The Yangtze River estuary is the main production area of Anguilla japonica in China,as well as the only existing fishery area for adult eels.Japanese eels are distributed in the main rivers and many tributaries from t...The Yangtze River estuary is the main production area of Anguilla japonica in China,as well as the only existing fishery area for adult eels.Japanese eels are distributed in the main rivers and many tributaries from the Yangtze River estuary to the upper Jinsha River,which extend to nearly 3 000 km.However,their migration behaviors remain relatively unknown.We analyzed the biological characteristics of 153 specimens of silver eels collected from the Jingjiang section of Yangtze River(31o30'N,120o42'E) between September and November,2008,and tested the sagittal Sr/Ca ratios of 27 specimens.Among the 153 specimens examined,85 were female and 68 were male,which translated to a female-male ratio of 1:0.8.The ages of the female specimens ranged from 3 to 7 a(average 5.52) with an average total length(TL) of(669±80) mm,average body weight(BW) of(555±229)g,average condition factor of 1.77±0.22,and average gonad somatic index(GSI) of 1.32±0.31.The ages of the males ranged from 3 to 5 a(average:4.38) with an average TL of(518±51) mm,average BW of(234±76) g,average condition factor of 1.62±0.18,and average GSI of 0.21±0.11.All biological parameters of females were significantly larger than those of the male specimens(P0.05).According to the average Sr/Ca ratio(7.99±1.05) ×10-3 of the elver mark of sagitta,17 individuals(62.96%) were river eels and 10 individuals(37.04%) were estuarine eels.Of 16 females,13 individuals(81.25%) were river eels and 3 were estuarine eels,while of 11 males,36.36% were river eels and 63.64% were estuarine eels.The analysis on Sr/Ca ratios for every growth layer group(GLG) indicated there were no significant differences between second-age males and females.However,significant differences were observed between the third-age,fourth-age,and migration-age male and female specimens.This was likely related to the fact that second-age eels of both sexes stay in the same inhabitation waters;however,as they grow older,they move to different areas.展开更多

The crystal structure, particle size, morphologies, and ...Pyrochlore structure La2Sn2O7:Eu3+ microcrystals with uniform octahedron shape were successfully synthesized via a hydrothermal route at 180 °C for 36 h. The crystal structure, particle size, morphologies, and optical properties of the as-synthesized products were investigated by XRD, TEM, SEM, EDS, FT-IR, Raman spectroscopy and PL. The effects of pH of precursor solution, precursor concentration, reaction temperature, and time were investigated. The results reveal that pH of the precursor solution not only plays an important role in determining the phase of the as-synthesized products, but also has a significant influence on the morphologies of the samples. High-quality and uniform octahedrons with an average size of about 700 nm could be easily obtained at the pH value of 12. The possible formation mechanism of octahedral-like La2Sn2O7:Eu3+ microcrystals was briefly proposed. The photoluminescence spectra show that La2Sn2O7:Eu3+ micro-octahedra display stronger emission in the range of 582-592 nm compared with the samples with other shapes.展开更多

[Objective] This study was conducted to change the situation of high cost in walnut grafting by reducing seedling cost through technical means.[Method] Effects of different rootstock processing methods and rootstock p...[Objective] This study was conducted to change the situation of high cost in walnut grafting by reducing seedling cost through technical means.[Method] Effects of different rootstock processing methods and rootstock pruning time on walnut growth and cost were studied by the square bud grafting method.[Result] The survival rate and cost under stumping were higher than those under no stumping,and the proportion of grafting-capable rootstocks under stumping was lower than that under no stumping by 9%.The cost differences between different rootstock time were remarkable.The cost for the stock pruning 15 d after grafting was 5 times as much as 1 d after grafting.[Conclusion] Direct grafting could achieve the effect of easy and convenient management,and the overall cost was lower though the survival rate was reduced to a limited extent.Sooner rootstock pruning resulted in a better effect.Pruning the rootstocks within 5 d after grafting not only could improve the quality of seedlings,but also could reduce the cost for seedling management.展开更多

Compared with the polished wafer with a relatively high density of crystal originated defects (e. g. COPs), silicon epi\|wafers can meet such high requirements. The current development of researches on the 150mm silicon epi\|wafers for advanced IC applications is described. The P/P\++ CMOS silicon epi\|wafers were fabricated on a PE2061 Epitaxial Reactor (made by Italian LPE Company). The material parameters of epi\|wafers, such as epi\|defects, uniformity of thickness and resistivity, transition width, and minority carrier generation lifetime for epi\|layer were characterized in detail. It is demonstrated that the 150mm silicon epi\|wafers on PE2061 can meet the stringent requirements for the advanced IC applications.展开更多
The results of the previous studies seem to show the crustaceans can secrete growth hormone,which regulate their growth.However,more evidences are needed to determine it.So the following research was conducted.The ext...The results of the previous studies seem to show the crustaceans can secrete growth hormone,which regulate their growth.However,more evidences are needed to determine it.So the following research was conducted.The extract of thoracic ganglia (TGE) of adult Macrobrachium rosenbergii was applied to a Sephadex G-50 column,the resulting second peak was further isolated by HPLC,and 9 fractions were obtained.Among the fractions only the second fraction significantly increased the protein synthesis of the abdomen muscle of the juvenile M.rosenbergii that was injected TGE.The increasing effects were related to the protein concentration of the injecting fractions.The molecular weight of the substance in the second fraction isolated by HPLC was below 3.4?kDa.The results indicate that the thoracic ganglia of M.rosenbergii could secrete a peptide hormone,which stimulates the muscle protein synthesis of prawn,and the hormone might be the growth hormone of the prawn.展开更多

MethodThe rice seeds were soaked in 0 (water as a control), 1, 2, 4 and 6 g/L fulvic acid (FA) before sowed. Then, the rice morphological indices, leaf chlorophyll content, photosynthesis parameters, root activity and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured in the following field studies. ResultCompared with the control, the leaf area index, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and dry matter weight and some fluorescence parameters such as the maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystem II (PSII) (Fv/Fm), excitation energy capture efficiency of opened PSII reaction center (Fv’/Fm’) and efficiency of the open reaction centre (ΦPS II) increased by different levels at both jointing stage and heading stage of direct seeding rice, whose seeds were soaked by FA with different concentrations. High FA concentration (4-6 g/L) significantly increased the cultivated rice leaf area index, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and dry matter weight by 10.32% -22.88% , 5.88% -13.11% , 12.16% -26.84% , 11.43% -88.46% , 10.63% -21.63% , 18.49% -19.68% , respectively, thereby improving the physiological function and light energy transform efficiency of rice at the growth stage. With FA concentration increasing, the yield, effective panicles, grain number per panicle and seed setting rate were increased significantly compared with the control by 17.52%-18.71%, 3.46%-3.85%, 6.30%- 6.51% and 7.82%-8.69% respectively. ConclusionSoaking rice seed with FA could be considered as an effective way to improve the rice competitiveness at early growth stage.展开更多

In low Zn content, aside from the major second phase of Mg24(Er, Y, Zn)5, there are a few lamellar phases that grow parallel with each other from the grain boundaries to the grain interior. With Zn content increasing, the Mg24(Er, Y, Zn)5 phase decreases, but the Mg12Zn(Y, Er) phase and lamellar phases continuously increase. When Zn content reaches 4% (normal mass fraction), the Mg12Zn(Y, Er) phase mainly exists as large bulks, and some a-Mg grains are thoroughly penetrated by the lamellar phases. Moreover, the crystallography structures of the Mgl2Zn(Y, Er) and Mg24(Er, Y, Zn)5 phases are confirmed as 18R-type long-period stacking ordered structure and body-centred cubic structure, respectively.展开更多

G. Don. The investigation involved the cell growth, ajmalicine production and enzyme activity related to indole alkaloid biosynthesis in both cell lines. These results indicated that C_ 20hi cells grew faster than C_ 20D cells, and average ajmalicine content in C_ 20hi cells was 18.4 times more than that in C_ 20D when cultured in the production medium. In the growth medium, average ajmalicine content in C_ 20hi cells was 31.9 times more than that in C_ 20D cells, while the cell growth has no obvious difference. The comparison of enzyme activities in C_ 20hi and C_ 20D cells indicated that tryptophan decarboxylase (TDC), strictosidine synthase (SSS) and geraniol_10_dehydrogenase (G10H) activities have no close relation to ajmalicine accumulation, although the activities of these enzymes were higher when cells were cultured in the production medium than in the growth medium. The C_ 20hi cells are relatively stable in five years of culture.展开更多
[Objective] The aim was to understand the species composition, distribution, density, seasonal fluctuation and pathogens of mosquitoes in four regions of East China to provide basic data for prevention and control of ...[Objective] The aim was to understand the species composition, distribution, density, seasonal fluctuation and pathogens of mosquitoes in four regions of East China to provide basic data for prevention and control of mosquitoes at ports. [Method] The mosquitoes at 21 ports of four regions in East China were investigated during 2011-2014 by CO2 lamp method, egg collection method, scoop method and visual method. The species of mosquitoes was identified, and pathogens in mosquitoes were detected. [Result] From 2011 to 2014, 102 583 mosquitoes were captured at the ports, belonging to 18 species, 6 genera and 1 family. Culex pipi- ens quinquefasciatus or Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species at most ports. Mosquitoes could be captured from May to October, and the captured mosquitoes were the most in June. The positive rate of egg collectors was 9.41%, and the positive rate of breeding places was 7.23%. Rare entry mosquitoes were captured, and most of them were C. pipiens pallens. The detection results of dengue fever, malaria and other pathogens were negative. [Conclusion] C. pipiens quinquefasciatus or C. pipiens pallens was dominant at most ports, and the peak period was June. There were breeding environments of mosquitoes at some ports, so the prevention and control of mosquitoes at these ports should be paid more at- tention to in future.展开更多

Lingwuchangzao). The results showed that the flesh firmness decreased slowly from white-green stage to full-red stage, being significantly related with the developmental maturity of jujube fruits negatively, the correlation coefficient reached -0.980 3^**. The contents of ascorbic acid and titratable acid in jujube fruits were significantly related with the developmental process of jujube fruits negatively or positively, the correlation coef- ficients were -0. 973 1^**and + 0. 974 6^ * * , respectively. The contents of soluble solids, total sugar, and sucrose increased with jujube ripening, while the relative sweetness of jujube fruits showed the same variation pattern, the correlation coefficients were 0. 996 6 ^* * , 0. 988 0^** , and 0. 982 8 ^* * , respectively. Before white-green stage during fruit development, the accumulation of monosaccharide was predominant in jujube fruits, following a fast accumulation of sucrose, indicating that the main component of sugars is sucrose at the crisp-ripe stage. Furthermore, the starch content of the flesh reached the peak at about thirty percentage of jujube maturity, being 51,54 mg/100 g.FW. The respiratory rates varied between 10 mg/( kg.h) and CO2 26 mg/( kg.h) after fruit turning red and before softening, indicating a non-climacteric respiratory type.展开更多

The composition and morphology of the precursor were characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) and energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS). The effects of pH value, reaction temperature, metal ion concentrations and surfactant on the morphology and the dispersion of precursor were investigated. The results show that the morphology of precursor depends on ammonia content in the precursor. A fibriform precursor is a complicated ammonia-containing nickel-cobalt oxalate. The uniform shape-controlled fibrous precursor is obtained under the following optimum conditions: ammonia as complex agent as well as pH adjustor, oxalate as coprecipitator, 50-65 °C of reaction temperature, 0.5-0.8 mol/L of total concentration of Ni2+ and Co2+, PVP as dispersant, and pH 8.0-8.4.展开更多

The final coated particle exiting from the con- denser is then introduced into the aerodynamic particle sizer spectrometer or home-built aerosol laser time-of-flight mass spectrometer, and its aerodynamic size directly effects on the matrix-to-analyte molar ratio, which is very important for MALDI technique. In order to observe the protonated analyte molecular ion, and then determine the classification of bi- ological aerosols, the matrix-to-analyte molar ratio must be appropriate. Four experimental parameters, including the temperature of the heated reservoir, the initial particle size, its number concentration, and the matrix material, were tested experimentally to analyze their influences on the final particle size. This technique represents an on-line system of detection that has the potential to provide rapid and reliable identification of airborne biological aerosols.展开更多

Five factors affecting development of the Jiangsu construction industry are chosen as explanatory variables. They are the construction industry's fixed assets K, the gross domestic product (GDP), real estate added value (REAV), construction industry export (WS)and investment in construction and installation projects(JA). The principal component analysis is used to resolve multicollinearity between them. The construction added value (CAV) is chosen as a dependant variable, and the growth model of the Jiangsu construction industry is established. Statistical data from 1990 to 2008 are used to test the prediction accuracy of the model. The predictive results show that from 2009 to 2012, the average annual growth rate of the Jiangsu construction industry added value will be 17. 65% while the GDP growth rate will be 14. 16% . the Jiangsu construction industry will grow faster than the GDP in the near future. The construction output of the GDP continues to rise, and its pillar position will be further strengthened.展开更多

A new method is proposed to estimate proximity of interconnects in a netlist, which i...To obtain a better placement result, a partitioning-based placement algorithm with wirelength prediction called HJ-Pl is presented. A new method is proposed to estimate proximity of interconnects in a netlist, which is capable of predicting not only short interconnects but long interconnects accurately. The predicted wirelength is embedded into the partitioning tool of bisection-based global placement, which can guide our placement towards a solution with shorter interconnects. In addition, the timing objective can be handled within the algorithm by minimizing the critical path delay. Experimental results show that, compared to Capol0. 5, mPL6, and NTUplace, HJ-P1 outperforms these placers in terms of wirelength and run time. The improvements in terms of average wirelength over Capo10. 5, mPL6 and NPUplace are 13%, 3%, and 9% with only 19%, 91%, and 99% of their runtime, respectively. By integrating the predicted wirelength-driven clustering into Capo10. 5, the placer is able to reduce average wirelength by 3%. The timing-driven HJ-P1 can reduce the critical path delay by 23%.展开更多

METHODS Animal model of super mesenteric artery (SMA) occlusion was used in this study...AIMS To explore the possible effects of basic fibrob- last growth factor (bFGF) on ischemic gut and liver in- juries after trauma. METHODS Animal model of super mesenteric artery (SMA) occlusion was used in this study. Seventy-two Wistar rats were divided into three groups of 24 rats each. Each animal in group 1 (bFGF treated) was in- jected with 4 μg of bFGF in 0.15 ml of normal saline solution containing 0.1%(w/v) heparin through the jugular vein at the onset of reperfusion. Animals in group 2 (saline treated) received the same vehicle, but without bFGF. Group 3 (sham-operated) ani- mals were treated with the same operations,but without SMA occlusion. Liver function parameters, serum TNFα,bacterial examination and pathological study were used to evaluate the results. RESULTS In group 1,the amounts of ALT and AST and serum TNFα were reduced significantly at 6,24 and 48 hours as compared with group 2. Bacterial ex- amination showed that the bacterial translocation from gut to liver,spleen and MLN in group 1 was much lower than that in group 2. The pathological results support the concept of significant protecting effects of bFGF. CONCLUSIONS Venous administration of bFGF may help reduce gut and liver injuries after ischemia and reperfusion. Its mechanism of action may involve the mitogenic and non-mitogenic effects of bFGF.展开更多

文摘The Yangtze River estuary is the main production area of Anguilla japonica in China,as well as the only existing fishery area for adult eels.Japanese eels are distributed in the main rivers and many tributaries from the Yangtze River estuary to the upper Jinsha River,which extend to nearly 3 000 km.However,their migration behaviors remain relatively unknown.We analyzed the biological characteristics of 153 specimens of silver eels collected from the Jingjiang section of Yangtze River(31o30'N,120o42'E) between September and November,2008,and tested the sagittal Sr/Ca ratios of 27 specimens.Among the 153 specimens examined,85 were female and 68 were male,which translated to a female-male ratio of 1:0.8.The ages of the female specimens ranged from 3 to 7 a(average 5.52) with an average total length(TL) of(669±80) mm,average body weight(BW) of(555±229)g,average condition factor of 1.77±0.22,and average gonad somatic index(GSI) of 1.32±0.31.The ages of the males ranged from 3 to 5 a(average:4.38) with an average TL of(518±51) mm,average BW of(234±76) g,average condition factor of 1.62±0.18,and average GSI of 0.21±0.11.All biological parameters of females were significantly larger than those of the male specimens(P0.05).According to the average Sr/Ca ratio(7.99±1.05) ×10-3 of the elver mark of sagitta,17 individuals(62.96%) were river eels and 10 individuals(37.04%) were estuarine eels.Of 16 females,13 individuals(81.25%) were river eels and 3 were estuarine eels,while of 11 males,36.36% were river eels and 63.64% were estuarine eels.The analysis on Sr/Ca ratios for every growth layer group(GLG) indicated there were no significant differences between second-age males and females.However,significant differences were observed between the third-age,fourth-age,and migration-age male and female specimens.This was likely related to the fact that second-age eels of both sexes stay in the same inhabitation waters;however,as they grow older,they move to different areas.

文摘Pyrochlore structure La2Sn2O7:Eu3+ microcrystals with uniform octahedron shape were successfully synthesized via a hydrothermal route at 180 °C for 36 h. The crystal structure, particle size, morphologies, and optical properties of the as-synthesized products were investigated by XRD, TEM, SEM, EDS, FT-IR, Raman spectroscopy and PL. The effects of pH of precursor solution, precursor concentration, reaction temperature, and time were investigated. The results reveal that pH of the precursor solution not only plays an important role in determining the phase of the as-synthesized products, but also has a significant influence on the morphologies of the samples. High-quality and uniform octahedrons with an average size of about 700 nm could be easily obtained at the pH value of 12. The possible formation mechanism of octahedral-like La2Sn2O7:Eu3+ microcrystals was briefly proposed. The photoluminescence spectra show that La2Sn2O7:Eu3+ micro-octahedra display stronger emission in the range of 582-592 nm compared with the samples with other shapes.

文摘[Objective] This study was conducted to change the situation of high cost in walnut grafting by reducing seedling cost through technical means.[Method] Effects of different rootstock processing methods and rootstock pruning time on walnut growth and cost were studied by the square bud grafting method.[Result] The survival rate and cost under stumping were higher than those under no stumping,and the proportion of grafting-capable rootstocks under stumping was lower than that under no stumping by 9%.The cost differences between different rootstock time were remarkable.The cost for the stock pruning 15 d after grafting was 5 times as much as 1 d after grafting.[Conclusion] Direct grafting could achieve the effect of easy and convenient management,and the overall cost was lower though the survival rate was reduced to a limited extent.Sooner rootstock pruning resulted in a better effect.Pruning the rootstocks within 5 d after grafting not only could improve the quality of seedlings,but also could reduce the cost for seedling management.

文摘With the device feature's size miniaturization in very large scale integrated circuit and ultralarge scale integrated circuit towards the sub\|micron and beyond level, the next generation of IC device requires silicon wafers with more improved electrical characteristics and reliability as well as a high perfection of the wafer surface. Compared with the polished wafer with a relatively high density of crystal originated defects (e. g. COPs), silicon epi\|wafers can meet such high requirements. The current development of researches on the 150mm silicon epi\|wafers for advanced IC applications is described. The P/P\++ CMOS silicon epi\|wafers were fabricated on a PE2061 Epitaxial Reactor (made by Italian LPE Company). The material parameters of epi\|wafers, such as epi\|defects, uniformity of thickness and resistivity, transition width, and minority carrier generation lifetime for epi\|layer were characterized in detail. It is demonstrated that the 150mm silicon epi\|wafers on PE2061 can meet the stringent requirements for the advanced IC applications.
文摘The results of the previous studies seem to show the crustaceans can secrete growth hormone,which regulate their growth.However,more evidences are needed to determine it.So the following research was conducted.The extract of thoracic ganglia (TGE) of adult Macrobrachium rosenbergii was applied to a Sephadex G-50 column,the resulting second peak was further isolated by HPLC,and 9 fractions were obtained.Among the fractions only the second fraction significantly increased the protein synthesis of the abdomen muscle of the juvenile M.rosenbergii that was injected TGE.The increasing effects were related to the protein concentration of the injecting fractions.The molecular weight of the substance in the second fraction isolated by HPLC was below 3.4?kDa.The results indicate that the thoracic ganglia of M.rosenbergii could secrete a peptide hormone,which stimulates the muscle protein synthesis of prawn,and the hormone might be the growth hormone of the prawn.

文摘ObjectiveThis study aimed to investigate the effect of fulvic acid on the growth and yield components of direct seeding rice (Nanjing 44). MethodThe rice seeds were soaked in 0 (water as a control), 1, 2, 4 and 6 g/L fulvic acid (FA) before sowed. Then, the rice morphological indices, leaf chlorophyll content, photosynthesis parameters, root activity and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters were measured in the following field studies. ResultCompared with the control, the leaf area index, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance and dry matter weight and some fluorescence parameters such as the maximum photochemical efficiency of photosystem II (PSII) (Fv/Fm), excitation energy capture efficiency of opened PSII reaction center (Fv’/Fm’) and efficiency of the open reaction centre (ΦPS II) increased by different levels at both jointing stage and heading stage of direct seeding rice, whose seeds were soaked by FA with different concentrations. High FA concentration (4-6 g/L) significantly increased the cultivated rice leaf area index, chlorophyll content, net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, transpiration rate and dry matter weight by 10.32% -22.88% , 5.88% -13.11% , 12.16% -26.84% , 11.43% -88.46% , 10.63% -21.63% , 18.49% -19.68% , respectively, thereby improving the physiological function and light energy transform efficiency of rice at the growth stage. With FA concentration increasing, the yield, effective panicles, grain number per panicle and seed setting rate were increased significantly compared with the control by 17.52%-18.71%, 3.46%-3.85%, 6.30%- 6.51% and 7.82%-8.69% respectively. ConclusionSoaking rice seed with FA could be considered as an effective way to improve the rice competitiveness at early growth stage.

文摘The microstructure and phase composition of as-cast Mg-9Er-6Y-xZn-0.6Zr (x=1, 2, 3, 4; normal mass fraction in %) alloys were investigated. In low Zn content, aside from the major second phase of Mg24(Er, Y, Zn)5, there are a few lamellar phases that grow parallel with each other from the grain boundaries to the grain interior. With Zn content increasing, the Mg24(Er, Y, Zn)5 phase decreases, but the Mg12Zn(Y, Er) phase and lamellar phases continuously increase. When Zn content reaches 4% (normal mass fraction), the Mg12Zn(Y, Er) phase mainly exists as large bulks, and some a-Mg grains are thoroughly penetrated by the lamellar phases. Moreover, the crystallography structures of the Mgl2Zn(Y, Er) and Mg24(Er, Y, Zn)5 phases are confirmed as 18R-type long-period stacking ordered structure and body-centred cubic structure, respectively.
文摘A full habituated cell line C_ 20hi was screened from 2,4_D dependent line (C_ 20D) of Catharanthus roseus (L.) G. Don. The investigation involved the cell growth, ajmalicine production and enzyme activity related to indole alkaloid biosynthesis in both cell lines. These results indicated that C_ 20hi cells grew faster than C_ 20D cells, and average ajmalicine content in C_ 20hi cells was 18.4 times more than that in C_ 20D when cultured in the production medium. In the growth medium, average ajmalicine content in C_ 20hi cells was 31.9 times more than that in C_ 20D cells, while the cell growth has no obvious difference. The comparison of enzyme activities in C_ 20hi and C_ 20D cells indicated that tryptophan decarboxylase (TDC), strictosidine synthase (SSS) and geraniol_10_dehydrogenase (G10H) activities have no close relation to ajmalicine accumulation, although the activities of these enzymes were higher when cells were cultured in the production medium than in the growth medium. The C_ 20hi cells are relatively stable in five years of culture.
文摘[Objective] The aim was to understand the species composition, distribution, density, seasonal fluctuation and pathogens of mosquitoes in four regions of East China to provide basic data for prevention and control of mosquitoes at ports. [Method] The mosquitoes at 21 ports of four regions in East China were investigated during 2011-2014 by CO2 lamp method, egg collection method, scoop method and visual method. The species of mosquitoes was identified, and pathogens in mosquitoes were detected. [Result] From 2011 to 2014, 102 583 mosquitoes were captured at the ports, belonging to 18 species, 6 genera and 1 family. Culex pipi- ens quinquefasciatus or Culex pipiens pallens was the dominant species at most ports. Mosquitoes could be captured from May to October, and the captured mosquitoes were the most in June. The positive rate of egg collectors was 9.41%, and the positive rate of breeding places was 7.23%. Rare entry mosquitoes were captured, and most of them were C. pipiens pallens. The detection results of dengue fever, malaria and other pathogens were negative. [Conclusion] C. pipiens quinquefasciatus or C. pipiens pallens was dominant at most ports, and the peak period was June. There were breeding environments of mosquitoes at some ports, so the prevention and control of mosquitoes at these ports should be paid more at- tention to in future.

文摘The changes of physiological and biochemical indices in jujube fruits during the late development were investigated from 6-year-old jujube trees (Zizyphus jujuba Mill. cv. Lingwuchangzao). The results showed that the flesh firmness decreased slowly from white-green stage to full-red stage, being significantly related with the developmental maturity of jujube fruits negatively, the correlation coefficient reached -0.980 3^**. The contents of ascorbic acid and titratable acid in jujube fruits were significantly related with the developmental process of jujube fruits negatively or positively, the correlation coef- ficients were -0. 973 1^**and + 0. 974 6^ * * , respectively. The contents of soluble solids, total sugar, and sucrose increased with jujube ripening, while the relative sweetness of jujube fruits showed the same variation pattern, the correlation coefficients were 0. 996 6 ^* * , 0. 988 0^** , and 0. 982 8 ^* * , respectively. Before white-green stage during fruit development, the accumulation of monosaccharide was predominant in jujube fruits, following a fast accumulation of sucrose, indicating that the main component of sugars is sucrose at the crisp-ripe stage. Furthermore, the starch content of the flesh reached the peak at about thirty percentage of jujube maturity, being 51,54 mg/100 g.FW. The respiratory rates varied between 10 mg/( kg.h) and CO2 26 mg/( kg.h) after fruit turning red and before softening, indicating a non-climacteric respiratory type.

文摘A novel precursor of nickel-cobalt alloy powders with an appropriate Ni to Co molar ratio was prepared under selectively synthetic conditions. The composition and morphology of the precursor were characterized by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-IR) and energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS). The effects of pH value, reaction temperature, metal ion concentrations and surfactant on the morphology and the dispersion of precursor were investigated. The results show that the morphology of precursor depends on ammonia content in the precursor. A fibriform precursor is a complicated ammonia-containing nickel-cobalt oxalate. The uniform shape-controlled fibrous precursor is obtained under the following optimum conditions: ammonia as complex agent as well as pH adjustor, oxalate as coprecipitator, 50-65 °C of reaction temperature, 0.5-0.8 mol/L of total concentration of Ni2+ and Co2+, PVP as dispersant, and pH 8.0-8.4.
文摘An evaporation/condensation flow cell was developed and interfaced with the matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI) time-of-flight mass spectrometer for on-line bioaerosol detection and characterization, which allows matrix addition by condensation onto the laboratory-generated bioaerosol particles. The final coated particle exiting from the con- denser is then introduced into the aerodynamic particle sizer spectrometer or home-built aerosol laser time-of-flight mass spectrometer, and its aerodynamic size directly effects on the matrix-to-analyte molar ratio, which is very important for MALDI technique. In order to observe the protonated analyte molecular ion, and then determine the classification of bi- ological aerosols, the matrix-to-analyte molar ratio must be appropriate. Four experimental parameters, including the temperature of the heated reservoir, the initial particle size, its number concentration, and the matrix material, were tested experimentally to analyze their influences on the final particle size. This technique represents an on-line system of detection that has the potential to provide rapid and reliable identification of airborne biological aerosols.

文摘In order to grasp the development path of the Jiangsu construction industry, a multivariable linear regression model for forecasting is proposed. Five factors affecting development of the Jiangsu construction industry are chosen as explanatory variables. They are the construction industry's fixed assets K, the gross domestic product (GDP), real estate added value (REAV), construction industry export (WS)and investment in construction and installation projects(JA). The principal component analysis is used to resolve multicollinearity between them. The construction added value (CAV) is chosen as a dependant variable, and the growth model of the Jiangsu construction industry is established. Statistical data from 1990 to 2008 are used to test the prediction accuracy of the model. The predictive results show that from 2009 to 2012, the average annual growth rate of the Jiangsu construction industry added value will be 17. 65% while the GDP growth rate will be 14. 16% . the Jiangsu construction industry will grow faster than the GDP in the near future. The construction output of the GDP continues to rise, and its pillar position will be further strengthened.

文摘To obtain a better placement result, a partitioning-based placement algorithm with wirelength prediction called HJ-Pl is presented. A new method is proposed to estimate proximity of interconnects in a netlist, which is capable of predicting not only short interconnects but long interconnects accurately. The predicted wirelength is embedded into the partitioning tool of bisection-based global placement, which can guide our placement towards a solution with shorter interconnects. In addition, the timing objective can be handled within the algorithm by minimizing the critical path delay. Experimental results show that, compared to Capol0. 5, mPL6, and NTUplace, HJ-P1 outperforms these placers in terms of wirelength and run time. The improvements in terms of average wirelength over Capo10. 5, mPL6 and NPUplace are 13%, 3%, and 9% with only 19%, 91%, and 99% of their runtime, respectively. By integrating the predicted wirelength-driven clustering into Capo10. 5, the placer is able to reduce average wirelength by 3%. The timing-driven HJ-P1 can reduce the critical path delay by 23%.

文摘AIMS To explore the possible effects of basic fibrob- last growth factor (bFGF) on ischemic gut and liver in- juries after trauma. METHODS Animal model of super mesenteric artery (SMA) occlusion was used in this study. Seventy-two Wistar rats were divided into three groups of 24 rats each. Each animal in group 1 (bFGF treated) was in- jected with 4 μg of bFGF in 0.15 ml of normal saline solution containing 0.1%(w/v) heparin through the jugular vein at the onset of reperfusion. Animals in group 2 (saline treated) received the same vehicle, but without bFGF. Group 3 (sham-operated) ani- mals were treated with the same operations,but without SMA occlusion. Liver function parameters, serum TNFα,bacterial examination and pathological study were used to evaluate the results. RESULTS In group 1,the amounts of ALT and AST and serum TNFα were reduced significantly at 6,24 and 48 hours as compared with group 2. Bacterial ex- amination showed that the bacterial translocation from gut to liver,spleen and MLN in group 1 was much lower than that in group 2. The pathological results support the concept of significant protecting effects of bFGF. CONCLUSIONS Venous administration of bFGF may help reduce gut and liver injuries after ischemia and reperfusion. Its mechanism of action may involve the mitogenic and non-mitogenic effects of bFGF.
