目的:观察益气温阳养血方治疗乳腺癌术后患者(阳气亏虚证)的临床疗效。方法:将32例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各16例,两组均接受相同方案化疗,治疗组在对照组基础上内服益气温阳养血方。比较两组治疗前后临床症状体征改善情... 目的:观察益气温阳养血方治疗乳腺癌术后患者(阳气亏虚证)的临床疗效。方法:将32例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各16例,两组均接受相同方案化疗,治疗组在对照组基础上内服益气温阳养血方。比较两组治疗前后临床症状体征改善情况及临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为81.3%,高于对照组的31.3%(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,两组治疗后肿瘤标志物含量均下降(P<0.05),治疗后两组肿瘤标志物检测结果比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);组内比较,治疗组治疗后KPS评分和FACT-B量表总分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),对照组组内比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后KPS评分和FACT-B量表总分治疗组均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组毒副作用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气温阳养血方辅助化疗治疗乳腺癌术后阳气亏虚证患者有较好的疗效,可有效缓解患者临床症状,提高患者生存质量。 展开更多

To further improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy and the performance of solar heat pump heating systems,a new heating mode of a solar air-source heat pump(SASHP)is proposed,and the characteristics and performance of the heat pump part of this new heating system are studied.Based on a SASHP with 10 kW,the mathematical model of this system is built,and the characteristics and performance are concluded from the simulation analysis at different environmental temperatures and output water temperatures.The results show that the performance of heat pumps can be greatly improved based on the new SASHP.When the environmental temperature is 7 ℃,the coefficient of performance(COP)of the air-source heat pump(ASHP)can be increased by 26% at most.This paper sets up a base for further study on the heating system with this new SASHP in the heating season. 展开更多

A novel SnO2-based gas anode was developed for aluminum electrolysis in molten cryolite at 850 &#176;C to reduce energy consumption and decrease CO2 emissions. Hydrogen was introduced into the anode, participating in the anode reaction. Carbon and aluminum were used as the cathode and reference electrodes, respectively. Cyclic voltammetry was applied in the cell to investigate the electrochemical behavior of oxygen ion on platinum and SnO2-based materials. The potential for oxygen evolution on these electrode materials was determined. Then, galvanostatic electrolysis was performed on the gas anode, showing a significant depolarization effect (a decrease of ~0.8 V of the anode potential) after the introduction of hydrogen, compared with no gas introduction or the introduction of argon. The results indicate the involvement of hydrogen in the anode reaction (three-phase-boundary reaction including gas, electrolyte and electrode) and give the possibility for the utilization of reducing gas anodes for aluminum electrolysis. 展开更多

A method to investigate the effect of gas bubble on cell voltage oscillations was established. The whole aluminum electrolysis cell was treated as a resistance circuit, and the dynamic simulation of the cell equivalent circuit was modeled with Matlab/Simulink simulation software. The time-series signals of cell voltage and anode current were obtained under different bubble conditions, and analyzed by spectral and statistical analysis methods. The simulation results show that higher bubble release frequency has a significant effect on the cell voltage oscillations. When the bubble coverage of one anode block exceeds 80%, the cell voltage may exceed its normal fluctuation amplitude. The simulation also proves that the anode effect detected by computer in actual production is mainly the whole cell anode effect. 展开更多

[目的]观测补气助阳汤对过敏性鼻炎模型肿瘤坏死因子-α、核因子-κB细胞因子表达影响。[方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将30只SPF级SD大鼠按随机数字表法随机分为三组,空白对照组(A组),模型对照组(B组),补气助阳汤组(C组),10只/组。使用卵蛋白腹腔注射进行致敏,局部鼻黏膜激发的方法复制过敏性鼻炎大鼠模型。除A组外,其余各组大鼠均以卵蛋白溶液给大鼠进行腹腔注射进行致敏,注射剂量为1m L/只,隔日1次,共注射7次。实验第15d,除A组外的其余两组大鼠均以卵蛋白溶液10μL进行滴鼻激发,共11d,每日滴鼻一次。A组大鼠不做任何处理,正常饲养;B组大鼠给予生理盐水从口灌胃,剂量为2m L/只;C组大鼠补气助阳汤中药汤剂经口灌胃,剂量为2m L/只;自激发之日起(实验第15d)开始给药,直至激发结束,共给药11d,1次/d。采用HE染色的方法,观察各组大鼠鼻黏膜病理变化;western-blot法,对各组大鼠鼻黏膜组织中TNF-α、NF-κB的蛋白表达水平进行检测。[结果]与空白对照组比较,其余大鼠鼻黏膜TNF-α、NF-κB含量均显著升高(P<0.01),与模型对照组比较,补气助阳汤组鼻黏膜TNF-α、NF-κB含量有降低(P<0.01)。[结论]补气助阳汤对过敏性鼻炎治疗效果良好,能够抑制患病大鼠鼻黏膜组织内的NF-κB和TNF-α表达水平,发挥了抗过敏作用。 展开更多

“阴火”是最能体现李东垣学术思想的重要理法概念之一,李东垣既然抛开《黄帝内经》众多“火”的概念,在火字前冠以“阴”字,则说明经典中已有“火”的概念不足以表达其本质内涵。通过探讨《黄帝内经》与“阴火”理论的立论关系,可以得... “阴火”是最能体现李东垣学术思想的重要理法概念之一,李东垣既然抛开《黄帝内经》众多“火”的概念,在火字前冠以“阴”字,则说明经典中已有“火”的概念不足以表达其本质内涵。通过探讨《黄帝内经》与“阴火”理论的立论关系,可以得出“阴火”概念的指向为“病起于阴者”。“阴火”理论重要的病理机制是:“少阳春生之气”升发不及,导致“脾胃之气下流,湿气闷塞其下”,其核心病机正是《素问·四气调神大论》“阳气者闭塞,地气者冒明”在中焦脾胃的具体体现。李东垣论治“阴火”的理法思维与“甘温除大热”不同,当加以区分,组方之法为“辛甘温为主,佐助用苦”,代表方为补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤。通过探讨《伤寒论》六经体系与“阴火”理论的关系,笔者认为,“阴火上冲”的病理状态符合厥阴病的病理机制,李东垣治疗“阴火”之方药与麻黄升麻汤和奔豚汤在理法思维上具有相同的方证规律。 展开更多

目的研究益气温阳活血利水方治疗心肾综合征(心肾阳虚证)对患者血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、生长分化因子-11(GDF-11)的变化影响。方法选取医院2017年5月-2019年5月收治的心肾综合征(心肾阳虚证)患者73例,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组给予... 目的研究益气温阳活血利水方治疗心肾综合征(心肾阳虚证)对患者血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、生长分化因子-11(GDF-11)的变化影响。方法选取医院2017年5月-2019年5月收治的心肾综合征(心肾阳虚证)患者73例,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组给予西医基础治疗,观察组加用益气温阳活血利水方治疗,分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果观察组总有效率(85.71%,30/35)高于对照组(62.86%,22/35),不良反应率(45.71%,16/35)与对照组(51.43%,18/35)比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组治疗前肾功能指标、心功能指标、AngⅡ、GDF-11、C反应蛋白(CRP)、细胞间黏附因子-1(sICAM-1)水平组间比较,差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)水平高于对照组,血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、AngⅡ、GDF-11、CRP、sICAM-1水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气温阳活血利水方治疗心肾综合征(心肾阳虚证)可减轻炎症反应,降低AngⅡ、GDF-11的表达水平,改善心功能和肾功能,且安全性高。 展开更多

Based on the commercial computational fluid dynamics software CFX-4.3, electrolyte flow fields in a 156 kA pre-baked anode aluminum electrolysis cell were investigated in three different cases where the electrolyte melt was driven by different kinds of force, i.e. electromagnetic force only, the anode gas drag force only and both of the former two forces. The results show that when electromagnetic force was introduced only, most of the electrolyte moves horizontally; when anode gas drag force was introduced only, the electrolyte flows mainly around each anode with small circulation; when electromagnetic force and anode gas drag force were both introduced together, the structure of the electrolyte flow fields and the velocity of electrolyte are similar to that of the case where only anode gas drag force is used. It incorporates two slots that allow an efficien... A transient three-dimensional(3 D) model was established to understand the bubble motion in an industrial electrolytic process. An anode with a new design was tested. It incorporates two slots that allow an efficient removal of gas bubbles. The electromagnetic fields were described by solving Maxwell's equations. The bubble movement was studied with two-way coupling Euler-Lagrange approach. The interplay of current density and bubble nucleation rate was included. The collision and coalescence of bubbles were considered. Random walk module was invoked for involving the chaotic effect of the turbulence. The numerical results were validated by experimental measurements. The results indicate that the current distribution and the bubble nucleation periodically change. Due to the slot, the bubble elimination heavily increases. The contribution of the slot to the bubble removal exceeds 50% in the case of three currents, and the promotion of the slot decays with increasing the current. 展开更多

The bubble behavior is one of the key factors for the design and the process of aluminum reduction cell using inert anode.A see-through cell is constructed to investigate the bubble flow behavior and the electrolyte flow pattern induced by bubbles.The test results show that the electrolyte is driven by the bubble to move around the cathode,and also some vortices occur in local areas.The bubble generated at the anode bottom undergoes the processes of formation,growth,sliding,detachment and coalescence.However,the bubble generated at the middle of anode detaches rapidly from the anode surface and moves upward and collides with other bubbles,which results in coalescence or break-up.Most bubbles are released into the atmosphere at the liquid surface,while some other bubbles taken by the electrolyte flush to the height higher than the mean horizontal level of the liquid and then drop down and move horizontally and they are released finally.Some bubbles are kept unbroken and are sliding on the electrolyte surface.The diameter of bubble generated at inert anode is smaller than that of bubble generated at graphite anode.Moreover,the bubbles on inert anode are spherical,which was different from those in tubular or disk form on graphite anode. 展开更多

《伤寒论》定性辨证和定量辨证是对多样、具体疾病的抽象概括。张仲景用定量辨证思维定量病证,有证可循、灵活多变,具有整体连贯性和系统性,对发病时间、症状表现、脉象、以方(药)测证、量词、数词等定量病证各有侧重,得到广泛认可。发... 《伤寒论》定性辨证和定量辨证是对多样、具体疾病的抽象概括。张仲景用定量辨证思维定量病证,有证可循、灵活多变,具有整体连贯性和系统性,对发病时间、症状表现、脉象、以方(药)测证、量词、数词等定量病证各有侧重,得到广泛认可。发病时间:"一二日" "四五日" "八九日" 等表示病情变化。症状表现:辨证最主要的依据,风寒表证、头痛或身痛诸痛,恶风或恶寒,无汗占据一定分量。脉象:病机均为阳虚饮逆的67条和160条"沉紧"与"甚微"均从脉搏应指程度而言,分别表示阳虚不甚或阳气已大虚。量词、数词文字描述:用量值描述症状是一种模糊数学方法,以症状定量方式辨量值,如寒象量级包括大寒、振寒、恶寒、微寒等;大、小陷胸汤,大、小承气汤中的 "小" "大",直接用表示定量的量词 "少" "多",少与多、小与大虽然无法对数量精确定量,但定量概念却比较明确。以方(药)测证:药物试探定量,每一方剂都是伤寒体系中定量分析和定性分析的具体表现,在诊断性治疗时应用广泛,小承气汤试探,药后 "转失气" 和 "如不转失气" 表示阳明腑实证程度。定性辨证是疾病本质的抽象表现,定量辨证则表示相互差异和内在联系;定性辨证容易掌握,简单明确,是抽象和粗略的;定量辨证是对复杂多样、精细具体的,比较接近疾病变化的客观状态描述,是对定性辨证的发展和补充。定性辨证结合定量辨证,才能提高中医学辨证体系的科学性、严密性。临床更应重视定量辨证,只询问症状有无,没有量值概念思维,对辨证论治准确性造成影响。深入研究和挖掘《伤寒论》中的定量辨证思维方法,对于促进中医学辨证体系的发展非常重要。 展开更多

目的探讨健脾益气温阳方联合胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)对血糖、pH值恢复时间及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的影响。方法选取衡水市中医医院2020年6月—2021年12月收治的60例DKA患者... 目的探讨健脾益气温阳方联合胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒(diabetic ketoacidosis,DKA)对血糖、pH值恢复时间及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)的影响。方法选取衡水市中医医院2020年6月—2021年12月收治的60例DKA患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予胰岛素泵治疗,观察组在上述基础联合健脾益气温阳方治疗,连续治疗3 d,比较两组患者中医证候积分、血糖及pH值恢复时间,以及T-AOC、T-SOD、炎症因子水平。结果治疗前,两组患者恶心呕吐、口干、胸闷气促、舌紫黯症状积分比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者上述症状积分均下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察者组血糖、pH值恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者血清T-AOC、T-SOD、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者血清T-AOC、T-SOD均升高,炎症因子水平均下降,且观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾益气温阳方联合胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病酮症酸中毒,可有效改善患者临床症状,促进血糖、pH值恢复,提高T-AOC、T-SOD水平,降低炎症因子水平。 展开更多

The annual average daily Rs in thearid and semi-arid areas is 16.3 ± 5.77 and 15.3 ± 5.16 MJm-2 d-1, respectively. The highest value (17.2 ± 5.84 MJm-2 d-1) appears in an arid area at Linze. The lowest valueappears in the semi-arid area of Ansai. Pronounced seasonal variation of Rs is observed with the highest value insummer and the lowest in winter. The clearness indexshowed similar seasonal pattern at most sites, with theminimum observed in the summer and the highest valuesin winter at both arid and semi-arid areas. The seasonalvariation of the ratio of Rs to its extraterrestrial value Kt inthe arid area is more significant than that observed in thesemi-arid region, and it is caused by the different range ofvariation of water vapor between arid and semi-arid areasThe seasonal fluctuations in Rs and Kt are mainly controlled by the water vapor content in these areas.
