First, a...Based on the conflict graph model which is formulated as a binary integer optimization problem, a resource allocation method to support device-to-device (D2D) communications in ceUular networks is proposed. First, a frequency resource assignment algorithm is presented which assigns each D2D link one frequency resource block. For this algorithm, frequency resource blocks are assigned so that the frequency resource spatial reuse opportunities in the cellular networks can be fully exploited. Then a slot scheduling algorithm is presented which schedules time slots among D2D links assigned the same frequency resource block. For this algorithm, time slot resources are scheduled so that the proportional fairness among D2D links which are assigned the same frequency resource block can be achieved. The performance of the proposed method is evaluated via computer simulations. The simulation results show that the proposed method can well support D2D communications in cellular networks.展开更多

For DRA (Dynamical Resource Allocation) with de-allocation mechanism, if a new voice call arrives and finds that all the channels are busy,then one of the GPRS packets which occupy more than one channel for data transmission may release a channel for the new voice call. This paper presents 5 de-allocation mechanisms, i.e.DA-RANDOM, DA-RICHEST, DA-POOREST, DA-OLDEST and DA-YOUNGEST, to select the GPRS packet for releasing the appropriate channel. Simulation results show that DAOLDEST achieves the best performance, especially in packets blocking probability, among all the de-allocation schemes. Although the performance of the proposed de-allocation schemes is not significantly different, they are all much better than that of the scheme without de-allocation.展开更多

With the fast increasing requirements of Mobile Internet services, the Internet and Mobile Networks go to the convergence. Mobile Networks can also get benefits from the SDN evolution to fulfill the 5th Generation (5G) capacity booming. The article implements SDN into Frameless Network Architecture (FNA) for 5G Mobile Network evolution with proposed Mobile-oriented OpenFlow Protocol (MOFP). The Control Plane/User Plane (CP/UP) separation and adaptation strategy is proposed to support the User-Centric scenario in FNA. The traditional Base Station is separated with Central Processing Entity (CPE) and Antenna Element (AE) to perform the OpenFlow and Network Virtualization. The AEs are released as new resources for serving users. The mobile-oriented Service Slicing with different Quality of Service (QoS) classification is proposed and Resource Pooling based Virtualized Radio Resource Management (VRRM) is optimized for the Service Slicing strategy with resource-limited feature in Mobile Networks. To address the joint optimization of power and mode selection under imperfect CSI, we propose an optimal, energy-aware joint power allocation and mode selection(JPAMS) scheme. First, we derive the closed-form solution for the power minimization for both D2 D and cellular links while satisfying different quality of service(Qo S) constraints. Second, we address the mode selection problem in presence of imperfect CSI, based on the derived power allocation. In the proposed strategy, only those users who have the same distance from their base stations can reuse a same subcarrier. This can guarantee the received Carrier-to-Interference ratio (C/I) of each subcarrier to be acceptable as required by system planning. Then by employing different modulation scheme on each subcarrier according to its received C/I, system spectral effi-ciency can be gracefully increased. Analytical and simulation results show that the spectral efficiency is im-proved by 40% without sacrificing the Bit Error Rate (BER) performance and call blocking probability and sys-tem capacity of the proposed strategy is better than conventional systems.展开更多

It shows the place and role of IR in communication with the general market, and the stock exchange market in particular. The study is illustrated with an example of IR in Poland, a relatively new European Union (EU) member state and an emerging market. As can be seen, IR goes beyond the traditionally understood maintenance of communication with the capital market. It is also shown that the main role of IR ought to be the reduction of investment risk and enhancement of the companies' value, which is of particular significance in light of the current globalization of capital markets. It has been found that Polish companies, especially those listed on the Warsaw Securities Exchange (WSE), commonly rely on IR as a means of communication with the environment. And yet, as the results of the analysis show, the quality of that communication is still far from satisfactory, despite efforts undertaken by various external entities to encourage more focus on the development of IR, or understanding of the company's relevant staff of its important role.展开更多

Considering the chall...To meet the increasing demand of wireless broadband applications in future 5G cellular networks, Device-to-Device(D2D) communications serve as a candidate paradigm to improve spectrum efficiency. Considering the challenges after D2 D transmission is introduced for future cellular networks, this paper deals with mode selection and resource allocation issues related with D2 D communications. First, we propose a mode selection scheme which aims at guaranteeing the transmission of cellular users and also considering the potential interference. We analyze the condition under which D2 D underlay mode should be used. Second, we answer the question of "how to effectively reuse cellular resource once underlaying mode is adopted". We further present a resource allocation scheme that focuses on minimizing overall interference as well as a power control method to improve the performance of D2 D systems. Simulation results demonstrate that system parameters greatly affect the switching condition of mode selection and probability of choosing underlay mode. Furthermore, for D2 D underlaying scenario, the proposed resource allocation algorithm guarantees the transmission of cellular users with consideration of transmission requirements of D2 D users. Hence, the proposed scheme can achieve better user experience.展开更多

However, conventional resource allocation approaches in cellular network cannot be directly applied to this kind of special communication environment. A multidomain resource allocation strategy was proposed in the orthogonal frequency-division multiple access(OFDMA) of high-speed. By analyzing the effect of Doppler shift, sub-channels, antennas, time slots and power were jointly considered to maximize the energy efficiency under the constraint of total transmission power. For the purpose of reducing the computational complexity, noisy chaotic neural network algorithm was used to solve the above optimization problem. The bits and power allocation model of adaptive power-rate mixture for multi-user multi-server power-line communication systems was analyzed with the restrictions of maximal total power,fixed rate for each real time (...The bits and power allocation model of adaptive power-rate mixture for multi-user multi-server power-line communication systems was analyzed with the restrictions of maximal total power,fixed rate for each real time (RT) user,minimal rate for each non-real time (NRT) user,maximal bits and power for each subcarrier in each orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol. An algorithm of resource dynamic allocation in the first OFDM symbol of each frame and resource optimal adjustment in the latter OFDM symbol of each frame was proposed. In the first OFDM symbol of every frame,resource is firstly assigned for RT users so as to minimize their total used power until satisfying their fixed rates; secondly the remainder resource of power and subcarriers are assigned for NRT users so as to minimize their total used power until satisfying their minimal rates also; lastly the remainder resource is again assigned for NRT users according to the proportional fairness strategy so as to maximize their total assigning rate. In the latter OFDM symbol of each frame,bits are swapped and power is adjusted for every user based on the resource allocation results of anterior OFDM symbol. The algorithm is tested in the typical power-line channel scenarios and the simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm has better performances than the classical multi-user resource allocation algorithms and it realizes the multiple aims of multi-user multi-server resource allocation for power-line communication systems.展开更多

文摘To meet the increasing demand of wireless broadband applications in future 5G cellular networks, Device-to-Device(D2D) communications serve as a candidate paradigm to improve spectrum efficiency. Considering the challenges after D2 D transmission is introduced for future cellular networks, this paper deals with mode selection and resource allocation issues related with D2 D communications. First, we propose a mode selection scheme which aims at guaranteeing the transmission of cellular users and also considering the potential interference. We analyze the condition under which D2 D underlay mode should be used. Second, we answer the question of "how to effectively reuse cellular resource once underlaying mode is adopted". We further present a resource allocation scheme that focuses on minimizing overall interference as well as a power control method to improve the performance of D2 D systems. Simulation results demonstrate that system parameters greatly affect the switching condition of mode selection and probability of choosing underlay mode. Furthermore, for D2 D underlaying scenario, the proposed resource allocation algorithm guarantees the transmission of cellular users with consideration of transmission requirements of D2 D users. Hence, the proposed scheme can achieve better user experience.

文摘High-speed train communication system is a typical high-mobility wireless communication network. Resource allocation problem has a great impact on the system performance. However, conventional resource allocation approaches in cellular network cannot be directly applied to this kind of special communication environment. A multidomain resource allocation strategy was proposed in the orthogonal frequency-division multiple access(OFDMA) of high-speed. By analyzing the effect of Doppler shift, sub-channels, antennas, time slots and power were jointly considered to maximize the energy efficiency under the constraint of total transmission power. For the purpose of reducing the computational complexity, noisy chaotic neural network algorithm was used to solve the above optimization problem. Simulation results showed that the proposed resource allocation method had a better performance than the traditional strategy.

文摘The mainstream approaches to green networking are discussed first from the view of engineering,including resource consolidation,server virtualization,selective connectedness,and proportional computing.A brief introduction to network virtualization techniques is given then and a virtual node embedding approach is provided.Finally,three kinds of enhanced green networking schemes by network virtualization are proposed,that is enhancement to sever virtualization,resource consolidation and Adaptive Link Rate(ALR).Examples are included to show the virtue of network virtualization to green networking in terms of energy efficient communications.

文摘The pursuit of high data rate and assurance of quality of experience(QoE) for end users represent the main goals of future wireless communication systems.By introducing MOS(Mean Opinion Score) based assessment models for different types of applications,this paper proposed novel QoE-oriented radio resource allocation(RRA) algorithms for multiuser-multiservice femtocell networks.An optimal QoE-oriented RRA strategy is first analyzed using time-sharing method which is applicable to best effort applications.RRA algorithms based on the cross-layer architecture are then proposed for all types of applications by considering parameters extracted from different layers of networking protocols.In the proposed algorithms,a priority mechanism is employed to ensure fairness.Simulation results show that the proposed algorithms can significantly improve the overall perceived quality from the users' perspective in comparison with traditional Quality of Service(QoS)oriented algorithms.

Digital library management directly reflects a country' s level of a regional knowledge economy and information industry development, and digital network resource management in the book gradually dominates.

文摘The bits and power allocation model of adaptive power-rate mixture for multi-user multi-server power-line communication systems was analyzed with the restrictions of maximal total power,fixed rate for each real time (RT) user,minimal rate for each non-real time (NRT) user,maximal bits and power for each subcarrier in each orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol. An algorithm of resource dynamic allocation in the first OFDM symbol of each frame and resource optimal adjustment in the latter OFDM symbol of each frame was proposed. In the first OFDM symbol of every frame,resource is firstly assigned for RT users so as to minimize their total used power until satisfying their fixed rates; secondly the remainder resource of power and subcarriers are assigned for NRT users so as to minimize their total used power until satisfying their minimal rates also; lastly the remainder resource is again assigned for NRT users according to the proportional fairness strategy so as to maximize their total assigning rate. In the latter OFDM symbol of each frame,bits are swapped and power is adjusted for every user based on the resource allocation results of anterior OFDM symbol. The algorithm is tested in the typical power-line channel scenarios and the simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm has better performances than the classical multi-user resource allocation algorithms and it realizes the multiple aims of multi-user multi-server resource allocation for power-line communication systems.
