N. cucumeris was released after application of pesticides for seven days (for 0,3% azadirachtin EC) or six days (for other pesticides). The results showed that the combined action of 1.8% abamectin EW (1:8 000) and N. cucumeris had the best control efficacy of 96.63% at 20 days after N. cucumeris releasing. The control efficacies of N. cucumeds and 0.3% azadirachtin EC (1:250) were 59.7% and 90.1% after one day and 20 days, respectively, after N. cucumeris releasing. The control efficacy of N. cucumeris and 0.5% matrine AS (1:2 000) was 82.65% at 20 days after N. cucumeris releasing. The results provide options for sustainable control of T. cinnabarinus and for the delay of pesticides resistance.展开更多

Then, the relationship between earthquake environments and the seismic risk analysis results of different exceeding probabilities are researched. The results show that minor and major earthquake motion parameters calculated from moderate earthquakes do not have a consistent probability and the ratio of bedrock peak accelerations under different exceedance probabilities are dosdy correlated with earthquake environments.展开更多

Methods: The expressions of PPARy and MVD and VM were tested by CD34 immunohistochemical (IHC) staining and periodic acid-Schiff (PAS) reaction in 34 cases of HCC tissues and its paired non-cancerous tissues. Their biological behaviors were analyzed and associated with the clinicopathological features. Results: PPARy was over-expressed (24/34) in HCC tissues, it was associated with tumor size (〉 5 cm, P = 0.027), broken capsule (P = 0.014), tendency to metastasis and recurrence (P = 0.001). The MVD was higher (23/24) in HCC tissues than that in corresponding para-cancerous tissues (t = 18.925, P 〈 0.05). There was a significant positive correlation between the over-expression of PPARy and high MVD (r = 0.519). Kaplan-Meier analysis indicated that positive expression of PPARy and VM and high MVD could be used for predicating the survival rate of HCC patients (P = 0.013, 0.036 and 0.022, respectively; log-rank test). Cox hazard model analysis showed that positive PPARy expression and high MVD were the independent prognostic factors for HCC. Conclusion: The PPARy correlated with the development of microcirculatory in HCC. PPARy is a novel prognostic indicator for evaluating of HCC.展开更多

Petroleum and petrochemical industry will also be able to have serious water pollution. Against oil pollution increasingly serious phenomenon, about how to control oil pollution has also carried on the thorough research and accumulated in the process of specific management experiences and lessons. We conduct theoretical analysis between the state-of-the-art methods of environmental protection countermeasures with examples, We firmly believe that more advances will occur in the future.展开更多

The main objective is to emphasize the value of multiple, continuous sedimentary records of macroscopic charcoal(macro-C) for the reconstruction of local to regional past changes in fire regimes, the importance of multi-proxy studies, and the advantage of model-based estimates of plant cover from pollen data to assess the role of tree composition and human impact in fire history. The chronologies at the three study sites are based on a large number of 14 C dates from terrestrial plant remains and age-depth models are achieved using Bayesian statistics. Fire history is inferred from continuous records of macro-C and microscopic charcoal counts on pollen slides. The Landscape Reconstruction Algorithm(LRA) for pollen-based quantitative reconstruction of local vegetation cover is applied on the three pollen records for plant cover reconstruction over the entire Holocene. The results are as follows:(1) the long-term trends in fire regimes are similar between sites, i.e., frequent fires during the early Holocene until ca. 9 ka BP, low fire frequency during the mid-Holocene, and higher fire frequency from ca. 2.5 ka BP;(2) this broad trend agrees with the overall fire history of northwestern and western Europe north of the Mediterranean area, and is due to climate forcing in the early and mid-Holocene, and to anthropogenic land-use in the late Holocene;(3) the LRA estimates of plant cover at the three sites demonstrate that the relative abundance of pine played a primordial role in the early and mid-Holocene fire history; and(4) the between-site differences in the charcoal records and inferred fire history are due to local factors(i.e., relative abundance of pine, geomorphological setting, and anthropogenic land-use) and taphonomy of charcoal deposition in the small peat bogs. It is shown that continuous macro-C records are most useful to disentangle local from regional-subcontinental fire history, and climate-induced from human-induced fire regimes, and that pollen-based LRA estimates of local plant cover are more adequate than pollen percentages for the assessment of the role of plant composition on fire history.展开更多
