明末李日华所著《六研斋笔记》,详细记载了“梵僧”锁喃嚷结东来大明的缘由与经历,然而其中错乱甚多:关于锁喃嚷结身世的记载模糊不清甚至自相矛盾;经行路线极度混乱,不合常理;所记沿途风土人情,特别是佛教发展状况不符合史实;许多细节... 明末李日华所著《六研斋笔记》,详细记载了“梵僧”锁喃嚷结东来大明的缘由与经历,然而其中错乱甚多:关于锁喃嚷结身世的记载模糊不清甚至自相矛盾;经行路线极度混乱,不合常理;所记沿途风土人情,特别是佛教发展状况不符合史实;许多细节与《大唐西域记》《大慈恩寺三藏法师传》雷同。由此可以断定:锁喃嚷结的经历大多出于拼凑与杜撰,其动机应当是利用明廷优待番僧的惯例以及明人对于西域状况的陌生,通过编造经历来提高身价,从而获得朝廷优宠。通过对锁喃嚷结行记涉及的西域历史地理及相关内容的考证,可以证明该行记内容的虚假性,并对前人对锁喃嚷结行记无批判的简单利用加以检讨。 展开更多

This study reports a passive mode-locked Thulium-Holmium co-doped fiber laser featuring a figure-9 shaped resonator structure.The laser utilizes a nonlinear amplifying loop mirror(NALM)as the mode-locking device.By increasing pump power,the laser’s output evolution was experimentally observed,showing that bright-dark pulse pairs first split into double pulses and then into a second harmonic state.Additionally,the time intervals between bright and dark pulses and between double pulses increased with higher pump power.The RF spectrum of the bright-dark pulse pairs exhibited envelope modulation,with a modulation frequency approximately equal to the reciprocal of the time interval between bright and dark pulses.When the pump power increased from 0.46 W to 0.72 W,the reciprocal of the modulation frequency showed a linear growth trend.These findings contribute to understanding the evolution patterns of bright-dark pulse pairs in passive mode-locked fiber lasers. 展开更多

Objective The detection of RNA single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)is of great importance due to their association with protein expression related to various diseases and drug responses.At present,splintR ligase-assisted methods are important approaches for RNA direct detection,but its specificity will be limited when the fidelity of ligases is not ideal.The aim of this study was to create a method to improve the specificity of splintR ligase for RNA detection.Methods In this study,a dualcompetitive-padlock-probe(DCPLP)assay without the need for additional enzymes or reactions is proposed to improve specificity of splintR ligase ligation.To verify the method,we employed dual competitive padlock probe-mediated rolling circle amplification(DCPLP-RCA)to genotype the CYP2C9 gene.Results The specificity was well improved through the competition and strand displacement of dual padlock probe,with an 83.26%reduction in nonspecific signal.By detecting synthetic RNA samples,the method demonstrated a dynamic detection range of 10 pmol/L-1 nmol/L.Furthermore,clinical samples were applied to the method to evaluate its performance,and the genotyping results were consistent with those obtained using the qPCR method.Conclusion This study has successfully established a highly specific direct RNA SNP detection method,and provided a novel avenue for accurate identification of various types of RNAs. 展开更多

The inference of genome ancestry and the estimation of molecular relatedness are of great importance for breeding efficiency and association studies. Seventy SSR loci, evenly distributed in 10 chromosomes, were assayed for polymorphism among 187 commonly used maize (Zea mays L.) inbreds which represent the genetic diversity in China. The identified 290 alleles served as raw data for estimating population structure using the coalescent linked loci, based on the ADMIXTURE model. Population number, K, has been inferred to be between five and seven. Specifying five subpopulations (K = 5) led to a distinct decrease and specifying K to be greater than six resulted in only minimal increases in the likelihood value. Therefore, population number, K, has been inferred into six subpopulations, which are PA, BSSS (includes Reid), PB, Lan (Lancaster Sure Crop), LRC (Luda Reb Cob, a Chinese landrace, and its derivatives), and SPT (Si-ping-tou, a Chinese landrace and its derivatives). The Kullback-Leibler distance of pairwise subpopulation was also inferred as n × p (187 ×6) Q matrices, which gave a detailed percentage of genetic composition of six subpopulations and molecular relatedness of each line. The genome-wide linkage disequilibrium (LD) indicated that the asso- ciation studies in QTLs and/or candidate genes might avoid nonfunctional and spurious associations, as most of the LD blocks were broken among diverse germplasm. The defined population structure has given us a clear genetic structure of these lines for breeding practice and established a good basis for association analysis. 展开更多

The phase-frequency detector is composed of only two XOR gates. It simultaneously achieves low jitter and short locking time. The voltage-controlled oscillator within the PLL consists of four-stage ring oscillators which are coupled to each other and oscillate with the same frequency and a phase shift of 45. The PLL is fabricated in 0. 1Stem CMOS technology. The measured phase noise of the PLL output at 500kHz offset from the 5GHz center frequency is - 102.6dBc/Hz. The circuit exhibits a capture range of 280MHz and a low RMS jitter of 2.06ps. The power dissipation excluding the output buffers is only 21.6roW at a 1.8V supply. 展开更多

An F-2 population from the cross between Annong S-1 and Nanjing 11 was used to construct a genetic linkage map of rice. Total of 142 newly screened AFLP markers and 30 anchor markers (25 SSR markers and 5 RFLP markers) were mapped on the 12 chromosomes covering 1537.4 cM of rice genome. The average interval between these markers was 9.0 cM. The total work which usually was finished in more than one year was finished within only 3 months by one person. This is the first plant AFLP map developed in China. A new thermosensitive genic male sterile gene in rice, tms5, was Egged and mapped onto chromosome 2 during the development of the linkage map. 展开更多

The ultra-fine structured Ni?Al?WC layer with interlocking bonding was fabricated on austenitic stainless steel by combination of laser clad and friction stir processing (FSP). Laser was initially applied to Ni?Al elemental powder preplaced on the austenitic stainless steel substrate to produce a coating for further processing. The as-received coating was subjected to FSP treatment, processed by a rotary tool rod made of WC?Co alloy, to obtain sample for inspection. Microstructure, phase constitutions, hardness and wear property were investigated by methods of scanning electronic microscopy (SEM) with energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) microanalysis, and X-ray diffraction (XRD), hardness test alongside with dry sliding wear test. The results show that the severe deformation effect exerted on the specimen resulted in an ultra-fine grain layer of about 100μmin thickness and grain size of 1?2μm. Synergy between introduction of WC particles to the deformation layer and deformation strengthening contributes greatly to the increase in hardness and friction resistance. An interlocking bonding between the coating and matrix which significantly improves bonding strength was formed due to the severe deformation effect. 展开更多

In order to effectively control the working state of the gyroscope in drive mode, the drive characteristics of the micro electromechanical system (MEMS) gyroscope are analyzed in principle. A novel drive circuit for the MEMS gyroscope in digital closed-loop control is proposed, which utilizes a digital phase-locked loop (PLL) in frequency control and an automatic gain control (AGC) method in amplitude control. A digital processing circuit with a field programmable gate array (FPGA) is designed and the experiments are carried out. The results indicate that when the temperature changes, the drive frequency can automatically track the resonant frequency of gyroscope in drive mode and that of the oscillating amplitude holds at a set value. And at room temperature, the relative deviation of the drive frequency is 0.624 ×10^-6 and the oscillating amplitude is 8.0 ×10^-6, which are 0. 094% and 18. 39% of the analog control program, respectively. Therefore, the control solution of the digital PLL in frequency and the AGC in amplitude is feasible. 展开更多

The use of markers and linkage map construction are important for QTL mapping in pigs. In this article, the genetic characteristics were studied and the linkage map was constructed in a pig resource population including 214 individuals by typing 39 microsatellite marker loci on Sus scrofa chromosomes, SSC4, SSC6, SSC7, SSC8, and SSC13. Results indicated that the average allele number, the average observed beterozygosity (Ho), and the average polymorphism information content (PIC) in F1 and F2 population were 3.2, 0.528, 0.463 and 3.2, 0.496, 0.447, respectively. In the pig resource population, the average informative meiosis (IM) was 217.4 (44-316), and the average linkage map length between the two sexes on the five chromosomes were 172.3 cM (SSC4), 168.7 cM (SSC6), 191.7 cM (SSC7), 197.3 cM (SSC8), and 178.3 cM (SSC13). The orders of microsatellite marker loci in the linkage maps were identical to, but the length was greater than, those of USDA-MARC reference map. The results of this research showed the genetic relationship and genetic characteristics of the microsatellite markers in the pig resource family population, and the linkage map could be used to for QTL mapping in the subsequent study. 展开更多
