

A new vision-based long-distance lane perception and front vehicle location method was developed for decision making of full autonomous vehicles on highway roads,Firstly,a real-time long-distance lane detection approach was presented based on a linear-cubic road model for two-lane highways.By using a novel robust lane marking feature which combines the constraints of intensity,edge and width,the lane markings in far regions were extracted accurately and efficiently.Next,the detected lane lines were selected and tracked by estimating the lateral offset and heading angle of ego vehicle with a Kalman filter,Finally,front vehicles were located on correct lanes using the tracked lane lines,Experiment results show that the proposed lane perception approach can achieve an average correct detection rate of 94.37% with an average false positive detection rate of 0.35%,The proposed approaches for long-distance lane perception and front vehicle location were validated in a 286 km full autonomous drive experiment under real traffic conditions.This successful experiment shows that the approaches are effective and robust enough for full autonomous vehicles on highway roads. 展开更多

To solve the fuzzy and unstable tactile similarity relationship between some sample points in the perception experiment,an improved non-metric multidimensional scaling(INMDS)is proposed in this paper.In view of the inconsistency of each sample s contribution,the maximum marginal decision when constructing the perception space to describe the tactile perception characteristics is also proposed.The corresponding constraints are set according to the degree of similarity,and controlling the relaxation variable factor is proposed to optimize the perception dimension and coordinate measurement.The effectiveness of the INMDS algorithm is verified by two perception experiments.The results show that compared with the metric multidimensional scaling(MDS)and non-metric multidimensional scaling(NMDS)algorithms,the perceptual space constructed by INMDS can more accurately reflect the difference relationship between different leather sample points perceived by people.Moreover,the relative position of sample points in the perceptual space is more consistent with subjective perception results. 展开更多

Hiding efficiency of traditional audio information hiding methods is always low since the sentience similarity cannot be guaranteed. A new audio information hiding method is proposed in this letter which can impose the insensitivity with the audio phase for auditory and realize the information hiding through specific algorithm in order to modify local phase within the auditory perception. The algorithm is to introduce the operation of "set 1" and "set 0" for every phase vectors, then the phases must lie on the boundary of a phase area after modified. If it lies on "1" boundary, it comes by set 1 operation. If it lies on "0" boundary, it comes by set 0 operation. The results show that, compared with the legacy method, the proposed method has better auditory similarity, larger information embedding capacity and lower code error rate. As a kind of blind detect method, it fits for application scenario without channel interference. 展开更多
