西宁：“送温暖”活动制度化

青海西宁市总工会千方百计为困难职工排忧解难，推动“送温暖”活动经常化、制度化。仅今年前两个月，市总工会就筹集“送温暖”资金100多万元，对全市167个困难企业、30个社区的2560多名特困职工给予了帮扶和救助。
