In order to decrease the deformation and stress and increase the natural frequency of the fixed table,a method of optimization driven by the sensitivity and topology analyses is proposed.The finite element model of the fixed table is constructed and analyzed by using ANSYS software.Based on the results of static analysis and modal analysis,the maximum deformation,the maximum stress,and natural frequencies are obtained.Then,the sensitivity analysis and topology optimization are carried out to find out the parameters to be optimized.The fixed table is reconstructed according to optimal design scheme.In the comparison of the results between original model and the optimized one,the maximum deformation and stress are decreased by 71.73%and 60.27%respectively.At the same time,the natural frequencies from the first mode to the sixth mode are increased by 30.28%,29.57%,29.51%,31.52%,22.19%,and 21.80%,respectively.The method can provide technology guide for the design and optimization of machining structure. 展开更多

With the rapid development of Virtual Private Network (VPN), many companies and organizations use VPN to implement their private communication. Traditionally, VPN uses security protocols to protect the confidentiality of data, the message integrity and the endpoint authentication. One core technique of VPN is tunneling, by which clients can access the in- ternal servers traversing VPN. However, the tunneling technique also introduces a concealed security hole. It is possible that if one vicious user can establish tunneling by the VPN server, he can compromise the internal servers behind the VPN server. So this paper presents a novel Application-layer based Centralized Information Access Control (ACIAC) for VPN to solve this problem. To implement an efficient, flexible and multi-decision access control model, we present two key techniques to ACIAC—the centralized management mechanism and the stream-based access control. Firstly, we implement the information center and the constraints/events center for ACIAC. By the two centers, we can provide an abstract access control mechanism, and the material access control can be decided dynamically by the ACIAC’s constraint/event mechanism. Then we logically classify the VPN communication traffic into the access stream and the data stream so that we can tightly couple the features of VPN communication with the access control model. USA nuclear waste management program has stalled due to its continued insistence upon using Yucca Mountain for its disposal of DOE (Department of Energy) and commercial power plants NSF (nuclear spent fuel). Increased flexibility and significant changes in DOE program are proposed. They include a private waste company to manage it; the construction and operation of ICS (interim centralized storage) facilities for NSF; the search for an AGR (alternate geological repository); the use of a different methodology involving key local and state participants; a new "as safe as practical" strategy with defined benefits to the involved locations and states. Assured removal of NSF from ICS and providing limited Price Anderson indemnity for the program will enhance its acceptance. Minimum politics, regular information meetings, compromises, good cost projections and meeting schedules will be necessary to increase the chances of the proposed nuclear waste management program. 展开更多

Nitrous Oxide and Methane Fluxes During the Maize Season Under Optimized Management in Intensive Farming Systems of the North China Plain 被引量:1

Addressing concerns about mitigating greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions while maintaining high grain yield requires improved management practices that achieve sustainable intensification of cereal production systems. In the North China Plain, a field experiment was conducted to measure nitrous oxide (N2O) and methane (CH4) fluxes during the maize (Zea mays L.) season under various agricultural management regimes including conventional treatment (CONT) with high N fertilizer application at a rate of 300 kg N ha-1 and overuse of groundwater by flood irrigation, optimal fertilization 1 treatment (OPTIT), optimal fertilization 2 treatment (OPT2T), and controlled-release urea treatment (CRUT) with reduced N fertilizer application and irrigation, and a control (CK) with no N fertilizer. In contrast to CONT, balanced N fertilization treatments (OPT1T, OPT2T, and CRUT) and CK demonstrated a significant drop in cumulative N20 emission (1.70 v.s. 0.43-1.07 kg N ha-l), indicating that balanced N fertilization substantially reduced N20 emission. The vMues of the N20 emission factor were 0.42%, 0.29%, 0.32%, and 0.27% for CONT, OPTIT, OPT2T, and CRUT, respectively. Global warming potentials, which were predominantly determined by N20 emission, were estimated to be 188 kg CO2-eq ha-1 for CK and 419-765 kg CO2-eq ha-1 for the N fertilization treatments. Global warming potential intensity calculated by considering maize yield was significantly lower for OPT1T, OPT2T, CRUT, and CK than for CONT. Therefore, OPTIT, OPT2T, and CRUT were recommended as promising management practices for sustaining maize yield and reducing GHG emissions in the North China Plain. 展开更多
