对外汉语教学侧重性分析

根据在中国大陆地区学习汉语的外国人来源情况,以及针对东西方文化上存在的差异,作者提出了外籍学生在学习汉语时所面临的重点与难点问题及其可能的解决办法。在对比和参照其它语言教学过程中存在的优缺点基础上,本文作者在教学方法和课堂设计上提出了一些富有建设性的意见和做法,提供了一些有侧重性的教学参考示例。

笔墨创新在重彩山水画教学过程中的运用

笔墨创新建立在艺术家对传统重彩山水画的深刻体会、认识和把握上。与此同时,它也脱离不了中国哲学思想的滋养。重彩山水画创新可以通过笔墨创新来实现,在重彩山水画教学过程中,教师要把创新与传统联系起来,培养学生的笔墨创新思维,以达到借古开今的目的,促进重彩山水画教学的发展。

从“重养轻教"到“救人救彻”——清末民国时期社会福利观念的演化

清末民国时期,在西方社会工作及其价值理念的影响下,我国传统的社会福利观念经历了一场变革。从“重养轻教”到“以教代养”是清末社会福利观念的重大变化,而民国社会对弱势群体的界定不仅初步摆脱了传统社会的伦理道德标准,而且强调社会救济中的国家责任观念,提倡“救人救彻”。

胶州湾北部软底大型底栖动物丰度和生物量的研究

1995年3～11月对胶州湾北部软底海域进行了 两月一次的大型底栖动物调查。调查期间，大型底栖动物总平均丰度和总平均生物量分别为 1891.3 inds./m2和41.9 g.w.w/m2。与该海域有关大型底栖动物丰度和生物量的历史 资料相比较，本研究所得到的大型底栖动物丰度值显著增加，生物量值则有较明显的下降， 初步分析了发生这些变化主要原因。丰度和生物量比较曲线表明，所研究海域底栖生物群落 处于中等干扰(即污染的影响 )状态。

Nurses’perception on competency requirement and training demand for intensive care nurses

Objectives Various authors have explored the combination of competencies necessary for ensuring safe and quality care carried out by nurses in Intensive Care Units(ICUs).Nurses’perception of training is an element that must be studied in order to adopt appropriate educational measures.This study aimed to evaluate nurses’perception of the importance of intensive care training in Spain.Methods A descriptive,cross-sectional,multicentre study was conducted on a national level in Spain.Totally 85 ICUs took part in the study.The questionnaire used was developed using the Delphi method and had 66 items to investigate nurses’perception on competency requirements and training needs.The evaluation was conducted by a 10-point Likert scale.Results The sample was 568 Spanish nurses.Significant differences were found on an academic level,in terms of gender and hospital type,and in the professional experience of the nurse when it comes to evaluating the different training items;the differences in overall questionnaire scores among these groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nurses analyzed believe that previous training and professional experience in other care services are necessary before starting work in an ICU.Conclusion Implementation of training programs tailored to the needs of critical nurses had benefits for nurses and the health system.Nurses benefited from training focused on the skills and knowledge of each moment of their working life.Nurses have a different evaluation of their training needs throughout their professional cycle.Therefore,their training must be adapted to the professional stage of each nurse.

High Prevalence of Multidrug-Resistance MRSA and VRSA of Different Infections from AI-Jumhuory Teaching Hospital Patients in Mosul

Staphylococcus aureus is major human pathogen causing large variety of infections worldwide. This study carried out to isolate S. aureus from different clinical cases, also detection of MRSA prevalence and VRSA emergence, in addition to shedding light on strains that have to be multidrug resistance against various antibiotics, The clinical samples were collected from AI-Jumhuory Teaching Hospital patients in Mosul, isolates identification were achieved by conventional procedures including biochemical and physiological tests, and the specific latex agglutination test. The sensitivity pattern achieved by using disk diffusion technique, for MRSA and VRSA detection oxacillin-disk （1 μg） and vancomycin-disk （30 μg） were used respectively. Results revealed, among 17 S. aureus isolates, 7 （41%） were mostly isolated from patients with wound and burn infections. Isolates had high resistance rate against ampicillin （100%） and cefotaxime （81%）, and lower resistance rate against several antibiotics. MRSA was 88% of total isolates, 93.3% of MRSA were multidrug resistance to 3-9 of antibiotics. Six isolates （40%） of MRSA were VRSA. It is concluded that antibiotics other than vancomycin can be used as anti-MRSA agents after a sensitivity test to prevent the prevalence of VRSA, the major cause of this chemotherapy problems maybe irrational and indiscriminate use of broad-spectrum antibiotics.

A comprehensive health education plus monitoring support program for older adults with knee osteoarthritis coexisting with overweight and type 2 diabetes

Objectives:To examine the patient outcomes of a comprehensive health education plus village health volunteer monitoring support program on older adults with knee osteoarthritis who are overweight and have type 2 diabetes.Methods:Quasi-experimental,two-group,pretest-posttest design was applied.Using random geographic cluster sampling,older adults who met the inclusion criteria were assigned to two groups,62 in the intervention group and 71 in the control group.The intervention group received the comprehensive health education plus village health volunteer monitoring support program.The control group received only the comprehensive health education program.Study outcomes,including blood glucose level,knee pain and range of motion,body weight,physical ability(Timed Up and Go Test),fatigue,depressive symptoms,quality of sleep,and quality of life,were assessed at baseline,3 months,and 6 months after enrollment and analyzed using descriptive statistics and multivariate analysis of variance.Results:One hundred and ten participants completed the study(55 participants in each group).Most patient outcomes in the two groups showed general improvement with statistical significance(P<0.001):pain decreased,physical ability improved,less depressive symptoms and fatigue,quality of life and sleep improved.The interaction effect(the group and time)demonstrated statistically significant differences between the intervention and control groups on pain,knee range of motion,and fatigue according to each time follow-up(P<0.001).Conclusions:The comprehensive health education plus village health volunteer monitoring support program promotes good patient outcomes in this population.The integrated health education resource and support for older adults with knee osteoarthritis and type 2 diabetes is an effective,non-surgical treatment that highlights professional nursing roles and non-professional rolesdvillage health volunteers.Nurses should consider implementing a health education plus monitoring support program to mitigate the effects of chronic diseases and improve patients’quality of life.

Servicizing and construction of the reuse system of schoolbook

Recently the phenomenon of disposable schoolbook in China not only has wasted so many resources that produce unfavorable influence, but also has increased unneeessary impact burdens on consumptions of Chinese families. The paper analyzes value of the reuse of schoolbooks and main obstacles, introduces the concept of servicizing, discusses the problem of the reuse of schoolbooks from construction of product-service system, and puts forward that realization of the reuse of sChoolbooks depends on innovation of present system and model. Construction of Schoolbook-service system needs shifl from value to consumption habits and behaviors and active participation of every Social class.

Management of Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency at Peking Union Medical College Hospital:A Survey among Physicians

Objective To evaluate physicians' attitude and knowledge about the management of adult growth hormone deficiency(AGHD) at Peking Union Medical College Hospital and impact factors associated with better decision-making.Methods A 21-question anonymous survey was distributed and collected at Peking Union Medical College Hospital,a major teaching hospital in Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences.Data of physicians' educational background,clinical training,patient workload per year and continuing medical education in AGHD were collected.Factors associated with appropriate answers were further analyzed by multivariate regression models.Results One hundred and eighteen internal medicine residents,endocrine fellows,attending physicians and visiting physicians responded to the survey.Among them,44.9% thought that AGHD patients should accept recombinant human growth hormone replacement therapy.Moreover,56.8% selected insulin tolerance test and growth hormone-releasing hormone-arginine test for the diagnosis of AGHD.Logistic regression analysis of physician demographic data,educational background,and work experience found no consistent independent factors associated with better decision-making,other than continued medical education,that were associated with treatment choice.Conclusions The physicians' reported management of AGHD in this major academic healthcare center in Beijing was inconsistent with current evidence.High quality continued medical education is required to improve Chinese physician management of AGHD.

The exploration of middle managers＇ performance evaluation indicators

The core role of middle managers in the enterprises, plays an important role in the whole enterprise. This paper mainly studies the present enterprise, the real role of middle managers, and their performance status, and middle managers in the performance of the existing problems and the analysis of the present situation of the listed in the reason, and put forward relevant countermeasures according to the actual situation. The results show that the middle managers performance evaluation become a mere formality, most managers see performance appraisal as a burden and form; Middle managers set of assessment index and the use of problems; The right job analysis is the key to design middle managers performance evaluation indicators; In the proper selection of performance indicators is significant for middle managers to improve performance; Performance indicators weights allocation to improve the teaching quality of middle managers performance influence; Design middle tube is the main body of performance appraisal index of middle performance increase.

Using Sensewear armband and diet journal to promote adolescents' energy balance knowledge and motivation

Purpose： Educating adolescents about energy balance （EB） is essential for effective weight control. This study utilized the Sensewear （SWA） armband and a diet journal to promote adolescents＇ EB knowledge and motivation. Methods： Ninety sixth graders were randomly assigned into the experimental group （n = 46） who utilized SWA and diet journal for 7 consecutive days or the control group （n = 44） who did not. Both groups were pre- and post-measured on EB knowledge, situational interest, and weight. The experimental group was tracked on motivation effort, energy expenditure （EE）, and energy intake （EI）. Results： EB knowledge significantly increased and situational interest remained stable （except for total interest and enjoyment） over time, but these changes did not favor the experimental group. Situational interest and motivation effort were correlated with EE, EI, and/or EB. Conclusion： Tracking EB using the SWA and diet journal is motivating but has limited efficacy in promoting adolescents＇ EB knowledge. Using these two tools as educational technology in conjunction with a focused, systematic, and educational approach has the potential to leverage adolescents＇ EB knowledge, motivation, as well as behaviors for living an energy-balanced lifestyle.

Solutions to Efficient Provision of Accommodations for Universities in China

Chinese universities are facing a series of challenges in their accommodations, of which a predominant one is how to provide both students and staff with enough accommodations of a large scope and good quality in good time and with limited budgets. In order to find applicable approaches to solve this problem, the current situations of the Chinese higher education reform and the resulted rapid growth of student numbers whereby the requirement of lodgings is greatly increased are discussed. It is elucidated that in providing enough accommodations for staff and students, Chinese universities are confronted with difficulties including demand too big, lack of funding support, time limitation and incapability in both project management and facilities management. Industrialized building approach is demonstrated to be a desirable access to build large quantities of accommodations of good quality in limited time, and Private Financial Initiative (PFI) appears to be a prosperous solution to the fund shortage. Regarding project and facilities management, qualified professionals are available by either employing exterior consultants or training related staff of universities for such occupations.

Empirical Studies of Ecological Civilization Education in Vocational Colleges--Take Chongqing Vocational Institute of Engineering as the Example

Vocational college students are an important force in the country＇s future socialist construction, and their concept of ecological civilization will directly affect the future of socialist construction. This article conducted a questionnaire survey by among 960 vocational college students, and it found that the presence of ecological civilization vocational colleges of education-related departments at all levels of ecological education vocational college students are lack of rational cognition, and the attention is not enough. Therefore, educators should explore effective ways of ecological civilization education colleges, the competent authorities in the school attaches great importance to play the main channel of the effectiveness of teachers and classrooms, and strengthen ecological civilization education; improving vocational college students initiative and practicality, strengthen ecological and environmental legal education to enable students to form a sense of ecological civilization and habits, in order to receive a good education results.

Learn a rich foreign language research on teaching voice Chinese language of minority

Foreign teaching and Chinese language teaching of minority are two different forms of teaching in nature, both the nature and the system of teaching are different, but in the teaching objectives, content, principles, methods, and therefore there are many similarities, so two studies outcomes can learn from each other. In this paper, with voice teaching as an example, we will talk about foreign language studies in ethnic minority Chinese Teaching. I think, in the teaching program design, the teaching Chinese minorities can learn from the simplified idea of teaching phonological Mr. Zhao Jin ruing, which is proposed foreign teaching Chinese, to simplify Voice teaching. In teaching principles, we should emphasize specific principles, instructional design based on students＇ different characteristics. In the teaching content, teaching should not only pay attention phonetic syllables within the system, but also more emphasis on syllables voice level teaching, especially teaching speech flow. In teaching methods, we should learn teaching, research tone, softly and so on.

Deconstruction and Reconstruction Attempts： The Curriculum of Turkish Ministry of National Education and the Sixth Grade English as a Foreign Language Program

Curriculum development efforts are widely investigated and studied by many researchers in the world. However, there are only few studies in number that specifically deal with curriculum development in the field of English language teaching and its implementation in the Turkish context. Hence, the present study was designed to investigate Turkish national education curriculum and the sixth grade EFL （English as a foreign language） curriculum in Turkey through analyzing the documents belong to Turkish MoNE （ministry of national education）. This study first presents what national education and the sixth grade EFL curriculum involve, and then investigates the drawbacks of them based on the predetermined criteria. Finally, this study concludes with suggestions to overcome the mentioned shortcomings.
