In the past thirty years,it has made great achievement in anti-drugs in the Golden Triangle.However,the Golden Triangle is still one of the poverty-stricken regions and the main drug sources in the world.This paper po...In the past thirty years,it has made great achievement in anti-drugs in the Golden Triangle.However,the Golden Triangle is still one of the poverty-stricken regions and the main drug sources in the world.This paper points out that the chief problems in this area are caused by its backwardness in society,economy,culture,poverty,and disordered management.For this reason,in the framework of the Great Mekong River sub-regional cooperation,we should carry out the policy of full-scale cooperation,eradicate poverty and ignorance,and promote the coordinated development of the society and economy.Then we should also formhigh-pressed atmosphere and prohibit drug trade as well as carrying out the policy of full-scale international anti-drug cooperation with the ultimate aim of eradicating poverty and drugs.展开更多
