The substrate pn junction can be realized by using the standard silicon technologies without any additional processing steps.Integrated inductors on silicon are designed and fabricated. S parameters of the inductor based equivalent circuit are investigated and the inductor parameters are calculated.The impacts of the substrate pn junction isolation on the inductor quality factor are studied.The experimental results show that substrate pn junction isolation in certain depth has achieved a significant improvement.At 3GHz,the substrate pn junction isolation increases the inductor quality factor by 40%.展开更多
The ultrastructure and intercellular connection of the sugar unloading zone (i.e. the phloem in the dorsal vascular bundle and the phloem_surrounding the assimilate sink_cells) of grape ( Vitis vinifera× V. labr...The ultrastructure and intercellular connection of the sugar unloading zone (i.e. the phloem in the dorsal vascular bundle and the phloem_surrounding the assimilate sink_cells) of grape ( Vitis vinifera× V. labrusca cv. Jingchao) berry was observed via transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that during the early developmental stages of grape berry, numerous plasmodesmata were found in the phloem between sieve element (SE) and companion cell (CC), between SE/CC complexes, between SE/CC complex and phloem parenchyma cell and in between phloem parenchyma cells, which made the phloem a symplastic integration, facilitating sugar unloading from sieve elements into both companion cells and phloem parenchyma cells via a symplastic pathway. On the contrary, there was almost no plasmodesma between phloem and its surrounding flesh photoassimilate sink_cells, neither in between the flesh photoassimilate sink_cells giving rise to a symplastic isolation both between phloem and its surrounding flesh photoassimilate sink_cells, as well as among the flesh photoassimilate sink_cells. This indicated that both the sugar unloading from phloem and postphloem transport of sugars should be mainly via an apoplastic pathway. During the ripening stage, most of the plasmodesmata between SE/CC complex and the surrounding phloem parenchyma cells were shown to be blocked by the electron_opaque globules, and a phenomenon of plasmolysis was found in a number of companion cells, indicating a symplastic isolation between SE/CC complex and its surrounding parenchyma cells during this phase. The symplastic isolation between the whole phloem and its surrounding photoassimilate sink_cells during the early developmental stages shifted to a symplastic isolation within the phloem during the ripening phase, and thus the symplastic pathway of sugar unloading from SE/CC complex during the early development stages should be replaced by a dominant apoplastic unloading pathway from SE/CC complex in concordance.展开更多

The designed switch has a metal cantilever that acts as an electrostatically activated switch with processing options to achieve dielectric isolation of the controlvoltage path from the signal path. To obtain good material properties,an ANSYS FEA tool is used to optimize the structure. The RF MEMS switch is fabricated via a surface micromachining process. The switch has an actuation voltage of 12V,which is close to the simulated value of 11V. The measured and the HFSS simulated isolations are both higher than - 20dB from 0.05 to 10GHz. The measured insertion loss is less than - 0.9dB, relatively larger than the simulated loss of less than - 0.2dB from 0.05 to 10GHz. This is because a contact resistance introduced due to poor physical contact between the bottom lines and the metal cantilever.展开更多

In the present study with Tan sheep, small-tailed Han sheep, Hu sheep, Tong sheep, and Wadi sheep, we detected the distribution of gene frequency of several microsatellite sites in different chromosomes, the result sh...In the present study with Tan sheep, small-tailed Han sheep, Hu sheep, Tong sheep, and Wadi sheep, we detected the distribution of gene frequency of several microsatellite sites in different chromosomes, the result showed that: 1) Hu sheep was in the status of Hardy-Weinberg extreme disequilibrium (P 〈 0.01), while populations including Tong sheep, small-tailed Han sheep, Tan sheep, and Wadi sheep were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium (P 〉 0.05). 2) Variance analysis of the heterozygosity and poly- morphic information content at rnicrosatellite makers showed that there were not significant differences among populations as to heterozygosity and PIC (P 〉 0.05), as to effective number of alleles there were not significant differences both among Tan sheep, Hu sheep, Tong sheep, and Wadi sheep, and between Wadi sheep and small-tailed sheep (P 〉 0.05), but between the former three populations and the latter two populations, there were significant differences (0.01〈 P 〈0.05). The variation levels of small-tailed Han sheep was the highest in the five populations based on microsatellite maker data, subsequently followed by Wadi sheep, Tong sheep, Tan sheep, and then Hu sheep. 3) The phylogenetic relationships of the five sheep populations in this study did not meet the mechanism of isolation by distance, and the genetic differentiation relationships among five sheep populations were not closely linearly correlative with their geography distribution. The results showed that the multivari- ate linear model was y=-12.371 +4.182x1 +0.435x2 +0.013x3+0.083x4+0.017x5+0.916x6+ 0.540x7, and the influences of the factors on the prescribed burning width of fire isolated belt were in the order of x6, x7, x1, x4, x3, x2, x5. And compression fields in the isolator are investigated using wall static and pitot pressure measurements. Three incoming Mach numbers are considered as 1.5, 1.8 and 2. Results show that the increase of the asymmetry of the flow at the isolator entrance leads to the increase of the shock train length in the isolator for a given pressure ratio. Based on the analysis of the flow asymmetry effect at the isolator entrance on the shock train length, a modified correlation is proposed to calculate the length of the shock train. Predicted results of the proposed correlation are in good agreement with the experimental data.展开更多

The distributions of sodium laurate, sodium dodeeyl sulfate, and sodium dodeeyl benzene sulfonate on the surface of α-olefin drag reducing polymer particles were almost the same, but the bending degrees of them were obviously different. The bending degree of SLA molecules was greater than those of the other two surfactant molecules. Simulation results of absorbing and accumulating structure showed that, though hydrophobie properties of surfactant molecules were almost the same, water density around long chain sulfonate sodium was bigger than that around alkyl sulfate sodium. This property goes against useful absorbing and accumulating on the surface of α-olefin drag reducing polymer particles; simulation results of interactions of different surfactant and multiple hydroxyl compounds on surface of particles showed that, interactions of different surfaetant and one kind of multiple hydroxyl compound were similar to those of one kind of surfaetant and different multiple hydroxyl compounds. These two contrast types of interactions also exhibited the differences of absorbing distribution and closing degrees to surface of particles. The sequence of closing degrees was derived from simulation; control step of addition polymerization interaction in coating process was absorbing mass transfer process, so the more closed to surface of particle the multiple hydroxyl compounds were, the easier interactions With isoeyanate were. Simulation results represented the compatibility relationship between surfactant and multiple hydroxyl compounds. The isolating and coating processes of α-olefin drag reducing polymer were further understood on molecule and atom level through above simulation research, and based on the simulation, a referenced theoretical basis was provided for practical optimal selection and experimental preparation of α-olefin drag reducing polymer particles suspension isolation agent.展开更多

In the case of a small deformation, the relation between the displacement of the vertex and the pre-bending angle is analyzed. The metal contact is realized by in-plane motion and sidewall connection. The switches were fabricated using the MetalMUMPs process from MEMSCAP. 文摘To simulate the actual flowfield at the exit of the supersonic/hypersonic inlet, a wind tunnel is designed to study the flow in the scramjet isolator under the asymmetric incoming flow. And compression fields in the isolator are investigated using wall static and pitot pressure measurements. Three incoming Mach numbers are considered as 1.5, 1.8 and 2. Results show that the increase of the asymmetry of the flow at the isolator entrance leads to the increase of the shock train length in the isolator for a given pressure ratio. Based on the analysis of the flow asymmetry effect at the isolator entrance on the shock train length, a modified correlation is proposed to calculate the length of the shock train. Predicted results of the proposed correlation are in good agreement with the experimental data.
文摘The absorbing process in isolating and coating process of α-olefin drag reducing polymer was studied by molecular dynamic simulation method, on basis of coating theory of α-olefin drag reducing polymer particles with polyurethane as coating material. The distributions of sodium laurate, sodium dodeeyl sulfate, and sodium dodeeyl benzene sulfonate on the surface of α-olefin drag reducing polymer particles were almost the same, but the bending degrees of them were obviously different. The bending degree of SLA molecules was greater than those of the other two surfactant molecules. Simulation results of absorbing and accumulating structure showed that, though hydrophobie properties of surfactant molecules were almost the same, water density around long chain sulfonate sodium was bigger than that around alkyl sulfate sodium. This property goes against useful absorbing and accumulating on the surface of α-olefin drag reducing polymer particles; simulation results of interactions of different surfactant and multiple hydroxyl compounds on surface of particles showed that, interactions of different surfaetant and one kind of multiple hydroxyl compound were similar to those of one kind of surfaetant and different multiple hydroxyl compounds. These two contrast types of interactions also exhibited the differences of absorbing distribution and closing degrees to surface of particles. The sequence of closing degrees was derived from simulation; control step of addition polymerization interaction in coating process was absorbing mass transfer process, so the more closed to surface of particle the multiple hydroxyl compounds were, the easier interactions With isoeyanate were. Simulation results represented the compatibility relationship between surfactant and multiple hydroxyl compounds. The isolating and coating processes of α-olefin drag reducing polymer were further understood on molecule and atom level through above simulation research, and based on the simulation, a referenced theoretical basis was provided for practical optimal selection and experimental preparation of α-olefin drag reducing polymer particles suspension isolation agent.
文摘A new switching circuit is presented for the application in the frequency range of 0 to 8 GHz. This switch is electro-thermally actuated and exhibits high radio frequency (RF) performance due to its lateral contact mechanism, It composes of electroplated nickel and silicon nitride as structural materials. The isolation between bias and signal ports is realized by using silicon nitride. In the case of a small deformation, the relation between the displacement of the vertex and the pre-bending angle is analyzed. The metal contact is realized by in-plane motion and sidewall connection. The switches were fabricated using the MetalMUMPs process from MEMSCAP. The RF testing results show that the switch has a low insertion loss of 0. 9 dB at 8 GHz and a high isolation of 30 dB below 8 GHz.
文摘Presented is design concept for key parameters o f the reverse conducting gate commutated thyristor (RC-GCT),such as the thickness and concentration of n-base region and the transparent anode region,and the wi dth of separation region between asymmetric GCT and PIN diode.A structure model of the RC-GCT is set up based on the design concept and its characteristics are analyzed.The simulation results show the design concept is reasonable.
