This paper discusses Born/Rytov approximation tomographic velocity inversion methods constrained by the Fresnel zone. Calculations of the sensitivity kernel function and traveltime residuals are critical in tomographic velocity inversion. Based on the Bom/Rytov approximation of the frequency-domain wave equation, we derive the traveltime sensitivity kemels of the wave equation on the band-limited wave field and simultaneously obtain the traveltime residuals based on the Rytov approximation. In contrast to single-ray tomography, the modified velocity inversion method improves the inversion stability. Tests of the near- surface velocity model and field data prove that the proposed method has higher accuracy and Computational efficiency than ray theory tomography and full waveform inversion methods. 展开更多

In most previous experiments using nonlinear dynamic analysis, this certain processing was often confronted with the problem of insufficient data points and noisy circumstances, which led to unsatisfactory results. Compared with fractal dimension as well as the standard ApEn, the improved ApEn can extract information underlying sEMG signals more efficiently and accu- rately. The Circle algorithm was proposed for large datasets.The idea of the algorithm is to find a set of vertices that are close to each other and far from other vertices.This algorithm makes use of the connection between clustering aggregation and the problem of correlation clustering.The best deterministic approximation algorithm was provided for the variation of the correlation of clustering problem,and showed how sampling can be used to scale the algorithms for large datasets.An extensive empirical evaluation was given for the usefulness of the problem and the solutions.The results show that this method achieves more than 50% reduction in the running time without sacrificing the quality of the clustering. 展开更多

A new approach of smoothing the white noise for nonlinear stochastic system was proposed. Through presenting the Gaussian approximation about the white noise posterior smoothing probability density fimction, an optimal and unifying white noise smoothing framework was firstly derived on the basis of the existing state smoother. The proposed framework was only formal in the sense that it rarely could be directly used in practice since the model nonlinearity resulted in the intractability and infeasibility of analytically computing the smoothing gain. For this reason, a suboptimal and practical white noise smoother, which is called the unscented white noise smoother (UWNS), was further developed by applying unscented transformation to numerically approximate the smoothing gain. Simulation results show the superior performance of the proposed UWNS approach as compared to the existing extended white noise smoother (EWNS) based on the first-order linearization. 展开更多

Furthermore,several nonlinear parameters(correlative dimensions,maximum Lyapunov exponents,com-plexity and approximate entropy) of the PP intervals of pulse main peaks extracted from normal and unhealthy pulse signals are calculated,with the results showing that these nonlinear parameters calculated from the main wave interval signals are helpful for analyzing human's health state and diagnosing heart diseases. 展开更多

Such approach allows you to count on essential increase of calculation accuracy based on mathematical models of reasonable complexity. This paper presents an adaptive rationalized Haar function approximation method to obtain the optimal injection strategy for alkali-surfactant-polymer(ASP) flooding. In this process, the non-uniform control vector parameterization is introduced to convert original problem into a multistage optimization problem, in which a new normalized time variable is adopted on the combination of the subinterval length. Then the rationalized Haar function approximation method, in which an auxiliary function is introduced to dispose path constraints, is used to transform the multistage problem into a nonlinear programming. Furthermore, an adaptive strategy proposed on the basis of errors is adopted to regulate the order of Haar function vectors. Finally, the nonlinear programming for ASP flooding is solved by sequential quadratic programming. To illustrate the performance of proposed method,the experimental comparison method and control vector parameterization(CVP) method are introduced to optimize the original problem directly. By contrastive analysis of results, the accuracy and efficiency of proposed method are confirmed. 展开更多
