东张务"音乐会"作为国家级非物质文化遗产源于佛教音乐,又曾经被改编利用为义和团军乐,在众多的冀中"音乐会"中可谓特色鲜明。古乐的庄重典雅和军乐的壮怀激烈被一代代东张务人接力传承,虽历经十年浩劫一度沉寂,但在20世纪90年代又重新振兴。考察其复兴之路,既有各"音乐会"共有的文化情怀,也有东张务人别样的执念。为了"音乐会"的传承发展,乡绅、村委、村民都鼎力相助,"音乐会"成员更是矢志坚守;为了能保持传统音乐的本色,他们宁可曲高和寡也要坚持"原汁原味"地传承;为了谋求"音乐会"的长远发展,"音乐会"会员更是自觉拒绝金钱的诱惑,努力回归善会传统。这些抉择,体现了他们对"音乐会"的音乐性质和存续方式的深刻理解,也体现了他们依靠自己的方式来克服困难的独特智慧,在"音乐会"的成功复兴中发挥了重要作用。

论“音乐会”传承发展中的主体性困境——以廊坊市安次区“音乐会”为例

“音乐会”作为古代音乐的活化石,在非物质文化遗产的发掘和保护工作中受到了越来越多的关注与扶持,但目前来看,其生存与发展仍存在很大困难。对个中症结,如果从“音乐会”会员的主体感知层面深入探析,无疑可以有一个更清晰的呈现。作为“音乐会”的传承主体,会员们对演奏这种特殊音乐的历史自豪感缺位的无助、对现场荣誉感降低的失落、对经济补偿不足的失望、对代表性传承人人选的质疑、对当下变革与固守的茫然,都作为内因深刻地影响着音乐会的传承与发展。廊坊市安次区有多支“音乐会”列入国家级、省级、市级“非遗”名录,且在众多的冀中“音乐会”中颇具代表性,对其进行深入考察,能在某种程度上反映大多数“音乐会”的主体性困境,为今后可以更好地保护和扶持这一优秀的传统文化寻根求源。

A Fully Homomorphic Encryption Scheme with Better Key Size

Fully homomorphic encryption is faced with two problems now. One is candidate fully homomorphic encryption schemes are few. Another is that the efficiency of fully homomorphic encryption is a big question. In this paper, we propose a fully homomorphic encryption scheme based on LWE, which has better key size. Our main contributions are： （1） According to the binary-LWE recently, we choose secret key from binary set and modify the basic encryption scheme proposed in Linder and Peikert in 2010. We propose a fully homomorphic encryption scheme based on the new basic encryption scheme. We analyze the correctness and give the proof of the security of our scheme. The public key, evaluation keys and tensored ciphertext have better size in our scheme. （2） Estimating parameters for fully homomorphic encryption scheme is an important work. We estimate the concert parameters for our scheme. We compare these parameters between our scheme and Bral2 scheme. Our scheme have public key and private key that smaller by a factor of about logq than in Bral2 scheme. Tensored ciphertext in our scheme is smaller by a factor of about log2q than in Bral2 scheme. Key switching matrix in our scheme is smaller by a factor of about log3q than in Bra12 scheme.

Jacopo Tintoretto＇s Female Concert： The Realm of Venus

This study aims to visualize Giorgio Vasari＇s statement in discussing Jacopo Tintoretto＇s Female Concert of 1576-86, now at the Gemaldegalerie Alte Meister in Dresden （see Figure 1）. Two conceits （concetti） are considered in analyzing Tintoretto＇s female imagery： （1） a fanciful invention of musica extravaganza; and （2） a Venetian allegory of bellezza. The first part of the essay discusses the provenance of the painting and the second part presents an iconographical interpretation of the imagery. This essay also focuses on the iconography of the painting based on viewing the subject and does not postulate on its iconography based on disappeared paintings or on a speculative decorative cycle on the theme of Hercules. Relying on well-documented research on music in Venice, on Mannerist practices, and on art theories during Tintoretto＇s life, some intriguing observations are made about the painting.

The Bauls or the fakirs of Bengal have been unacknowledged prophets even a century back, till the recent interest now in their music, philosophy, and performance. The Bauls do not revere class/caste/religious divides and often flout the norms of the society by their divine madness. Etymologically, the word derives from Sanskrit, ＂vatula＂ （meaning one who is affected by the wind disease or is mad）, or ＂vyakula＂ （meaning restless or disordered）. In recent years however, Bauls have been recognized as a religious sect, yet the connotation of madness still clings to their reputation. This paper is going to discuss briefly how the Baul tradition developed in Bengal and then focus on the Baul philosophy in the Baul-gan texts and on their musical appeal. Many of the Baul-gans have had profound influence on other forms of music. Closely associated with the Baul sangeet is the Bhatiali music whose rhythm, has often won the hearts of many classical musicians. Often times the classical musicians have been found to render the ektatra or dotara sounds in their improvisations. Rabindranath Tagore too has used some of the Baul maestro, Lalon Fakir＇s lyrics, philosophy as well as music in many of his songs. More recently, Baul songs have been rendered through fusion bands or experimental music.

Influence of Social Determinants in Preference of Public Audience at Music Performances in the Republic of Macedonia

This paper displays the results of a survey of public music performances held during 2010 in Skopje, the capital of the Republic of Macedonia. Study of the audience of public musical events was limited only to the number of visitors. Field research included 653 musical events with a total of 545,340 visitors grouped into eight categories according to the preference by genres of music preference, age, status symbol, origin of the performers, space, and organizers. Our experience in monitoring public musical events through personal presence, the recorded materials, and the continuous monitoring of information from electronic and print media, enabled us to record events and to build some initial comments and assumptions about the structure of the audience and music preference. We have chosen to consider the impact of the sociological determinants on the preference of the audience in the public musical performances through the music genres, the age, the status symbol, the origin of the performers, the area of maintenance, and the organizers of musical events. According to the genre distribution, classical music events prevail, and the greatest numbers of visitors are registered at the pop rock concerts. The structure of the audience according to the age varies depending on the musical genre, so the widest age structure covers the events of pop rock music.

Music electric stimulation of points for anxiety:a multi-center randomized controlled clinical trial

To observe the therapeutic efficacy of music electric stimulation of points in treating anxiety. Methods： By adopting a design of multi-centered randomized controlled trial （RCT）, a total of 270 patients with anxiety were randomized into a treatment group and a medication group. The treatment group was intervened by music electric stimulation of points, while the medication group was intervened by oral administration of doxepin. The two groups were evaluated by using Hamilton anxiety rating scale （HAMA） and Chinese revised edition of self-rating anxiety scale （SAS-CR） before and after the intervention. The therapeutic efficacies were also compared. Results： The total effective rate was 93.6% in the treatment group versus 92.3% in the medication group, and the between-group difference was statistically insignificant （P〉O.05）. After the treatment, the aggregate scores of HAMA and SAS-CR were significantly changed in both groups （both P〈0.001）, and the inter-group differences were statistically insignificant （P〉O.05）. Conclusion： Music electric stimulation of points can produce equivalent efficacy in treating anxiety compared to doxepin. Thus, it can be taken as a choice in the treatment of anxiety.
